Good location, not too far from the main attractions we wanted to visit. Breakfast was good and the staff were really friendly and helpful with any issues we had in regards to booking things/using apps. Cool bar in the reception too.

Convenient location. Quite. Clean.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, abundant and delicious breakfast, free laundry. The room was cleaned everyday, along with the towels, and the staff spoke great English.

Perhaps adding a wardrobe inside the room would make it more practical.

Замечательный отель в Пекине. Располагается на старой аутентичной улице. В отеле тихо. Метро близко. Отзывчивый внимательный персонал. Посоветовали нам отличный ресторан с уткой по пекински неподалеку. Завтраки вкусные, плюс можно бесплатно постирать одежду. Все удобно, практично, симпотично. С радостью остановимся у ребят еще.

The staff were really amazing and went out of their way to make our stay special. They are very helpful, have very good English and helped with booking tours and airport pickups. They can help with using apps, it’s essential to have data and Alipay to get around. The location is very central for sites, restaurants and next to the metro station with 7/11 5 mins away. They also have coffee, beer and good wifi and if we needed anything they helped quickly and communicated on we chat if we had any questions on tours as well.

All good. The hotel is as per descriptions and price.

Το δωμάτιο ηταν καθαρό, σε κεντρική τοποθεσία δίπλα στην γραμμή 5 του μετρό, η οποία ηταν βολική για να πάμε σε όλους τους προορισμούς που θέλαμε να επισκεφθούμε στο Πεκίνο. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό, τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν και τα κορίτσια στα πρωινά πάντα πρώθιμα να σε βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστείς. Το πρωινό καλό, παίρνει βέβαια κάποια περιθώρια βελτίωσης. Γενικά είχαμε μια πολυ κσλη διαμονή! Ευχαριστούμε.

Man wurde direkt nett empfangen und hat einen guten smalltalk mit den Mitarbeitenden auf Englisch führen können. In der Lobby war ein Fernseher auf dem asiatische Filme liefen. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Bar. Direkt gegenüber war ein kleiner Imbiss/Restaurant.

Расположение. Провели 4 дня в Пекине. Решили остановиться в центре, чтобы все успеть посмотреть. Расположение вообще супер, метро совсем рядом, автобусные остановки тоже в шаговой доступности. Также рядом очень много заведений, в том числе Макдак, а еще недалеко есть 7/11. Пешком можно дойти до запретного города, парков и тд. Сам район очень красивый, везде традиционные хутуны. Комната. Комната чистая, уютная. Воду и чаи пополняли почти каждый день. Кондиционер хорошо дул теплым воздухом, батареи тоже были теплые, поэтому мы вообще не мерзли, хотя на улице была минусовая погода. Горячая вода в ванной была постоянно. Завтраки. Очень вкусные завтраки. Несмотря на то, что блюда в целом не меняются (салат, яичница, тосты, фрукт, пельмешек, сосиска или колбаса, йогурт), все было очень вкусно и сытно! К тостам есть джем и масло. В постоянном доступе кофемашина, чаи, вода и сок. У нас еще был ночной рейс, поэтому попросили подготовить закуски с собой (вместо пропущенного завтрака). Персонал. Добродушный персонал. Все объяснили и показали, куда можно сходить, что посетить, что есть рядом. Проводили до номера, помогли донести чемодан. И в день вылета ночью сотрудник еще помог вызывать такси (у нас не было приложений для вызова такси). Спасибо большое! Обязательно приеду еще раз)

Это даже не минус, скорее небольшое неудобство: во втором здании нет лифта. Но сотрудник любезно помог донести тяжелый чемодан прямо до номера.

The staff was quite nice.

The room was super cold, the bed was hard and a lack of cleanliness, moreover, the window was moving when the wind was blowing and cold air was comming through. And should be aware tbat the breakfast is the same every morning.

駅から近く、道順も分かりやすい。ホテルからメインストリートも直ぐ。ホテルの従業員は英語が出来、明るく親切。次もここに泊まりたい。

ホテル周辺が薄暗くちょっと怖かった(でも普通に人がちらほら歩いていたので安全だと分かった)。トイレットペーパーを便器に流さず、目の前のゴミ箱に捨てる事に少し抵抗感があった(もちろん流さず、ちゃんと捨てた)。

Die Bilder bei booking entsprachen definitiv nicht dem Zimmer und Standart, welches wir in einem Gebäude gegenüber des Hotels bekommen haben. Das Ganze wirkt nicht wie ein Hotel, sondern wie ein Hostel. Das Treppenhaus zu unserem Zimmer war stickig und zugemüllt, außerdem sehr hellhörig. Beim Frühstück würde ich sagen, das Personal war stets bemüht...ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht ganz.

The golden star is the staff. They are all super friendly and really do their best to help you out. From the check-in to the checkout we were taken good care of. Reception is staffed 24/7 which is something you want in a city like Beijing. We thought we were going to miss breakfast due to our super early plans and flight but they even prepared a small "to go" bag with yogurt, bread, snack and candy. 12/10 for the staff. The location is also really good and convenient, super central and located right behind a metro (subway) station.

