Très belle expérience dans ce logement ! La vue est tout simplement splendide sur le Nine arch bridge! Un véritable spectacle de couleur en fonction de la journée. Udhay a été très accueillant et de très bons conseils pour l'organisation de nos excursions. L'endroit est vraiment superbe pour séjourner à Ella.

Staying at Ella Nine Arch Lodge was such a memorable experience! Waking up to that postcard-perfect view of the Nine Arch Bridge right from the property is pure magic. Even better, you can walk directly to the bridge in just about 10 minutes, making it super easy to catch the trains passing by without getting stuck in traffic. A massive shoutout to Udhay—he is super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A couple of quick tips for fellow travelers: • The approach road is quite narrow and tricky for a car. It's just a short 300m stroll from the main road if you're up for a walk, but my parents were exhausted after a long day of travel. Udhay immediately arranged a tuk-tuk to ferry them and our luggage straight to the lodge—such a thoughtful, kind gesture that saved the day! • Our room had a standing pedestal fan instead of a ceiling fan, which isn't usually my personal favourite setup, but honestly, once you open the curtains and see that stunning morning view of the bridge surrounded by misty hills, any tiny preference fades away instantly. All in all, a wonderful stay with great vibes and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend it for the views and the awesome team!

С балкона номера можно увидеть мост и проходящий по нему поезд. Комната небольшая, не хватает кондиционера. Есть вентилятор, но его недостаточно. Персонал отличный. Udhay помог решить все вопросы. Спасибо ему большое

The view was outstanding of nine arch bridge. The staff were great sorting our own tuktuk driver for the 3 days we were in Ella. Great breakfast on offer with so much food and great view of the bridge. The fan was small but did eventually cool down the room.

No a/c but the fan did the job.

De locatie is geweldig! Spot-on view vanaf balkon én ontbijtzaal op Nine Arch brug. Staff supervriendelijk en behulpzaam, alles heel makkelijk beloopbaar en kamers ruim, schoon en met liefde alle meubels zelf gemaakt.

We had an amazing stay at Ella Nine Arch Lodge! The hotel itself is lovely, but the location is truly unbeatable. We get a perfect, postcard-worthy view of the Nine Arch Bridge right from the balcony. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the main bridge viewpoint and an easy, scenic 45-minute trek to Little Adam’s Peak. A special shoutout to Udhay, who was an absolute gem throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful with everything, arranging our tuk-tuk pickup from the train station, organizing a wonderful cooking class, and helping us with all our daily plans. The hotel restaurant easily has the best view overlooking the bridge. The food was delicious, and I especially loved the fresh fruit served. Couldn't have asked for a better stay in Ella. Highly recommended

Sehr gutes Quartier für einen Aufenthalt in Ella. Die Balkone mit Blick auf die Nine Arch Bridge sind tip-top. Auch das Frühstück auf der Terasse hat diesen Blick. Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch mengenmäßig gut passend. Die Betreiberfamilie ist sehr sehr nett und freundlich. Kühlschrank mit Bier im Quartier :)

Grundlegend alles tip/top, es ist im Vergleich vielleicht nicht ganz so günstig wie andere Quartiere, das wird aber durch die Lage und den Blick mehr als wettgemacht!

Wir können wärmstens empfehlen. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Tochter sind unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist makellos sauber, sehr gemütlich und bestens gepflegt. Das Frühstück war einfach einmalig – so umfangreich und unglaublich lecker. Für uns war es das beste Frühstück unserer gesamten Sri-Lanka-Rundreise. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht dort, wären aber gerne mehrere Tage geblieben. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft!

Udhay war top. Ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter und er hat uns wunderbares Frühstück zubereitet.

El personal es súper amable, te ayudan en todo y son muy resolutivos. El desayuno es completo y está muy rico, ofrecen alternativa de desayuno Sri Lanka style. Las impresionantes vistas del puente de los nueve arcos. El esmero por la limpieza y el buen servicio hacen que estés muy a gusto.

Jedno zastrzeżenie - jeśli parking pozwala na wjechanie tylko tuk tuka, tzn. że lokal nie ma parkingu. Absolutnie nie opłaca się brać pokoju z widokiem na ten most, zaufajcie mi. Cena jest przez to wysoka, a na pociąg spojrzycie raz. Do miasta jest jakieś 1,5 km.

Good view to 9 arch bridge and a 10 mins trail to the location. 350m walk from the main road, but they have a tuk tuk for pick and drop, as the car cannot reach there.

