O chuveiro acumulava água ao ponto de a água invadir o quarto, só percebi quando terminei de tomar banho que o quarto estava inundado pela água e tinha cheiro ruim que vinha do ralo do chuveiro. Inaceitável.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad. Hartstikke fijne en vriendelijke mensen. Heel zorgzaam en steeds terugvragen hoe het gaat. Alles is mogelijk. Ontbijt is top en eten in het restaurant is super goed. Echt smaakvol. Hele grote suites en alles goed schoon. Eigen Strandbedjes aan zee.

Tolle Lage und sehr geschmackvolles Essen

Tout est top, nous sommes revenus la deuxième semaine tellement on a aimé notre première visite. Accueil top niveau, la jeune fille que nous avons vu plusieurs fois à l’accueil est géniale.

Rien à dire c’est du haut niveau de prestations et d’accueil

Das ganze Personal war unglaublich nett. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, zusätzlich konnte man viele Extras ohne Aufpreis bestellen. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist lecker und wird mit viel Liebe dekoriert und präsentiert. Das freundliche Reinigungspersonal ist speziell hervorzuheben. Alles war stets sauber und gut gepflegt. Die grosse Terrasse und der Whirlpool waren ideal nach einem langen Strandtag. Die Reservationen bezüglich Strandliege klappten bestens. Das Städtchen ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Our suite at Dyo Suites was simply wonderful. I absolutely loved the large private jacuzzi on the patio, which made our stay feel even more special and relaxing. The suite itself was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay: generous, delicious and made with high quality ingredients. We also really appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the staff, who made us feel very welcome. A beautiful place to stay in Rethymno that we would definitely recommend!

Ligging aan strand, comfortabele en luxe kamers, fijn bubbelbad, heerlijk ontbijt, diner en lunch in het restaurant (sushi is een aanrader, maar ook de andere gerechten), vriendelijk en meedenkend personeel.

We hadden in eerste instantie de suite Caesium, daar hadden we flinke geluidsoverlast van de pub ernaast, dus deze suite raden we zeker niet aan. Na de eerste nacht konden we switchen en was het perfect. Personeel heeft daarna nog meerdere keren gecheckt of alles oke is. Verder is het centrum van Rethymno dikke 20 minuten lopen, wat te doen is, maar dus niet om de hoek. Ten slotte waren er wat kleine afwerkingspuntjes, bijv dat een aantal lampen het niet deden, wat niet belemmerend was maar wel jammer.

La gentillesse du personnel à l’accueil à notre arrivée, le jacuzzi sur la terrasse, la situation, les articles de toilettes compris.

Le personnel du petit-déjeuner/bar n’est pas très compétent. Le jour de notre départ, nous n’avons pas pu prendre le petit-déjeuner car nous partions avant 8h et pas de problème avec ça mais nous avons demandé si nous pouvions juste avoir un café à emporter et cela nous a été refusé parce qu’il était 7h40. Je ne trouve pas ça pas très commercial dans un hôtel où l’on paie quand même 265€ la nuit.

L’accueil, le personnel, la chambre, l’emplacement, l’accès quasi direct à la plage, etc tout était au top pour que ma compagne et moi passions un très bon séjour. Nous avons été surclassé et des cadeaux nous ont été donnés.

Everything in the hotel was great - one of the best hotel experiences i had. The hotel restaurant is excellent and all hotel staff are friendly. Breakfast really had a lot of options since you have the buffet and can order a la carte. I also had a wonderful massage at the spa. Really good value for money

Great location - walking distance from the old town, on a strip with lots to do. Beautiful, spacious room with a completely glass-enclosed front offering a direct, unobstructed view of the ocean. Huge private deck and hot tub were absolute heaven. Warm, and genuinely helpful staff. First class breakfast buffet, with an impressive selection of buffet items as well as an extensive à la carte menu. The on-site restaurant, Magma, was also amazing, offering an array of dishes, including a skilled on-site sushi chef (and saxophone player the night we were there). The beach was across the street, and they reserved our front row seats every morning, in large super cushioned chairs, with complimentary water on ice. Also, complimentary morning yoga with Sophia, with two different classes to choose from every day. The classes were small and personal, and Sophia created a real sense of relaxation, healing, and body awareness. On our last day, they let us stay on the beach for the day and provided facilities for showering and changing. Truly an exceptional experience - the entire experience is about relaxation, wellness, comfort, and being genuinely cared for. We will definitely return. Thank you.

