Alles was heel goed. Personeel waren allemaal vriendelijk. Zwembad was heerlijk en dichtbij het strand waar je kan snorkelen.

Was te kort. Had nog wel 2 dagen meer willen verblijven.

Kamers waren prima in orde ( op de kast en de kluis na) en de tuin van het resort was ruim en mooi. Het zwembad was heerlijk. Het personeel was vriendelijk en stond steeds klaar om te helpen.

Aangezien ik wegens Coeliakie glutenvrij moet kunnen eten en dit van te voren ook was gecommuniceerd met het resort, was er voor mij erg weinig keuze in het restaurant om te eten. Dit betekende dat ik meerdere dagen hetzelfde moest eten. Voor het ontbijt gold dit ook, had ik eigenlijk maar 1 optie. Bovendien was het eten naar gelang de kwaliteit erg duur. Op de kamer ontbrak nog een tweede afvalbak en de kleding kon niet worden opgehangen in de kast omdat het rek in de kast zo laag was dat zelfs de t-shirts op de grond zouden hangen. Wat ook erg jammer was, is dat het resort wel aan zee ligt maar er is geen strand. Bovendien was de duikschool niet echt professioneel en de boten alles behalve comfortabel. Dit maakt dat ik niet opnieuw voor dit resort zou kiezen.

Staff were super friendly and very accommodating; they helped us to upgrade rooms when we weren't satisfied with the original room booking, and always provided us with excellent service, helping us to order tricycles etc. It's a good location if you want a really quiet, chill, slow-paced kinda vacation, though you should do enough research on the location as it is not very convenient to get around places if you don't have your own vehicle and have ot reply on tricycles and local buses. Also, I loved the pier front where you can look out to the sea and mountains of the other island, and they had pool tables, dart boards, and a swimming pool open to use at all times, so that was fun playing at night after a long day out:)

It was difficult to get transportation as the resort desk closed at 10 pm. We wouldn't be able to call a tricycle and go out at night from the resort unless we had a guy's number we could call on our own to get transport, so maybe if the resort has some numbers we could call and order our own, that would be great. Also, the resort has their own driver, which is a set price of PP200 to just go to the nearest shop or on the main road, which was a bit inconvenient, as I could pay the same price to come back all the way from Panagsama Beach. But otherwise I liked everything the resort had to offer, nothing bad about it at all, just remember do your research on what is there to do and how you can get there:)

The hotel is relatively far from the center, and every trip out costs money. It would have been appropriate for the hotel to offer free shuttle services.

De faciliteiten waren goed. Ze hebben een groot zwembad waar je eten en drinken kan bestellen, playroom (pool en tafeltennis), bar, een strand waar je kan snorkelen en de personeel maakt het verblijf onvergetelijk. Op ons verzoek hebben we andere kamers kunnen krijgen vlakbij het zwembad wegens kinderen. Misschien hebben we alleen geluk omdat er kamers vrij waren maar zo flexibel, behulpzaam en meedenkend zijn de mensen in de receptie.

Las habitaciones son amplias. El desayuno no es muy variado pero tiene dulces y salado. El personal muy atento, las instalaciones con salida al mar, curso de buceo en el mismo centro

The service. Never seen a service so excellent. Specially the chef and the team went so much out of their way to make the stay memorable. The sea view rooms are amazing

مكافحة الحشرات ليست بالشكل المطلوب لقد طلبت من الاستقبال مرتين عمل تنظيف من تحت الأسرة ورش الغرفة ولكن في كل مره ادخلها اجد حشرات مثل العناكب والنمل بالرغم من ان كل شيء نظيف ولكن الحشرات تحتاج مبيد حشري فطلبت من الاستقبال إرسال المبيد إلى وارسلوه وعملت بنفسي رش لجميع الزوايا وتحت السرير وخلف الأشياء والنوافذ..

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad bij Turtle Bay Dive resort. We zijn nog van kamers gewisseld, zodat we allemaal een 2 persoons kamer haddden met een eigen terras. Het resort is heel schoon, fijne kamers en lekker ontbijt. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en helpt je met alles. Mijn dochter was haar zwemkleding vergeten, ze hebben geholpen om ervoor te zorgen dat ze haar zwemkleding weer kreeg voordat we Cebu verlieten. Zeker een aanrader!

Our room was a ways apart from the other rooms. Felt isolated. Also the property is a fair distance away from other restaurants and beaches.

Meals were good. Pool and bar area was nice. Great cocktails. Turtles directly off beach.

The room was a bit average. The aircon stopped working in one room. The bathroom was small and you cannot flush toilet paper. The location is a little away from the main shops/restaurants so you need to pay every time you want to go to town.

