Twin mattresses were on a platform which meant if you had mobility issues it could be diffcult to get off the bed. But they were comfortable.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Logement idéalement situé à Hakone, juste en face du lac et à proximité des principales attractions touristiques. Le centre-ville est accessible en environ 30 minutes, gratuitement grâce au Freepass. Le logement est d’une très grande qualité et le personnel est vraiment très sympathique. Nous avons également eu l’occasion d’échanger brièvement avec une dame de l’établissement, qui était particulièrement gentille, souriante et accueillante. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et correspondait totalement à nos attentes.

Noise of footsteps from the room above, so choose upstairs room if u can. Not a deal breaker though, as everything else was lovely. Great find!!

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Its proximity to the bus station and lake ashi itself. The ambience outside was perfect for slow mornings, you can enjoy your coffee while gazing at trees and mointains.
Given that the checkin time is late at 4pm but they did not have luggage storage service. It could have eased the travel if guests were allowed to leave their overnight bags in the property instead of carrying them while roaming around the area.

Creo que la relación calidad-precio no es adecuada. Pagas por la ubicación pero está bastante descuidado. Nuestra habitación tenía balcón pero estaba sucio y no había ni unas sillas para sentarse por lo que apenas podía aprovecharse. Lo venden como un apartamento pero no tiene ni un par de platos o cubiertos. El lavabo era el mismo que el fregadero. Creo que se podría cuidar más el lugar porque la ubicación y el provecho que se puede sacar es mucho mayor.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026富士スピードウェイの週末イベントの時に足を延ばして使わせて頂いています。芦ノ湖レイクサイドで抜群のロケーションです。素泊でリラックスするにも十分過ぎる快適さでした。芦ノ湖の花火観覧にも最適です。
駐車場が離れているので天候が悪いと荷物を運ぶのに苦労します。また自分の確認不足でアメニティはシェイバーが無かったので次の機会には持参しようと思います。、

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026L'appartement est très bien placé au bord du lac. Les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles. Il n'y a pas de personnel sur place mais cd n'est pas un problème, les procédures de check-in eg check-out sont simples et efficaces. Nous avons toujours réussi à parler à quelqu'un via la messagerie. Nous avions oublié une gourde et le personnel a très gentiment accepté de faire l'effort de nous l'envoyer à notre destination suivante.

A pesar de que estaba limpio, había pelos (que no eran de ninguno de los que íbamos) en la cama. Es un detalle tonto, pero que puede empañar el resto de la estancia. Además, la insonorización era mala y escuchábamos absolutamente todo de la habitación de al lado, lo que nos impidió descansar adecuadamente después de un viaje de más de 20 horas.

兎に角臭かった、部屋に男性臭がしていて エアコンをつけても冷房以外はかび臭くて、ソファーも換気の悪さからか湿っていて、トイレ脇にある手拭き？タオルも湿っていました 建物入口もお社があるならもっと明るくして欲しい、夜とか薄暗くて誰かが隠れていても分からない ロケーションにしても目の前が草ボウボウで言うほどは…… 思い切って小道を抜けて湖を見に行きましたが、その小道もかなり草ボウボウで、かなり手が入っていない感じでした

We were there when there were 2 converging typhoons and an earthquake, so it made it tough to see all that we wanted in the area, but we still loved it.

אין אפשרות לשלוח מזוודות מראש אבל באנו עם תיקים קטנים וציוד למספר הימים וזה היה בסדר גמור! הכל נסגר מוקדם מאוד אז צריך להתארגן מראש מבחינת אוכל. ואולי לאבזר מעט יותר את המטבחון בצלחות וכו שיהיה ניתן לאכול בצורה נעימה.

Chambre au rez-de-chaussée, nous avons donc dû laisser les volets fermés pour éviter le vis-à-vis. Dommage car vue sur le lac… Mauvaise isolation phonique qui donne l’impression de vivre avec les voisins.

No room cleaning, again that’s fine, but should be made clear like some or the other hotels I stayed in Japan 3. We had a booking for 2 nights for 2 persons, but there were just 2 coffee sachets

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026It was really close to the lake and the cafes and restaurants. The boat for the start of the Hakone loop also close.by. Very clean. The host was very responsive and helped us change dates. Instructions were clear for getting into the apartment and parking.
The room was very small. Nowhere to put bags, (we didn't have a lot of luggage either) Two people couldn't move about at the same time. Just not very comfortable. The bed was on the floor. The shower room and toilet were separate, which was fine but the only sink was separate again and next to the microwave ,more of a kitchen sink. There was no natural light whatsoever. The window was directly onto another building. The entrance is via a narrow passage way, also backing onto another building.

La petite kitchenette permet de réchauffer des bento achetés au kombini car le soir tout est fermé ! A 250 mètres de la gare des bus Bon rapport qualité prix pour Hakone

Reviewed May 28, 2026距离湖边很近，坐登山巴士可在“箱根神社前”下车，步行很方便。早晨退房前去芦之湖散步，正好可以看到顺光的富士山，非常美~大批游客还没到来，非常宁静~全程自助入住，通过邮箱的电子门锁密码就可以入内。 相比其他湖边酒店和普通装修的民宿，这家性价比还是可以~
被子只用一层被单隔离，没有被套，也就是说在多次使用的被子和我之间只隔了一张没有固定的被单，睡觉的时候心惊胆战的，用被单向外打了2个结才缓过神，建议还是换成可一客一换的被套吧！ 离店时候无法寄存行李，对于单向游览线路的箱根来说太不人性化了，要多跑一程专门来取行李。没有去元箱根港（很容易没有）寄存，在“箱根神社前”站附近有一个公交询问处，有挺多投币寄存箱的，也离民宿比较近。 小别墅只有4扇窗户是对着湖的，上面2扇是一个房间，下面2扇是1个房间，与想象中的不同，以为房间是垂直于岸边，窗户对着湖，结果所有1层的4个房间都是平行于湖，也就是只有第一间有2扇对着湖的窗，后面3间的窗户全部是对着东边的住宅墙壁，窗户可以打开，隔音还是不错。

Reviewed May 17, 2026La posizione sul lago Ashi è senza dubbio il punto forte di questa struttura: il contesto è davvero bellissimo e molto suggestivo, soprattutto per chi vuole godersi la tranquillità della zona. La stanza era dotata di tutti i comfort necessari e nel complesso risultava funzionale.
Innanzitutto non è stato facilissimo trovare la struttura, anche perché nei dintorni ci sono molte attività chiuse e, una volta arrivati, non c’è una vera reception né un’accoglienza chiara che spieghi bene come comportarsi o effettuare il check-in. Questo inizialmente crea un po’ di spaesamento. Un’altra cosa che non ho apprezzato particolarmente è stata la finestra fronte lago: pur essendo affacciata verso una bellissima vista, il vetro opaco impedisce praticamente di godersela davvero e finisce per dare alla stanza una sensazione un po’ claustrofobica.

It was small with no real storage space. I would also have liked extra bedding, as the nights were cold and I had to put my coat on the bed so I could sleep.
