Las chicas de recepción son súper simpáticas y te ayudan en todo, hasta configurarte el Alipay para el transporte público en Pekín. Hicimos el check in antes: 11 am, y gratis, se agradece mucho después de un vuelo largo y el día que nos íbamos nos dejaron una habitación para ducharnos por la tarde pues teníamos un tren nocturno. Una maravilla! Además te dan botellas de agua fresquita cada vez que llegas y te vas.

住宿地點離捷運站很近, 晚上附近有小市集可以逛, 前往重要景點不會太遠, 櫃台服務人員很熱情, 房間內沒有冰箱, 但大廳有大冰箱可以借用.

浴室非常小, 幾乎只有洗手台和馬桶的空間, 淋浴的位置是在馬桶的正上方, 所以洗澡前都要想辦法找個地方把衛生紙藏起來以免整捲都弄濕. 要更換的乾淨衣服也沒有地方可以放.

Reception staff is exceptionally welcoming, hospitable, knowledgeable and helpful altogether. Location is superb next to a shopping mall, three metro lines and in walking distance of Jingshei Park overlooking Forbidden City complex.

Centrally located with good subway connections and lots of eating places nearby.

Ubicación genial, en pleno centro pero en una zona tranquila por la noche y con varias líneas de metro y restaurantes cerca. A destacar la atención del personal, fueron muy amables y atentas en todo momento, tenían una nevera con agua a disposición de los huéspedes y aunque no lo necesitamos también ofrecían servicio de lavandería o café/té sin coste (no servian desayuno). Nos ayudaron con la reserva de la gran muralla (area mutianyu) y con la reserva de entradas para la plaza de tiananmen. Las habitaciones eran sencillas, pero limpias y con todo lo necesario.

Lo unico negativo para nosotros fue la falta de una mampara para la ducha en el baño.

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always guiding us whenever we weren't sure how things worked in China and going out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. We loved the complimentary coffee, free laundry facilities, and the constant availability of hot and cold water. The location is fantastic—everything is within easy reach, with a large shopping mall right next door offering delicious local food, as well as a 24/7 convenience store. We couldn't have picked a better hotel for our stay in Beijing!

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, pero sin duda lo que más destacaríamos es el personal. La atención en recepción fue increíble, siempre muy amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo momento. Nos alojamos en una habitación sin ventanas y bastante pequeña, algo que en principio no era demasiado de nuestro estilo. Aun así, el trato que recibimos hizo que este detalle pasara totalmente a un segundo plano. Nos llevamos muy buen recuerdo del hotel, sobre todo por la cercanía y amabilidad del personal. ¡Muchas gracias por hacernos sentir tan bien durante nuestra estancia!

Por destacar algo, la habitación no tenia ventanas, cosa que ya sabíamos previamente al hacer la reserva.

From the moment I've booked my stay, I've felt very well taken care of. From questions about how to reach the hotel, to then questions about the neighborhood, the staff would explain everything in detail and make sure I've got the best experience. And I was there only for one night and barely a morning! Location-wise the hotel is a walk away from the Forbidden City North gate, and I'm pretty sure you can reach many places by foot if you like walks and don't want to use the metro (there are three stations very close-by if you do). The room was quite nice, especially for the price, clean and neat, and the AC was a god-send as it was humid and very hot outside when i was there. The only maybe awkward thing was the shower not having a curtain to separate it from the toilet area, but I managed well enough and don't really count it as a negative. For one-night stay it was the perfect choice, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again if (or when) I come back to Beijing, even for a longer trip. Thank you again to the staff for making me feel so welcome!

Staff gentilissimo e con un perfetto inglese, lavanderia gratis pronta in 24h e posizione perfetta con 2 fermate della metro a meno di 5 min a piedi (linea 8 e 5 comodissime per raggiungere le maggior attrazioni di Pechino e le stazioni dei treni). Camera piccola ma con tutto il necessario.

Posizione ottima per soggiornare a Beijing, comoda per la metro e per andare in bici. Ci sono anche molti bar cafe e negoziati vicini. La struttura è pulita, anche se piccolina, come le camere. Non fatevi fermare dalla struttura sicuramente che ricorda di più un’ostello. Il personale è squisito, gentile, disponibile e questo fa la differenza.