Die Unterkunft besticht durch den wunderschönen Blick auf die Nine Arch Bridge. Diese ist von der Unterkunft in ungefähr 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Auto aufgrund schmaler Straßen etwas schwerer erreichbar, aber mit TukTuk oder Motorrad gar kein Problem. Die Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war lecker und reichhaltig. Die Gastgeber sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

タオル以外の備品がなかったので、食料調達して部屋で食べる場合は、その点は注意。 ただし宿の方に頼めば、ポットやナイフ、お皿などは借りられる。

ホテルの名前のとおりNine Arch Bridgeまで徒歩10分かからない場所にあり、目的が決まっている方には非常にロケーションが良い。

ホテルまでのルートは途中から細い路地で車では困難だったので、トゥクトゥクで行くことをお勧めします。部屋にクーラーはありません（扇風機はある）が、高地で涼しいので問題ありません。他の方のコメントにもありますが夜は静かでホタルも見えましたよ。支払いは現金のみでしたので、注意が必要です。

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία του καταλύματος.Συστηνω να επιλέξετε δωματιο με θέα στη γέφυρα της Ella και δε θα το μετανιώσετε.Το μονο αρνητικο ειναι οτι στο κατάλυμα δεν εχει πρόσβαση αυτοκίνητο παρα μόνο τουκ-τουκ .Εναλλακτικά η απόσταση απο το κύριο δρόμο ειναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια.Το προσωπικό ευγενικο και το πρωινό καλο.

We stayed at the Ella Lodge and absolutely loved it! The highlight is the incredible view of the jungle and the famous Nine-Arched Bridge. It's just a 10-minute walk away! But our stay at Ella Lodge was truly unforgettable thanks to a wonderful hotel staff member, Udhay. He greeted us with genuine friendliness and explained everything we needed in detail. Udhay helped us with our transfers. Thanks to his care and attention, our stay was as pleasant and relaxing as possible. We will definitely return to Ella Lodge again! And we hope to see Udhay again. Best view of Nine Arch Bridge Great homely service.

Excellent views of Nine Arch Bridge from our room and breakfast area, we watched so many trains go by. Hotel is within walking distance to bridge (steep slopes). Uday from the hotel was amazing, he helped bring up our luggage and take it down too by tuk tuk as taxi can't access the property. Room size was perfect for family.

No ac or tv in room. We were given an extra pedestal fan that helped, so no complaints.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die nine arc Bridge. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und von der Ausstattung sehr gut. Udhay war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns super Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Er hat uns auch immer mit dem Tuk Tuk in die Stadt gefahren.

шикарный вид на мост! вокруг все в зелени! завтрак на террасе с видом на мост готовят каждому индивидуально (омлет,тосты,фрукты,кофе) все отлично. в отеле есть тук-туки, можно договориться довезут за плату до города

The view across the valley and to the nine arch bridge is spectacular. Lovely to sit on the balcony and take it all in, monkeys, birds, people walking and working. Sri Lankan breakfast is very good and plenty of it, mixed fruit, Dahl, coconut sambal, roti, omelette, pot of coffee or tea. Western breakfast also available. Room is small but adequate, comfortable bed. What a wonderful chap Udhay is, so helpful, happy, friendly and informative.

Great location. Breakfast was tasty. Staff were helpful in giving us a tuk ride to collect and drop us off. Room was clean.

Not knowing not being informed that there was a parking area before attempting (and successfully making it to the lodge, which was no mean feat) the road (wouldn’t exactly pass road qualifications) to the lodge. I have never been so scared!! But the staff took over and returned the car to the car park for me!!

Aussicht auf Nine Arch Bridge und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man kann die 2 Kilometer bis Ella über die Gleise laufen.

Nous sommes arrivés de nuit, un peu fatigué par une journée de voyage. Au réveil : quelle claque et quelle vue ! nous avons réellement apprécié cette vue sur le pont et cette proximité avec les différents sites à voir.

Das Personal vor Ort war wirklich sehr nett und freundlich. Unser Zimmer groß, neu renoviert und sauber. Highlight ist der Blick auf die Nine Arch Bridge. Um in die Stadt zu gelangen konnte man jederzeit ein Tuk Tuk über das Hotel reservieren. Bei der Anreise wurden die Koffer ebenfalls für die letzten 500 Meter auf Tuk Tuk verladen. Frühstück war auch lecker

Das Frühstück wird draußen serviert und da kann es je nach Wetter auch mal etwas windiger und kühl sein

Горячую воду на ночь отключили, окна не открываются, а сетчатое окно над дверью без возможности закрытия. Завтрак был вообще не о чем, первая гостиница с таким слабым завтраком.

We stayed in a few places in Ella and this one was okay compared to the others. It’s very unclear on the room options on if you will be able to see the bridge or not from your room. Our room had a very small sliver of the bridge but you could see it fully from the breakfast seating area. Room was big and very clean. It was nice they provided actual blankets and not just a thin sheet. Owners were okay. Compared to all of the other places we have stayed in Sri Lanka, they were the least warm but the selling point is the view of the bridge. It is about a 10 minute walk down and a 15 minute walk up from the bridge. Breakfast was plentiful. Overall the experience was fine, it just didn’t blow us away compared to other spots we have stayed. 800rp tuktuk to get to town.

Amazing location in Ella with incredible views of nine arch bridge and very easy access walking to Little Adam’s Peak. We also stayed in main town Ella and this would definitely be our preferred choice - quieter and less hectic. Good restaurants around not far away. Room was spotless and beers in fridge provided for a charge. Tea & coffee complimentary.

