Wohnung ist groß, hell und sauber, bodentiefe Fenster in drei Richtungen, man sieht das Meer und die Berge, großer Balkon, modern ausgestattet, Klimaanlage, tw. Jalousien, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Nespresso-Maschine, Wasserkocher, Smoothie-Mixer, Mikrowelle, nötigste Gewürze usw.), Waschmaschine, Föhn, Handtücher, 2 Sonnenschirme, Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe, Zentrum & Strand auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar (ca. 10-15 min), Supermarkt ca. 5 min zu Fuß, Haus innen ruhig.

Bad ist nicht ganz auf dem Niveau der restlichen Wohnung; wenn man die Jalousien nicht schließt, wird die Wohnung sehr warm (allerdings gibt es ja eine Klimaanlage). Von draußen kann es lauter werden (Straßen, Fußballplatz - letzterer hat uns aber nicht gestört).

The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. A perfect base for exploring. All the little things like coffee, shower gel, washing powder and a sun parasol were all hugely appreciated. Kids loved the view of the local soccer pitch! So many big windows to open as well, beautifully airy.

Some of the towels smelled a little damp. Thats about all we could find to improve on.

La amplitud del comedor, la terraza. Todo genial. Desde la habitación se veía el atardecer.

La puerta de abajo chirriaba y en la cocina si no dejabas la bancada limpia aparecían muchas hormigas. Sofá incomodo.

Mieszkanie przestronne w dobrej lokalizacji. Parking pod blokiem, zawsze były wolne miejsca. Właściciel sprawnie odpowiadał.

W łazience przydałoby sie postawić jakąś szafkę. Nie było gdzie położyć przyborów toaletowych.

Good spacious property, lots of room for us all. Particularly spacious lounge and dining area. Good to have a washing machine & drying area too. Generally warm & comfortable. Leaving some coffee pods for us was nice. The apartment was in a great place for exploring the island as it was so central - we had a car which we parked in a space on the road outside & that was very easy.

Some of the kitchen equipment looked a little worn. We were a bit unlucky with some very windy weather and this caused the shutters to rattle so much it was impossible to sleep. We tried raising the shutters and the noise was better but it was incredibly light due to the MacDonald’s over the road being all lit up. We also didn’t realise the main balcony overlooked the local football pitch and this was in use pretty much every night so it wasn’t quite the relaxing place to sit we had imagined and also quite noisy when there was a match rather than training!

Le logement est vaste et très bien agencé. L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir l'ensemble de l'île.

Nice, big and well equipped apartment. Lot of space, daylight a super place for watching the local football club :) Beach, city and nice restaurants are close, Ribeira Grande is a good point for exploring the island.

El anfitrion fue muy atento. Contestaba a todas las preguntas al momento. La casa estaba muy bien limpia, con todo lo necesario y tal y como se ve en las fotos. Todo genial

Es más grande de lo que se ve en fotos, estaba todo muy limpio, Jaime estuvo pendiente en cada momento y la ubicación es fantástica para recorrer la isla. Tienes al lado un supermercado, se aparca bien y puedes ir andando al pueblo.

Sehr netter Kontakt. Jaime war immer erreichbar. Als der Korkenzieher fehlte, lag einer nächsten Morgen vor der Tür. Rib. Grande liegt zentral, damit kann man alles gut und schnell erreichen. Supermarkt 2 Minuten. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern oder 2 Ehepaare sehr gut geeignet.

We chose this apartment for it central location for sightseeing. It was very clean and modern. Free on street parking. Always a space.

La ubicación es excelente, está tan solo a 15 minutitos de Ponta Delgada y a escasos minutos caminando de la playa y del supermercado. La casa es muy bonita, nueva, moderna y súper amplia con vistas preciosas al océano y a la montaña. Tiene aparcamientos en frente. Habitaciones, baño y salón muy grandes. Camas cómodas. Está equipado con todo lo necesario. El propietario es muy amable y servicial. La tranquilidad de la zona nos encantó. Descansamos genial. Recomiendo el lugar y repetiría sin duda.

