Everything nice clean , the host even put some snack basket water in the fridge nice coffee and milk Big towels , iron table and hair dryer Definitely come back again

I stayed 2 nights , second night there was a lady next door being racist due to my accent.. drunk and loud It s not the host fault of course ! But overall all great

The location was amazing, I had the suite upstairs it was very big had everything I needed and had it all to myself and honestly it was such a relaxing day and night, very clean place and close to everything. Will stay again soon. The bath and shower are amazing aswell. I brought my own towels however they do provide them.

The price is high so I wouldnt be able to stay as often as id like or for more than 1 night

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Much appreciated the welcome goodies, amd finding milk and water in the fridge. Two fans. (Well needed in this weather) and the window left open to let in fresh air. The room smelled fresh when opened the door. plenty of towels. And a guest folder to tell you information about the room if needed. Hairdryer that worked!!! And very very near to the park. Easy to get into room once was given a code.

On closer inspection of the room. Certain areas where shabby especially the bathroom, which was off putting and doesnt reflect the reviews or price payed there to stay. Drain smell as soon as walked in the room. Sink so small ,no room to put a toothbrush and anything else. Condestation water marks left all over walls, (good job paint colour wasnt red, otherwise id presume someone was murdered in there) peeling ceiling over shower. Half empty soap bottles. Reflect a half hearted nature to look after the room. Paint coming off walls and kitchen cabinets. Dirty marks over paintwork and the curtain. Says sound proof. Unfortunately for us thats a no. As the room above us seemed to be wearing concrete shoes and performing a rendition of riverdance late at night. Could even hear them over the TV. Annoying and frustrating when you want a peaceful evening, after reading another review seems there still there from last time. 😑 Front door to building needs a clean and repaint , first inspection was not a good look. And roadworks outside (which cant be helped by the owners)

Unclean, not looked after - dusty all over, cabinets with wear and tear not repaired, umbrella stand in the hallway was rusty. And there was a piece of stale chewing gum left on the coffee table.

The location and that it’s close to city centre

The property wasnt clean it was dusty and I was itchy the whole stay. Windows were full of dust and had dead insects. Cleaning staff need to learn how to smile and how to knock doors properly not so loud. People from upstairs were stomping their feet and slamming doors late night.

Great location in the prettiest historic place in Preston. Walking through the gardens and Avenham park was a delight. Also very convenient for the train station. Useful kitchenette with fridge, and they supply fresh milk, cereal and crisps. Very good room fan which was needed! The lady doing the cleaning was lovely.

The room was small with the space taken out for the kitchen so got very hot and humid, especially after running the shower. Couldn't open a window to get fresh air in. There was a breakfast table and chairs tucked into a corner but nowhere sensible to put them up.

It was quite noisy, as we was right near the front door. A lot of chatter from people as they came and went. Across from us was a really noisy couple, always shouting and arguing. (But of course this is nothing to do with your property. Just inconsiderate guests.

Some teenagers in the next room play in the alarm i think and around 5am it make a lous noise and it wake everyone.

The space was wonderful. The location was ideal. The apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The view of the park was nice. It was a very nice surprise to have a portable fan available in the room.

The stairs are challenging. There was not a door hanger available for “maid services requested” or “do not disturb” Laundry service would have been nice and would given us extra reason to show better appreciation for the services.

The kitchen area was clean and the property left little snack which were nice.

The property smelt of weed as we entered. The room was quite small- not many images of the ground apartment. The bathroom was tiny! And the shower is so small! There was no handheld shower head… really difficult if you don’t want to wash your hair. The mirror on the wall wouldn’t work too. The room got so hot and we couldn’t open the window. Luckily there was a fan in the room… which was that thick in dust I don’t think any air would come through. It was nice to see the cleaners tidying the rooms… they like to knock on the minute it’s check out time. Overall, it’s way overpriced for the property.

the apartment was amazing! worth the money 100% and its right in the centre of Preston so perfect for a night out or just doing abit of shopping.

the only thing is the shower was quite small in the apartment we had so you struggle to move round in the shower and your hair would get wet when having a normal shower but its not a massive deal and this may have just been the apertment we were in

Perfect for a couple of nights stay in the city centre. Great staff, helpful and friendly.

