3 bedroom Villa Venus Jupiter and Neptune with private heated pool

We liked the fact that it was on the level inside, layout was good, well equipped, cleaning lady was wonderful and so cheery, also the repair man and pool cleaner were very cheerful and helpful, also the English lady at reception was very informative.

The pool was absolutely freezing and we were led to believe that this was supposed to be heated, only 3 of us used it on our first day and because it was so cold in there we couldn’t go in anymore which was extremely disappointing after we were told it would be heated. We also found that it was so very far to walk to the sea front, it really isn’t in a good location for people with walking difficulties and mobility issues especially with all the steps at the front. Taxis are a joke in Lanzarote as every time we booked one to take us to a restaurant we were let down as they didn’t turn up to collect us. We also found that the villa is supposed to be able to accommodate six guests but there are only two ikea chairs and a two seater sofa so had there have been six of us where are the other two supposed to sit and relax.

Stunning villa with well sized rooms, clean facilities, great location and friendly staff.

The property looked exactly like the pictures, was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the heating in our pool and they swapped us to a different villa and were very efficient and accommodating. The location is just a 10 minute walk to the centre, we will definitely be back!

Property was very modern, sleek, comfortable and quiet. Beds were great too.

The feature of a heated swimming pool sold us the choice to book this villa BUT it was only heated by the sun.

The location is a bit out of the way, that is only thing I didn't like. The Villa was supposed to have 3 bathrooms but there is only two.

Recently refurbished to high standard very clean and regular cleaning by housekeeper every 2 days . Pool man came early morning every 2 days too. Pool awesome and heated . Loungers great. The best location is perfect 5 to 10 mins to centre strip or old town and just round the corner from hyperdino and dome cocktail bars and Lidl. Staff super friendly and helpful . Accommodated 2 hour later checkout despite people arriving that day. Said we could use showers and facilities at their club resort too if needed. We spent last day at arrieta beach before heading to airport.

No blinds in living area felt exposed in evening when watching tv .

The villa was great! The location was great too, walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The villa was exceptionally clean and was cleaned twice during our one week stay by some lovely ladies, the pool was also cleaned whilst we were there. It was very tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. A lovely outside area with ample and comfortable sun beds for everyone.

My only recommendation would be a welcome pack when you arrive containing some essentials.

Beautiful villa in a quiet area. Perfect for us. Close to Lidl and a few mins walk to large shopping centre. Three nicely sized bedrooms...one en suite. TV with channels plus Netflix etc. Pool was lovely. Cleaner came every few days. Towels changed regularly. Club Oceano could not do enough for us keeping us updated and helping us with any queries.

Nothing....looking to rebook for next year again.

Obviously recently refurbished and in excellent condition with everything new. Excellent location and parking.

Needs curtains or shutters on large front window as after dark it’s like a goldfish bowl. Heated pool not warm enough. Some basic self catering provisions would be good I.e. salt, pepper, olive oil. A welcome pack of milk and water would be ideal.

The property has recently been renovated to a really impressive standard. 3 good size bedrooms, kitchen is more than adequate, laundry room with washing machine. Terrace which has table and chairs and terrace around the pool.

The beds in the main bedroom were really firm and not to our liking but appreciate this is different for different people.

Builders next door , we discovered a mouse in kitchen and bedroom one second to last day and the whole villa is tired oven and bath have seen better days

Standing fans not sufficient considering the heat. It would have been better to have either ceiling fans or air conditioning.

Beds aren’t that comfortable & No Air Conditioning for hot summer months

An excellent villa about 10 minutes walk to the beach, superb facilities, huge double bed in main bedroom, plenty of hot water, all the BBC AND ITV channels when the weather turned wet. Pool a lot warmer than those Baltic un heated ones in February. Beautifully cleaned regularly. Lidl nearby to stock the BBQ and reception sorted a taxi for our return. We will be back

Spotless - 2 visits from cleaners in 1 week - pool cleaner 3 visits - never had cleaners and change of towels on 1 week self catering stay before. Great location quiet in day - but easy access to supermarket and the strip of a night.

There was no double bed.Single beds were pushed together. Not good on the back. It said heated pool but it was not very warm.

The pool is the big plus, location also very good for walking to front, shops etc.

Privacy with neighbouring villa could be improved.

The villa was spacious, a great kitchen and clean facilities. The star of the show is the outdoor area, with a perfect sheltered table setup, comfy sun loungers (with provided towels) and the pool is perfect. The hosts also let us come and spend the afternoon at their resort whilst we waited for our flight. Would definitely stay again.

Pool very cold supposed to be heated told them but they said it was 26 degrees but I have always rented villas with heated pools and never once have they been that cold never will rent villa from them again

private pool and short distance from large supermarket but yet far enough away from main strip to enjoy a quiet stay.

No AC, no basics in property like salt pepper or sink utensils. toaster also needs replacing! privacy fence needs to be installed on left hand side of property also.

Pool and outside area very nice. Quiet location but close to beach, restaurants and shops.
