Die Zimmer und die ganze Anlage waren wirklich schön. Das Frühstück war super lecker & das Café, welches mit drin ist, war auch super schön & lecker. Die Lage ist gut Peking recht zentral, aber dank UBahn oder Fahrrädern ist mal fix überall. Das Personal ist unfassbar Freundlich & nimmt die Probleme der Gäste sehr ernst. Absolute Empfehlung!

In unserem Zimmer war es sehr warm, trotz Klima. Dadurch, dass der Bad sehr offen gestalten ist, sollte man seine Reisebegleitung vorher schon gut kennen.

Det var en meget lækker morgenmad og vi havde mulighed for at vælge mellem flere forskellige menuer. Personalet var meget venlige, utrolig hjælpsomme og særdeles serviceminded. Beliggenheden var meget centralt, ligesom vi ønskede, kort til metro, restauranter og shopping steder. Dette sted vil vi vælge igen.

The property was beautiful, clean and close to several touristic locations such as Tian’anmen square and the Forbidden city. The staff were just an absolute delight - so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options (I suggest package 3). The restaurant inside the hotel was also fantastic, some of the best food I’ve had in Beijing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful modern and private boutique hotel with architecture riffing on the surrounding hutongs (laneways). Excellent location in fashionable Dongsi and 5 mins walk from subway. Rooms are very quiet despite the vibrant location. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Delicious breakfast.

We had an incredible stay at the Jingmao Alley Hotel. The hotel itself is very well decorated, in a boutique/cafe style which makes it super cozy. The rooms are good size and comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 recommend !

I would only say I wish there was a bit more cloth storage in the bedrooms, but that is about it. Everything else was really great !

Centrale e vicino alle attrazioni principali. Ristorante interno all’hotel da provare! Camera spaziosa e pulita. La ragazza dello staff di giorno parla perfettamente inglese e qualche parola di italiano ( non scontato ) quindi è stato molto facile rapportarsi con lei. Soggiorno piacevole.

Posizione molto comoda e personale molto gentile e disponibile!! Per ben due giorni ci hanno preparato la colazione al sacco dato che non combaciavano i nostri orari con i loro!! Camere pulitissime e molto confortevoli anche se piccole!! Metropolitana a due passi!!! All’interno c’è anche un ristorante e un lounge bar dove servono delle ottime torte!! Consigliatissimo

The hotel is very nice and located in a pleasant area, with the metro just a few minutes’ walk away. The daytime staff are fantastic: all the girls speak excellent English. Alex, in particular, is extremely professional and kind, and will be happy to help you with anything you may need (she even speaks a little Italian!). If you have any special requests regarding breakfast, don’t hesitate to ask. If you have to leave very early in the morning, the staff are also more than happy to prepare a breakfast to take with you — and the sandwiches are excellent! The rooms are spacious and comfortable (we were given a complimentary room upgrade), and many of them are located around a lovely inner courtyard. The hotel also has a nice bar, where in the afternoon you’ll often find guests enjoying a cup of tea and a nice slice of cake.

The breakfast is probably the only area that could be improved. While the tables are nicely set for dinner, breakfast feels a little neglected: there is no table setting and, overall, it lacks a bit of atmosphere. It wouldn’t take much to make it feel more welcoming. As for the food, there is nothing to complain about with the Chinese-style breakfast, which is very good. The Western-style option, however, could be a little more varied if it is offered: toast, jam, croissants, proper coffee or cappuccino, eggs prepared in different ways, etc. Instead, you are served a slice of toast with an egg on one side and a croissant on the other. If you want coffee, you have to get it yourself from the coffee machine, in a paper cup — and, rather surprisingly, there are no coffee spoons available. That said, it’s certainly not a big deal if you’re only staying for a few days. After all, if you’re a true traveller, perhaps it’s only right to embrace the local way of life — even at breakfast! 😄 The only other minor point is the night staff. English is quite limited at night, and we occasionally found the service a little less attentive and welcoming than during the day. A little more engagement with guests would make the experience even better.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. We stayed in the room on the first floor and it has a nice garden view. Location is great. There are a lot of local foods near by the hotel. The distances to 2 different subway stations are short.

Le personnel est vraiment très serviable . En particulier une femme à la réception qui est vraiment d’une grande gentillesse. Elle a géré pour moi pendant plus de 2 heures un litige pour la réception d’un colis . Le café lavazza de la machine est excellent ( disponible toute la journée et gratuit)

We loved our stay at this place. Everything about it was very high quality. The room was gorgeous. The line was great and the design for the room was very good. The hotel has a restaurant and a café on the same premises, but run by different people.. They were both excellent and we highly recommend them.

Where to start... we loved it, and would definitely stay over again! The room was very spacious. It's super well located, between two subway stations, has loads of restaurants nearby, a large supermarket, coffee shops etc. Staff was great, really accommodating and helpful. I also liked the breakfast: we had both the western and Chinese versions, and you should try the Chinese version as well, it was delicious!

