The property is lovely and this was the second visit in two weeks

The room was small (Orchid) but well decorated and had all the facilities needed for an overnight stay but it was a little noisy from music in another room which is why I have scored it a 7 overall

This is really an aparthotel, because it is staffed all day and rooms are made up on request. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room felt small but the bathroom was big by contrast, and had a bath in it. The kitchenette and fridge were handy. The place is a very short walk from the train station.

Steep staircases to the upstairs rooms. If you have limited mobility you can request a ground floor room, but I didn't think of it.

Exceptional, from the start to finish. Room/rooms spotlessly clean. The girls work hard, the conversation is easy. Location perfect, 5 mins walk from the train. Perfect.

Staff were great, once I booked they immediately checked if I had booked the correct year - which I hadn't - so that was really useful. Location was great close to the train station, place was clean and check-in was very easy.

I booked a deluxe room, specifically because it had a separate bath and shower on the pictures, but then I was "upgraded" without asking to a two bedroom apartment, which made no difference as I was alone, but this one had a shower in the bathtub. The plug for the bathtub then was broken and stayed sealed, so I had to use a knife to get it out. The noise insulation also isn't that great between apartments, from the bedroom I could here the people in the flat above me chatting until 1am.

Beautiful room, very clean and close to all the shops and restaurants.

Bit small for an Apartment with no room to sit but on the bed. Nice big bathroom though and kitchen area was good with facilities.

Good central apparthotel. No reception or onsite staff, but easy to access with code and a key safe. No A/C which was a bit of a shock on a hot night, but the windows open and it is a quiet street. Well appointed bathroom and comfortable bed. A bit pricy but I liked it for a short overnight stay.

Location was central and easy to get to my destination. Clean, tidy and modern.

A few repairs needed to reflect the price of the room, cracks to bathroom tles and bedside cabinet. Bed was not as comfy as as expected.

Everything! The whole property was clean. Loved we got to have a duvet bed in bed all day. Omg the mattress is the comfiest I’ve slept in! I want to come back for another good sleep! Bathrooms were hot fast and clean and have us our privacy . Making last min changes to extend the room and then late checkout was don’t so late by me but handled so well my the team. Can’t fault any of you. Massive Thankyou . It was the perfect place to return to after dialysis, please comfort and quietness

Nothing, sometimes a little noise but we were right by the door. My original choice was for a bath to just relax my muscles but can’t complain. With the free up grade we were more than grateful

Tv didn’t work. No signal And fridge was warm not cold Also was woke up at 6.30 by workers a tracktor or dumper. Up and down the hotel from 6.30 to about 9. Shaking the building literally. Woke ip and and couldn’t settle. And noisy was there to rest after some bad news.

We had such a mixed experience here. Our first night was genuinely lovely—calm, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. We actually enjoyed it so much that we were already planning to book again next month. Unfortunately, the second night completely let it down. There was loud music in the early hours (around 3–4am) which made it really difficult to sleep. We did report it, but it wasn’t properly resolved and the noise continued. On top of that, there was a strong smell of weed, and we actually saw the guests responsible. The next morning we even saw an ashtray with what appeared to be weed in it and took photos, intending to make a complaint. In the end, we decided not to take it further and simply won’t be returning. It’s a real shame because the start of our stay was so good, but the lack of a peaceful environment and how it was handled has put us off booking again.

Pros: Location - especially for the High Street and the Station. Communication from reception via email with easy check in instructions. Comfy beds Cons: In room 1760: shower leaked continuously after using. Wifi was dreadful. Woken each morn at 5am. Non stop trucks loading or emptying bins. So noisey, hardly slept. It was unbearably hot and stuffy (even in April). Water from all the taps was dangerously scalding hot.

The Huntという部屋に宿泊したのですが、リビングと2ベッドルーム、トイレは3つあってキッチンもありました。一人で滞在したので広過ぎるくらいでしたが、清潔だしオシャレでリラックスできました！案内してくれた人も優しくて、初めてのランカシャーに良い印象を持ちました。奥の寝室は天井にカーテンがあって朝にリモコンで開けると気持ちいいです。電子レンジもありました。シャンプーとボディーソープはホワイトカンパニーのもので凄くいい香り。駅からも近くでシティーセンターの中に位置しているので便利です。次もココに泊まります。ありがとう！

I opened the door to find a cosy room with a lit Christmas tree & a glowing fire . Lovely comfortable bed Spotless bathroom. a good selection of hot drinks milk & water in the fridge .

