Estaba sucia la habitación y el baño, el cuarto era ruidoso cerca al partido de lavado y junto a las lavadoras y desde las 5.30 am hasta las 11 pm estaban haciendo ruido los trabajadores y al pedirles que hicieran silencio que no eran ni siquiera las seis se enojó y dijo que eso no era ningún ruido fuerte y siguió moviendo cosas un rato más, así como ponen tantas reglas a los huéspedes también debería ponérselas ustedes mismos antes me había quedado en el hostal pero veo que ha bajado bastante la calidad.

The room is very small and a standard room. However, there is no fan, or if there is, it doesn't work well, and because the room is in the attic, it gets very hot and impossible to sleep. If you sweat a lot, this is not the place for you. Please consider the possibility of sweating a lot and the weak fan when choosing a standard room. It's a poor value for money.

Las instalaciones son lindas y me encanta que llegan extranjeros a hacer uso del Hostel. Gracias por la atención, seguramente volveré.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Veel gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, hangmat, dakterras, eetkamer. Hierdoor kwam je veel mensen tegen en kon je makkelijk een praatje maken. Goede dansschool aan het hostel gekoppeld met veel mogelijkheid tot les. Veilig gevoel in het hostel gehad. Medewerkers waren altijd bereid mee te helpen. Om de hoek van meerdere restaurants, koffiezaken, panaderia. Prachtig uitzicht op het dakterras. Prima badkamer met warm water. Naast de danslessen organiseerde het hostel niet zo veel. Vooral veel gericht op dans les nemen bij hun school.
Keuken zeer verouderd en ik voelde me niet comfortabel om hier te koken. Het was niet altijd even schoon in de kamer en badkamer, en de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes ook niet. Rommelig. Alles wat wat verouderd (maar goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding) Taxi en uber kwam hier makkelijk

La habitación huele bastante a humedad, además está al lado de la zona de lavado, por lo cual siempre hay ruido de personas lavando. Igualmente, la habitación se siente un poco encerrada por la zona en la que está. Por otra parte, el tema de la privacidad es complicado porque se escucha absolutamente todo.

A veces no había personal en recepción. Nunca preguntaron si queríamos aseo o cambio de sábanas o de toallas.

Se debe tener más confort en las habitaciones no se debe perder,los acabados son importantes como mejor ducha, muebles ,paredes que no esten rotas,el último piso de escucha ruidos por el patio donde se sientan ,nos abrieron la comida de la nevera nos tocó votar, se nos quedó Camiseta con letras Adidas ,nos deberiab llamar para acordar envío algo así.

Les équipements de la cuisine sont vraiment vétustes, ça ne donne pas envie de cuisiner. Pas de tapis de bain dans la salle de bain donc ça se salit très rapidement.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Me gusta la ubicación que estuvo cerca a la estación mio y me permitió moverme en diferentes direcciones. La zona alrededor es segura, la gente hospedada fue amable, me ofrecieron candado para mis pertenencias y ahí un espacio de baile para entretenerse.
Cuando llegué no me respondían y no sabía dónde estaba la puerta. Al día siguiente fue más fácil ingresar al hostal.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025El Havana es genial. Desde el alojamiento, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia hasta muchísimas actividades de baile. Estás en Cali y no te puedes perder unas clases, jaja.
Aunque no está en el barrio de Santo Antônio, que es el más turístico, está cerca y tiene todo lo que necesitas cerca (barrio de Miraflores).

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025The salsa lessons are good quality, nice terrace, its cool to have separated wifi connections on each floor, the shared spaces look good, comfy hammocks, staff is nice and friendly, coworking space available for free with dedicated connection, bathrooms are ok, its located on a safe ara close to many interesting points, the coffee/bakery on the corner is superb and damn cheap, if you wanna workout there is San Antonio Park and Smartfit nearby is $10 a day.
The bunk beds are crazy wobbling, had to wear earplugs because the fan is loud but must stay on the entire night due to high temperature, no water filter available meaning unnecessary waste of plastic and money. FYI walking around the hostel and the San Antonio area is super safe and connects you to the river and everything else, while walking to the other side of the highway should be avoided specially at night.
