Excelente lugar.....y una atencion impecable

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Die Lage isz einmalig schön. Man kann locker zu Fuss ins Zentrum gehen. Einige würden wohl die fehlenden Ablageflächen bemängeln, aber für einen Kurzurlaub ist die Ausstattung durchaus ausreichend. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Wasserdruck ausreichend. Die Zimmer sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Die Treppeneinstiege ins Wasser sollten unbedingt gewartet werden. Die Stufen sind glitschig, eine Stufe fehlt. Man muss bei allen 3 Treppen sehr vorsichtig sein. Die Sonnenschirme und eine etwas ramponierte Hängematte vermitteln einen etwas ungünstigen Eindruck. Es gab nur 2 Sonnenschirme, aber 5 oder 6 Ständer. Auf Nachfrage hiess es, es gäbe nur die 2 Schirme. Wenn das so ist, sollte man aufstocken. Liegestühle gibt es nämlich in ausreichender Menge.

Hotel boutique agradable para disfrutar de la laguna de Bacalar con su propio pontón. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Desayuno bueno. Varios restaurantes cercanos, accesibles en taxi.

Het was heel schoon, zelfs geen schimmel in de douche.

De taalbarrière was soms lastig, het personeel spreekt bijna geen Engels. Maar met een vertaalapp konden we ons ook redden.

El personal es muy atento, amable y servicial. La comida es buena y me gusta que haya opciones adicionales a lo ya incluído. Me parece que las habitaciones son de mejor calidad en relación con el precio.

No hay equipo de kayak y no es muy cómodo para nadar porque es una zona muy rocosa.

Los alimentos estan bien preparados, limpios y de buen sabor, las cantidades son pequeñas y no hay variedad en los desayunos, practicamente todos los dìas es lo mismo

Colocar un letrero màs grande a la entrada para poder ubicarlo facilmente, la entrada casi no se ve, a nosotros se nos complico encontrar el hotel a la llegada.

The property location was Perfect! Walking distance to many excellent restaurants. The onsite restaurant was excellent, we had an excellent breakfast every morning and the staff was very friendly. The property was right on the Lagoon, so we could enjoy the loungers, and drinks at the bar. They also had a sailboat that could be booked for daily tours. Over all we loved our stay and would definitely return!!

Hotel bien situé donnant sur la lagune. La chambre est confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner inclus (2 formules).

Il y a eu des travaux occasionnant beaucoup de bruits pendant plusieurs jours, et toute la journée. Au départ, le personnel a annoncé quelques heures de travaux. Un accord a été trouvé mais il est dommage de ne pas fermer le temps des travaux. Nous venons là pour la quiétude de l'endroit.

Des travaux occasionnant pas mal de nuisance pendant la journee dommage quand on se détendre sur le ponton. Pas de kayak disponible à l'hôtel pour fare un tour sur la lagune dommage. Pas de réel parking

La posizione è senz’altro il suo punto forte. Accesso diretto alla laguna meravigliosa.

Non ci sono servizi! Il ristorante chiude alle 2pm mentre il bar alle 5pm. Nelle camere non c’è un frigorifero quindi se alla sera avessi bisogno banalmente di acqua da bere, o ne bevi una rovente che hai tenuto in camera oppure devi camminare fino al centro (25 min). La mattina che abbiamo lasciato l’hotel, dovevamo lasciarlo alle 7.30am. Nel ristorante c’erano due ragazzi e non ci hanno fatto nemmeno un caffè (già pagato) perché dovevano aprire alle 8am.

- c'était propre - chambre assez grande mais la salle de bain c'est bizarre un peu petite - la dame des cocktails et ses cocktails adorables - le calme des lieux - rideaux occultants - petit déjeuner sous forme de carte

- la disposition des chambres, ( si en hauteur il y a des escaliers, personne ne vous aide a monter vos valises, vous crevez si vous etes âgés tout le monde s'en fou il fait 50 degres) - pas de sèche cheveux - ponton sommaire pas du tout le plus jolie - personne ne parle un mot d'anglais - pas de canoë - resto ferme a 14h ( genial ) et le bar a 19h - trop cher pour ce que c'est notre chambre a l'étage - manque frigo

Peaceful and quiet

Everything was perfect

L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel. Le calme conservé pendant la journée, ce n’est pas le cas partout. Certains hôtels en bord de lagune poussent la musique un peu fort, rendant l’atmosphère moins paisible.

