Reviewed Aug 31, 2026People were very friendly and helpful. We had issue with pluming and it was resolved quickly. We were able to store our luggage until we leave.
There was no water in the morning so we can not brush teeth and toilet can not flush. Wifi does not work on the third floor where we stayed.

La reserva incluye desayuno, puedes pedirlo en la terraza del hotel o en un hotel hermano. Nosotros lo pedimos ahí para aprovechar la terraza y por tiempo. Todo muy bonito solo no me gustó que el jugo de naranja no era natural. Quizá lo mejor era tomar el desayuno en el otro hotel y en la terraza solo tomar un cafe. Lo demás excelente!! 😁

1) colchones algo incómodos, 2) el baño de la habitación doble poco funcional para familias. Es en vidrio tipo vitrina y sin seguro en la puerta, igualmente le falta entrenamiento al personal para ser considerado un hotel boutique. 3) hotel muy limitado no tiene ni una cafetería.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026La habitación muy cómoda, solo si tienes la persiana arriba pierdes toda la privacidad de la habitación, ya que la misma esta sobre las escaleras de acceso a las demás habitaciones. El personal muy agradable
El alojamiento te da la opcion de desayunar alli mismo o en otro restaurante aliado, elegimos ir a otro espacio, el desayuno fue super basico, las opciones son A o B, si pides algo adicional, debes pagarlo en el momento, no se pueden hacer cargos la habitacion (cuando uno va a desayunar por lo general, no se lleva tarjetas, carteras o efectivo), la atención del personal del desayuno fue terrible.

La vajilla no funcionó,nos subieron la llave,dejamos la vajilla cerrada y cuando llegamos estaba abierta y se habían perdido 100 dólares. No respondieron y la gerente fue grosera. Adicionalmente cuando llegamos no había papel higiénico,shampoo,jabón. En la noche la recepción a oscuras,la tv no funciona.

泊まった翌日にお湯が出ず、1.2時間待たされた。泊まる際にはすぐチェックした方がいいです。 2階だったため多少は仕方ないかもしれないが、少し小さいゴキブリが数匹出てきてびっくりした……。床には物を置かないことを推奨します。

Reviewed May 11, 2026Ich möchte ein grosses Kompliment an das Personal machen. Bei der Ankunft habe ich einen Umschlag mit ziemlich viel Geld im Auto vergessen herauszunehmen. Am nächsten Morgen konnten wir den Umschlag zuerst nicht finden. Die Person die das Auto zum weiter entfernten Parking gebracht hatte, hat den Umschlag entdeckt und gut im Auto versteckt. Herzlichen Dank für die Ehrlichkeit.

土地柄のライフラインの仕組みはよくわからないが、シャワーのお湯が出ず、申し出たところ修理途中から断水になり困ったが、スタッフの対応は誠実だったとおもう。翌朝には回復していた。 同じランクでも色々なタイプの部屋があるようで、期待していた内装の部屋ではなかった。予約時に希望を書いておけば良かった。

Continental breakfast is not until 9:00 am. I’m an early riser and I like to eat earlier. I wish there was a small mini fridge in room.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026The continental breakfast was served to us in our room. It was simple but fine. The location of the hotel is ideal and the room and hotel overall were comfortable and secure. The rooftop patio offered a wonderful 360 degree view of San Miguel. The valet parking was very convenient.
The internet where we were in one of the upper rooms was inadequate and failed regularly. A booster of some sort is needed to bring a stronger signal to the room.

Aufgrund der frühen Abreise hatten wir mit der Rezeption abgesprochen, dass man uns ein care-paket bereitstellt, weil wir um 7:30 Uhr abreisen mussten. Die Lage ist Nahe dem Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Bars.
Es war aber nicht ganz sauber (Bad Waschtisch und Wohnzimmer Glastisch). Das Frühstück war erst ab 8:30 möglich und wird anscheinend in einem anderen Gebäude ausgegeben. Früher frühstücken kann man nicht gehen, Care-Pakete sind nicht üblich.

We had no hot water in the shower. Our first day, a worker showed us how to use the shower and we had a few minutes of tepid water. But that was it. We never had hot water, only warm. WiFi was very spotty. Sometimes it worked but not all the time unless you sat in the lobby. A woman at reception said “it works on my phone and nobody else has an issue” which is not true because our friends also had an issue. We also thought a full breakfast was served on the roof. Only continental and if you wanted a hot breakfast you had to walk 800 meters down a steep hill and 800 meters back up the steep hill. This is not okay and not what was promised.

WiFi didn’t work in the room unless we kept the door open and didn’t work up on the roof. The toilet was broken for our first day. It also said breakfast was included but only continental breakfast or you had to walk down a steep hill. The tv did not work either.

Es ist ein 5 Sterne Boutique Hotel, aber halt kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Wir haben zweimal die Option genommen mit Frühstück im Schwester Hotel (800 m). Das war O.K., aber wenn man eine besseres Essen wählte musste man noch 50 Peso extra zahlen.