No negatives, it was exactly as listed. Though I would suggest that it would be better to recommend parking in the St Wilfrids Street Car Park rather than the Avenham Park Car Park on East Cliff St. It's just a few extra minutes away on foot but much better all round.

Like most decorative cushions on hotel beds as they are not ever laundered, smelled of unwashed bald head sebum, as bald men don’t think they need to use shampoo anymore.

It would have been nice if there was a family room available when we booked. We had to book two separate rooms and split the family into two.

There was a very strong air freshener smell in the property and room which was overwhelming. The beds sagged a bit in the middle so you tended to roll together during the night. My partner tripped over the corner of the duvet cover which hung down to the floor when we arrived, which wasn’t good.

I stayed at the Copper Beach Residence, the whole process was really smooth with self check in. I liked the hotel itself for two people it was so lovely to stay. Everything was near by so it is a great place to stay at. I loved my stay.

The location is absolutely fantastic—you’ll be staying in the heart of Preston, right across from a beautiful park. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The neighbours were very loud after midnight. We stayed from Friday to Saturday, and it seemed that someone had organized a party at the end of the week. The music was extremely loud, so we decided to speak with the neighbours and ask them to turn it down. Fortunately, they agreed. Additionally, the fridge was unexpectedly noisy. It started making loud sounds during the night, which forced us to turn it off in order to sleep.

Modern and cosy

Close to central Preston so easy to see family who we were visiting. Near to Main Street so lots of restaurants to chose from.

The Mulbury apartment is right next to the front door so you hear everyone else coming & going, even when they are careful and being polite to other guests. Occasionally people would look in the windows which was at times awkward.

Very nice apartment, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. I very much liked the self check-in and the welcome pack with milk and cereals etc. It was a great location, close to the centre of town but in a nice area next to the park leading down to the river.

The only downside was the very small bathroom that was so small there wasn't even a shelf to put toiletries on.

This is a superbly equipped apartment on the edge of the beautiful Winkley Square. Every possible facility that you would expect in a top-class apartment. Even milk and cereals provided. Easy access. First floor but managed to haul my bag up to it. Having lived in Preston in the mid-90s, this is a prime and attractive location. Maybe unwise to venture into Avenham Park late at night but no different to any other inner-city parkland.

Thought there was no corkscrew but, of course, there was. Not a fan of rainfall showers but just personal preference.

Our third time staying here, always easy check in and nice rooms. This is the 3rd different room we have stayed in and the beds are so comfortable, in fact wish I could take the pillows home with me. Only thing I have to complain about is, this time the cleaner was knocking on room doors before check out time asking to be in them, it may have only been 10 minutes, but this time we needed all the time we had to get sorted and leave. It wasn't just our room she was doing this to, please speak to the cleaner on that day to ask her not to do that, its not very nice feeling rushed.

2nd visit 1st was as a result of train cancellation and we needed accommodation at short notice which they duly provided, enjoyed facilities and location so returned for a short break- will return

Overall a great place in a perfect location for Preston city center. Spacious room in overall great order with all the normal facilities. Loved self service check in and great communication, sent via email, with all the details sent swiftly containing door codes etc.

My only two little gripes are these. 1. The sofa in the lounge area was not of good quality and already pretty warn out so really was very uncomfortable. That was a little annoying especially when you just want to chill and relax. My second one is on the Sunday morning I had to move my car and the cleaner was really quite grumpy as when she enquired were we leaving yet! I said it was and hour before check out time so no. I also enquired about a late check out of which she said no, not possible. I did email the management to request one but I had no reply from them. I was a little put out by the lack of no reply. A yes or no answer would have been nice as I would not have had a problem paying a £fee. I suppose quick to take your money on booking but I thought there was a little lack of customer service that morning especially for the room rate charged.
