La gérante nous a réservé un excellent accueil. Elle est dynamique, très sympathique et elle se démène pour les clients. Le logement est propre et décoré avec goût. Il L’emplacement est exceptionnel, nous avions les pieds dans l’eau et une vue magnifique. Nous recommandons bien sûr !!

Die Bewertung bezieht sich ausdrücklich nur auf das Personal, sprich den Manager. Wir sind aufgrund des schlechten Wetters vorzeitig von der Insel abgereist - wir waren bereits zwei Tage in einem anderen Resort. Im Paradiso Ocean hatten wir 4 Nächte gebucht und bezahlt, die wir aufgrund des andauernden Regens nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Anfrage, ob zumindest ein kleiner Teil des Betrags refundiert werden könne, wurde verneint und u.a. auf die damit verbundenene Arbeit, die sie mit der Reservierung hätten, verwiesen. Das andere Resort hat uns (ohne dass wir gefragt oder dies erwartet hätten) die verbleibende Nacht erlassen. Sollten wir nochmal nach Koh Rong kommen, würden wir aufgrund des sympathischen Personals Nice Beach Bungalows wählen.

Son Cabañas sencillas , pero muy cómodas y muy limpio todo. Excelente ubicación con una playa como privada, donde casi siempre estuve solo. Muy tranquilo Tiene una cama muy cómoda, ventilador , mosquitero , nevera , calentador de agua , café, caja de seguridad y mucha tranquilidad 👌 Perfecto, para leer , darce un baño en la playa , beber y disfrutar muy tranquilo 👍 Hay muchos restaurantes y mini súper todo muy cerca .

A la noche si es cierto que el ruido de las olas en la playa se siente un poco fuerte. (También hay tapones para los oidos)

The bungalows with a great view are fairly basic but located on the water hence the fan is sufficient. Delighted to find a fridge to keep drinking water cool! Beach towels were also provided. Great restaurants and supermarkets are very close.

It may be noisy for some with the waves crashing the shore under the bungalow even with ear plugs (provided). Hoping the pier is repaired soon for closer ferry drop off.

Emplacement paradisiaque, le bruit des vagues est fort mais on s'habitue, pas de bruit en ville pour nous car basse saison, nous étions les seules clients.

- L’emplacement est incroyable. On est littéralement sur une plage quasi privée. - Il est possible de louer un scooter pour 10€/jour pour explorer l’île. - Le monsieur qui tenait l’accueil était adorable et très aidant pour les transferts vers d’autres destinations. - On entend beaucoup l’océan (boule quies recommandés et fournis) mais perso, ça m’a bercé. - L’intérieur du logement est très mignon, il y a de quoi se faire du café/thé et il y a une moustiquaire autour du lit. - Le balcon est équipé pour se poser devant la cabane et il y a des hamacs. - Une petite douchette est présente pour se rincer les pieds avant de remonter de la plage vers le balcon. - La salle de bain est bien et la température de la douche peut être contrôlée.

- Pas de wifi et pas de réseau non plus (en tout cas si vous avez Smart, ça ne passe pas sur cette partie de l’île). - Logement très humide (moisissures sur les oreillers).

The team (Cameron in particular) were amazing, very friendly and accommodating! The huts themselves are beautiful with all the amenities you need.

Bugs due to being open and on the beach however this is hard to avoid! Other than that it was perfect!

It was okay, the noise is the thing that makes it less attractive. You have almost a private beach infront of you, but since there’s no sound isolation whatsoever, if you are a bad sleeper you will wake up a lot! You do get earplugs but still. Enough restaurants in the area.

The noise. The area is isolated a little, you will need a scooter or get a tuktuk (10-15dollars one way) to get to the other part of the island, no grab available. I got one of the smaller bungalows next to the restaurant, what was a bit annoying since if you wanted to go on your balcony the whole restaurant looks at you.

Je savais que le bungaow était en bord de mer, les pieds dans l'eau, c'est la raison pour lequel je l'ai choisi mais je tiens à prévenir ceux qui comme moi n'ont jamais dormi "dans les vagues" que c'est très très bruyant et que le ressac est impressionnant. Je n'ai aps fermé l'oeil de la nuit ... Pas grave, j'ai lu un roman superbe ! Attention : pas vraiment de connexion internet fiable

Emplacement idéal au bord de l eau et au cœur du village .

