Seaview room is right on the most amazing white sand beach. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Food in the restaurant was so good we went there for all our breakfasts and dinners.

Beach equipment (SUP boards etc.) could do with some maintenance.

Unforgettable stay in the Koh Rong paradise. Beautiful room, helpful committed staff and great food/drinks. The beach was just gorgeous. A pleasure to wake up every day. There is a wonderful, loving dog who slept on our porch we named Dino with a tumour on its groin who is black and yellow - please look after it if you see!

Some issues with WiFi, ants and the local town could do with some work.

Le personnel de l’hôtel nous a super bien accueillis, et les chambres étaient impeccables ! Dimitri nous a préparé des cocktails excellents, et côté cuisine c’était top aussi, tous les plats qu’on a goûtés étaient délicieux ! La plage juste en face de l’hôtel, un vrai régal. Et niveau commodités, vous trouverez tout ce qu’il vous faut juste à côté. Si vous cherchez un coin tranquille, loin du bruit, avec de la bonne bouffe et tout le confort nécessaire, foncez les yeux fermés !

We spent a week on Koh Rong, and I believe Sok San Beach and the White Sand Ark Resort are among the best options on the island if you are a couple looking for a great vacation and a relaxing retreat. I am well-rested after spending a week here. It's away from the noisy parts of the island, but still close enough to visit by bike or tuk-tuk if you feel like it.. One of my favorite parts of this stay was the breakfast. Being able to wake up next to the sea, go for a quick swim, and then walk just a few steps to enjoy a wholesome breakfast with many good options was incredibly convenient. I already miss the simplicity of life it offered. Even the music selection in the main lobby was intentionally thought through at different times of the day... and they have thought of so many other small details to make your stay comfortable. The staff was proactive and almost telepathic.. you would think of something, and the next thing they were catering to your needs! :D I am sure the management truly runs this place with passion.. :)

Eines der schönsten Ressorts auf unserer Rundreise durch Cambodia. Die Bungalows direkt am Meer waren magisch. Trotz das es aktuell Regenzeit ist in Cambodia ein sehr schöner Fleck all den Streß abzulegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön ausgestattet. Auch die Dusche unter freiem Himmel ist immer wieder ein Highlight für uns. Betten waren auch bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Der Strand war auch sauber und wurde auch täglich mit einem Rechen gerade gezogen. Für uns war dieser Aufenthalt in Land Nr. 19 was wir bereist haben eine 10 von 10. Danke an das GANZE Team des Resorts 😘😘❤️❤️⛱️⛱️

Wir hatten zunächst für drei Tage gebucht und bekamen ein tolles Upgrade: Bungalow am Strand mit Traumblick auf den Golf von Thailand. Liebevolles Frühstück mit bestem Obstangebot in 6 Wochen Asienurlaub. Immer eine ‚Baukastensuppe‘ mit Erklärung. Rundum freundliches Personal. Strand wird gepflegt. Wir haben uns so pudelwohl gefühlt, dass wir noch zwei Tage verlängert haben.

La salle de bains sur le palier c'est assez étrange. Mais palier privé donc pas de problèmes pour nous, mais cela peut gêner les plus timides 😂. Assez cher pour la saison. (Pour la suite, la chambre simple des enfants était raisonnable)

Proximity to the beach was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and they helped to organise me a breakfast for an early check out. The staff were super friendly and helpful and helped to book a tuk tuk transfer. The restaurant is lovely and has a good mix of local and western dishes.

Great and very friendly stuff offered us a wonderful time. I have to mention the outstanding breakfast buffet with options of coffee to order (no extra charge) and also the delicious food from the nights bbq or a la carte menu. Well done chefs! Overall a fantastic stay and we are already looking forward coming back...

Établissement non entretenu, une remise en question totale d’une prestation à environ 150$ la nuitée est nécessaire,pour des serrures cassées, une robinetterie entartrée, la vitre de la porte de SB fêlée (risque d’accident éminemment), la porte coulissante qui baille et laisse pour le coup passer les moustiques, les draps tachés, on y ajoute l’odeur du marais qui est juste derrière, ça fait beaucoup. Pour finir,comme certains, nous sommes tombés sous le charme des photos, mais on ne voit jamais la route qui sépare l’hôtel de la plage…

Le personnel est adorable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Emplacement idéal proche du port et les pieds dans l’eau.

Chambre trop petite, le lit façon japonaise prend beaucoup de place et ne permet pas de bien circuler dans la chambre. Salle de bain à rénover car pas à la hauteur du prix.