Eva at the reception was fabulous. She gave clear instructions of how to navigate in the city and suggested places to visit. She went above and beyond to help sorting out the Great wall trip. Close to metro, perfect for a solo trip.

Struttura da 9.5, nel cuore di un quartiere carinissimo , centrale e pieno di vita di Pechino. Staff veramente cordiale e disponibile. Camera piccina, ma confortevole. A pochi passi vari centri commerciali, street food (almeno ad agosto) e un Seven-Eleven sempre aperto. Due stazioni delle metro a 5 minuti a piedi, per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione a Pechino

Assolutamente niente di grave, ma peccato non ci sia un servizio colazione. Bagno abbastanza spartano, ma funzionale, così come la camera.

El personal del hotel es insuperable: simpáticos, amables, resolutivos… me han hecho sentir en casa y me han solucionado cualquier problema o duda que tuviera. Las habitaciones están bien dotadas y limpias, ofrecen todo el café y agua que necesites incluido en el precio, el ambiente es excelente y la situación del hotel, tanto por el barrio en el que está como por la facilidad para coger transporte o moverse a pie es inmejorable. Cuando vuelva a la ciudad volveré a hospedarme siempre aquí.

Struttura vecchiotta. Camera davvero troppo piccola, non c'era lo spazio per i bagagli, ma nenache per stare in piedi in due. La nostra stanza aveva una finestra che dava all interno del corridoio e in pratica è come non averla. Ovviamente lo spazio ridotto e l impossibilità di sistemare le cose lasciando i bagagli a terra, fa si che anche le pulizie lascino molto a desiderare. Bagno piccolo con doccia senza divisione dal wc e calcare ovunque.

El hotel es pequeño y humilde pero muy cómodo y limpio, los trabajadores son muy simpáticos, se interesaban por tu día a día, ayudándote en todo lo que podían y dando buenas recomendaciones, te ofrecen agua fresca al llegar al hotel y al irte, lavandería gratis, me dieron de regalo de despedida un imán de la ciudad prohibida. La verdad que el servicio inmejorable y acogedor.

Excellent customer service, the staff were super welcoming. The rooms are not huge, but you are in downtown Beijing and the location is perfect - so many things within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel organizes tours to the Great Wall and Forbidden City, both of which were really good. The hotel also has laundry service. Overall, this place was amazing, especially if you are new to China.

Las recepcionistas eran un amor. Nos ayudaron en todo y eso es importante en China, ya que no conocíamos el idioma. Aunque las habitaciones son muy básicas se las arreglan para hacertelo fácil y confortable. Hay una nevera y microondas en recepción que puedes usar. Nos daban agua fría gratis y té o café. La ubicación está muy bien, céntrico, cerca de metros, mercado, etc. Todo muy limpio.

Cuando te duchas mojas todo el baño, es así. Para ello te prestan unas sandalias para que puedas entrar al baño sin mojarte los pies. Nos costó un poco aprender a usar el mando a distancia del aire acondicionado, pero al final lo logramos gracias a las recepcionistas que nos lo explicaron. En julio y agosto el calor es muy fuerte en la ciudad de Beijing y necesitas sí o sí aire acondicionado, especialmente para poder dormir.

Está muy bien ubicado. Son instalaciones muy sencillas, funcionales y está limpio. Las camas son cómodas y la habitación tiene aire acondicionado. La atención es excepcional, la recepción es 24h, nos ayudaron mucho con gestiones muy útiles para moverse por la ciudad (aplicación para las bicis, indicaciones ...), de hecho repetimos estancia los días anteriores a la vuelta. Muy agradecida.

The stairs snelle like mole

Dit is een heel eenvoudig hotel maar op een goede locatie. Klein hotel met zeer ruime kamers. Geen luxe maar proper. Het meest hulpvaardige personeel dat ik ooit ontmoet heb !! Ideaal voor een kort verblijf in Beijing.