Le logement est super, nous avons été très bien accueillis et le personnel est très réactif en cas de besoin. La vue est à couper le souffle, le bruit de la mer nous a absolument pas dérangé pour dormir.

The small huts are lined up on the seafront situated at the end of the Sok San village next to the pier, a short walk from the Long / 5 mile Beach. There is a very small private beach in front of the bungalows, but there are two picturesque hammocks that can be lowered into the sea. You can also enjoy the wonderful view from the balcony. Try to get the GTVC ferry which will stop immediately at the pier next to the accomodation. The staff is very friendly and assisting. The huts are quite airy so it is nicely ventilated inside. The huts have the same owner as the Palm Beach Resort, therefore you can do a snorkeling boat trip through them or spend the day at their private beach with a free pick-up and drop-off.

The small beach in front of the huts is unter water most of the time. The Tuktuk to Long Set beach costs 10 USD so rather take the GTVC ferry directly to Sok San village. The Wi-Fi connection is decent but there can be a power outage of a small time period. The walls of the huts are not very tight, therefore the sounds of the waves can be fairly loud. There are some sandflies but they are no problem.

The bungalows were adorable,very clean & lots of rustic decor,the bed was super comfortable & the fan & ocean breeze kept the room clean. We rented a well maintained scooter from them which is easy to get to other areas on the island. The view was sensational (when clean),lots of restaurants & shops on your doorstep & Cameron was a legend,nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend staying we,we loved it!🌻

The 2 things that stopped me giving a 10 (both out of their control) was the amount of rubbish that washes up on the beach & the dogs that bark continuously at night (bungalows have lots of gaps so hear everything). Oh & lack of a fridge as we are big tea & coffee drinkers.

The bungalow could have better mosquito protection- be aware that you have one mosquito net for your bed but the rest of the bungalow is completely open.

Wszystko. Zacznę od tego, że mieliśmy dostać inny domek a dostaliśmy najgorszy, pierwszy z brzegu domek ze śmieciami w tle. Przez cały nasz pobyt masa śmieci pływała w wodzie i leżała na plaży. Podczas całego pobytu raz tylko widziałem sprzątanie plaży które trwało może 5 min, gdzie syf pod hamakami został niesprzątnięty. Za takie pieniądze ten maleńki kawałek plaży powinien być sprzątany 5 razy dziennie. I nie interesuje mnie tłumaczenie, że prądy morskie itd, pobliskie plaże były w miarę czyste bo tam ktoś się chociaż tym interesował. Pięknym podsumowaniem było to jak ktoś z recepcji wyrzucał na naszych oczach resztki jedzenia do wody. Oczywiście w domkach ZERO wifi. Mieliśmy karty esim ale żadna nie działała na wyspie. Widać, że nikt nie wyciąga wniosków z opinii bo mydła do rąk dalej nie ma w łazience. Ostatniego dnia rano nie było prądu na wyspie, ponad 24h, podczas wymeldowania dalej go nie było a personel nie zapewnił nic, żeby nam to zrekompensować, pan z recepcji chodził sobie zadowolony nie wiem z czego. Jak nie było prądu nie było też prysznica ani wody w wc wiec trzeba było nabierać wody do butelek z jakiejś beczki żeby w ogóle jakoś się umyć a na korzystanie z WC, internet i naładowanie telefonów chodziliśmy do pobliskiego resortu, który miał swoje własne źródło zasilania. Personel przez cały wyjazd nie wykazał za grosz zainteresowania, nawet lampek solarnych nie dostaliśmy wiec cały wieczór siedzieliśmy po ciemku podczas gdy na recepcji mieli światło. Ani razu nie weszliśmy do wody ani na hamak, ale może wy będziecie mieć szczęście i będzie prąd cały czas i nie będzie śmieci. Za te pieniądze absolutnie odradzam!Sprawa została zgłoszona do booking i otrzymaliśmy rekompensatę, mimo to uważam, że zbyt małą.

Convenient location right near the Sok San ferry drop off with many restaurants nearby in a lovely village atmosphere. Great sea breezes. Loved the sound of small waves. Were welcomed by Cameron - he was outstanding throughout our stay. Always friendly and happy to help. Communication was excellent in person and via WhatsApp.