Die Lage ist wirklich nicht gut wenn du etwas mehr Trubel möchtest. Hier sind ca. fünf Restaurants vorhanden und ein kleiner Shop. Aber mehr gibt es nicht wirklich in diesem Bereich. Wenn du hier von Arnach B willst, zahlst du entweder pro Fahrt zehn Dollar für ein TukTuk Fahrer - nachts sogar 15 $. Du kannst für 12,50 Dollar einen Scooter mieten / die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein und wirken sehr schnell sehr unordentlich, da sehr wenig Ablageflächen vorhanden sind. Warmwasser hat sehr schlecht funktioniert Personal hat sich aber jederzeit um Probleme gekümmert. Auch wurden die Zimmer täglich gereinigt. Wenn man am Strand nach Handtücher fragte, hat man diese auch sofort bekommen. Getränke mussten wir uns selbst an der Bar nebenan holen, die nicht zum Hotel gehörte. Wir haben hier 3 Nächte verbracht und das hat uns auch gereicht. Das Personal in der Front ist zum Groß Teil europäisch und das Hotel wirkt sehr jung und hipp - trotzdem teuer für dieses Hotelzimmer.

Les photos de l’hôtel ne correspondent pas à la réalité.( elles datent sûrement de plus de 10 ans ) et de plus photos vues aériennes trompeuses. Hotel plus que vieillissant, beaucoup de choses de cassées … porte salle de bains très abîmée, pareil porte d’entrée . Prises électriques dangereuses Oreillers très durs. Il faut traverser une petite route pour accès à la plage. Personnel occidental qui ne communique pas du tout … aucun renseignement… c’est tout juste s’ils ont vu notre présence … peu sympathique( personnel cambodgien agréable ) Rapport qualité prix : très cher pour cet hôtel et ses services. Petit déjeuner correct . Il aurait besoin d’un gros coup de nettoyage et d’entretien. Enfin … je déconseille fortement

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent, le personnel est très gentil, les chambres sont confortables et propres, les espaces commun donnent envie d’y passer du temps, les transats sont confortables, l’emplacement est idéal si vous voulez être au calme, possibilité de réserver votre billet de bateau avec eux

Mooie ligging. Gemakkelijke te bereiken vanaf de pier. Lekker ontbijt, veel keuze.

Heel sober en compact. Spijtig dat het geen Cambodjaans personeel is. De prijs is vrij hoog voor wat je krijgt.

The location is good for those looking for less crowded beaches, it is based in a little village where you can find good food options. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they organise different types of entertainment and variable food options for dinner. Bed was comfortable.

Place is overpriced. Rooms are described as Japanese but they are far away from that.. Nowhere to seat in the room. Hotel is next to Chinese restaurant where karaoke happens every night, this is very noisy event till late. The beach that belongs to this hotel is very small, space for only couple of sunbeds. 3 or 4 rooms are next to the beach but most of the rooms are cross the road. Breakfast is very average. Bathroom smells quite bad, drainage doesn't work properly and you might find different type of insects inside. The background of this hotel looks very messy and disorganised.

Das Personal war sehr aufmersam und freundlich, Sie haben mir mehrmals einen sehr leckeren und schönen angerichteten Früchteteller geschenkt, worüber ich mich immer sehr gefreut habe, danke. Den Strand direkt vor der Tür, was will man mehr :) Ich komme garantiert wieder! Danke für alles!

Les photos sur Booking ne nous permettaient pas de savoir que l'hôtel est séparé en deux par la route menant au village de Sok San avec des fréquents passages de TukTuk, motos et voitures. Comme toutes les chambres, la nôtre située au 1er étage donne directement sur la rue et elle n'est pas insonorisée. La porte fenêtre donnant sur la rue n'est pas entretenue, nous voyons un espace direct entre la chambre et la rue. La chambre est toute petite, bien plus petite que les 22m² indiqués sur Booking; elle ne dispose d'aucune chaise. Il y a une gouffre énorme entre le prix de la chambre et la prestation offerte. Comme d'autres clients rencontrés lors de notre séjour, nous nous interrogeons sur les bons reviews de Booking.

Rooms are a little tired but spotlessly clean. The queen doubles are very small for a couple but as soon as we raised this as an issue an alternative room with a bigger bed was provided

Amazing location with their own beachfront and lounge chairs. Free paddle boarding and snorkeling gear. They provide refillable glass bottles for water instead of plastic and you can refill it at reception.

Bed was a little softer than what you normally get around Cambodia. Might be nice for some but I like the firm beds although this is not a deal breaker.

Futonbetten sind sehr bequem aber nicht für jeden geeignet.

Great place, we were lucky to get the last room available. The service was great, they all made sure we have a great time there, even helped us get a tuktuk ride. All staff super friendly and warm, the room was clean and nice, food was delicious, also the breakfast was the best we had with so many healthy choices. The beach was clean and the hotel is right next to the pier, so when you get off the boat don’t need to walk far. 10/10 recommend

The resort was wonderful, loved the Japanese decor and calmness of the resort.Our room was excellent with a lovely view, but if you are expecting an actual balcony with chairs it's not.Its sliding glass doors and there is the railing.She said it was a French balcony.You can open them up and get a nice breeze.There is a lovely terrace when you walk into the room with a table and chairs.The BBQ was very good, breakfast was included.Staff are attentative and friendly..Thank you for having us 😊

Everything was superb.Even their front beach area was clean.This is not the hotels fault....Further down the beach not far.There was rubbish alot, I think it comes from Sihanoukville by oceans current..Such a big shame as the water is beautiful Turquoise colour with white sand.Beach OMG.Hence why we left back to the mainland.