Spectacular resort in Moalboal. The staff are so sweet and helpful and smiley. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The grounds are huge and beautifully kept with tropical plants and huge frangipani trees. It is paradise for a family, we sat in the swinging seats overlooking the ocean and the swimming pool is massive, lots of spots to lounge around and relax and super peaceful. It’s only less than ten mins into town with a super cheap tuk tuk ride which we easily did several times - to visit the mall, swim with sardines/turtles and to look around Moalboal. The staff also happily arrange anything you need, airport transfers etc. We ate at the restaurant for all of our meals, the Chef is great, all cooked fresh and very - very - tasty, generous portions and well-priced, it was just awesome dining. Highly recommend a stay here.

Good size property with a nice pool and easy access to snorkelling. The staff were incredibly helpful and always willing to assist. We loved our room and the whole resort. Dining was always available and they were always making sure we had everything we needed.

Lots of tiny bugs though not a fault to the property but maybe placing more bug catchers around especially in rooms or by restaurant.

We just loved Turtle Bay so much, we extended our stay twice! The staff are just so friendly, the property is beautiful and well maintained and the food is delicious! Then there’s the snorkelling on the house reef, which was awesome. We saw so many beautiful fish and lots of turtles. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

Bel hotel. Chambre confortable avec petite terrasse. Magnifique piscine. Bar très agréable,b Personnel très gentil (merci à Gera, Kai, Diane, Nuvi et Jovannie). Centre de plongée au top (merci à Denis, Jessybelle et Jongjong!!!). Matériel monté et vérifié avant qu'on arrive sur le bateau, on t'enfile tes palmes avant de sauter... Bons petits déjeuners

Nourriture insipide, pas d'épices, pas de sel, pas de goût. A part le curry rouge et encore faut pas avoir mangé en Inde ou en Thaïlande, pas mauvais mais vraiment pale copie!!

L'accès a la met en direct de l'hôtel. 3 fois nous avons pu voir des tortues en partant de la. Location de masque et tuba ok. Super carte de cocktail et happy hour de 16h à 17h. Le petit restau a côté le jg house avec des prix philippins et une cuisine délicieuse. Accessible à pied

Des prix des services sur place assez élevés. Et assez isolé il faut un transport pour quasiment tout faire

- Shower with very slow water - Taxi, Tours - canoyneering and Oslob which they provide are 2-3x of market price. Better book directly from the market instead of via them - ac very bad condition - very basic breakfast

I went to scuba dive and the staff were exceptional always anticipating but never interferring as they had already solved situatikns customer first and divwmaster for each dive interest.if you had macro and wide angle camera divers mixed with air and nitrox and a open watèr with expedienced a divemaster was given to each(sometimes causing equal numbers on board.right on water and beautiful viewsbut no beach and step steps to beach made ul for by plenty of garden space grass and pool.wi fi weak but staff worked hard to keel service and not there problem.while i felt the heat i also seen 18 different species i has not seen before.The staff even had a thesher shark( not known to be in this area)do some leaps on first morning out to welcome me.(do not think they do this with all) i was very tired after 21 dives in a week but very enjoyable.

A little expensive and therefore while a very nice area longe seats in unit loor and lumpy.ŵith extreme sun directly onto magnificent pool would suggest so cover for those pool orientated during day.there was adequate cover and lounge chairs and facilities around pool just no over

The rooms were spacious and clean including everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and took great care of us - booking trips, itinerary recommendations, arranging transportation,… The resort has an amazing pool area with pool bar and great restaurant with tasty food. We also enjoyed beautiful sunsets at the docks of the resort :)

The resort was beautiful with amazing amenities and good food

食事はどれもとても美味しかった。朝食のビュッフェは自分で好きなものを選べるし、早く済ませて、ダイビングの準備ができるのがとても良い。マンゴーは新鮮でとても美味しかった。

食事の量がちょっと多い時があった。女性にはもう少し控えめでもよかった。シャワーの水量が物足りなかったのと、シャワーの後、水捌けがよくなかったところは少し改善できるといいなと思いました。

Very nice property though a bit small compared to other resorts but staff were really nice. Very beautiful view of the sea. we got the beachfront room which was nice.

Food quality can be improved and didnt have many options as per a 4 star hotel which was a bit dissapointing. And since the place was very remote finding other food options was very difficult.

It was nice enough. Rooms were clean.

Lots of diving issues- first day we had bad air, terrible guide and tank were not always filled completely. No information about the place, we always had to ask to find out anything: prices, hours, shuttle, diving, etc… Most of the staff were not that good, with some exceptions. We suspect there is no manager.