The staircase to our room on the third floor has a carpet that urgently requires maintenance. It is not properly fixed in multiple points and we almost fell down a couple of times, one of them with our heavy luggage... But the real challenge was the bathroom's smell after you flushed for the first time after the toilet was cleaned. A drain smell takes over the bathroom and won't leave until they clean it the next day, and the same thing happens again and again. We would have complained about it but since we spent 90% of the time out and only stayed for a couple of nights, we decided not to bother the friendly staff with it.

Emplacement parfait au calme dans un hutong et facile d’accès de l’aéroport avec le Airport Express. Personnel adorable et attentionné. Chambres propres Préférer toutefois les chambres dans le bâtiment principal, vraiment plus confortables et avec une déco plus sympa que dans l’annexe. Petit déjeuner varié

Posizione strategica, metro linea 5( collega tutte le mete turistiche) a 2 passi, via dei ristoranti e supermercato a 100 mt, puoi lasciare bagagli prima del check-in e dopo check-out, acqua omaggio nell'area comune ed in camera, pulizia giornaliera ed asciugacapelli in camera, tutto il personale parla inglese, personale disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, in caso di sveglia prima delle 07:00 si può avere la colazione da portare via..insomma, tornassi a pechino mi rivolgerei a loro al 100%

Отличное месторасположение, в отеле много иностранцев, поэтому завтрак европейский - очень вкусный. Персонал отлично владеет английским и перед заселением даже выдали карту, что находится вокруг отеля и куда можно сходить.

La habitación muy pequeña. La cama pegada a la pared. Tenía que saltar por encima de mi pareja para salir de ella.

El personal me brindó los mejores consejos para los primeros días. El restaurante frente al hotel es buenísimo.

Dejé dos prendas mías para servicio de secado porque estaban húmedas, pero el recepcionista de noche no comunicó nada. Igual, lo demás en el hotel estuvo muy bueno. Creo que el de recepción estuvo preocupado por el desayuno de los demás huéspedes

Für uns hat das Zimmer perfekt gepasst. Das Personal ist super freundlich und wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage perfekt, U-Bahn wirklich sehr nahe und man konnte alles gut erreichen. Wasser wurde immer zur Verfügung gestellt, Frühstück auch sehr lecker. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Chegar até a acomodação com duas malas médias, numa rua tradicional não foi fácil

Ubicación a pocos pasos del metro, y a media hora andando de Wangfujing. Desayuno variado y completo. Café gratis y personal que habla un inglés perfecto.

La habitación 8302, que es en la que me alojé, no es suficiente de tamaño para una pareja con dos maletas (yo viajaba solo y, aún así, la maleta tenía que andar abriéndola y cerrándola para salir de la habitación. Los estándares de higiene en China son diferentes a los nuestros (el mando del aire tenía más roña que los bajos de un camión). Paredes que necesitan un repintado urgente, retrete incómodo… insisto: hablo de la habitación en la que me alojé, ví otras similares algo más decentes.

Hôtel bien situé à 5 minutes à pied du métro et assez proche de la cité interdite en taxi. Personnel disponible et à l’écoute, petit déjeuner compris et copieux, chambre propre et lave-linge + sèche-linge disponibles. Emplacement animé proche de restaurants, supermarchés et même un grand centre commercial à quelques stations de bus. Possibilité d’acheter un canard à la pékinoise bon et pas cher dans un restaurant en angle à 5’ à pied de l’hôtel (vendeur de burgers, poulet, frites et canard de Pékin).

La géolocalisation via booking et Google map est fausse si bien qu’on a eu beaucoup de mal à l’arrivée pour trouver l’adresse alors que c’était juste à 5’ à pied si l’itinéraire avait été correct.

Quite nice and clean room. Super friendly Front Desk and everybody speak English. Two minutes to subway station and, many nice restaurants , air conditioner works for cold and heat which we used, because all six days, which we stay there it was pretty cold . Decent breakfast and unlimited bottled water and coffee 24 hours

La gente de recepción eran muy majas, hablaban inglés perfectamente y nos organizaron el viaje a la muralla. De lujo.

El desayuno. Para los europeos es un poco extraño desayunar una mazorca cocida con lechuga y otras cosas randoms que no sabíamos ni lo que era.

Está muy próximo a una parada de metro, por lo que es ideal para conocer Pekín. Nos dieron botellas de agua gratuitas. La habitación es amplia y limpia. La cama era muy grande y cómoda. Nos guardaron las maletas el día del check out.

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights. After a small issue with the location (the hotel appears under a different name on AMAP), we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy, although the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:30 and consists of a fixed (packaged) dish chosen by the hotel, which changes very little every day. The location is great — just a 5-minute walk from the subway, in a charming little street surrounded by excellent local restaurants.

Unfortunately, our experience was spoiled by the tour to the Great Wall organized by the hotel. The service, offered at 300 RMB, was supposed to include transportation, entrance tickets, lunch, and an English-speaking guide, but not the cable car tickets which we were fine with. On the bus, we were told that there was no other way to reach the top, except by paying separately for the cable car — something we would have liked to know in advance as well as the price. The so-called “guide” did not accompany us on the Wall and gave us almost no explanation, apart from the length of the wall. Moreover, even though we paid for two cable car tickets (280 RMB), we were given only one receipt (140 RMB). When we asked for proof of the second payment, the guide was unable to provide any evidence. The hotel staff tried to mediate and assist us, which we appreciated, but there has been lack of transparency.
