La villa es muy bonita. Las camas son muy comodas y el aire aconcionado en todas las habitaciones es fantastico

La zona de piscina parece individual pero rs comun pars 3 casas

Todo estuvo genial!! Ubicación perfecta para moverse por toda la isla, lugar maravilloso rodeado de plantas. Villa acogedora y jardin con piscina para desconectar de todo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo

Nada que no nos gustara

Beautifully presented and clean amongst pretty gardens. Beds were very comfortable. The water pressure for the shower was great! Set in the heart of the town with easy access to shops, restaurants and cafes. Everyone we met was very friendly and truly was a wonderful place to visit.

We liked everything. If there was one thing that would have been useful, a television that we could plug our fire stick in to access our apps but this wasn’t a big issue for us.

Ausstattung Küche: alles was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Großer Supermarkt um die Ecke. Appartement groß und sauber. Schöne Terrasse (für Aussicht muss man aber hoch zum 3m Rund Pool)

nur zwei private, mühsam einfahrbare Parkplätze / öffentliche Straße war am zweiten Abend schwierig Schlafsofa für zwei Erwachsene grenzwertig aber für zwei Nächte ok

Wunderschöne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Pool und Ausblick über die Stadt! Das Haus hatte alles, was man für ein paar Tage brauchte!

La maison est parfaitement équipée située en pleine ville mais dans un havre de verdure Le jardin est exceptionnel. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Quinta das Rosas.

Excellent private villas in nice garden on the hill with pool and relaxing area at the top

Good location for sight seeing. Quaint and a wall of windows made it nice and bright. There were blinds for each window. Located in a manicured garden setting. Nice quiet place. Parking available on property or on a safe street. Our flight was delayed so our host, Eduardo, was unable to greet us but gave us simple instructions for check-in. He also gave suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. The bedroom, kitchen and living room are all in one big room. There was only the 2 of us for 2 nights so it was fine for us. We would recommend this accommodation to others.

The neighbour had a barking dog during the night so if this bothers you then bring ear plugs. As a suggestion, maybe a few bigger drinking glasses. Other than that, everything that you needed was available for you. Really nice place.

Utensílios de cozinha a precisar de reforma (frigideira, escorredor…); não havia guardanapos/rolo de cozinha, azeite/vinagre/sal; estores com correntes não amigas das crianças, estacionamento apertado para os carros e limitado (funcionários não deviam estacionar dentro do alojamento neste caso)

Eduardo is aardig en behulpzaam. De villa is ruim en modern ingericht. Eén prima plek om vanuit daar het eiland te verkennen.

Het zwembad is klein. Nu hadden wij daar weinig last van omdat het te koud was om te zwemmen.

Le logement était parfait: bien situé, propre, confortable, spacieux, au sein d'un jardin de verdure abritant de nombreux arbres (dont un oranger!). Il n'y manquait rien. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine en famille (deux adultes et un enfant) et c'était un excellent choix pour explorer les Açores. Le propriétaire, Eduardo, a été aux petits soins avec nous tout au long de notre séjour. Merci pour tout!

Location location location Eduardo was on hand to help at all times Barbecue, pizza oven, swimming pool at the top of the property Garden is great, picked oranges outside our unit!

Ubicación ideal. Muy amplio, cocina completa, todo muy limpio. Camas cómodas. El personal súper amable y la comunicación muy fluida. Check-in online con antelación y muy sencillo. Lo recomendaría para visitar la isla porque te mueves por ella cómodamente desde allí. Unos 23 minutos en coche desde el aeropuerto.

Tiene dos plazas de parking y son 3 apartamentos. Pero se puede aparcar en la calle. Olía a humedad… pero nada que no se solucionase ventilando un poco. Dejaron solo 1 rollo de papel higiénico para dos personas 6 días y 5 noches y compramos nosotros más rollos.

O espaço é muito agradável, tem um jardim muito bonito e a zona da piscina também é agradável.

Lovely set of villas with lots of windows to view the walled gardens. An upper terrace provides some very nice panoramic views of the town, seashore, and surrounding green hills.

Os meus filhos adoraram o espaço envolvente. Adequado para famílias com filhos ☺️

La gentillesse de l’accueil d’Eduardo ainsi que ses conseils de visite. Très joli jardin vraiment. Très belle vue en haut du jardin avec piscine, vraiment exceptionnel.