We had submitted the booking for 3 people meaning we needed to use the sofa bed, but there were no spare lining or duvet provided for this, ended up sleeping on the pull out mattress with my coat over me

The room was too small (polo) no one to help u with anything it’s a (help ur self hotel) I didn’t like that and I couldn’t understand how there isn’t even a reception and it’s 5 stars

I stayed for a works night out in Preston, and it had the potential to be amazing. The self check in worked very well. I stopped in the Goldfinger room which is on the ground floor. There is a bedroom with a huge bed which was extremely comfortable. This leads to a little kitchenette with a bistro table and two chairs, which then leads to the bathroom where you find a bath and separate shower. Overall the space was wonderful. What let everything down was the standard of repair. At one time this was probably amazing, but now every single wall is scuffed, every paintwork is badly damaged, kitchen cupboards are chipped. The room looks like it hasn’t been repaired or re-decorated in a couple of years which is a shame. The shower head leaks, I did manage to tighten it up so it was useable, but it still sprayed out the back. One other slight niggle is that the only plug sockets are no where near a mirror, which is very annoying when trying to dry hair. I did have a decent night’s sleep as the bed is so comfortable. It was just frustrating as this could have been amazing, but I left feeling cheated, as I paid for a luxury stay and it felt a bit shabby. The location is perfect for access to the city centre and if the owners spent a small amount of money bringing the room back up to standard it would be worth what I paid, but I paid double what my colleagues did for the Premier Inn and it wasn’t worth it. Shame.

We had train issues and booked this last minute as it was just around the corner. Great location and excellent staff.

We were upgraded to the Fairytale room- the room is lovely and spacious. It has everything you need- mini kitchen, nice bathroom, lounge area with smart tv. Great little place to stay.

Excellent, was very nice smell as you walk through entrance, very clean, and the rooms were spacious and warm.

Parking was advertised as free parking but upon arrival have to use a car park 5 mins walk at a cost of £10

Perfect location and amazing apartments, we were upgraded for free and the finishing touches were spot on. Additional birthday card and box of chics since we were celebrating a birthday was a nice personal touch.

It was clean smelled incredible, all facility’s spotless, it was nice and warm. Also I received a discount on a late check out which I thought was very kind of the owner.

I enjoyed all of my stay only slight problem was in the morning I could hear the upstairs moving around a lot due to a loose floorboard. But honestly thats a simple problem that can be sorted easy. And it didn’t take away from the stay at all.

The property was nice we have stayed numerous times, we also got an upgrade to the penthouse which was really nice, ideal location and everything you need

Unfortunately we couldn’t sleep in the master bedroom , and had to sleep at the other end due to the smell of sewage coming from the shower , if I could recommend any changes it would be sort the smell out & clean the carpets as it spoils the look of the apartment which is lovely

Good location . Room clean and comfortable with super shower. Kitchen area well equipped - nice that we were left milk and water as well as tea coffee etc. Helpful staff - got a text to tell us we could check in earlier than we’d expected which was great. Helpful advice on nearby restaurants

the decor was stylish but it made the room very dark.

Very smart, clean and cosy. Bedrooms were well equipped and felt safe and secure.

There’s little natural daylight so a longer stay might feel a bit claustrophobic but it was perfect for our needs (just 1 night)

Really simple, self serve accommodation. Instructions were clear for check in and out and really nicely styled rooms. Lovely smell in lobby. Location a little dubious and could do with windows that opened but otherwise very reasonable but quality accommodation

kitchen was fully equipped and as it is a block from the rail station and on the corner of a shopping centre and just off the main shopping boulevard there is lots to do and see within a short walking distance.

noisy overnight due to being next to the loading area for the shopping centre, not VAT registered so cost is 20% more than expected (how it is possible they are not VAT registered when it is part of a larger group I could not say), no seating area to eat the food you might prepare in the kitchen - you would have to sit on the bed, decor is soulless

Very central, loved the concept of the modern apartment but think a few more tweaks would make it a more comfortable stay. Beds were amazing and comfy.

See through bathroom glass screen was not very nice.. Room to hot, TV was rubbish, couldn't get Netflix etc. Had kitchen amenities but only one chair at table.

I have been in Preston for the last 6 weeks during the week for work and for 3 of those weeks I stayed here (wasn't always available for one person) Loved all the different rooms I stayed in with their different themes , The Hunt , and The industrial one were my favourites which were free upgrades so bigger than I needed that said the studio room I had the other week was just as great Excellent check in / communication Excellent staff Excellent location Highly recommend for single travellers like myself or for people that need 2 or 3 bedrooms Lovely welcoming stylish place to stay