Nice staff. Breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable. Restaurant was okay. Place is clean. Nice music. White beautiful sand, warm water and nice weather, Long beach to walk but in garbage everywhere.

Extremely noisy, the hotel is right next to the main road, motorcycles going all day and dogs are barking during the night. Dogs all over on the street and beach. No sound proof windows, feels like sleeping outside. Tiny small beach, sunbeds are next to each other and most of the guests are smoking. We could not stay at the beach for this reason at all. In the restaurant you can unfortunately smoke as well, for being European it is very strange. Outside of the hotel is extremely dirty and full of garbage everywhere. If the see is waving garbage are all over in the water and on the beach. Staff is cleaning up but it is impossible to keep it up as the big quantity of the trash. Feels like in Egypt bad part.

Juste à côté de la plage. Très facile à rejoindre depuis Sihanoukville. Personnel adorable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Prêt de paddles.

C'est un hôtel, certes agréable mais pas un resort. Les chambres sont vieillissantes. Notre "vue mer" était plus une vue sur les cabanes en bord de plage de l'autre côté de la route que sur la mer. Il y a peu de transats et de parasols et il faut tout libérer à 17h30 pour que le restaurant s'installe.

Cet hôtel est à taille humaine. Il est très bien placé sur la magnifique plage de sok San à côté d’un charmant village de pêcheurs. J’ai adoré cet endroit. On y mange de délicieux poissons grillés , la nourriture est excellente. Tout est facile. Je recommande à ceux qui ne sont pas à la recherche de grands ressorts mais d’endroits tendance et authentique.

Les photos sur booking survendent un peu les chambres, un peu déçue à l’arrivée de ma chambre vue sur mer qui se situe à l’étage, sans balcon, petite chambre avec des odeurs d’égouts.

Ein Kleines Resort an einem wunderschönen weissen Strand Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Direkt im kleinen Dorf Soksan wo man noch ein paar andere Restaurants, Cafés und Shops findet. Essen war gut.

Die Platzverhältnisse waren im ganzen Resort etwas eng. Unser Strandbungalow war sehr klein, das Bad winzig und nach dem Duschen stand immer das komplette Bad unter Wasser. Der happige Preisaufschlag auf die Bungalows am Strand ist für mich nicht gerechtfertigt.

Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Unser Familienbungalow war geräumig, sauber und angenehm kühl zum Schlafen. Frühstück war sehr gut, auch der gegrillte Fisch zum Abendessen war sehr lecker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

An einem stürmischen Tag wurde unfassbar viel Müll an den Strand gespült. 3 Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft haben stundenlang den Müll eingesammelt. Die Unterkunft hat ihr möglichst getan, um die Situation zu verbessern.

As advertised, our room had a view of the ocean, a great breakfast, plenty of loungers on a clean beach. It’s near the village so plenty of dining options and a few shops/laundry service/transportation and tour options. Our bed was comfortable and the shower (water pressure and hot water) was great, as was the attention to cleanliness through the resort. You can walk from the ferry and they send a cart to take your luggage. The staff was really focussed on being sure we had a good stay, and they even made it possible for us to watch the Super Bowl on a large screen. We would stay here again.

They have a lovely dining area on the beach (separate from breakfast area), but its chairs were really uncomfortable.

Bardzo smaczne jedzenie, zarówno Dania azjatyckie, jak też europejskie, urozmaicone świeże śniadania, z powodu lokalizacji, życie w zasadzie toczy się na plaży, personel uśmiechnięty i zawsze pomocny, czysto, domki na plaży mega fajne, ręczniki na plaży, plaża sprzątana kilka razy dziennie, przy przypływach w zasadzie non stop, zamawiane jedzenie donoszone do leżaków. Plaża piękna, z białym piaskiem ciągnie się przez 4 km, Naprawdę bardzo miło.

Hotel położony blisko wypożyczalni skuterów wodnych i zabawek wodnych, więc kilka razy dziennie odpalane są motory na benzynę (zapach i głośność), plaża jest mała, leżaki są dość stłoczone i goście leżą w zasadzie jeden na drugim, puszczana jest muzyka z hotelu (raczej przyjemna i nie za głośna), ale też z cumujących łódek i lokalu obok- już nie taka fajna. Hotel leży w ciągu hoteli i restauracji, więc o intymności małej dziewiczej wyspy nie ma mowy. Plaża poza hotelem bardzo brudna, mnóstwo śmieci wyrzucanych przez morze.