Very quite, clean and modern. The views from the upper deck were stunning. A perfect spot for a glass a wine after a day of sightseeing. The owner was very responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

Trotz Lage in der Stadt sehr ruhig inmitten eines tropischen Gartens. Ribeira Grande ist noch sehr ursprünglich, man ist größtenteils unter Einheimischen. Sehr gute Lage zur Erkundung der Insel, gute Strände innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Restaurants und Ortsstrand (große Wellen - Nordküste!) zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Einrichtung tw. ein wenig abgewohnt (Bad), wenig Ablageflächen und manches unpraktisch (zB. Waschbecken/Wasserhahn im Bad viel zu klein). Im hroßen und ganzen aber OK.

Not obvious from the photos but you don’t get any privacy between the three apartments in the quinta

Fijne acommodatie verscholen in een mooie tuin. Heerlijk rustig maar wel met een hele centrale ligging. Op korte loopafstand van het strand en wat leuke restaurantjes. Super vriendelijke eigenaar, echt een aanrader.

Bardzo nam się podobało, cisza spokój, przemiły , pomocny gospodarz. Miasteczko bardzo klimatyczne, mało turystów. Dobra baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie. Miejsce parkingowe wewnątrz obiektu.

Nie mamy żadnych uwag.

Apartamento bonito, limpio y bien ubicado. Dormitorio amplio. Su piscina es agradable para disfrutar tras un día de excursión.

Tienen solo dos plazas de aparcamiento para 3 villas, por lo que varios días tuvimos que aparcar en la calle. (Uno de ellos con multa incluida, solo 2€) También está un poco escaso de menaje de cocina.

L'emplacement au coeur de la ville sans problème de stationnement et avec un beau jardin, la petite piscine avec vue mer, la terrasse et petit jardin devant l'appartement.

Very quiet and private place with a beautiful garden and a shared terrace overlooking the town. Villa had all the amenities to prepare food and location has been very convenient. The host has been very helpful as well :)

A wonderful hidden gem in the middle of the city

We rented two villas for our family of adult children and spouses. Eduardo was a lovely host with recommendations of local fish restaurants and hikes, The property was thoughtfully developed so each villa felt private. The common area of pool, gazebo and outdoor seating was up high on the property overlooking the water and mountains. Our family spent many evenings up there talking over wine and cheese, and watching the sunsets. Perfect spot for a group vacation. Would highly, highly recommend.

Amazing place, super nice and with all comforts

Our stay was wonderful 😊. The Villa was spacious, clean, the garden and the terrace were amazing. The host was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips for the Island. We will come back one day - thx for everthing!

So many wonderful things to share about my stay! First and foremost, Eduardo could not have been more pleasant, attentive, or more helpful. With my flight delayed to where the grocery stores would be closed upon my arrival, Eduardo was kind enough to pick up some necessary food items for me that were in my room when I arrived. The room was clean, it was great to have a mini kitchen where I was able to store food items and cook some meals. The bed was so comfy. The grounds are beautiful. It was a little challenging finding it at night after a long day of travels. And it took me a little time to figure out how to get the key out of the box, tired, and in the dark, and there was a good sized hill going up to my room, but it was worth thy effort to get my bags up the hill...Eduardo reserved a very nice and private room for me. I felt safe even though I was a solo female traveler. There was charm in hearing a rooster in the morning; I felt like I was in the countryside, along with the beautiful and we'll maintained foliage that felt very private once on the property. The view from the common area above the rooms was amazing. Value for the price - absolutely!!

I can't say there was anything I didn't like although I'll note that only 2 vehicles can park inside the property at a time, so you may have to park on the street.

It's quiet yet accessible to everything. This is the second time we stayed here and it was as enjoyable as the first time. We love the terrace up top and enjoyed the view from the enclosed gazebo even during a windy rain storm.

Great private location & exceptional communication with proprietor. Close to great grocery store. So much to do & see on this beautiful island. Five nights wasn’t enough!

The location is wonderful and each unit quite private. An easy walk to restaurants in the evening.

The villa was modern, light and spacious. The grounds were beautiful, with the pool on the terrace as the highlight with a spectacular view over the town and put to see. Eduardo was very hospitable and gave us lots of great advice for trips and restaurants.