Truly - can't find a single thing. Parking was not included, but we had no problem finding parking on the street.

Siamo una giovane famiglia con un bimbo di due anni e abbiamo trascorso qui l'inizio della nostra vacanza a Creta. Abbiamo passato dei giorni bellissimi, la struttura è davvero comoda anche con un bambino piccolo. Essendo proprio davanti alla spiaggia, ci si mette davvero un attimo e la spiaggia è attrezzata benissimo! Lettini e ombrellone inclusi nel prezzo e prenotabili di giorno in giorno. Servizio colazione super, c'è qualcosa davvero per tutti e i piatti sono buonissimi! Anche il sevizio in spiaggia è disponibile ed è perfetto. Molto comodo se non ci si vuole spostare tutto il giorno. Camera pulita, comoda. Tanti asciugamani a disposizione, sia per la camera che per la spiaggia è accappatoi. Highlight: lezioni di yoga incluse nel prezzo, con una magnifica insegnante (Sophia), che vi accoglie e adatta la lezione a chi incontra. Molto empatica, e molto professionale! Unica struttura che offre questo servizio. Raccomando assolutamente di provare quest'esperienza insieme a Sophia. In generale rapporto qualità - prezzo ottimo!

Difficile parcheggiare, almeno in agosto, ma è così ovunque e per tutte le strutture, quindi non lo userei come criterio si giudizio di questa struttura! ☺️

+ La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. Personale sempre affabile, attento e disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre diverse esigenze, sia alla reception sia al ristorante. Un’attenzione costante che abbiamo apprezzato molto durante tutto il soggiorno + La posizione strategica per visitare Creta. L’hotel si è rivelato un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare l’isola in auto e raggiungere facilmente diverse località e spiagge. Ideale per alternare giornate di relax alla scoperta di Creta + La vista e la vicinanza al mare. La nostra camera era proprio di fronte al mare, con una vista splendida e la spiaggia a pochi passi dall’hotel. Svegliarsi con il mare davanti è stato sicuramente uno degli aspetti più piacevoli del soggiorno + L’ottima organizzazione della spiaggia di fronte all’hotel. Molto comoda la possibilità di prenotare direttamente alla reception lettini e ombrellone, evitando qualsiasi complicazione. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la possibilità di pranzare direttamente in spiaggia, con un servizio sempre cortese e disponibile

Dovendo trovare qualche punto di miglioramento: - La mancanza di un parcheggio dedicato nelle immediate vicinanze dell’hotel. Avendo noleggiato un’auto, sarebbe stato sicuramente più comodo disporre di un parcheggio riservato. Va comunque detto che, in determinate fasce orarie, siamo riusciti a trovare abbastanza facilmente posto nelle vicinanze, utilizzando il parcheggio gratuito su strada -L’odore di cloro della Jacuzzi. Abbiamo trovato piuttosto intenso l’odore di cloro dell’acqua, al punto da rendere poco piacevole l’utilizzo della Jacuzzi della nostra terrazza

