Представленный номер располагался в подвале .(таких номеров в отеле много) с маленьким окном , вентиляции в номере нормальной нет . На улице громко работал блок кондиционера от другого номера, окно не открыть шум не дает спать . Вечером напор горячей воды был очень слабый. Утром горячей воды не было. Завтрак начинается в 7 утра , свободных столиком нет, поесть невозможно, пришлось идти в номер кушать на тумбочке, кофемашина стоит за столом, за которым завтракают посетители, чтобы налить кофе надо тысяча раз извинится, чтобы человек вышел из за стола и ты дотянулся до кофемашины.

Mucha humedad y ruido en la habitación

El desayuno del hotel es escaso y hay poco espacio para poder consumirlo, pero muy cerca hay un lugar donde puedes encontrar leche fresca, sandwiches y postres exquisitos y bien de precio. El hotel tiene un rooftop muy agradable, y el personal te ayudaba en todo lo que podía.

Las duchas tenían muy poca agua, y era difícil ducharte con agua caliente.

Muy buena localización, en una zona con muchos servicios y justo a lado del metro. El desayuno estaba bien, con bastante variedad.

La habitación que nos dieron estaba en un semisótano, sin luz apenas, y olía bastante a humedad. Aunque la pedimos de NO fumadores, tenía cierto olor a tabaco. El baño estaba descuidado y la limpieza era justita

This hotel really had disappointed me, its was really old and not clean. After check in I just sat and cry as I had already paid online prior arriving and couldn't cancel or get a refund. Old furniture, stain floor and bathroom. I just had to stayed there as I paid for it, but not worth the money

Ninguém falava ingles mas isso é normal na China, os quartos tinham baratas, estivemos 4 noites, das quais 3 sem agua quente e o pequeno almoço era miseravel, ao ponto de num dos dias que saimos as 8:30 já praticamente nao haver comida. Foi uma pessima experiencia e nao recomendo a ninguem o hotel.

Service, gratuities, breakfast, availability and kindness of the staff, very convenient daily trips with pickup from the hotel. Haven’t checked the rooftop garden, but we’ll do next time!

Area was very humid due to the rain, we couldn’t dry out wet clothes, I guess the daily monsoon rain was unbeatable everywhere in August.

Le immagini delle descrizioni non rendono giustizia... La realtà è inferiore. Il livello e il prezzo del soggiorno a parer mio non collimano. Lo standard qualitativo che mi posso permettere mi ha fatto soggiornare in strutture che ad un prezzo inferiore hanno una qualità superiore. La colazione lasciava a desiderare.

Очень чисто. Ежедневная уборка. Персонал приветливый. Сам отель маленький, но удобная локация. Справа и слева ресторанчики с вкусной едой. Рекомендую. 5 мин до метро. 15 минут пешком до туристической улочки с торговыми центрами.

Не все номера нормальные. Есть ужасные, без окон. Вернее они есть, но выходят в коридор. У меня окно на первом этаже не закрывалось и было ощущение, что прям в моем номере ходят люди. Шумно. После моего требования поменяли номер за небольшую доплату. Стало гораздо комфортнее. В принципе рекомендую отель на переночевать несколько ночей. Правда сразу уточняйте какой номер вам нужен. Еще из недостатков- были в душе проблемы с водой. Иногда она была еле теплая или приходилось ждать 10 мин, пока пройдет теплая. Один раз бегала в полотенце на ресепшен. Так же были проблемы с электричеством. Выбивали пробки. Если отремонтировать отель и сделать нормальные коммуникации и звукоизоляцию- жить можно.

Le personnel était à l’écoute à tout instant et nous a aidé à chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. L’hôtel est très bien placé également, on a accès aux différents métros et à des rues commerçantes typiques.

Camera piccola, con un unico piano di appoggio, non sempre pulita bene, arredamento trascurato, in particolare nel bagno doccia e lavabo con pezzi rotti e mancanti, pressione dell'acqua bassissima, se si faceva in contemporanea con un vicino di stanza smetteva di uscire. Colazione discreta ma con quantità ridotte e con insufficiente stazio per tutti gli ospiti...se si arrivava in orario congestionato la colazione si faceva in piedi. Un vero peccato vista la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale.