Location is perfect! Nice and cozy with 2 other villas and it has everything you need. The garden is beautifull and the view at the pool amazing. Eduardo and his staff where so helpful and nice and gave all the tips. Eduardo was also very reactive to anything via whatsapp. Honestly felt super safe as a single female traveler. The entire island is easy to reach from this location. Highly reccomend staying here!

Nothing to be honest! I have seen feedback on parking but I had an SUV that did not fit on the parking inside and parked it in the lot 1 min from the property and it was free and safe.

Great location! In the middle of the city, easy to reach restaurants, supermarkets and the beach by foot. Perfect get away with little private garden area and hammock in front of the unity. Community area with pool, children’s playground area, bbq and washing machine and last but not least - amazing views!! Nice and very helpful host

Great location. Beautiful terrace to watch the sunsets. Parking wasn't an issue, grocery store within walking distance. Eduardo Pinheiro was easily accessible for any questions we had,as well gave many recommendations for activities on the island.

The place was extremely peaceful and quiet, located really close to the centre. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly and he gave us some recommendations about the restaurants and nearby places to visit.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us.

Really nice apartment in the center of town. It's situated in a beautiful garden and there is a really nice area upstairs with a swimmingpool and great views of the city. A big supermarket is very near and the kitchen has everything you need, oven, microwave etc. The host is very friendly and respons very fast on the app if you need something. I would definitely recommend this place.

The bed has a really soft matrass and is not very big. We prefer a king size bed, but most people will find it okay I suppose. There is some mold in the apartment, but it's almost impossible not to have it in this kind of climate. So don't let this be a reason not to book here, because it's a great place.

There was nothing about this venue that I did not like. The villa was perfect, the grounds for magnificent and secluded and going up top to the pool and lounge area is a definite must. I will be back how are you before too long.

What a gem! We really enjoyed our stay in Quinta das Rosas. The location is perfect, the apartment has everything you need and Eduardo is a great host who gave us a lot of helpful tips and restaurant recommendations. Baby bed and high chair was provided and much appreciated. We really liked having a cup of coffee on roof top terrace in the morning. I would consider coming back and renting all three villas for the extended family.

Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell from the drain at some point. Assuming this was a temporary thing.

The location is amazing, within walking distance of anything you need, Eduardo was so nice and helpful, the whole complex is beautiful, well maintained and a real paradise. I would recommend Quintas to anyone!!!

We had a very good time. Eduardo and the staff is very friendly. He gives very good tips for things to do. The property and the apartment are furnished with love and leave nothing to be desired. The view from the upper terrace gives a perfect overview of the island's weather conditions. That way you can decide which direction to take today. If we are back on the island this will definitely be our place to stay.

The location of the property is amazing! From the pictures, we thought we might be further out of town, so when the gps took us right to the center we were confused. It wasn’t until we went through the gate into the beautiful orchard that we appreciated both the convenience and natural beauty of the location. The villa was private, clean and well appointed. Each villa has its own space with flowers and trees that makes for a relaxing view. We enjoyed sitting in the common space overlooking the property with beautiful views of the mountains and town. The location in town is very convenient to explore the town, the beach, shops and restaurants. Eduardo was a wonderful host and gave great recommendations for hikes, food, etc! He was responsive to messages and made us feel welcome. Overall a great stay and I’d love to return sometime!

Perfect place to explore the island situated in a wonderful garden right inside the village. Super for families with kids, especially the garden and the terrace on top of the property. The host Eduardo gave us great insider tips and it felt like a second home. Will definitely come again.

Lots of room for two travellers, spacious areas to relax after long days of hiking. All essential amenities provided. Great communication with staff about how to check in, recommendations of where to eat in area and how to check out. Washing machine available on site. The property can be a little difficult to locate at night and google maps pinpoint isn’t entirely accurate. Single parking spot available on site otherwise plentiful on street parking available immediately outside property.

Absolutely perfect! The appartement is located almost in the town centre; furnished simply, but with nice style. It is located in the beautifull garden with the tropic plants, pool and terrase with breathtaking view over the roofs of the town and even over the ocean. Nicest accomodation I´ve ever been!

Exceptional and unexpected location in the middle of Ribeira Grande. Very nice entrance with flowers, portuguese stonepath, a little paradise. Three little houses but private enough, you don't see the neighbours. Eduardo was very helpful and gave some very good tips, very nice to talk to.

Kitchen and living room a bit basic, could be a little more detailed. The living room could be more cosy. Apart from that nothing to add, nice place.