Le restaurant ferme tôt 14h, c’est un peu dommage.

La vue sur le lac

Manque dans la chambre un sèche cheveux, un placard, un frigo et la pression de l’eau du lavabo qui avait un débit tres bas, petit déjeuner très frugal, personnel ne parlant pas anglais ou très peu, pas très chaleureux

Very comfortable bed! Direct access to the lagune, was perfect for swimming in the morning. Breakfast was fine, I brought my own coffee. It was a walk of 20 -30 min to the center, but Uber worked well too.

Would have been nice if the hotel would have been able to organise bicycles, kayaks etc.

Muy cómodo. Hermoso al lado orilla del lago. Especial para descanso. Rico desayuno.

El mapa de tienen publicado no llega al lugar exacto. Puedes mejor buscarlo por el nombre en la aplicación de Maps. Algo que se soluciona fácil.

Hôtel très paisible en front de lagune. La chambre était confortable et propre. Le personnel du restaurant était très serviable et souriant. Formule salée ou sucrée pour le petit déjeuné, bien préparée.

Nice and modern hotel, we liked the location and facilities.

The kitchen/restaurant was almost never open. The staff in the bar couldn't communicate well in English. A bit far from centrum (30 min walk)

Die Lage an der Lagune ist traumhaft und schon Grund genug das Hotel zu buchen. Es ist klein aber fein und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht. Frühstück hatten wir inklusive aber da habt mir nur zwei Optionen (herzhaft & süß) alles andere was noch leckeres auf der Karte ist muss extra bezahlt werden (lohnt sich aber). Essen also sehr lecker und auch die Getränke an der Bar klasse!

Zu wenig Aufhängemöglichkeiten für nasse Sachen und die Kissen. Es gab zwar die Wahl zwischen zwei aber beide haben für mich nicht gepasst (aber Geschmackssache). Leider bietet das Hotel kein Abendessen an, die Küche schließt um 14 Uhr. Es gibt zwar einzelne Restaurants fußläufig aber man muss immer nochmal raus.

La chambre avec balcon et vue lagune très très bien. Le personnel très gentil et aux petits soins. L emplacement de l’hôtel où on peut aller en ville à pieds (15mn).

Le lavabo dans la chambre donc pas de « vrai sdb » la douche étant avec les wc ds une toute petite pièce. Pas du tout de meubles pour ranger les affaires.

Peu d’options pour le déjeuner (deux incluses). Le déjeuner n’était pas exceptionnel.

Für die Fahrt ins Zentrum ist ein Taxi oder Auto notwendig. Es fehlt definitiv eine ordentliche Kaffeemaschine

Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la lagune. C’était donc magique de se réveiller avec une telle vue. Bon petit déjeuner mais un peu léger.

La porte de la salle de bain est anormalement basse. Mon mari s’est cogné plusieurs fois !

Das Zimmer war wie im Angebot beschrieben. Sehr sauber und alles war vorhanden wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Der Ausblick war zu jederzeit phänomenal. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und lächelte den ganzen Tag. Jeder Wunsch oder Bitte wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Todo! Super limpio, comodo, todo muy nuevo o bien cuidado. La comida del restaurante es espectacular el desayuno incluido es muy rico y completo. El personal es muy muy amable!

No hay nada que no me haya gustado, solo creo que hubiese hecho mi vista mas confortable tener heladerita en la habitación para conservar algunos alimentos y bebidas frias.

Les horaires du bar trop réduits, impossible de boire un verre en fin d’après-midi, pas de service de restauration à part le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner, pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre.

We stayed in a lovely bright room with a balcony overlooking the lagoon - the view would be hard to beat and we made a lot of use of the balcony, which does have some shade thankfully. We also used the hotel's comfortable sunbeds on the edge of the lagoon - sitting there reading was utterly idyllic. The lovely people working there made us feel very welcome. It's a 20 minute walk to the main part of town, and we enjoyed doing that once or twice a day (though there are plenty of taxis if needed). There are also restaurants a few minutes from the hotel.

