Nous avons pu apprécier la gentillesse du personnel (à l’écoute + nous a laissé choisir notre chambre) et l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Également, facilité pour louer des scooters.

La chambre en elle même correspond aux photos cependant, lorsqu’on regarde dans le détail elle n’était pas très très propre : il y avait des petits cafards et également des moucherons morts dans la salle de bain, ainsi que des taches sur les serviettes…

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de las playas caminando son unos 10 minutos. Los restaurantes están a menos de 8 minutos. La habitación pequeña pero perfecta para descansar. El personal muy amable

La ubicación es excelente. Esta al lado de varios restaurantes muy buenos, y de las excursiones a la bahía de ha Long en crucero. Además está muy cerca el Cannonfort y el viewpoint que hay al lado, con unas vistas excelentes. Repetiría en este hotel

The staff were the highlight- always smiling and friendly and so helpful. I felt they went above and beyond especially when my tour bus did not show up the receptionist called the owner himself and made sure I got another bus. Also the breakfast is the best I've had so far in vietnam. Everything is super fresh and replenished regularly.

Vivian hat für uns eine sehr tolle Tagestour zu der Ha Long Bucht & Lan Ha Bucht organisiert. Die Kommunikation mit allen Angestellten war wirklich klasse. Auch mit dem Zimmer und dem Service waren wir sehr zufrieden. Als wir ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage hatten, haben sie sich sofort darum gekümmert. Danke für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

The room was overall clean, staff was welcoming and helped us leaving our luggages before and after check-in.

The position is not very good, in an ugly street with worksites and ugly (and malodorous) shops. The room was quite clean but we slept with curtains over our head to fade the light and they did not look clean. There were lights entering from the door's slits and a bit of noise from outside.

Hôtel bien situé pour passer la nuit avant d’embarquer pour une croisière à 8am. Il y a un petit restaurant très sympa juste à côté. Bon rapport qualité prix, il s’agit d’un hôtel 3 étoiles, donc note mise pour un 3*. Personnel très serviable et qui parle bien anglais.

Mal insonorisé car couloirs en carrelage et portes insuffisamment insonorisés, donc beaucoup de bruit car nombreuses familles car nous y étions au moment des vacances scolaires

We used the hotels laundry service and when we got our clothes back they where still dirty and shoved in the bag but claimed to be washed, we still had to pay for this service even though it wasn’t to a good standard, everything other than that was good :)

Mi e'piaciuto soprattutto la disponibilita' della sig.ra della reception che si e' prodigata per organizzarci il tour della baia il giorno seguente e il trasferimento in bus alla destinazione prossima del nostro viaggio ninh binh, nello stesso giorno. tutto perfetto.

Herausragend war das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Unterkunft war bequem und hatte eine sehr gute Lage. Fußläufig waren viele Restaurants zu erreichen. Ein gutes Frühstücksbüfett läutete jeweils meine schönen Tage in Cat Ba ein. Das Cat Ba Eco Hotel ist eine echte Empfehlung!

The staff were very responsive and helpful during our stay, providing advice on the best way to get to Cat Ba and what to do while there. The location is very convenient and close to great restaurants and beaches as well as the pier that Lan Ha Bay cruises depart from.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel. Śniadanie smaczne. Czysto w pokojach. Pan na recepcji bardzo miły i pomocny. Ogarnął nam świetny całodniowy rejs statkiem po zatoce w super cenie a także transport nocny do Sapy mega komfortowym autobusem. Z pewnością jest to obiekt który poleciłabym znajomym

Welcoming staff. The room was clean and tidy and I loved the traditional breakfast with the soupe Pho! Many restaurants around the hotel.

Comfortable beds and pillows, everything nice and clean, delicious breakfast!

We only booked three nights and plan to extend our stay by one night at the hotel itself, which ended up being more expensive than booking online beforehand. I’m not sure how the system works, but that was a bit of a shame.

L’hôtel était parfaitement située, la chambre était propre et le lit confortable. Le déjeuner est bien. La location de scooter facile et sur place. Ce qui fait de cet hôtel un endroit exceptionnel est son personnel. Hung et Viviane ont été très accueillants, nous ont donné des recommandations d’endroits à visiter formidables. Toujours souriants et forts sympathiques, ils ont fait en sorte que nous sommes restés 6 jours de plus. Merci à vous deux pour votre excellent service. On y serait restés encore plus longtemps si on avait pu. 🤗

Le café au petit déjeuner mériterait une version meilleure! Et peut-être ajouter du yogourt serait bien. Ceci en guise de suggestions d’améliorations 😉

Nachdem wir zunächst ein falsches Zimmer bekommen hatten, wurde uns schnell das Zimmer mit zwei Betten angeboten.

