Very far away from town and kind of felt in the middle of nowhere .. didnt really like it

I liked everything about the property. The staff were very nice, friendly, and easy to talk to. They were always helpful and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and we really appreciated the fresh fruit platter. They also had motorcycles available to rent at a very affordable price. I would definitely stay here again.

The road is not nice.

Amazing breakfast with a lot of fruits, very friendly staff, just 2 minutes walk to get private beach and good price for rent motorcycles. Definitely, I would stay here again if I go back to moalboal. Thank you all.

Classic Filipino guest house. Hard beds, not very comfy pillows, loud aircon. Room and bathroom are good. Great breakfast. Best ever. Close by to a ”private” ”hidden” beach. 3 min walk. Need to rent scooter (from them) because everything else is far. Their scooters are really old and should be upgraded.

J’ai adoré mon séjour, on est au calme, on peut louer des scooters sur place à bon prix, le petit déjeuner était très bien avec qql choix et de l’eau sur place disponible pour remplir ses bouteilles.

It was in Moalboal.

Unnecessary extra bed in my room. The Queen bed was like sleeping on the floor, the twin bed had a much better mattress but too small for my girlfriend and I. The shower rod was falling off. There was a dog in the main eating area. Finally the last road to the facility was a disaster, too rough to drive on.

The room was simple but comfortable. The staff were lovely and their breakfast was great! Also let me hire a scooter from them for cheap which made getting around very easy. Also had good wifi.

Un peu loin du centre si vous ne savez pas conduire un scooter. Parfois de la musique un peu gênante le soir, des bouchons d’oreille si vous êtes sensibles sur ce point

The staff was very nice and they had a gas stove to cook. Pretty clean. Helped us book activities and transport.

It is about a 15 minute drive away from town on a bumpy road, so if you want to be in the center it's not a good place.

I loved my stay at Jessa’s guesthouse. JeanMarc, Josephine and Joseph are a lovely family. They are very friendly, kind and hospitable. The guesthouse is very very clean. The room comfortable. The breakfast is great, I’m a vegetarian and they gave me a vegetarian option. They rent out daily scooter, which I highly recommend to get around. Thank you lovely family at Jessa Guesthouse. I will definitely return 💖

We loved the fact that the property was away from the main town. We hired a scooter from the property and it gave us the freedom to come and go as we pleased and explore some more of the area. It was basic but quiet, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast with lots of fresh fruit.

The property serves amazing breakfast and they do not hold back on the fruits!! <3 It's also near the beach and mind you this beach is not people heavy so you get to enjoy the exclusivity and it's free!

Spent 11 nights here. Great location, great wifi (I had to work and take meetings etc.), the best breakfast 😍. All in all, highly recommend!

Dette fine sted ligger kun en kort gå tur fra byen, hvor der er travlt og lammende. Men her mærker man virkelig en ro og imødekommende lokalkultur, som man ikke får inde i byen. Personalet er særdeles hjælpsomme og rare mennesker! Lækker morgenmad! Og så er der ikke langt til byens bedste restaurant som er en skjult perle ude fra byen - JG Grill.

De kamer is erg ruim. Het personeel is aardig en helpt je graag. Er zijn snorkels die je gratis kunt lenen.

Er is geen housekeeping en er is geen zeep aanwezig. Ondanks het douchegordijn werd de badkamer best wel nat.

Die Zimmer sind extrem Basic. Es gibt so gut wie keine Ablageflächen. Stattdessen hat man zwei Betten auf engem Raum stehen. Die ersten zwei Tage stand unser Badezimmer durchgehend unter Wasser und die Dusche ging nur kalt oder kochend heiß.

Love the friendly staff, always attentive and helpful. Food was delicious. Apartment was clean and tidy. We could even do laundry at a very reasonable price.

Very kind family at Jessa’s, they go out of the way to help you out! Delicious full breakfast with veg and non-veg options, lots of tasty fresh fruit. It was nice to stay in a quiet area and get a taste for village life. The location is quiet but convenient as you can walk to both Moalboal town and Panagsama within half an hour. There is a super nice cafe called Starlets Garden nearby in the direction of Moalboal. Also an excellent local restaurant 5 minute walk called JG Grill.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jessa’s because the location was really quiet, our room was clean and the air conditioning was great. To be honest, ideally you will need a scooter to explore Moalboal and buy things for your room or when eating out otherwise you will have to hire a tricycle, however there are a couple of local places to eat and a sari sari store in walking distance. The breakfast was excellent with lots of fruit and a choice of dishes along with coffee and juice. There are always staff available and they were very helpful to us whenever we needed anything. I would recommend this place and if we decided to visit Moalboal again we will definitely come back to Jessa’s.

