White Swan

the service, staff, value for money and location. I will visit this place again with pleasure.

Čudovit sprejem s strani Marie in udobna soba z velikim balkonom. Parkirišče v neposredni bližini. Pijača za dobrodošlico in darilo lastnika ob odhodu! Zelo pohvalno, lepa gesta, ki razveseli vsakega gosta.

Fijne locatie super aardige mensen

The staff were all equally amazing and kind. Very pleasant and welcoming. The room was class and the rooftop chill area was so peaceful, the times we had up there were priceless

Sehr sauber komfortabel, sehr nettes Personal

Total nettes Familien betriebenes Hotel.

Beliggenheden perfekt. Tæt på strand / by / caféer og restauranter .

Bedankt lieve mensen!

Great central location, lovely staff

Everything great, beginning with the welcoming by the receptionist, lovely room, nice location with a good proximity to the beach and the old town, free public parking nearby and super clean

Great people, great location. Felt like being home.

Jederzeit wieder.

I loved my stay at White Swan! I was traveling solo and this place was just amazing. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, they care about their guests. I actually ended up extending my stay for one more night because I didn't want to leave and im glad i did it. Close to the beach, to old town. I will be back! Thank you for making my stay so special.

I had some concerns about the swimming pool, but it was only one day it was overcrowded on the roof top, so we considered to go to the beach at the afternoon instead of chilling in the swimming pool. But at the same time, 2 days out of 6 we were lucky enough to be alone there. The girls on the reception are super nice! We’ve been provided with the list of cafes/restaurants “approved” by the hotel, we tried 3 from the list and cannot disagree with the choice.

Doskonała lokalizacja - blisko zarówno do plaży jak i starego miasta. Doskonała obsługa, czystość pokoi na najwyższym poziomie. Polecam!

The apartment is a short walk away from the beach and the old town. Had a lovely stay here and the girls at the reception are so nice! They recommended places to eat and helped with getting a taxi

The hosts were so lovely and caring, I felt really at home during my stay. The building is brandnew and so are the rooms. The room was beauftifully designed and also very spacious. It is just a short walk to the beautiful beach. There also restaurants and super markets nearby, it is a nice neighboorhood to stay with many locals. It is a very nice walk to the old town along the beach side, takes about 15-20 minutes. I loved everything about my stay and can highly recommend.

Wonderful place

Amazing clean, modern and spacious hotel room with the kindest and most helpful staff. From the moment we arrived the staff offered us bottles of water and there was a big one in the fridge in the room along with a welcome ouzo drink. They provided us with towels to take to the beach, gave us a slightly later check out and held our luggage for us. They also gave us an gift of olive oil when we were leaving. The hotel room itself was very spacious, modern and super clean with a very comfortable bed. There is also a little roof top jacuzzi/ pool. Everything was great and we would definitely stay here again.

I would point out to get free parking in Rethimno can be quite tricky! Another point to note is that you are a good 15 minute walk from the old town (but the beach is only a minute away and you can't have both in Rethimno!).

Everything perfect absolutely made the holiday staff friendly helpful 👌

The property was very convenient for the beach, The old town and historic centre only a 10 minute walk away. Small family run business with the most friendly and helpful staff…Nothing too much trouble. The house keeping staff were second to none and amused us greatly with their interesting and creative towel sculptures.

The property is set back a few blocks from the beach in the middle of a quite built up residential area. We had a room at the rear of the building and the balcony got no sun at all. The room and balcony also had a major lack of privacy as it was overlooked on both sides by the neighbouring dwellings.

We had a great stay! Thank you!

Great hotel - really well located, super clean and the staff at the front desk were great throughout my stay!

Nothing

Staff were incredible. They couldn’t have been any more helpful. They even gave us free water, a complimentary drink upon arrival, and olive oil to bring home. They were so nice each day when leaving the hotel.

viskas labai patiko

Absolutely amazing place!! The staff, the rooms, the location everything about this place was perfection. Super helpful and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Would highly recommend

Accueil chaleureux Chambre lumineuse et bien décorée.

Rien

Lovely staff always so welcoming location was great rooms always so clean nice and modern was a perfect place to stay

Nothing it was perfect

We had a lovely stay at White Swan. The staff was very nice and friendly. Room was cleaned every day. The room was clean and a good size. The bed was big and comfortable. The room had everything we needed. The shower was very powerful. Lovely balcony for having breakfast. The beach was nearby, as well as supermarkets and restaurants.

Nothing

Sehr nette Besitzerfamilie.

Staff & well appointment rooms

Nothing - all good

Imi faceam griji in legatura cu parcarea ( am ajuns tarziu ) dar in apropierea hotelului aveam o parcare publica.

Huile d'olive. Merci encore

Friendly and always helpful staff. Close to the sea. Modern and comfortable rooms with excellent lighting. I was quite pleased and relaxed with the whole experience. They offered us raki drink 😃

The room was a bit on the smaller size but still comfy and fully equipped

Alles!

Oh my word. I don’t think I’ve been to a better hotel. Forget about how beautiful the hotel and the rooms are (we’ll talk about it later), but the host and staff are just the perfect embodiment of a family-run business. Everything was so personalised, all customers are treated so kindly and attentively. The owner is one the nicest guys I’ve met - he gave me a local delivery on arrival and later that night his daughter gave me a bottle of olive oil from their farm! Maria who first checked me in was so lovely and polite, checking constantly if there was anything she could help. The same attitude applies to the rest of the staff too! Now onto the rooms! It’s so cozy, spacious, beautifully decorated and sparkling clean! The beds are so comfortable and I had a perfect night sleep. The location is fantastic! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and within a short walk to the old town. Parking is a little tricky though - I had no issue finding one (purely by luck) but you’d have to be at the right place at the right time. I was so gutted that I didn’t stay longer!

1. WiFi didn’t work (so I used mobile data instead). 2. Parking can be tricky to find.

Staff molto cordiale e disponibile

Letti e cuscini non proprio confortevoli.

Sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr freundliches Personal.

Es waren keine Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Good location of a hotel with free parking close by. Very friendly staff who gave us a lot of recommendations nearby. Room was clean and relatively spacious, was missing a table to eat at though.

sound insulation with bathroom as well as the surounding rooms was not so good. You can hear other louder guests' neighbors.
