Hard pillows & confusion in the parking app on the check in desk. I paid for 24hrs as instructed by the clerk but was sent a penalty notice claiming I had overstayed. I appealed successfully but think the instruction at the hotel desk was confusing.

Lots of eating places in an easy walk.

Room only which was relatively spacious and clean. Very good vale for money in a location with decent transport links.

Не працював кондиціонер в номері і вікна теж не має змоги відкрити, погода була не жаркою але це неприємно, кухня теж досить бідна як на таку ціну, в інших готелях Holiday inn було набагато більше вибору на сніданок.

The staff were amazing. Every single member went above and beyond expectations. They couldnt have been more helpful, polite and courteous. Made our stay extremely pleasant.

the room was large, clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was ok just a regular buffet style cooked breakfast.

The cost for the room was extremely high for a 1night stay in a holiday inn but it did meet our location needs for the lowry so felt compelled to paying it

In good distance to Old Trafford which was a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Nice staff at check in and the bar/restaurant and a nice hot breakfast the following morning.

was as slightly better than expected for the price. staff were really helpful. didn't eat there so no idea on food quality.

tv was tiny, but that's about it.

No lower rooms ( they start on the eighth floor) and as I have walking difficulties, I was worried about being able to vacate the room in the event of an emergency. They did take my details and said they would contact me if necessary but, as a worrier, I didn't feel totally reassured by this.

The staff were friendly, the location was great, the room was a good size, food was good too.

Sounds a bit odd, but the pillows have changed-they are small square ones now & not as comfortable as the older style ones. I still slept well though, just didn't really like them.

Proximity to the Lowry Theatre, beds really comfortable and hotel really quiet at night . breakfast was lovely. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Our room needed redecorating, paintwork (walls marked). Possibly a little over priced but appreciate it was a Saturday night on the bank holiday.

My daughter has bed bugs which were reported and they did get a new bedroom and a breakfast. The beds and pillows were some of the most uncomfortable I have slept in

Staff unhelpful, issues with room (TV not working, sink not draining and shower temperature scalding). Parking is also a nightmare although hotel guests get slightly cheaper rate

First I don't eat breakfast so I can't comment on it: The room was comfortable and clean, great bed, slept like a log, view was bad on the side of the hotel I was on, but the location was fantastic, everything was near. The staff were only Great, nothing was too much trouble, very knowledgeable about the area, I felt very welcome and comfortable talking to them, without exception. There is also a really nice shopping centre 5 mins walk from the hotel, every where was really clean.

I was a bit disappointed with their not being a restaurant in the hotel, just food ordered at the bar and being vegan the choice was chips and/or salad. But the staff came to my rescue and told me of a restaurant near the hotel that would be able to cater for my needs, and as the place was so safe I was happy to walk 5 mins to get dinner, there were actually several restaurants near by so it would not take away from anyone staying there not having a "proper" restaurant in the hotel, the only other thing and was partly my own fault, there weren't any usb ports to charge my phone and I didn't bring the plug with me as I thought I wouldn't need it, but again the Staff came to my rescue and charged my phone for me in the office until I could buy a plug which I did the following morning.

The staff are happy and polite.

Unfortunately the meal in the lounge bar was cold and over cooked. Not being able to set the air-conditioing to your own required setting.

The room was clean and comfortable and included WIFI, tea & coffee making facilities, towels and hairdryer. The breakfast was delicious with a choice of cereals, a cooked breakfast and fruit and fresh pastries. Hot and cold drinks available too. The location was fab as we were visiting the ITV Coronation Street experience with a short 8 min walk over the bridge with lovely views. Altogether a really nice 1 night sleep here.

Location. Cleanliness. Friendly staff We had an issue with our room and were moved promptly and efficiently with help from the staff

We had to ask for tea, coffee, toilet roll refils. We asked twice for the body/hand lotion in our bathroom to be filled up as it was empty, but this never happened

Picked this hotel for proximity to ITV Studios and didn’t disappoint.

Only stayed for 1 night and there wasn’t anything to dislike!

The property is well located and a car park is nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Just a brief stay as arrived late and up early. All good from room PoV and good location for Media City/ Salford quays area . Not far from tram stop to city centre about 30 minutes away

Very clean, staff really friendly, excellent location for media city food was great and a server in the bar area with red dyed hair was especially chatty and lovely today.

I requested a walk in shower instead of a bath, that was ignored. I was emailed an offer to upgrade and I replied I would like to, then was told I would be informed on arrival if I got one, it was never mentioned at all. I was more upset about the shower as I recently had surgery on my legs and stepping in and out of a bath wasn’t ideal.

A little tired-looking, so-so breakfast, failed to deal with an issue with our room

The location and the staff

All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There were a couple of minor issues but these were quickly rectified by the very professional staff on the front desk. The hotel location was great and offered easy access to all amenities at Media City.

The breakfast was good, though the flow of hot drinks could be improved as t-bags and tea pots were not located with the water and cups. One of the bath towels had a hole in the corner but this was quickly replaced. Also, there was a slight issue with the shower riser which came loose. As a blue badge holder, I found the signage on the blue badge parking bays in the roads around the pitch carpark (in front of the hotel) to be confusing and unclear as it did not specify how long you could park in a bay with a blue badge. I’m aware that in other bays there is a 20 minute limit for unloading but no guidance for blue badge holders.

The room was clean and a great size. Breakfast was tasty too. The staff were friendly, especially the lady managing the restaurant at breakfast time - she seemed to enjoy her job.

No on site parking. I know there are options right next door, but it would have been good to not have to pay for parking.

Mia was very helpful and kind when we had found an issue with the toilet flush not working upon arrival. She changed our room quickly and it was a very smooth experience.

TV/the remote was very slow and clunky to use. Maybe would be nice if there was cold drinking water available on floor.

All the staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful!! The bathroom was modern and very good shower. The bed was very comfortable and it was a big room. No complaints at all