The only thing we missed was a bided, either built-in on the toilet or as bidet sprayer. But honestly, this is just a detail.

The location of the hotel is perfect. They also have free breakfast everyday while you are staying there. Besides, free water and coffee. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. We loved this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits, l’endroit est magnifique, il ne paye pas de mine quand on arrive mais dès qu’on accède au chambre, on comprend le standing de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont propres, calmes, très confortables. Nous avons eu beaucoup de questions et de changements dans notre planning, le staff de l’hôtel a été très aidant et flexible. La localisation est bien pour sillonner dans les hutongs alentours. C’est une zone très animée à proximité d’un métro.

Si je dois dire quelque chose : dommage que le rooftop ne soit pas plus exploité !

We loved this boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication and arrangements with Jaclyn were excellent and seamless. Our room was spacious, spotless, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is perfect, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and would definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit.

A very classy hotel, located in a lively and trendy hutong. It boasts a prime location in the heart of the historic city center and is excellently connected by two subway lines. A great place to experience living in a traditional old Beijing house, equipped with all the modern amenities you would expect.

The location was excellent. Close to: the metro, banks, loads of restaurants and two fabulous museums within walking distance. Also great location for exploring the hutongs. The staff were lovely, I felt well looked after and it was a cosy environment. The team spoke good English and were super helpful. Lovely smart and comfortable room with lots of bathroom products. Fabulous breakfast with several choices. I would stay again as it was great value for money and rather unique. It's a gem!

This year was my second time I stayed at the Jingmao Alley Hotel. It was such a wonderful experience and I loved every second! The staff is so kind and very helpful, the rooms are beautifully designed and confortable to stay at and one of the best parts is the yumny breakfast! I will definitely come again – this place is a hidden gem in Beijing!

O quarto tem uma cortina grossa e uma cortina fina, mas durante o dia, a cortina fina não dá conta de manter a privacidade do quarto e acabamos tendo de deixar a grossa fechada o dia todo. O Café da manhã é muito bom, mas não é farto.

L’hôtel était bien situé, un emplacement proche du centre mais en ayant le calme des lorsque l’on passe les portes. La décoration était mignonne. Le personnel vraiment très gentil, et aux petits soins, ce qui rend l’expérience très agréable!

I really like the staff there. There will be staff able to communicate well in English. Property is located near to palace museum and subway. There's a cafe nested in the property too, serving beautiful desserts and drinks. There are menu for dinner if you're lazy to eat out - limited but try out the hearty tomato soup with noodle bits! (疙瘩面)

Breakfast menu is rather limited and not the most delicious. Laundry room has only one washer and one dryer. A full cycle of drying takes abt 3h.. would be good to have another. But noted the limitation of laundry room size. Cleanliness level is okay, but there were some rusty corners making it look aged. I wish there was a bidet in the toilet too.

The only thing I’d say is more storage for clothes but that is because we stayed for a bit longer and I’m a chronic overpacker!

Jingmao Hotel is a very good hotel in the Dongcheng District in Beijing. Each room are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in the stay and prepared each day making a reservation the day before. Metro station available in 12 minutes walk and the area around is full of food shops. Highly recommended

Nos encantó lo limpio que estaba todo, el personal fabuloso, súper amables, incluso nos gestionaron gratis el traslado a la estación de trenes, los desayunos que son más bien un almuerzo, muy recomendable, volveremos seguro a este hotel

we arrived early in the morning and we were already able to check in and get some rest in our room. the lobby, café and room were very cute. the staff was very helpful and very sweet. we got to choose our breakfast daily and it never dissapointed!

we had one instance where some water dripped from the cealing in the bathroom but got fixed very quickly!

Staff were really friendly and hospitable. They check in with you everyday if you need breakfast - on one of the days I left earlier than their breakfast service, they prepared a to-go bag for me. They really try their best to make sure you're comfortable.

Just a little far from the stations by walking, but if you cycle, it's great. Not much convenience stores around either.

The staff were very friendly, offering some good activity and sight seeing recommendations during my stay. They we even kind enough to arrange a take away breakfast for me one morning when I had an early departure. The room was lovely and very clean. Location was great with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants around. There were multiple subway stations around the hotel making it easy to travel around the city to various locations!

El diseño del hotel. Tradicional, pequeño y acogedor. El personal muy atento. Cuando entras te encuentras el restaurante y zona de desayuno lleno de arreglos de flores que hacen allí mismo. El desayuno chino es "top" aunque también tienen opción western. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero la cama es comodísima. Siempre hay agua disponible. La cafetera es una Delongui automática, una rareza en un hotel que se agradecía. Ofrecen cena que aunque nosotros no probamos nos dio pena porque viendo el desayuno la cena tenía que ser excepcional. Todo casero y tradicional.

Por poner una pega no limpiaban el espumador de leche de la cafetera pero creo que se soluciona con que varios lo comentemos.