Pobyt w Dyo Suites w Rethymno był dla nas kolejnym już wyjątkowym doświadczeniem i zdecydowanie jednym z tych miejsc, które pozostają w pamięci na długo. Od samego początku można poczuć, że nie jest to zwykły hotel, w którym gość jest tylko kolejnym numerem rezerwacji. Tutaj naprawdę czuje się zainteresowanie, troskę i autentyczną gościnność. Największym atutem hotelu jest personel. Wszyscy pracownicy byli niezwykle sympatyczni, uprzejmi, uśmiechnięci i przede wszystkim bardzo pomocni. Obsługa była profesjonalna, ale jednocześnie naturalna i serdeczna. Każdy kontakt z pracownikami sprawiał wrażenie, że naprawdę zależy im na tym, aby pobyt gości był jak najlepszy. To właśnie dzięki takiej atmosferze Dyo Suites ma wyjątkowy, niemal rodzinny charakter. Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje obsługa recepcji. Zawsze można było liczyć na pomoc, poradę czy odpowiedź na każde pytanie. Pracownicy byli bardzo kompetentni, a jednocześnie niezwykle życzliwi. Nie było problemu, którego nie dałoby się spokojnie wyjaśnić. Widać, że personel doskonale rozumie, na czym polega prawdziwa gościnność. Równie wysoko oceniamy obsługę w restauracji. Kelnerzy byli uważni, kulturalni i dyskretni, a jednocześnie bardzo przyjaźni. Wszystko odbywało się sprawnie, bez niepotrzebnego pośpiechu. Można było spokojnie delektować się posiłkiem i atmosferą miejsca. Tak właśnie powinna wyglądać profesjonalna obsługa w hotelu, który aspiruje do wysokiego standardu. Jedzenie zasługuje na osobne wyróżnienie. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne, różnorodne i przygotowane z dużą dbałością o jakość. Było widać, że hotel nie stawia wyłącznie na ilość, ale również na świeżość i smak produktów. Każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie, zarówno osoby preferujące klasyczne śniadanie, jak i te, które szukają czegoś bardziej wyjątkowego. Polecam wszystkim!!!

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Der Jacuzzi und die Terasse war riesig und richtig geil ! Ventilator als Zusatz zur Klima. Abendessen war sehr lecker. Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstücksauswahl von Karte und Buffet war toll. Die Portionen waren ausreichend.

Parkplatzsituation war ungünstig, da man neben der Straße parken muss und Glück haben musste. Der Lärm von der Straße + starke Windgeräusche waren sehr zu hören im Zimmer.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, sauber und der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse ein Highlight. Die Lage ist ideal, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Als Hotelgäste konnten wir kostenlose Liegen am Strand reservieren und haben zusätzlich Rabatte auf Getränke am Strand und im Restaurant erhalten. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Klimaanlage kühlte immer auf der niedrigsten Stufe, unabhängig von der Einstellung.

Super sauberes und schönes Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern . Wir möchten die Mädels von der Rezeption, Manolis und sein ganzes Team und Sophia vom Yoga Kurs hervorheben. Die Zimmer sind sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Tolles Restaurant (Magma) , sagenhafte Lage mit kleinen Privatstrand. Viele Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung , trotz allem Zimmer ruhig und isoliert. Kleines aber gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Bitte unbedingt das kostenlose Yoga Angebot mit Sophie in Anspruch nehmen, sagenhaft! Wir haben sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk bekommen, danke Manolis & Team! Die besten Cocktails werden von Manolis zubereitet, Weltklasse!

Kein richtiger Pool, wenn der Strand überflutet ist gibt es als Alternative jedoch den Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Was wirklich nervig war war der Service mit den jungen Männern am Strand. Es gab oft Diskussionen bezüglich dem Wasser welches nicht gebracht wurde. Einmal habe ich sogar eine Rechnung bekommen obwohl man immer kostenlos Wasser gebracht bekommt. Die darauf folgende Diskussion war komplett unnötig. Ein andermal haben wir um 12 das Team aufmerksam gemacht dass wir kein Wasser bekommen haben, dann wieder um 14:30. um 16:30 haben wir aufgegeben und haben Wasser auf dem Zimmer getrunken. Das macht für uns den unterschied zu einem hervorragenden Hotel welches man gerne nochmal besucht.

Super grosse Zimmer und tolle Lage! Frühstück war super lecker! Viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch der Strand und das Meer sind toll, mit super bequemen Liegen.

Toilette ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da mit Brause abduschen und kein Toilettenpapier in die Schüssel werfen.

Die Zimmergrösse und die Ausstattung sind auf absolutem top Niveau. Ebenfalls ist das gesamte Personal super nett und das Frühstück (teilweise a la carte) das Magma Restaurant ist ein absolutes Highlight in der eh schon guten Gastronomie in Rethymno.

