Staff gentilissimo, camera pulitissima e con tutti i comfort. Si trova all'interno del KLIA T2 e con la navetta gratuita abbiamo raggiunto il T1 in breve tempo. All'interno del terminal ci sono moltissimi negozi di brand non solo internazionali, ideali per l'ultimo shopping!

La habitacion es ideal, super moderna, genial decorado y con todas las comodidades. Dentro de la propia terminal del aeropuerto, por lo que es comodisimo para escalas largas.

Hubo un malentendido con el establecimiento. Antes de alojarnos cambiaron las condiciones y lo que yo tenía reservado no permitía la estancia durante la noche. Tuve que involucrar a booking para que mediara con ellos, ya que no eran las condiciones que existian cuando yo reservé hace meses. Finalmente nos dieron la razon y todo fue como estaba previsto.

A good option for lengthy transit, even for flights to and from terminal 1, if you don’t want to be airside. Good size, functional rooms.

A little difficult to find due to lack of signage within the terminal, particularly coming from terminal 1.

la posizione, la pulizia, abbiamo prenotato in questo posto per la comodità della posizione all'aeroporto di KL (T2) che ci serviva per la partenza del giorno successivo. Il posto è OK per questa esigenza.

Great facilities, rooms are very decent size and fitted with modern amenities. Great place for short or long-term lay over or even a casual stay.

De locatie op de luchthaven is prettig als je op doorreis bent. Ook erg fijn dat je 12 uur mag blijven. Wij kwamen om half 3 s nachts aan en hoefden er pas om half 3 s middags uit.

Let op: we zijn met 5 personen. 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Toen we aankwamen bleken we maar 4 slaapplaatsen te hebben. Het idee was dat er wel 3 kinderen bij elkaar in 1 bed konden slapen (onder 1 deken). Helaas moesten we het hiermee doen want het hotel zat vol. Dus let goed op bij het boeken dat je genoeg bedden hebt.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione all’interno del KLIA 2 è davvero comodissima, soprattutto per chi ha un volo la mattina presto o deve fare una sosta in aeroporto. I letti sono comodi, gli spazi ben organizzati e la reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima anche la colazione.

No refrigerator , no luggage to room, in the bathroom there is a smell when I came like sewage and the washroom area there were two dead squashed dead mosquitos makes me question if they cleaned the room.

Het is even goed kijken naar de borden als je landt op KLIA2 en dan is het goed te vinden. Hou er wel rekening mee als je volgende vlucht vertrekt vanaf T1 je een trein moet nemen die later op de avond minder vaak rijdt. De kamer zelf was erg comfortabel en schoon. Heel fijn om je eigen badkamer en toilet te hebben. Via de tv inloggen op Netflix en hebben heel comfortabel 8 uur doorgebracht hier totdat we moesten inchecken voor de volgende vlucht.

The location is super convenient, right in the middle of the terminal, with lots of restaurants and shops to choose from. The sound proof is good. Nice and relaxing vibes in the common area as well.

It's a bit overpriced for a twin room. Although it says the room can accommodate 2 adults and a child, but the bed is not spacious enough. It's not comfortable. Also, there's no hanger inside the shower to hang the towels.

It was beautiful; trendy finishes and comfortable.

As I didn’t understand the 6-12-24 hours lottery way, I emailed numerous times to get help to optimise my stay but didn’t get any helpful responses so in the end I overpaid.

Extremely convenient for an overnight stay at the airport. Tasteful, modern and clean room with good restaurant selection nearby, even later in the evening.

posizione comodissima e personale molto gentile. la camera sembrava pulita anche senza abbastanza basic e un po' claustrofobica (non ci sono finestre per ovvi motivi).

Abbiamo passato la notte svegli morsi dalle cimici. Avevamo punture ovunque e abbiamo avuto rossore e prurito per due settimane. Segnalato il problema alla reception non erano granché stupiti, non si sono nemmeno scusati. La paura, adesso, è che siano stati infestati anche tutti i vestiti (quelli usati in hotel li abbiamo chiusi in un sacchetto). Non lo consiglierei ovviamente a nessuno.

It was unclear that we need to clear immigration and then go to T2. It took us sometime to figure it out.