De dames van het hotel waren top. Ze zijn superlief en helpen op alle vlakken en dat is een absoluut groot pluspunt. Voor de rest is dit hotel een supergoede optie als je minimalistisch wil reizen. Prijskwaliteit gezien is dit dan een ideale optie. De locatie is ook ideaal (metrolijnen 5, 6 en 8 zijn op een paar minuten afstand wandelen). Op zich heb je alles wat nodig is als je een stad bezoekt.

De kamers waren redelijk krap ingericht. De douche was in dat opzicht in het toilet ingebouwd (of het toilet in de douche). De muren zijn ook dun waardoor je anderen soms ook hoorde door de muur heen. Ik zou een 7,5 geven als dit kon, maar ten opzichte van mijn andere scores voor andere hotels is een 7 een juiste weergave.

Very quiet during night time, lively until 10 in the Longfu streets nearby. Exceptionally wonderful staff, who are committed to help you with anything. Comfortable beds, dark at night. Easily reachable from Dongsi or National Art museum station within minutes. Located centrally and conveniently, close to restaurants and good coffee shops. Coffee at reception :)

No teniem armari a l’ habitació i la dutxa mullava tot el bany

스탭들이 매우 친절했습니다. 약도로 동네 식당, 시장, 슈퍼 위치도 미리 알려주고, 기온이 38도까지 올라가는 때에 숙박을 했는데 외출할 때는 항상 차가운 생수를 먼저 챙겨 주었습니다. 교통편이나 궁금한 것이 있어서 물을 때에도 언제나 친절하게 대해 주었습니다. 지하철역과 버스 정거장 가까워서 이동하기에도 편합니다. 걷는 것을 좋아해서 난뤄구샹이나 자금성은 산책겸 걸어서 갔습니다.

The facilities are not great. The shower was right next to the toilet without a separation and the bathroom compartments were rusty. If you don’t mind staying in a hostel that should not bother you.

Personal, en particular el femenino, educado, atento y servicial. Suministro gratuito de agua mineral. Se limpian las habitaciones a diario. La ubicación es buena. Nulo ruido nocturno proveniente de la calle y en la puerta, espacio çómodo para que te dejen y recojan los Didi.

Aceptamos un presupuesto de 360 yuanes, 46,14€, para que nos enviaran un coche a recogernos al aeropuerto. Era nuestro primer día en China, el vuelo llegaba a Beijing a las 5:00 am y teníamos que estar a las 8:00 am en Tiananmen. Preferimos solicitar el coche al hotel porque al no tener aún experiencia con la App de Didi tuvimos miedo de llegar tarde. En definitiva, nos cobraron 360 yuanes por un trayecto que en Didi nos hubiera costado alrededor de 80 yuanes, 10,25€ según la aplicación. Además el coche era viejo e incómodo, nada que ver con los Didis habituales. Coger un Didi en el aeropuerto no nos hubiera supuesto ningún problema. Por otro lado, las habitaciones están mal insonorizadas y si te toca un vecino ruidoso lo sufres.

Excellent location, amazing staff.

Ubicación muy buena cerca del metro y personal muy amable. También había cerca 7 eleven y muchos restaurantes. Destacar que ofrecían agua fría ilimitada y café 24h.

Camas un poco duras

El personal excepcional. Cafe, agua, té y lavado de ropa totalmente gratis. El personal de recepción da todo tipo de información y compra de entradas. El personal de limpieza muy agradable. La localización genial.

Había dos escalones dentro de nuestra habitación para llegar al baño. El baño muy pequeño sin plato de ducha y el suelo del baño era el de la ducha. Al mojarse se resbalaba una barbaridad. Habitacion pequeña y sin espacio para mesita de noche a cada lado. No teníamos armario. No es un hotel accesible para personas con movilidad reducida ya que aunque solo tiene una planta, hay que subir andando. Para gente joven o de mediana edad genial. Pero no es un hotel similar a los occidentales.