Super lokalizacja i standard pokoju. Wróciłam tutaj drugi raz ponieważ jest wysoki standard usług. Śniadania można wybrać sobie z karty ale jest również mały Buffet bez limitu. Super jacuzzi na balkonie z widokiem na morze. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Można zamówić sobie room service i jest duży wybor. My mieliśmy w cenie również zajęcia jogi. Najlepszy hotel w Retimno i na całej Krecie w tej cenie! Polecam!

Well if you pay a premium price, everything should be in working order, or at least if you ask for something to be fixed they should at least make an effort to help you fix the issue.

Esperienza top a Creta! Spiaggia spettacolare, ristorante ottimo, assolutamente da provare anche la cucina giapponese top e reception super accogliente. Personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Consigliatissimo!

Unica nota: il motore della vasca idromassaggio sul terrazzino è un po’ rumoroso di notte. Nulla di grave…magari risolvibile!

Das Frühstück war hervorragend – à la carte mit einer zusätzlichen Auswahl am Buffet, alles frisch und sehr lecker. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die kostenlosen Strandliegen, die zum Hotel gehören und reserviert werden konnten, sodass man sich keinen Stress machen musste. Toller Service, wunderschöne Anlage und eine absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Everything. This experience far surpassed my expectations. Everyone we came into contact with from booking to getting into our transport upon our departure were so kind and professional. The actual facilities were so fancy and made us feel really special. There were so many amenities that kept adding to the experience. We will remember our time at Dyo forever and hope to make more memories!

On a tout aimé ! La chambre était sublime, ultra spacieuse, pratique, propre et j'en passe. Le service était irréprochable, le personnel nous a été d'une grande aide pour communiquer avec l'aéroport (valises perdues). Les massages et soins étaient très agréables sans être inutilement onéreux. Le restaurant et petit-déjeuner étaient irréprochables (système hybride de buffet / à la carte super chouette)

Seul petit micro bémol : la proximité de notre chambre avec la salle de sport. On a eu la chambre à l'extrême gauche, collée à la salle de sport, et le matin dès 7-8h on entendait parfois les altères lancées au sol. Rien à redire sur l'hôtel en tant que tel, tout était parfait !

Upon arrival the staff were super welcoming and provided all of the information we needed for our stay. We had the king suite (titanium) which had an outdoor hot tub and fantastic views of the beach. Lots of space in the room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was also good and lots to choose from the menu as well as buffet style available. We only ate once for lunch in the restaurant (magma) and we had sushi. The sushi was outstanding and some of the best we have ever had. There are also lots of good restaurants walking distance from the hotel. There are sunbeds and loungers on the beach which were comfortable and able to order from the bar which is great. We did yoga (free) which was a nice addition to the stay and also purchased a couples massage which was excellent. Overall our stay was perfect and would definitely come again.

Die Aussicht, Lage und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Personal ebenfalls top! Freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht.

Kein Schrank für Kleidung vorhanden, haben unsere Kleidung auf dem Sofa ausgelegt. Einpaar Kleidungstücke konnten wir auf Kleiderbügel im Eingangsbereich aufhängen. Dusche sehr dunkel, kaum Licht. Zimmer besitzt eine moderne Lichtbedientafel, die ist in den 5 Tagen die wir da waren 2x ausgefallen. Einmal um Mitternacht konnte das Licht nicht ausgemacht werden, mussten die Hauptsicherung betätigen und ein Mal ging um 5 Uhr eine Lampe an und wieder hat die Bedieneinheit nicht funktioniert, ging wieder nur mit Hauptsicherung ausschalten. Um morgens Warmwasser zu haben musste der Wasserhahn zunächst ca. 15(!) Minuten offen sein.

Hôtel vraiment très agréable. Le personnel est très prévenant et fait son maximum pour rendre votre séjour parfait. Les suites sont spacieuses, confortables et très propre. Le restaurant vous permet de profiter d’une superbe vue mer dans une atmosphère propice à la détente et propose des plats variés de qualités que ce soit pour dîner ou pour prendre le petit déjeuner. L’hôtel se situe à une vingtaine de minute à pied de l’hypercentre historique ce qui n’est pas plus mal car cela permet d’être au calme et de trouver aisément une place où se garer à proximité.