Se respira tranquilidad pero también tienes todas las actividades propias de la zona a tu alcance. Lo mejor poder hacer snorkel en esa misma playa y ver tortugas y muchos peces. Además del personal que es un 10!

Las camas podrían ser mejores y el baño también. Un poco confuso el desayuno, de los dos días que estuvimos un día fue buffet y otro a la carta.

La habitacion era comoda, lindo lugar alejado de todo

Entiendo que es lo mejorcito de Moalboal pero esta muy lejos de ser un 4 estrellas. El desayuno muy basico y si querias agregarle algo como un cafe frio te lo cobran extra. Al estar a 10 min de la zona de restos se abusan mucho con los precios. El doble para todo. Te cobran tb extra el shuttle del hotel a la zona de restos. No saquen tour con ellos porque realmente lo consiguen la mitad mas barato, lo mismo los masajes y el servicio al aeropuerto.

This hotel has its own private beach area where you can snorkel and use the hotel's kayaks which was a great option to have. The views from the hotel and its beach are absolutely stunning. The pool and bar area is really lovely and its a great place to relax. We booked canyoneering through the hotel which was a highlight. The hotel has a shuttle to the town area which is really useful when going out to eat at night. We loved our stay here.

Although the hotel does have services, such as the shuttle to the main town area, we weren't made aware of this during our check in, so we only discovered this on our last day which was a shame. Our first night we ate in the hotel restaurant which was empty, and then realised that most guests take the shuttle to the town which has amazing options for restaurants and bars. The area is quite remote so the shuttle made a big difference (the hotel can book a tuktuk for you so you're not entirely reliant on the shuttle). It would have been great to have been made aware of all the hotel has to offer during check in, as well as the town area as this would have made a big difference to the trip. The rooms are a little dated but are comfy and clean.

Nice pool, nice bar, spa and dive centre

The restaurant bar overlooking the water was closed and we had to eat in an enclosed room with no outlook.

Loved this resort! Staff were amazing, breakie was divine. Diving facilities were great and very professional. Room was extremely comfortable, pool was beautiful. Short tuktuk into town for fab meals, massages and sunsets.

Water pressure in bathroom was not the best, and the shower was a little strange.

Located right at dive and snorkeling. Breakfast was good, little buffet and then you order off the menu too. I had to go ti clinic one night and a staff went with me and I felt well cared for by the staff as a whole. Great snorkeling right out front. The padi certification was great experience. Definitely recommend!

This diving resort is everything we needed. The facilities were clean and well kept, the staff are all so welcoming with fantastic service, and the mango shakes hit the spot every time.

The staff were super friendly, happy hour at the cocktail bar brought the guests together, being able to swim with turtles and sardines straight off the jetty, we didn't need to be scuba divers to enjoy the resort, our activities organised for us by the resort team were fantastic and often private with only myself and my husband participating. The community around the resort are also lovely, hubby and I took a wrong turn one night walking back from a restaurant up the road, and everyone we saw said hello, smiled and even offered to take us back to the resort on their bikes when we realised how far off course we were. But we enjoyed the late night walk so much we were happy to turn around and wander back.

We only have 1 small piece of feedback that would have improved our stay. The room we were in was exceptional and right at the water, however, there was no shade or awning covering the table and chairs on our small deck. As a result we were unable.to.use that space.

Emplacement au calme loin du centre de Moalboal et c'est très bien ainsi, l'hotel se charge de vous commander tuk tuk ou taxi pour vous balader / chambre sur la mer fabuleuse et petit jardin bien entretenu / le reef devant l'hotel est très beau / petit déjeuner moitié à commander et buffet délicieux / les activités sont à réserver à la réception de l'hotel / le personnel est vraiment disponible, attentionné et gentil .. que du bonheur :-)

dommage, le restaurant bar qui donnait sur la mer n'était pas ouvert , cela aurait été vraiment un plus de pouvoir siroter un cocktail avec le soleil couchant sur la mer

Mooie locatie.

This property is beautiful. We actually stayed an extra night because we liked it so much. The staff are very helpful. There is 24x7 security at the gate. Dive classes and fees are very reasonably priced (us$85 for a beginner course, us$50 with equipment to see the sardines). On top of this, there is a reef right in front of the resort and snorkeling gear and kayaks are free to use. The food was quite excellent, with a decent variety of Asian and western options on the menu. We ate here more than I planned, even though there are also lots of great options in the villages a short taxi ride away.

The wifi was suitable for casual personal use but I wouldn't recommend trying to do real work online here. Fortunately I wasn't here to work!