Líbilo se nám vše, od rychlého check-inu (i když jsme přijel ve 23 hodin večer), přes tichý čistý pokoj, pohodlné matrace i polštáře, funkční klimatizaci až po teplou vodu ve sprše s dostatečným tlakem. Slečny na recepci mluvily skvěle anglicky, uměly poradit s výlety (případně je i zařídit). Bonusem bylo libovolné množství balené vody zdarma, rovněž tak čaj nebo káva byla zdarma. Zároveň bylo možné si velmi levně koupit přímo na recepci další chlazené nápoje a třeba i jogurty. Zajímavá je i poloha přímo mezi hutongy a v těsném sousedství zakázaného města. V okolí je dostatek nejrůznějších restaurací, kaváren i obchodů a dvě obchodní centra.. Na stanici metra je to asi 300 metrů, což je další výhoda polohy hotelu. Jelikož nám letadlo odlétalo až v podvečer, vyšli nám na hotelu vstříct a prodloužili nám checkout o dvě hodiny, a to zcela zdarma. Děkujeme za příjemně strávené tři noci a rádi DOPORUČUJEME!

I stayed at this hotel with friends for three nights. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are equipped with everything you need. A special mention goes to the two ladies at reception: they were incredibly helpful before and after my arrival, and throughout my entire stay in Beijing. Highly recommended!

Y lo mejor el staff, todas las personas nos atendieron magníficamente, y en concreto Eva y Wang fueron maravillosas y nos ayudaron mucho con todo, además hablan un inglés magnífico, algo que no es habitual en China.

Everything the girls working there were so nice and helpful, even set up our phones with Ali pay they could not do enough for us, giving us iced water when we returned from being out in the sun all day and bottles of water when we went out in the morning even though the hotel was basic it was perfect and the staff made it an excellent stay will definitely return so I can't thank the staff enough they were wonderful 😊

Esperienza fantastica, accoglienza straordinaria! ​Cosa ci è piaciuto di più: Siamo stati in questa struttura in coppia/in due e non potevamo chiedere di meglio! La posizione è centrale e comodissima, perfetta per girare la città grazie alla vicinanza immediata con le fermate di bus e metro. ​La camera e gli ambienti comuni erano pulitissimi e curati nei dettagli, ma la vera perla della struttura è lo staff: le ragazze della reception sono state eccezionali. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto vari piccoli intoppi/problemini e loro sono state super disponibili, pazienti e velocissime nel risolverli sempre con il sorriso. Un'empatia e un'efficienza davvero rare da trovare! ​Inoltre, un'attenzione graditissima: caffè squisito, oltre a tè e acqua freschi sempre a disposizione gratuitamente a qualsiasi ora nella hall. ​Giudizio complessivo: Consigliatissimo! The staff was incredibly eager to help. We were treated superbly, answering all the doubts, explaining all we needed to move in Beijing easily. The accommodation has a great location, close to two subway stations. You will arrive in Forbidden City or the Lama temple quite quickly. The hotel is in a nearly pedestrian street, so the surroundings are peaceful and, by no means, noisy.

Vicinissimo alla zona pedonale dei negozi e a due fermate della metro utilissime per raggiungere le varie attrazioni. Lo staff eccellente, inglese perfetto (una cosa più unica che rara in Cina da non dare assolutamente per scontata). Super disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza o necessità. Servizio lavanderia gratuito e rapido. Camera grande il giusto, pulita tutti i giorni. Acqua, the, caffè, microonde e frigo a disposizione. Se si cerca una soluzione comoda e pratica per un soggiorno piacevole è un’ottima struttura, consiglio vivamente!

Por el precio que tiene está muy bien, la localización es perfecta y tienes el metro a 5 min. EL hotel es muy pequeñito pero tiene todas las comodidades alrededor y es facil de localizar. En la recepción hablaban un poco inglés, lo cual fue maravilloso para poder facilitarnos la estancia, y nos ofrencian agua fria cada vez que pasabamos. La habitación era mas pequeña de lo que pareceia en fotos y un poco claustrofobica pero tenia todo lo necesario, no se le puede pedir más. En general los hoteles en Pekín eran todos bastante caros y este por el precio que tenía nos dejó muy satisfechos. La verdad es que volvería aunque sea muy humilde!