Amplasare excelentă, la malul mării. Personalul foarte amabil, restaurantul a la carte , fine dinning, mâncarea excelentă, servirea asemenea.

Room was very spacious and we loved the large balcony. The restaurant food was fantastic and all the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The large bath inside the room wasn’t necessary & took up a lot of room as there was a jacuzzi on the balcony.

I have visited a number of 5 star hotels in Scandinavia, Southern Europe and the US and this was maybe the best experience so far. All in all. The sunbeds was luxury, the food, snacks and drinks was superb and clearly affordable. The room, 80square m of luxury. The service before and during stay was personal, proactive and caring. We had two small kids and despite this not being a ”waterland or resort”, the kids had a fantastic time. We will return!!

The bed, I guess a premium bed, was a bit to stiff for my taste.

Super chambre, personnel au top. L’hôtel a même une plage privée juste en face, où on peut réserver des transats gratuitement, il suffit de traverser la rue.

Superschönen Hotel, tolle Architektur und Einrichtung, alles stimmt hier!

Excellent breakfast with a variety of local and continental options, great location and clean facilities! The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the harbour. A recommendation for the restaurant Nostos nearby! The beach front was beautiful and even tho the hotel was by the road, you could not hear any traffic noice in the room. We did not have time to try the beach, but there were comfy looking sunbeds and complimentary sandwiches available privately to the hotel guests. A great one night stay during our trip to Crete <3

Отличное месторасположение. Море рядом. Вокруг отличные рестораны и недалеко исторический центр Ретимно, где есть, что посмотреть и купить. Регулярная и качественная уборка номера, приятный вежливый персонал на ресепшн.

Тяжелые чемоданы на второй этаж поднимали сами. В отеле нет лифтов, и персонал не нашел возможности помочь. Очень странный номер. Радует отличный вид и огромная терраса. Но при этом ужасно спланировано место для умывания: раковина стоит в центре прихожей, зеркало сбоку - попробуйте побриться или нормально смыть макияж. Чтобы посушить волосы, нужно принести столик с террасы, чтобы туда положить фен. В огромном номере не нашлось места для нормального шкафа с полками для размещения вещей. С персоналом ресторана трудно найти взаимопонимание: мы в течение недели с трудом смогли объяснить, что нам на завтрак нужна овсяная каша (которая есть в меню), и что не нужно пересоливать блюда. Такого скудного шведского стола я на завтрак еще не встречала, - поесть без дополнительного заказа по меню невозможно.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Leckeres Frühstück. Gute Mittags und Abendkarte zu m.E. sehr gute Preisen. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super! Klar, auf der Straße ist Verkehr, aber alles super. Es gibt einen Hoteleigenen Strandteil mit Mega Liegen und Service aus dem Restaurant. Massagen haben wir uns auch gegönnt. Rethymnon Altstadt ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wirklich toll!

Das Zimmer war schön, aber der Whirlpool hat leider den gesamten Aufenthalt (5 Tage) nicht funktioniert obwohl uns am ersten Tag versichert wurde dass sich am nächsten Tag jemand darum kümmert (Display und Beleuchtung kaputt), er war viel zu heiß und man konnte die Temperatur nicht ändern.

Excellent well presented, recently refurbished hotel; with professional, courteous and friendly staff. Room with a sea view, jacuzzi and beach with parasol and sun loungers provided across the road. Chef provided wonderful food in the hotel restaurant and plenty available along the seafront on route to the Rethymno old town. The Hotel Manager (Aris) provided a family atmosphere with his staff. Highly recommended hotel to stay in Rethymno. Special thanks to: Aris Hotel Manager Chrysa and Vaso provided tentative approach to head of house at reception. Dimitris and Ioanna always courteous within the restaurant. Irene and Eugina wonderful house keeping. Cidrit great chef.