Appartement très propre et spacieux. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Il nous a donné des conseils de visite ou de lieux à voir. Très bien situé dans la ville de ribeira Grande et très calme.

Apartamento recente, confortável, localização magnifica com vista mar, fácil acesso (estacionamento, supermercado). Simpatia na recepção.

Vybavenie, terasa, poloha. Veľká obývacia izba s terasou. Velke priestranné šatníky, klimatizácia v hlavnej izbe. Nádherne výhľady!!! Byt ponúkal všetko čo sme počas nášho pobytu potrebovali

Zmenila by som vankúše a paplony. Vankúš bol vysoký a tvrdý a paplon nemal obliečku, čo nie je úplne hygienické, síce pod paplonom bola plachta, ale tá nedržala tvar a svoje miesto. V šatnikoch bolo dosť smeti. Doplnila by som práčku a sušičku, nakoľko po určitých dňoch by bolo dobre vyprať uteráky a nemuseli by sme míňať peniaze na pračovňu.

Ubicación muy buena en el centro de la isla. Cerca de muchos sitios turísticos, de la playa y de supermercados. Además, el apartamento en persona se ve hasta mejor, camas cómodas, luz, todo limpio, toallas ... Muy recomendable para tu visita en esta isla.

Do apartamento em si, da simpatia do dono. Deixou alguns miminhos para a nossa chegada e deixou entrar um pouco mais cedo. Muito atencioso

Specious and cozy apartment, very well equipped, nice location, shops and restaurants nearby, next to the ocean.

Very uncomfortable beds in both bedrooms, was hard to sleep :(

Kitchen was equipped but it was missing a few things like a cutting board, garlic press, lemon press etc.

Apartamento com excelente localização. A decoração, mobiliário e equipamentos existente são excelentes, tornando o espaço muito acolhedor e agradável. Limpeza excelente Facilidade e disponibilidade de comunicação com os anfitriões, sempre dispostos a ajudar e sugerir. Muito obrigada por tudo!

The hosts was very welcoming and gave as good recommendations. The apartment is spacious and very clean. We could walk to the center of town. Location is very good to sightseeing the island too.

Practical y comfortable apartment very well located in Ribeira Grande, in a very calm neighborhood, walking distance both from the city center and Santa Barbara beach. The apartment is very bright and spacious. Jaime allowed us to check-in earlier than the official time and has been responsive during our stay.

The kitchen was not enough clean when we arrived, the duvets had no covers and the water in the shower was constantly getting stucked, things that should not happen at this high nightly price.

Bardzo nam się podobało mieszkanie, w szczególności rozkład pokoi. Bardzo piękne widoki na ocean. Również miły zaskoczeniem był widok na stadion piłkarski. Jako, że lubimy piłkę nożną obejrzeliśmy w sobotę i niedziele mecze który były tam rozgrywane. Zabrakło żelazka oraz deski do prasowania i dosłownie w ciągu 5 minut je mieliśmy, tak szybko je gospodarz zorganizował. Bardzo blisko plaży oraz w niedalekiej odległości przystanek oraz dworzec autobusowy. Niedaleko również za plażą jest piękny punkt widokowy jakieś 15 minut spacerkiem. Poza tym do centrum miasteczka można dojść w przeciągu 7 minut. W niedalekiej odległości sporo sklepów w tym rzeźnik oraz padaria. Za apartamentem znajduje się plac zabaw dla dzieci także często tam gościliśmy, w centrum również fajny plac zabaw koło rzeki. Zaraz za apartamentem fajny bar z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem także też polecamy. W apartamencie również znajdują się informacje z której wypożyczalni samochodowej skorzystać co również było pomocne. Właściciel również pomógł nam zamówić taksówkę na lotnisko. Wszystko było w porządku i naprawdę z całego serca polecamy ten apartament oraz gospodarza.

Nic takiego nie było. Wszystko było super.