The hotel is located in a really lovely neighborhood, with two metro stations just a short walk away, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The hotel itself is simple, clean, and very pleasant. What truly made my stay special, however, were the three girls working at the reception. They speak perfect English, are always smiling, incredibly kind, and ready to help with anything you need. They even lent me a power bank, explained how to use Alipay, offered a free laundry service, and provided complimentary bottles of water throughout my stay. They made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of!

Best place to stay in Beijing!! No doubt!! Best location in the city. Surrounded by a lot of services and close to the underground station. Fast and easy for going around the city. Most of the famous places are easy to get from the hotel. Very clean and quiet. Everything is excellent at this hotel!!! The staff are AMAZING!!!! Very helpful and nice to everyone 🙏🏼❤️ They make you feel at home and help the clients in every need they (we) have. Love people working there!!! We will always remember that hotel and the workers... I’ve traveled quite a lot around the world and I’ve never found a nicer or more helpful staff than this. Extremely good English, excellent tips and suggestions, fast and super nice communication with WhatsApp too. Room and bathroom a bit tiny but for using the room just for sleeping - like I did - it’s a non issue

People is what makes this place. The location is great, close to everything. Ladies at the reception were very nice. And a gentleman ( night manager) was great too!

La atención del personal fue fantástica. El personal de recepción era muy amable y te ayudaban en todo lo que necesitaras o les pidieses. Con gente así te hacen una estancia muy agradable. Sin duda repetiría en este alojamiento.

El personal fue encantador, amable, atento, en definitiva inmejorable. Ducha de cortesía, agua gratis en cada momento, hablan inglés, te explican y facilitan lo que necesites. Muy contentos

Es cierto que aunque las habitaciones son correctas, no son el punto fuerte, la camada cómoda y limpia, y baño con todo lo necesario

Der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten Aufenthalt im Stadtzentrum von Peking. Hervorzuheben ist das extrem freundliche und super hilfsbereite Personal. Die Angestellten sind immer fröhlich und unterstützen gern bei allen Anliegen und Wünschen zum Aufenthalt und zur Reiseplanung aber bspw. auch bei der Organisation oder Buchung von Tickets für Veranstaltungen. Immer, wenn ich das Hotel betreten oder verlassen habe, wurde mir eine Flasche Wasser angeboten. Auch auf dem Zimmer werden täglich neue Wasserflaschen bereitgestellt. Das Zimmer war gross, hatte ein sehr bequemes, grosses Bett und ein kleines aber sehr sauberes und sehr komfortables Badezimmer. WLAN funktioniert super! Es gibt einen kostenlosen Laundry-Service. Innerhalb von einem Tag bekommt man die Wäsche zurück. Die Lage ist perfekt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es eine grosse UBahn-Station. Die Verbotene Stadt kann man fußläufig erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ausserdem verschiedene Restaurants und Einkaufszentren. Habe bereits für meinen nächsten Peking-Aufenthalt erneut hier gebucht :)

Le due ragazze della reception sono eccezionali, accoglienti e ci hanno spiegato pazientemente tutto quello che chiedevamo. Ci hanno risolto tanti dubbi e problematiche su utilizzo della metro e delle app di Alipay e WeChat. Caffè gratuito buono e servizio lavanderia e asciugatura per niente scontato e totalmente gratuito. Posizione centralissima tra la metro 5 ed 8 che sono quelle più utili per visitare Pechino

Le camere sono davvero molto semplici, e poco spaziose. Bagno piccolo, poco pratico e la doccia lo bagnava tutto. C’era un solo piccolo specchio nel bagno, non so se lo riprenderei.

L'équipe était extraordinaire ! Le staff est très attentionné. Bouteilles d’eau, conseils sur nos sorties, activités et trajets. Les environs sont très agréables. Près de lignes de métro.

La douche est dans les toilettes.

Very central, 20-30 min walk to the hidden city. Shopping mall and lots of food stalls just around the corner. Staff is super friendly and helpful and very good in English. They gave me free coffee and lots of free water bottles and let me store my backpack after checkout, highly recommend this place !