Es un hotel nuevo iniciando la zona comercial de Cat Ba. Es realmente muy cómodo, desayuno muy rico y la zona es silenciosa. Tiene insonorización así que no habrá problema por ruido. En la zona hay muchos restaurantes, masajes y servicios en general. Una recomendación para quienes lo visiten, justo detrás está la torre de radio y si caminas más al fondo hay un mirador excepcional de Cat Ba. Es cerquisima del hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the very beginning, Vivian helped us incredibly well. She is extremely friendly, empathetic, and truly goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. You can ask her absolutely anything, and she is always there for you. Since we arrived early after a night bus, we were allowed to check in earlier, which was a huge plus for us. On the day of departure, we were also able to use the shower, which we really appreciated. Vivian arranged everything quickly and efficiently: scooters were ready for us within minutes, and even our laundry was done the very same day, which is quite exceptional. She made sure everything went smoothly and stress-free. The room itself was also excellent: very clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. Everything was well-maintained and tidy. Overall, an excellent stay with outstanding service; Vivian truly makes the difference. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Cat Ba Eco Hotel. We arrived a little early and were able to check in. The staff were lovely and the breakfast very good. The beds were really comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants.

Super helpful staff & great free breakfast!

Hôtel hyper confortable, à quelques centaines de mètres de l’antenne de radio d’où la vue sur la baie d’Halong est magique ! Nous avons pu louer à l’hôtel un scooter pour faire le tour des autres sites. Les personnes à la réception sont incroyablement gentilles. Le petit déjeuner varié et correct. Un rapport qualité prix jamais vu !!

Das Cat Ba Eco Hotel ist eine sehr gute, empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage (Restaurants, Supermärkte etc.) und gleichzeitig gut gelegen für lohnenswerte Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Hotelpersonal hilft bei der Auswahl geeigneter Ausflüge oder bei der Motorrollervermietung. Ich war mit einem gemieteten Motorrad unterwegs und konnte so die Ausflüge in die Umgebung genießen. Ich folgte dann der Empfehlung eines Schiffsausfluges in die Lan-Ha und Halongbucht. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit diesem gelungenen Ausflug.

This is a great hotel with a central location and close to the Main Street with many food choices. Clean and modern facilities. Mr Huang was great to deal with and helped us with our transportation and scooter rental. He was also very attentive to our needs and questions. Great breakfast.

The location was good. We were off the main street, so was quiet. The desk staff were very helpful booking a tour and our bus to Hanoi. They went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. The breakfast was good. There is one woman who worked very hard to keep everything stocked.

Super friendly and very professional staff. Especially Vivian helped us a lot with infos and booking things. Offered tours and rentals had a good price and we enjoyed the tours very much. Room and bathroom were clean, shower worked well. Wifi was good (after we realized that we needed to insert the keycard to start Wifi/repeater in our room). The room and the whole hotel were in very good shape. Location is great, close to all sorts of restaurants and shops. No Karaoke or other big sources of noise nearby (just the usual scooters and such). The constructions on Cat Ba are also happening somewhere else so that was good. It's a 15min walk to the harbour for the Lan Ha Bay tours. Breakfast was also good (small buffet with pancakes, fruits and vietnamese choices). We liked it very much here and decided to stay one day longer. Would stay here again any time.

Room and bathroom were a bit small, but we knew that beforehand (we had two beds in the room - as stated in the booking).

Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The location is so good as it is in town and you can walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The manager helped me locate a place to rent an E bike for a few hours so I could ride to the beach which was great. I tried a lot of different places to eat and the cafe next door was extremely good. Especially the desserts. I did a yoga class up the street that was fun. I had arranged my tours prior to coming, but the hotel does offer some great options.

Camera spaziosa e letti comodi. A pochi passi dal centro dove ci sono negozi e ristoranti. Il porto rimane più in basso quindi meglio farsi accompagnare perché la strada è in salita. Colazione buona con uova preparate al momento.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il soffione della doccia che si è staccato, lo abbiamo fatto presente e chiesto uno sconto che ci è stato concesso. Non avevamo il poss funzionante quindi abbiamo pagato cash

Najlepszy hotel jaki trafiłem w trakcie dwumiesięcznej podróży po Wietnamie. Czysto, cicho, wysoka jakość wyposażenia, internet pierwsza klasa, wyśmienite i bogate śniadania. Dodatkowo można zakupić na miejscu super wycieczkę statkiem po zatoce Lan Ha w lepszej cenie niż gdzie indziej. Polecam !!!

Such a wonderful stay at the Cat Ba Eco Hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed and helped us with our bags! The Reception Team helped us with booking a cruise tour around the island for a great price (the best we saw even down the road from the hotel) and a taxi to and from the national park. There was plenty of options at breakfast too!

We were very happy with our stay here. Hung welcomed us when we arrived and was very helpful throughout our stay there. Including helping us with arranging a wonderful cruise on the bay and transport from the island onward. The hotel is fresh and clean. Beds were a bit on the firm side but still comfortable. The included breakfast was fresh and good too. And includes made to order eggs and many other hot and cold choices, which vary from day to day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Das Personal war so freundlich und hilfsbereit, man kann sich keinen besseren Service erträumen. Hatte meine Jacke im Zimmer vergessen und man hat sie mir einfach hinterher geschickt und man wollte noch nicht einmal Geld dafür. Wahnsinn!! Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und ruhig. Frühstück war auch gut und Lage auch Top.

Phantastisches Frühstück, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, Netflix und Amazon prime video. Sehr sauber und angenehm, dabei sehr günstig.