We had a wonderful stay here at Jessa’s Guest House. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The family are very friendly and were able to assist us with any questions we had. Each morning we had a choice of breakfast which was really lovely! Breakfast came with coffee/tea/juice and plenty of fresh fruit! The house it self is in a quiet and peaceful location. It is a little out of the way, however the walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes down the road and offered amazing snorkelling opportunities where you can swim with the turtles. The guest house also rents out motorcycles which made it so much easier to get around and this was at a great price. Not too far up the road was a lovely restaurant as well. The walk into the main town was only 30min so it is doable, we did this in the evening and during the day. Thank you so much we loved our stay here.

Das gute Frühstück mit frischen Früchten und verschiedenen Varianten von Ei hat uns gut gefallen. Auch wurden wir hinsichtlich Transfer von Cebu (City/Airport) schon vor Ankunft über die Möglichkeiten informiert. Ein Roller konnte auch direkt in der Unterkunft gemietet werden, was sehr praktisch ist, da das Guest house etwa abgelegen ist. Die einfachen Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Die schönen Bilder täuschen etwas über die Realität hinweg, da die Zimmer sehr Basic sind. Es mangelt an Ablagen, sodass das 3. Bett (das keiner braucht) als Ablage herhalten musste.

Situé au calme avec des services (location scooter, blanchisserie...) et un bon petit déjeuner.

La literie, la propreté et la vétusté du bâtiment peu entretenu et dans son jus.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Jessa's et c'était vraiment super ! Ils sont tous les deux adorables et aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner est super et très copieux, mais surtout compris dans le prix ! Une fontaine d eau est a dispo. La localisation aussi est géniale avec un super restau GJ grill a proximité et une plage a 3 min a pied ou vous pourrez voir des tortues en 2 secs sous l eau sans le monde des autres lieux :) Vraiment merci pour tout ! Ps ; le chien mascotte est adorable ;)

Sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber, hervorragendes Frühstück, Rollerverleih vorhanden und behilflich beim Buchen von Touren (Empfehlung Canyoneering!), sehr gute Preise, Zimmer ausreichend und für den Preis absolut in Ordnung, Lage sehr ruhig und man hat einen Zugang zum Meer, wo man schnorcheln gehen kann. Schnorchel werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

Zimmer könnten mal wieder etwas aufgehübscht werden, sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Lage zwar schön ruhig, aber nicht geeignet, wenn man alles zu Fuß erledigen möchte. Zur Hauptstraße muss man ca. 10min mit nem Roller fahren, hat uns aber gar nicht gestört. Alles nur Kleinigkeiten und keine wirklichen Negativpunkte.

Owners are the best, really nice and helpful! They have activities with best price and they book taxi and everything for you. Breakfast is really tasty and location is good, close enough to the centre.

Petit déjeuner de qualité, chambre confortable et grande. Possibilité de louer un scooter pour 400 pesos. Endroit calme et à 10 min en scooter du centre principale avec les petits restaurants et à 10min du terminal de bus (encore en scooter). Je recommande. Et ils ont l'ait de prendre soin de leurs animaux ça fait plaisir à voir.

Good facilities, that you could help yourself too. Was a pleasant visit. Also, we were let down by our pre arranged taxi. So asked for help and the owner son drove around to find a taxi, how extremely kind going out of his way to help.

Öncelikle otel sahipleri o kadar iyiydi ki bizimle sık sık iletişimde kaldı ve turist olarak yaşadığımı sorunlarımıza olabildiğince yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca birçok otelin aksine ücretsiz kahvaltı veriyorlar ve kahvaltıya bayıldık , doyurucu ve sağlıklı bir kahvaltıydı . Odamız genel olarak temizdi , sadece odada banyo dışında ayna yoktu . Ama klima iyi çalışıyordu , banyodaki su ısıtıcısı da aynı şekilde . Yatağımız yüksek ve rahattı . İyi uyuduk . Otelin ciddi anlamda beğenmediğim tek kötü yanı sürekli birilerinin çoktan rezervasyon yaptırmış olmasıydı çünkü o kadar sevdik ki devam etmek istemiştik ama hep doluydu . Kesinlikle içiniz rahat bir şekilde rezervasyon yaptırabilirsiniz .

The guest house was a great stay. It was situated a 5-10 minute walk to a little cove of which you could snorkel from. The guesthouse also provided us with free snorkels, which was great as we didn't have any ourselves. They were super friendly too and provided a tasty breakfast (rice or toast with eggs and bacon/corned beef/sausage) and plenty of fruit, which was also free to eat during the day. The room was good and clean. The guest house was also a 5-10 minute walk to a Filipino cuisine restaurant, and 20-25 minute walk to the main street filled with more shops and restaurants / cafes. The owners were also very helpful when it came to transport, helping organise transport to further beaches and to the airport. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend staying here.

The mattress was a little thin for our liking but still comfortable.