Due to winds unfortunately lots of rubbish on the beaches. Staff did their very best to keep on top of it - completely out of their control. No aircon or fridge but we knew this so not an issue for us.

A tranquil spot right in the heart of the ocean. You have the privilege of falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. If you venture a little away from the bungalows and follow the path through the forest, you can witness a magnificent sunset. You can also see the most dazzling sunrise on a clear day. There are also many nice restaurants in the area. Our misfortune was that we arrived at the hotel after a storm, when the sea wasn't very clean, but they clean the beach every day

Man sitzt auf der Veranda praktisch über dem Strand und hört (und sieht) die Wellen, Tag und Nacht, auch in der Hütte, wir fanden das herrlich, besonders zum Einschlafen :) Die Hütten stehen mitten in einem eher ruhigen Dörfchen am Hafenanleger. Es hat also sehr kurze Wege zu Shops und Restaurants, man hört dafür aber die Fahrzeuge und nachts Hundegebell; wir hatten keinen Partylärm, der war woanders auf der Insel. Fazit - spartanische Hütte, aber alles ist da, was man braucht (Moskitonetz!) - traumhafte Sicht auf die Bucht - aber für jemanden, der einen leichten Schlaf hat und sich an der Geräuschkulisse stört, ist die Unterkunft nichts.

Eigentlich überteuert - man zahlt mehr, um spartantisch zu wohnen, bekommt aber das Wellenrauschen und die tolle Sicht über die Bucht geboten. Wir waren nicht direkt vor den Hütten im Meer baden, da uns nicht klar war, wo die Abwasserrohre enden... lieber etwas raus aus dem Dorf an den Soksan Beach laufen, da ist das Wasser viel, viel klarer :)

The family bungalow was not the one pictured in the listing online when we rented them so be aware of that !! The single ones look great. But the family bungalows are located further down the beach right next to a restaurant so at night it’s really loud from the juice blender next to the beds and dogs fight all night under the bungalow and are on the balcony barking On the other side of the 2 family bungalows was a resort which put jet skies and blow up toys just in front of our view Wich was so sad cause it’s a beautiful village and beach I would not go back to the family bungalows but I would do the 2 persons

Idéalement placé, sur l’eau, on vit au bruit des vagues. Les hamacs devant le bungalow sur la plage sont supers, la plage pour le coucher de soleil n’est pas très loin. Il est aussi en plein village ce qui permet de tout avoir à portée de main. Personnel très attentif et agréable.

Nous étions prévenus mais c’est un peu bruyant la nuit, mais cela fait partie du charme d’être dans ce village et ainsi d’avoir une vue imprenable sur la mer.

Do not know where to start. As I have said the property was good. That's where a star comes from. The rest of it was utterly appalling and disgusting. The photographs of the property, cleverly disguise the location. It does not back on to trees,but a village road, and a shanty town , cambodian style. We were told there might be a little noise on the evening, but all we heard was the waves, untill, around 1.00 am ,all hell broke loose outside. DOGS, fighting each other,and non stop barking,which went on and off through the night,it was horrendous,we had no sleep. !!! Sok san village by day, wasn't much better,it was a dirty little village at the end of a road, more like a mini industrial estate that was falling to bits. The wild dogs on the night,turn into docile creatures that wonder around , and onto the beach and do their business on it!!. And beach, parts of which you you have to navigate with great care, because of the rubbish, it is disgusting,and sad,to see so much pollution. We had to cut short our stay. Could not stand the noise anymore. There are some favourable comments,but the reason in can think is ,they must be partially blind, and live in a rubbish dump. If your kind of holiday,is to go somewhere,with dog Pooh on the beach,dogs Barking all night,and problematic pollution problem,sok San is the place for you.

La chambre de rêve! Le seul hôtel de la plage avec votre propre plage. C’est propre, ca fait rêver, le personnel est hyper sympa. La chambre très propre et magnifiquement décorée

Un peu dur de trouver la réception qui est sur le ponton!

