Blinds in bathroom need DESPERATE replacing they are really my only complaint. If you don’t care just leave them up and don’t try to bring them down cause it was nasty.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Great location with great Mt. Fuji view rooms. Easy walk to nearby stores, restaurants and the busy and crowded Kawaguchiko bus station. We chose this hotel especially for its Mt. Fuji view rooms.
The nearby Kawaguchiko bus station was too crowded and busy for me (May 17-19, 2026). In the future, I will probably choose a hotel near a different bus station.

The reception area had a very bad odour every time you walked through it. Bed was small & uncomfortable, dipping in the middle. The was a massive desk in the room which was unnecessary & took up a lot of space.

We chose this hotel because it had a direct view of Mt Fuji but unfortunately for the 2 night we stayed she didn’t show herself at all. The hotel is a little far out from the main strip but we had a car so it was very easy. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. We booked this hotel solely for the chance to wake up and see the mountain which is the chance you take but without a car I think it would be a little far out for some.
Things to shut very early in the area do he aware of that when looking for somewhere for dinner. We went to use the restaurant in the hotel one night which closes at 6 and it wasn’t open at all

The check in time of 1600 and check out time of 1000 makes the duration of stay shorter.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Przestronny pokój i łazienka. Hotel bardzo dba o czystość. Piękne widoki na Fuji. Fajnie, że jest możliwość dokupienia smacznych śniadań w obiekcie obok. Blisko dużych sklepów ale dość daleko od stacji ale liczyliśmy się z tym przy wyborze. Jest też możliwość korzystania ze spa/onsenu ale my nie mieliśmy okazji.
Spora odległość od stacji i brak dojazdu komunikacja.

We did not drive so need to catch a blue line bus which it is limited but we can catch a taxi with around 1500 yen to the station.

Location is far from lake and attraction area. If you have your own transport, highly recommend you stay here. Else, you might have to miss the sunrise for fuji lake view as there will be no taxi service until 8am.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026館内に富士山パンケーキも食べられるレストラン、隣にはコンビニ、道路の反対側には何でも買えるスーパーベルがあり、とても便利。 宿泊客は使えるパソコンや印刷機も仕事のためにとても便利だった。 大浴場は清潔で広々としている上、サウナもあるし、無料マッサージチェアも良かった。 しかし、なんと言っても3階のテラスから富士山が良く見えてお得感があり、そういう意味でもコスパの良いホテル。
建物の外観がなんとなく簡単そうに見えて、でも中に入ったら良かったので違う意味でびっくりした。

It was a great touch to find our bags already in our room when we returned later. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

El servicio de lavandería NO funcionaba, tuve que poner vacas veces a secar mi ropa, y cada vez le metia dinero y seguia todo muy mojado. Le hice saber al personal que NO funcionaba sus maquinas, que gaste mas de 2000 yen y no me pudieron solucionar. La gente de la recepción NO sabe inglés, muy complicado comunicarse.
