The fnb staff needs to learn how to be more graceful. The loud sound of plates hitting with one another is annoying and lowers the hotel standards. The way they move around the dining area is a bit rough almost bumping into me while i am carrying food to my table.

Should inclusive charge for parking

The scented aroma in the front desk area and the perfume gift. The coffee machine. The courtesy to provide umbrella, the torchlight, sewing kit and amenities that usually 5 star hotels would provide.

The room is quite small considering twin sharing rooms are usually shared with people with no romantic relationship so usually people would like to have some gap and distance especially among men because we are not gay.

Bersih dan selesa. Dapat bilik hotel 2 katil. Sarapan pun sedap. Harga sangat berpatutan. Ada kedai makan di bawah jika tak mahu keluar malam. Parking je la kena bayar banyak kali kalau keluar masuk. Sebab perday rm7 kena bayar. Kalau keluar masuk kena ikut rate parking mall. Tapi overall semuanya ok. Kolam ok sebab ada cafe tepi kolam. Akan repeat stay di sini.

Tout. Nous avions réservé l’appartement 2 chambres. Celui ci était dans un état catastrophique, une moquette remplie de taches, des draps douteux, des fourmis dans la cuisine…. J’ai demandé à changer d appartement et cela a été fait. Cependant il est flagrant que l’ensemble de l’hôtel manque d’entretien et de propreté. C’est le seul hôtel où je ne suis pas allée à la piscine tellement elle ne donne pas envie. Un ascenseur sur les 2 présents ne fonctionne pas donc il y a un temps d’attente non négligeable.. franchement rien ne va et surtout au vu du prix! J’ai réservé dans cet hôtel en me basant sur la note et le nombre de commentaire, mais il ne faut pas faire la même erreur que moi!

Pas une fois le balais ou l'aspirateur n'as été passé tout le long de notre séjour. Les murs sont sales, la moquette dans le couloirs est sale, les rideaux dans la chambre sont sale. Faut tout revoir.

Le personnel sont tous adorables et professionnels. Les commerces dans le bâtiment.

Les photos sont souvent en décalage avec la réalité. La chambre était trop petit ainsi que le lit. A chaque fois que j'utilisais le lavabo yavait e l'eau qui sortait des égouts avec l'odeur qui va avec. Le ménage inexistant moquette dans les couloirs tâches, escalier salle mego de cigarettes partout.

Bilik T3-803, malam agak bising sebab ada bunyi dari dalam riser (tepi tingkap) yg berada di dalam bilik. Semasa saya tempah di Booking.Com bilik yang dijanjikan adalah pool view tapi tidak seperti yg dijanjikan.

The breakfast was okay, could improve in few areas such as taste-wise, choice of menus and arrangements of the dishes. The Gurney mall is a additional complimentary to the stay but few of the eatries stalls closed early (before 9P.M) and the is no eatries available nearby the place within walking distance

Bon petit dej, bonne literie, pas mal de confort matériel: brosses à dents, chaussons, peignoirs… Une des deux chambre avait vue sur les tours petronas. Il y a des commodités dans l’immeuble, plusieurs restaurants, épiceries, distributeurs de billets…

La piscine est assez loin de la chambre La moquette est tachée Il y avait une forte odeur d’égout dans une des deux chambres

Bilik yang luas dan view yg mengadap bandaraya KL. Ada pusat bowling sebelah lobi hotel. Bawah ada kedai serbanika, restoran, farmasi dan lain2 lagi.

Carpet byk kesan lapuk. Lif pon ada 2 utk cover 29 tingkat. Lama nak tunggu.

الأفطار كان متنوعا ولذيذا، والموقع رائعا، وتتوفر فيه كافة الخدمات، إلى جانب وجود سوق متكامل من المحلات والكفهات أسفل الفندق، وATM، وأنصح الحجز فيه.

شبكة WIFI في الغرفة لم تكن تعمل إلا بعد عدد من المحاولات مع إدارة الفندق.

The location. Perfect for family 😃. We have two separate rooms, a mini kitchen and sitting area, mini fridge. Small mall with 24/7 laundromat. There's even a pool with excellent views.

The apartment is a bit dated. Carpets needs thorough cleaning as there are coffees and teas stains everywhere. But apart from that all good.

Lokasi yg senang akses kemana2 di KL. Breakfast pun ok. Staff sgt membantu. Saya ambil apartment 2 bilik. Sgt selesa. Byk kemudahan disekitar hotel.

Kalau boleh tidak perlu karpet di seluruh dalam bilik.

الفندق عبارة عن برج والاستقبال بالطابق 6 في الاسفل مول تحتاج لصعود لطابق 6 ثانيا الطريق اليه يمر من صالة بولينج ( البرج 3) الاستقبال جيد جدا وبشوشين الإفطار جيد

Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the check-in experience was excellent. The staff during check-in were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel comfortable from the start. However, the check-out experience was quite disappointing. The staff on duty did not appear customer-friendly and seemed unfriendly, with no smile or warm greeting despite us being polite and smiling throughout the interaction. Hopefully, the hotel can improve the consistency of its customer service.

1. Recep is only open at 7am. Guests who checked out before that time cannot validate their parking. I had to call maintenance three times to replace the broken fridge. The bed was also broken.

Lobby counter is not a 24h service. Closed at 12mn reopen at 7am No room service for food. Waited more that 1h to get takeaway food at hotel's cafe. Got the food but not nice. Paid extra bed but not delivered. Back from dinner celebration but lobby counter already closed. Awaiting refund for extra bed

The hotel's location is excellent, close to Kampung Baru and KLCC.There are many convenience stores and fast-food outlets below the hotel. It is very convenient.

The breakfast was nothing special; there weren't many options. There are many small ants in the room.sometimes it smells of cigarette smoke, not sure where it comes from

Value for money for a 2 bedroom unit with good breakfast. Next to the UTM KL mosque, just go down to the ground floor have shops and restaurants.

The affordability of the place and the strategic location which is near to amenities

The packing is costly and troublesome, as a hotel guest you do not get a flat rate for the whole stay, instead you have to validate your touch and go card at the reception counter after 4 hours of your stay. The worst part, reception is only till 11pm. If you go out after 11pm and have not yet validate your card, good luck in paying a full day carpark rate!.UTM should charge a flat rate for guests and the payment to be done once during check-in just like other hotels namely Sunway Putra Hotel that only charges RM 13 for carpark during check in for the whole stay and hotel guests can go in and out anytime.