Jolie canane au bord de l'eau, gerant accueillant et arrangeant( location de scooter, reservation d'un tuktuk) L'emplacement, au sein de Sok San Village, est probablement un des meilleurs de L'ïle et merite d'etre cité. Vous etes a la fois proche des restaurants et de la plage, mais suffisament isolé pour ne pas subir le va et vient incessant des scooters et des touristes

Qui dit cabane sur pilotis au bord de l'eau dit bruit des vagues. Cependant celui ci etait peu derangeant en comparaison avec le concert d'aboiements de quelques chiens durant toute la nuit. La premiere nuit on se dit que c'est une exception, mais apres 3 nuits ( et avoir tenté de chasser le chien soi meme) cela etait difficilement supportable. Et les bouchons d'oreille gentillement proposés par note hote n'y changeront rien. Les hamacs au bord de l'eau semble etre des filets de peche recyclés, peu confortables et troués, alors qu'il auraient pu etre un plus majeur au logement. Pas de Wifi, sur une ile ou le reseau 4g est tres capricieux, c'est tout de meme dommage au prix du logement. Prix qu'il faut tout de meme mettre en avant, exorbitant pour une simple cabane en bois mal isolée

The sound of the waves and the microvibrations they create made me seasick. There is too much trash on the beach. The hammock from our chalet is torn.

Here you can’t get any more closer to the beach! Fall asleep at night with the sounds of the waves. The cabins are basic but have everything you need. Very close to the supermarket and several good and cheap restaurants. One of the most beautiful beaches is just a short walk.

Fantastische ligging, altijd wat te zien, uitzicht op vissersboten en Jetty.

Het is niet dat ons dit niet beviel, maar waar je rekening mee moet houden is dat de zee echt op je stoepje uitkomt en wanneer het waait en hogere golfslag hebt, het aanspoelen van de golven ook binnen komt. Het zijn houten huisjes met zeer goede ventilatie, je hoort echt alles. Nogmaals, wij vonden het super daar.

La cabane est très bien équipée : douche avec eau chaude (pas indispensable mais appréciable), lit confortable, moustiquaire, serviettes, draps, plaids et oreillers agréables. Le tout était propre. J’ai adoré dormir avec le bruit des vagues (plus présent qu’on pourrait l’imaginer) et celui des oiseaux, très apaisant.

la cabane est située le long d’une rue avec des constructions, et pas mal de motos passent, ce qui peut rendre l’ensemble assez bruyant par moments. Si c’était à refaire, je choisirais peut-être un logement un peu plus éloigné de cette rue. À noter également que le coucher de soleil n’est pas visible depuis la terrasse de la cabane, mais à environ 15 minutes en moto, on peut profiter d’une très belle vue du sunset directement depuis la plage.

The staff is amazing, very responsive, accommodating. The bungalow looks exactly like the picture (even though there are 2 more bungalows that are not shown on the pictures and we stayed in one of them). Location is amazing, in Sok San Village very accommodating and the staff can help you arrange anything. Views are great. I would definitely come back

I think it’d be nice for the bins to be emptied every day as they are small Maybe cleaning the beach more often

Wir standen mit unserem Bungalows auf dem Meer. Mit Meergeräuschen aufzuwachen und einzuschlafen ist einfach wunderbar. Wir haben uns unfassbar wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft definitiv erneut buchen.

Der Blick aufs Meer ist phantastisch, wir sind jeden Morgen direkt baden gegangen. Die Bungalows sind zweckmäßigkeit und einfach eingerichtet, das passte super zum Inselfeeling. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Mittlerweile stehen die Bungalows nicht mehr komplett auf dem Strand, wie die Bilder zeigen, sondern mit den vorderen Stelzen im Wasser. Dadurch brechen sich die Wellen direkt unter den Bungalows, so dass es nachts ziemlich laut war, selbst Ohrstöpsel konnten nicht alle Geräusche dämmen. Leider gab es auch keinen Roomservice, trotz Anfrage wurde insbesondere der Mülleimer im Bad nicht geleert.

Ser godt ud på afstand.

Svært at finde receptionen. Simpelt. Dyrt i forhold til hvad du får. Brugbar strand er langt væk.

The beach hut was fantastically located with a beautiful view and the sound of waves lapping below and hammocks if we wanted to use them. Staff were helpful and courteous. The beach hut is spacious and comfortable.