なんといってもナインアーチブリッジがお部屋から見えるのが最高です。あと宿の近くにはトゥクトゥクで行かないといけないんですけど、連絡したらすぐ迎えに来てくれるし小さい車ならギリ入れたので特に困ることもありませんでした！

虫がやっぱり多いなぁ、というのは気になりましたね、でも自然と共存してるので仕方ないとも思います。

Aussicht war der Hammer. Aber hat natürlich auch ordentlich gewindet auf dem Balkon. Zimmer war schön hergerichtet. Leicht zu finden gut beschildert.

Nach dem Frühstück ging’s mir persönlich nicht gut. Mein einheimischer Freund hatte allerdings nichts. Warmes Wasser gab’s nur bei Anreise. Am nächsten Tag musste ich kalt duschen.

Deze accommodatie ligt op een top lokatie met fantastisch uitzicht op de Nine Arches Bridge. 10 minuten lopen over een stijl pad naar benedem en je staat bij de brug. Voor 800 roepies ( ongeveer 2.50 euro)wordt je naar het bruisende centrum van ella gebracht met de tuktuk. Daar zitteb vele restaurantjes en winkeltjes om heerlijk te shoppen. Het is een simple maar zeer schone kamer. Heerlijk bed met topper. Er zijn net 4 hele nieuwe kamers klaar die er fantastisch mooi uitzien.Heerlijk ontbijt met prachtig uitzicht op de brug. Personeel (udhay)is super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Regelt alles voor je, zodat je met de tuktuk veel van de omgeving kan zien zoals Little Adam's Peak, Ella Rock en de watervallen. Ook regelde Udhay vervoer naar onze volgende bestemming en kregen wij onderweg een berichtje of we veilig waren aa gekomen.

Je kan de accommodatie niet volledig met de auto bereiken laatste stukje met alleen de tuktuk. Houdt daar rekening mee. Alleen stukje zeep aanwezig, zou fijn zijn als je langer reist dat er shampoo aanwezig zou zijn.

I stayed in this lodge just for the view of Nine Arch Bridge and it is awesome. Nine Arch Bridge is at walkable distance from this Lodge. Room was clean.

This is bit far from Ella Town so you need to rely on tuk tuk or bike/scooty to go to town.

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Man muss absolut nicht in der Innenstadt von Ella wohnen. Es ist so arg schön, von der Dachterrasse auf die Nine Arches Bridge zu schauen und von da das Beste local Frühstück zu essen! Es war so lecker und so zu empfehlen. Das Hotel bringt euch immer mit den Tuktuks in die kleine Stadt und man kann von da aus so gut zur Brücke zum zum little adams peak laufen. Absolute Empfehlung. Der Mitarbeiter Udhay ist so nett und hilft gern auch bei Transfers weiter. 10/10 Punkten. Ventilator war komplett ausreichend.

Las vistas, son una pasada. Es como estar viviendo en una casa en el arbol. El baño es un poco antiguo pero esta todo muy limpio, quiza se echa en falta la piscina pero las vistas los compensan. Estas a 5 minutos caminando del puente de los 9 arcos

El acceso es algo complicado , pero en el alojamiento te ayudan a buscar tuktuk por 2 -3 euros que te lleva al centro

Tout d’abord, un énorme merci à Udhay !!!! Quel professionnalisme et quelle gentillesse ! Il a été génial avec nous pendant notre séjour. Il est efficace, super gentil et attentionné. Très belle vue du balcon sur le Nine Arch bridge et les montagnes. Quel plaisir d’y regarder le lever ou coucher du soleil avec un thé entouré de la jungle qui se réveille ou s’endort. L’endroit est propre et bonus un petit frigo fort appréciable dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est très bon également ! Je recommande cet établissement.

La pression un peu légère de l’eau du robinet.

Pulizia eccellente, vista spettacolare sia dalla nostra camera che dalla terrazza per i pasti, colazione tipica abbondante e gustosa. Il ragazzo è stato gentile e ci è venuto a prendere per il check in e a lasciare al check out all'inizio della strada perché il driver non poteva raggiungere l'alloggio con l'auto. Per le altre uscite sono pochi minuti a piedi, si fa senza problemi.

J ai tout aimé !!! l emplacement la vue sur le pont depuis la terrasse de la chambre la gentillesse du personnel Le bon petit déjeuner Le jardin avec les fleurs La chambre est magnifique Il y a un frigidaire avec une bouilloire ce qui est pratique Il faut savoir qu il n y a rien aux alentours et qu il faut demander un tuktuk pour aller sur la route principale ou y aller à pied 10 mn de marche la route est étroite donc les voitures ne peuvent pas passer Il faut également payer son séjour en espèce pas de carte bancaire

Difficile da raggiungere, bisogna organizzarsi bene (ma la vista ne vale la pena). Abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua dopo mezzanotte (mancava).

Stunning view! And lovely family owned guesthouse overlooking the nine arch bridge. Nice bfast, kind staff, but mainly, the view! We loved it.

They could add a few extra comforts, such as a jug, cups tea/coffee and glasses. A small bar fridge would be helpful. And new towels and better soap. Advertised for a car to gain access to the site with parking, unfortunately this was incorrect as only access was a motor bike etc

La camera molto bella con terrazza che affacciava proprio sul ponte. La colazione buona e abbondante. Il personale gentile
