Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The location was good only 5 mins walk to the strip and 15 to the old town, it was exceptionally clean and in a quiet location with the use of the club Oceana hotel 50 metres away with a bar and larger swimming pool
Just me being picky but a lack of microwave( not that everyone uses it) and little things like a small bottle of washing up liquid, small bar of soap or shower gel ect would have been nice?

No tiene aire acondicionado y es realmente necesario, en la recepción ofrecen la posibilidad de disponer de un ventilador por 2 euros al día.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026La zona es muy tranquila, solo había parejas por lo que no había ruido. Muy cerca de la playa para ir andando. La piscina genial y tranquila. El apartamento que nos tocó fue el de arriba y tienen terraza que da hacia la piscina. Pasan a limpiar cada dos días aproximadamente.
Hemos tenido que comprar lavavajillas para fregar, estropajos, gel, champú, nevera para la playa. Entendemos que por ley no se podrán dejar cosas para los siguientes inquilinos pero es una pena tirar todo cada vez que se va alguien sobre todo las cosas que no son de comer. El secador y cafetera tuvimos que dejar un deposito de 10€ por cosa, que te devuelven al final de la estancia. LO PEOR: NO HAY VENTILADOR NI AIRE ACONDICIONADO. Cosa que en una isla donde hay olas de calor de más de 30 grados no entendemos cómo puede pasar. La solución que nos dieron fue la de alquilar un ventilador por 2€ al día. Sabemos que no es mucho dinero pero no entendemos cómo no lo tienen los apartamentos directamente.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026we were given clear instructions of how to get our keys and found the process very well organised, the location was great no overcrowding at the pool. The staff and cleaners were very polite indeed. We left the property at 5.30am and the main reception ordered a taxi for us.

No air con which would have made stay more comfortable as apartment very warm. TV connection to channels was poor, constantly buffering, not a huge issue for a short stay but if staying longer may have spent odd evening in with takeaway & watched TV.

Teníamos dos colchones individuales juntos en la habitación, uno de ellos bien pero el otro se hundía, imposible dormir ahí. Y en cuanto a limpieza no estaba mal, pero las paredes si daban aspecto de suciedad, le vendría bien una mano de pintura.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Nos hemos alojado en este apartamento y, en general, la experiencia ha sido buena. Estaba limpio a nuestra llegada y las instalaciones nos gustaron. El personal fue amable y la ubicación también nos pareció adecuada.
Como aspectos a mejorar, nos sorprendió que el ventilador tuviera un coste adicional de 2 € al día, algo que creemos debería estar incluido, especialmente en épocas de calor. También echamos en falta lo básico en la cocina. Si el apartamento dispone de ella, debería incluir al menos un estropajo y productos para poder limpiar los platos. Cuando preguntamos en recepción, nos dijeron que podíamos dejar la vajilla sin fregar para que la limpiaran, pero eso no soluciona el problema si vas a seguir utilizando los utensilios durante la estancia.

The apartment had no air con or fans. We had to rent a fan from reception. The apartment needed painting as it didn't look very clean. The shower wasn't clean and when I cleaned it the cloth was very dirty. Looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The bedding looked very old and washed out.

Towels only got changed once while we visited

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Lovely clean pool , ratio of sunbeds to apartments very good. Quiet location but only 10 mins uphill from the promenade which is full of pubs and restaurants. Rooms cleaned every second day , with fresh towels etc. Very pleasant staffing all services.
No complaints , but was surprised to find no microwave . Suggestion to management for future consideration.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Nos ha gustado la ubicación y la separación de la calle viendo que los demás apartamentos de la zona tenían muy poquita privacidad en ese sentido. La terracita estupenda y la posibilidad de abrir por la noche y que hubiera corrientilla. Se aparca muy bien alrededor y el servicio de check in fuera del horario de apertura de recepción fue muy claro y cómodo.
No nos han gustado varias cosas: las paredes son muy finas y se podía escuchar a la pareja en el apartamento contiguo conversar. Además las cañerías soltaban olores a ratos horrorosos. Por ultimo, aunque el servicio de “limpieza” acudía cada dos días, los niveles de meticulosidad apreciado cada vez ha sido muy diferente, habiendo hecho la cama a duras penas una de las veces. Por otro lado, no había microondas ni secador de pelo, que son elementos que son muy prácticos sobre todo en apartamentos.

As there’s no air-con,a portable fan would be a nice addition. The pool could have been cleaner, though it didn’t stop us from having a dip on the really hot days.

Aunque la piscina está bien, es pequeña. Los apartamentos están a falta de muchas cosas. No tienen microondas, no tienen cafetera, no tiene campana de humos. No tienen el kit de limpieza y lo tienes que comprar. Estropajo jabón para la cubertería. La habitación no tiene ventana al exterior. Al fondo el cuarto de baño y delante el salón cocina y la habitación en medio, sin ventana.

Im Appartement gab es ein Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen. Als ich in der Rezeption nach einer Waschmaschine fragte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es eine solche im Haus nicht gäbe. Die nächstgelegene Waschmöglichkeit ist ein Münzwaschsalon in 1 km Entfernung. Die beiden Lebensmittelläden in der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind sehr dürftig bestückt. Für ein reichhaltigeres Sortiment muss man zum Lidl gehen, der ebenfalls 1 km entfernt ist. Der Empfang von SAT TV funktionierte zum gröpßten Teil meines Aufenthaltes nicht.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026Arrival and key collection very easy to use. Staff in main reception at Oceancub very friendly and helpful. Had a lunchtime snack and drink and then breakfast on the day we flew home and all was very good with friendly staff. Cleaning staff arrived every 2-3 days and cleaned throughout, bed changed on day 7 of our 13 day stay.
Was great to have an oven and hob, maybe a microwave would be a good addition as lots of food sold in the mercadona was for microwave cooking. There was only 2 of us, so 3 sets of plates and cutlery was enough for us, we just found it a little strange, maybe a set of 4 or 6? Apart from this we didn't dislike anything about our stay - weather excepted 😂. Very much cooler and wetter than we have experienced over the last 4 years.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025The location and the apartment complex. It was close to the centre approx 5/6 minutes walk and it was a small gated property with only 16 apartments and its own pool . It was private, very clean and well maintained.
No air conditioning and fans and hair dryers were available to be hired. I think these are basic requirements in an apartment in a sun holiday destination and should not incur an additional charge.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Cleanliness is a major factor and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was never overcrowded and having the use of the facilities across at Club Oceano was an added bonus. Again, such friendliness and co-operation.
While there were some utensils we did feel that just a few more would have helped. We don’t always go out to eat at night and I was conscious I was missing basic things.