The location was very convenient, and the hotel is in a nice area. One of the reception girls was especially kind, friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was not the cleanest, but overall it was acceptable and comfortable.

I witnessed a very disturbing incident during breakfast at your hotel. There were only a few guests in the restaurant at the time. I saw a female staff member take a guest’s plate containing leftover noodles with vegetables. She appeared to think that nobody was watching. I deliberately pretended to be looking at my phone, but I was watching her the entire time. She took the leftover food from the guest’s plate and put it back into the communal buffet container, where other guests were taking food. This was food that had already been served to a guest and partially eaten. It was not food that had simply remained in the kitchen. It came directly from a guest’s plate and was put back into the food being served to other guests. I was extremely shocked and disgusted to witness this. Since that moment, I have not eaten anything from the communal buffet containers because I no longer feel that I can trust the food safety standards of the restaurant.

The breakfast very poor, the same food every day. Only asian food, for my family no option to choose.. Sometimes no place to eat. No milk. If you ask milk for coffee, you are invited to buy a cup of milk for 10 yuan. The air cond was directioned to our heads, not healthy...

The room was quite small, but acceptable. We usually choose budget accommodation, so small rooms are expected. Everything was clean and well presented Breakfast was quite good. As expected, it included a number of Asian items that we wouldn't normally eat for breakfast, but overall a good breakfast. Staff on the front desk were very helpful and mostly spoke good English. We have to make a special mention for Lily - if she's not the employee of the century, she needs to be. Amazingly helpful, nothing was too much trouble, she went out of her way several times to get information or other things for us.

The hotel is quite old and looks worn in places. The booking information included "Tea and coffee making facility". The room had a kettle and cups, but no tea, coffee or milk was provided. As this was only a 2 day stay, we didn't want to buy these items so had to go without hot drinks.

W miarę rozsądna lokalizacja jeżeli chce się pozwiedzać Pekin, Wokół hotelu restauracje i sklepy. Miły taras zlokalizowany na dachu obiektu. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel - 10/10 - mam nadzieję że ten obiekt będzie dobrym wyborem dla Wszystkich odwiedzających. Dziękujemy za wszystko !

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. They offered a larger room for the same price, what we accepted (I was there with my 10-year-old daughter). The breakfast is great, they also have complimentary laundry (but they don't have dryers so don't let your landry for the last moments). Price is very affordable. I hope it was not my last stay there. Thanks for the fond memories.

The hotel was in a great location with a two minute walk to Zhangzizhong metro station. It was a 30 minute walk to the Drum Tower and Bell Tower. The hotel sits on a number of roads with a wealth of restaurants, cafes and bars. It is surrounded by the Hutongs and only a 20 minute walk from the Lama Temple. The staff were friendly and helpful and serve a great coffee at the service counter. The roof terrace is a bonus place to sit during the day or for a drink or snack in the evening.

The decor is dated and tired and the hotel could do with a bit of an update.

It was clean and close to the metro station (5 minutes walk). It was forbidden to smoke inside and it was good that there was no smell of smoke.

Les photos sur Booking ne correspondait pas à la réalité une fois dans la chambre, il y avait beaucoup de moisissures au sein de la salle de bain, le sol était taché. Les murs étaient abîmés, ça sentait l’humidité. nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, ce qui a été fait, la chambre était plus petite, mais plus propre, mais nous retrouvons toujours de la moisissure au sein de la salle de bain et des taches au sol et sur les murs. Notre chambre était en face de la salle du petit déjeuner de ce faite tous les matins. Nous étions réveillés par les bruits couverts dans la chambre, il y a une petite fenêtre qui n’a pas de rideau donc on avait la lumière du jour en pleine face, et le soir, les clients parlaient dans les couloirs et nous empêcher de dormir. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est très bien situé.