The breakfast wasn't great, particularly the coffee. Forget the hotel breakfast and go to Madre Masa in the town - it's wonderful. Our room overlooked the bar area and there was music playing until early evening (though not on Sunday) - so if you're bothered by a little noise this may not be the place for you (though they did happily turn the volume down when we asked them too).

The lagoon was stunning and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lagoon view room which I think is a must. The lady a the bar who served us was a beautiful lady and always smiling.

The restrictions on the breakfast. Fruit or glass of Juice. Not both. The coffee even when we paid for latte it wasn’t a latte. Mine was cold. The lovely staff did heat it up though.

La ubicación y el acceso directo a la laguna.

No ofrecían secador, acondicionador o crema hidratante, tampoco toalla para el pelo y la televisión no funcionaba. Por la tarde la musica del bar estaba muy alta y el día que llegamos nos dijeron que la cocina ya estaba cerrada, eran las 13:35 y supuestamente estaba abierto hasta las 14h. La relación calidad precio me parece que no es nada correcta, los servicios que ofrecen no están a la altura de un hotel con estos precios.

La ubicación es espectacular, está a pie de laguna y a un paseo de unos 15 minutos del pueblo. Muy cómodo que tenga embarcadero y puedas empezar y acabar desde ahí las excursiones.

El desayuno es muy sencillo y te dan poca cantidad. El personal del desayuno está un poco despistado. A la habitación, por el precio que tiene, le falta cosas como toallas extras para el pelo y champú y acondicionador. Las tumbonas están bastante viejas.

The location is fabulous, so calm in the mornings, with the lagoon changing during the day. Great for swimming, overwater hammocks and loungers cool, nice eating area, plants. Very clean. Breakfast and lunch good. Staff pleasant.

While clean and comfortable, the room was dark, but apart from sleeping I spent most of the time outside. The coffee at breakfast is awful (instant?) and lets the place down. You can order espressos/cappuccinos at extra cost, but decent filter coffee included should be the minimum. It would be nice if they had kayaks for a short local paddle. It doesn’t seem like they pay attention to feedback as lots of people have mentioned the coffee and kayaks. There’s no evidence of a manager/owner on site.

Location is good. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. The facility is quite and good place for relaxing. We liked sundeck and terrace area next to the lagoon. Breakfast was ok but very few options to select.

We booked a family room with seaview but pictures are misleading. We got the ground floor which view was blocked by resturant building. Amenities is sufficient but could be improved. No coffee/tea machine in the room. Only one liquid soap for both hair and body. Finally, price wise it was expensive for the value.

Quite expensice especially with lake view rooms. But worth it for a special occasion and for couples.

Kleine, saubere Hotelanlage direkt am See. Freundliches Personal, das aber leider im Service Bereich nur sehr schlecht bzw. kein Englisch spricht. Im Hotel selbst gibt es kein Abendessen, es gibt aber fußläufig Restaurants. Das Frühstück war i.O.

La stanza aveva tutto il necessario (phon disponibile in reception su richiesta), il complesso è molto carino è ha l'accesso diretto alla laguna con sdraio e ombrelloni privati e la possibilità di partire con barche direttamente dal molo privato. Anche zona ombra dove poter stare.

Colazione solo americana senza scelta, abbiamo pranzato al ristorante chiedendo semplicemente di togliere ingrediente a un panino e non lo potevano fare. Evitatelo. Non parlano inglese al ristorante. l'accesso privato alla laguna c'è ma l'acqua lascia a desiderare.

Lakefront location was great & breakfast was tasty (would've been nice to have juice & fruit rather than having to choose one). Was a bit of a trek into central Bacalar but not a major issue.

Would be nice to have kayaks/paddleboards & bikes available at the hotel.

Direkter Zugang zum See.Viele Ausflüge können in der Nähe gemacht werden. Großes uns bequemes Zimmer.

Leider keinen Kayak oder Stand-Up für die Gäste, aber man kann bei dem Nachbar mieten. Der Kaffee ist sehr schlecht, das Frühstück nichts besonderes aber besser wie nichts, da in der Gegend nichts gibt.