The weather was not great during our stay and I'd prefer if the shower had been a bit hotter. Shame about the weather - it meant that we left a couple of days early - You do really need sunshine to take full advantage of Koh Rong. Not the fault of the owners but there was a lot of building work going on in the little town during our stay.

Le cadre est sympa vraiment les pieds dans l’eau. Le personnel est ultra gentil. Bungalow simple, efficace. La réception ce trouve au niveau du ponton.

L’eau est très belle quand il fait beau mais qd il y a de la houle malheureusement, la mer rejette plein de déchets, c’est un problème qui touche toute l’île de Koh rong. Le bruit des vagues est agréable mais le son est très fort, donc merci de m’avoir donné des bouchons d’oreilles. Et chose que j’ai vraiment le moins apprécié, c’est la route juste derrière les bungalows, donc beaucoup de bruit, surtout qu’ils refont la route en ce moment.. c’est un joli cadre dans l’ensemble mais qu’on se le dise, prix un peu cher pour ce que c’est je trouve.

Diese Unterkunft ist wunderbar, man lebt direkt im Meer und hat dennoch alle Bequemlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht. Der Vermieter ist mehr als hilfsbereit und verleiht auch sehr gute Scooter. Ein bisschen die Straße hoch kann man sehr gut frühstücken, der Betreiber kommt aus Frankreich.

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Pufff! Todo. La ubicación es inmejorable!! Los bungalows son hermosos y están literalmente en la playa y el agua pasa debajo de la cama, es una experiencia única. El área con la mesita y sillones es un encanto, para ver la vista más hermosa del mar, con unos amaneceres y atardeceres de película. Me gustó también la cama grande con mosquitero, los muebles rústicos, tiene todo lo que se necesita.

Que faltaba reposición de artículos de baño: jabón de manos , etc, pero es sólo un detalle. Para resumir, me gustó todo.

Хочу поделиться восторгом от нашего четырехдневного отдыха в этом волшебном месте в ноябре 2025 года. Это был не просто отпуск, а настоящая сказка, воспоминания о которой заставляют нас улыбаться каждый день! С первого шага мы поняли, что попали в рай. Искреннюю атмосферу создает прежде всего приветливый хозяин отеля. Несмотря на то, что мы приехали рано утром, он встретил нас, без каких-либо заминок заселил в наше уютное бунгало (задолго до официального времени check-in) и сделал всё, чтобы мы чувствовали себя долгожданными гостями, а не просто туристами. Его помощь не ограничилась заселением. Мы взяли у него байк на все дни нашего пребывания, и это было лучшим решением! Благодаря этому мы смогли в своем ритме исследовать весь остров, увидеть потаенные пляжи, живописные места. Хозяин всегда давал полезные советы по маршрутам и был на связи.

Die Lage ist wirklich paradiesisch, direkt am Strand. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zwar rudimentär, aber dadurch eben auch authentisch. Nichtsdestotrotz ist alles da, was man braucht. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, nur einen Ventilator. Wirklich vermisst habe ich die Klimaanlage aber nicht.

Leider habe ich unterschätzt, wie laut die Wellen in der Nacht sind. Sie brechen genau unterhalb des Bungalows. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, wird hier leider nicht glücklich.

Schönes Bungalows direkt am Wasser. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hört die Wellen beim Einschlafen und kann sich ins originale Leben in Kambodscha einfühlen. Sehr gut gelegen. Essen und Einkaufsmöglichkeit nahe.

Für diesen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Hatte keine Seife und auch ein Kühlschrank fehlte mir. Leider haben die Bungalows keine Liegestuhl Möglichkeit. Das fand ich schade.

Environnement superbe. Bungalows super jolis et bien équipés. La mini plage devant le bungalow avec des hamacs était très agréable. Baignade juste en dessous (malgré les déchets …) .Emplacement sympa dans une rue avec épiceries et restaurants. Éloignés des lieux festifs.

Malheureusement une rue est en construction derrière les bungalows , du coup beaucoup de bruits. Éviter les bungalows près du quai. Nous logions dans le 1er (le bleu) et le bruit de la pompe qui remplit les citernes d’eau est très gênant. En plus un chien aboie toutes les nuits. Personnes au sommeil léger … évitez !!!! Ce logement reste très cher pour le Cambodge, les bungalows sont quand même basiques. Mauvais rapport qualité/ prix