I bagni non regolavano bene la miscela di acqua fredda e calda. Condizionatori vecchi e rumorosi

The hotel is close by the metro station, only 2-3 minutes walking distance. The hotel personnels are very helpful with providing information about the city attractions. They help us booking tours and getting around the city. They are very hospitable. The hotel's rooftop terrace is great place to relax.

Ottima posizione. Per chi arriva dall’aeroporto è facile da raggiungere. Basta prendere l’airport express, scendere a fine corsa e prendere la linea 5 scendendo dopo 1 fermata. Da lì con pochi passi si arriva all’hotel.

L’acqua della doccia scendeva veramente piano e con poca acqua. Ho fatto la doccia fredda la seconda sera perché calda non usciva proprio. Il lavandino era mezzo rotto ed emanava odore di fogna.

Lily, the receptionist, was so lovely and helpful. She offered me choices of several upgraded rooms and helped me book my Tiananmen Square tickets. Breakfast was a small buffet. Make sure you pay attention to the instructions given on Booking.com to find it as not marked correctly on other map apps.

The hotel provides many thoughtful perks, such as delicious complimentary coffee and free luggage storage before and after check-in. The breakfast was also quite good. When we weren't happy with the first room we were assigned, the staff kindly showed us several other available options and let us choose the one we preferred without any issues. The bedding was sparkling clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. ​The location is excellent, with nice bakeries and local restaurants within walking distance, as well as easy access to subway and bus stations. It is just a 40-minute walk to the Forbidden City, and there is a lovely rooftop area where we could rest after a long day and enjoy sitting outside. Świetny hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Właściciel jest niezwykle życzliwy, pomocny i zawsze gotowy do wsparcia. Zorganizował nam wszystkie niezbędne bilety oraz wyjazd na Mur Chiński, dzięki czemu cały pobyt był bezproblemowy. Jego zaangażowanie i gościnność zasługują na najwyższą ocenę. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto odwiedza Pekin. Na pewno chętnie tu wrócimy! Korzystalismy z hotelu jaka stopover przelatujac przez Chiny do Japoni. Zostalismy na jedna noc i gospodarz bardzo nam pomogl w organizacji zwiedzania. Na pewno jeszcze skorzystamy z AirChina i tej odwiedzimy ten hotel. Bliskosc metra tez bardzo pomaga.

En las habitaciones no llega cobertura de movil sin embargo, de Wi-Fi sí. Las camas no muy cómodas. No hay sitio para desayunar como sea en hora punta.

I had a very pleasant stay at East Sacred Hotel. The location is excellent, as it is very close to Zhangzizhonglu Station, making it easy to travel by metro to most of the major attractions. The hotel is also surrounded by many nice food options and cafés, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The service was good, and I would like to give extra appreciation to the housekeeping team for keeping the room very clean every day. Whenever there was any issue, the staff were helpful and tried their best to solve it quickly. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

Posizione fantastica, vicinissimo alla metropolitana e circondato da parecchi hutong. Per mangiare c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta, tantissimi ristoranti ovunque si guardi. Un plauso speciale allo staff, tutti gentilissimi e disponibili.

L'unica cosa che forse non mi è piaciuta molto è la parte divisoria tra bagno e camera, essendo una parete di vetro opaco non garantisce tantissima privacy. Ma non è un grosso problema.

Our stay at East Sacred Hotel from June 28 to July 2 was wonderful. The customer service was exceptional—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. While the hotel isn't a luxury property, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a clean room, a comfortable bed, and good amenities. It was perfect for us since we mainly needed a place to rest and safely leave our belongings while we spent our days exploring the city. One of the things we really appreciated was the complimentary laundry service, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of delicious options to start the day. The location is another big advantage. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service, great breakfast, and thoughtful extras like free laundry service, I highly recommend East Sacred Hotel. We would happily stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location was very good.

They were actively changing out the floor and made other renovations as we were staying there. They were working (very loudly) from 9am-8pm and my partner nearly slipped because they weren’t making sure it was safe for the customer to walk there. The only way out of the hotel was through the space where they were cutting the flooring.