Breakfast was hearty included in the price of my room Location great right on the departue floor so what would have been an hour trip from KL city and getting up around 0300 ment i could sleep till 0700 and still catch my flight with ease

Nothing had no dramas booked in within minutes and checked out with ease the only thing i could suggest is a fridge in the room

Personale disponibilissimo a venire incontro ad un nostro problema. Camere eccezionali dotate di ogni comfort. Letto comodissimo, lenzuola morbide. Un vero sogno! Semplice da trovare. Colazione disponibile anche nelle prime ore della mattina. Superconsigliato.

You would need to pay extra if you wanted to chill at the lounge before check-in, I had booked a 6hr limit. Though it was very easy to kill time in the shopping mall.

應該是位置，但這家旅館沒任何標誌，航廈中大多數的人都不知道怎麼走，第一次抵達🛬時，真的有種莫名其妙的感覺。

早餐囉！簡直就是點心啦！只有優格、脆片+牛奶⋯其他食物都不多，根本不像個早餐

Super Lage im Terminal, perfekt für frühe Abflüge ab KlIA 2. , man muss erst ein bischen suchen aber dann eigentlich doch Leicht zu finden. Zimmer waren wir auf dem Bild., für eine oder 2 Nächte absolut ok. Dusche und WC separat vorhanden. Ich würde es für eine Vorabübernachtung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 8 ore in attesa del volo x Indonesia. Stanza molto funzionale. Nella struttura è presente anche una palestra che sembrava ben strutturata, anche se ovviamente non abbiamo potuto provarla

I loved the room and it is exactly what the picture shown and shower was excellent and very nice room

I had a cancelled flight and it was virtually impossible to contact the hotel and they originally declined my change of date request and couldn't request again because it was cancelled by the hotel and I had to make 4 international calls and only one got through and was able to change my date. The biggest frustration that on booking com app there was availability for the same room. And no effort in making my stay better for the price i paid and the issues I encountered i was expecting much better customer service and maybe a little thank you gift or something on arrival. But nothing.

I had booked a 12 hour over night but they then said it was for daytime only although they accepted my booking in time of 6pm-7pm. So I had to cancel and re book - which cost me more

Check-in was polite, easy, and efficient. Access to the accommodation area was secure. The rooms were very clean and well appointed.

The drainage from the shower was blocked, meaning we could only take a short shower before the shower hob would overflow. The noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor was quite loud. This is common with transit hotels, so was not unexpected.

Location right in Terminal 2 of the airport (please note: if you come from Terminal 1, you must take a bus or train which will take you there in a few minutes). Room was very nice and convenient to reach, a few steps from reception, though the beds were very small.

Internal communication between staff is really poor. Someone was convinced that I would need to pay extra for my 12-hous stay which according to the Booking App was day-use only (though that information didn't appear on my printed confirmation, besides I had already shared my arrival time at 9 PM and departure at 6 AM the next day, and the hotel staff had replied "thank you, we will ensure a smooth check-in"). It took the Booking customer service to speak to the hotel and get my reservation honoured, according to my printed confirmation which by the way read "check-in possible from 3 PM, check-out until 12 PM". Also, the night we arrived we were told we could take something from the breakfast buffet the next day (considering our flight was very early and we wouldn't have time to sit down); the lady also added that although they had no take-away bags, they could give me and my children "paper boxes this size". The next day, her colleague said take-away wasn't possible and they had no such boxes. So communication should be improved. However, I still recommend the hotel because of its location and because the room had everything we needed.

Futuristic style hotel. Very comfortable bed. Convenient within the KLIA2 itself. Has its own gym. Great hospitality. I was welcomed with a beautiful smile from Ms Claudia. Check in was smooth with her. She explained that there will be noice due to construction. She even provided earplug but luckily the constructions stop by 10pm. Will stay here again for long layover.

Perfekt für einen layover zwischen zwei Flügen! Es hat uns wirklich die Reise erleichtert zu duschen und ein paar Stunden zu schlafen. Die Dusche war riesig und das Bett super bequem. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Just a tiny bit difficult to find in a noisy, crowded airport. I went to the other hotel and had to wait an age to find directions. A directional sign would help

Always stay here on an overnight stop when travelling into Asia. 1 nights is a full 24 hours so is great no matter what time you arrive .

Very clean, big room, close to cheaper more authentic food places in T2. Very clean with large bed and bathroom that exceeded expectations of a capsule airport hotel. This was the first time I have paid to stay in one and it was an absolute gamechanger to be clean and rested for a connecting flight- fully recommend!
