La Concepcion Cove Garden Resort

A személyzet hozzáállása és vendéglátása egyszerűen olyan kiemelkedő, hogy azt nem is tudom elmondani. Mindig nagyon figyelmesek voltak és próbálták minden kívánságunkat lesni. Nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak.

Amúgy 10-est adtam volna, de mindenképp meg kell említenem, hogy az ott tartózkodásunk alatt egy konkrét építkezés volt. Mivel hosszabb ideig maradtunk, így kifejezetten megnehezítette az ott létünk. Minden reggel 8 előtt egy kicsivel kezdtek a munkások hangos kopácsolással és munkálatokkal. Felajánlottak egy szobát egy emelettel lejjebb, ami nagyon kedves de ugyanúgy felébredtünk minden reggel, illetve sajnos olyan hangosan a környezeti berendezések (pl.: pár percenként beinduló szivattyú, valamilyen folyamatosan csipogó biztonsági berendezés), hogy kifejezetten rossz volt így hosszú ideig maradni. Alapvetően nem gondolom, hogy ez a személyzet hibája lenne, inkább ez egy döntés kérdés, hogy építkezek-e akkor ha közben vendégeket is fogadok.

We loved the homely apartment feel of the property and the staff were incredible. It was close enough to things but far away from the noise. Rec renting a scooter. The grounds were well manicured. The view from the private beach was stunning

It’s an older property that needs some upstaging but it’s got great bones. We booked a sea view room but the mature trees blocked the view. There was construction happening and the workers smoking outside of our room caused the air conditioning unit to pump the cigarette smoke inside our space. The chairs by the beach need some updating.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The little private beach was nice enough. Not cleaned like our other resorts.

Resort didn't look like the pictures, it very run down. The restaurant and bar is no longer available. It's a bit out of town, you need to get a tricycle to go get any decent meals.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Concepcion. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel at home, especially our children. The pool was fantastic, the beach access was unbeatable, and being just ten minutes from either town centre made everything easy. A truly relaxing haven to unwind, recharge, and forget the pressures of everyday life.

The pool was great, kids loved it. Private access to the beach was nice. The location was good as we had our own transportation.

The place needs a lot of maintenance. None of the bathroom doors would close. Had to ask for towels/coffee/condiments to be replaced everyday. Never asked for room service.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was clean, as well as the rooms with beautiful surroundings. Close to town, but nice and quiet.

Very good value for your stay. It’s a little outside of Moalboal, but you can rent a motorbike directly from the property which is so convenient. With a motorbike we were inside Moalboal in like 7-10 min. Lovely pool, clean and cute room, nicely working AC and Wi-Fi. Loved the seashore, the water is super clean. There are beach beds, outdoors shower, a swing and everything you need. You can rent a kayak as well. The garden is just full of plants and flowers, which i loved so much, you feel like you’re in paradise. Very nice staff and they have ice cream😋

The only thing we were missing is maybe a little bar where we could get coffee in the morning or beer at the evening.

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Der Pool, der Strand, alles wunderbar. Mit dem Roller, den man vor Ort ausleihen kann, ist man schnell bei den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. Haben sehr süße Hunde und die Mitarbeiter sind suuuper nett und zuvorkommend. Und direkt am eigenen Strand gibt es Schildkröten zu sehen!!

Beautiful location and view of ocean and mountains, nice swimming pool, clean room. Breakfast brought right to your room. We hired bikes from the accommodation to get to the beach and restaurants. They also offer day trip adventures to waterfalls etc. Very friendly and kind staff.

Все понравилось, персонал очень хороший! Расположение очень удобное. Всем советую, я был там 3 дня с семьей, нам все понравилось. Очень приятная гостиница.

Когда сворачиваешь с главной дороги к гостинице, есть маленький участок дороги которая плохая. Но это проблема там везде, я не считаю это большой проблемой! Но просто имейте ввиду.

Отличный спокойный отель, да, до пляжа с сардинами придется ехать, зато в самом отеле тихо и спокойно, на пляже бегают крабики отшельники, привозят еду из ресторанчика, вкусную. И на сам пляж приплывают черепахи, раза в два больше по размеру, чем на пляже с сардинами. Нам отель очень понравился

We had a wonderful stay. The resort staff were friendly and welcoming, the beach was amazing, and the food was both delicious and affordable.

The private beach, the staff, the gardens. The.friendly pets and the tour organizer Ruel especially was like my private conciege.

Its a 10 min ride into town, not bad for the quiet peaceful night sleep

Groot appartement, goede airco, keukenfaciliteiten, gratis drinkwater, fijn zwembad, heerlijk strand met dagelijks schildpadden te zien. Hotel biedt mogelijkheid tot betaalde transfer naar het centrum en verhuurt scooters.

We weg naar de locatie is wat hobbelig, maar niet echt een probleem.

הצוות היה מעולה!!! שירות מהיר ואיכפתי. עזרו בכל מה שביקשנו. יש תפריט קטן במקום, השכרת שנורקלים. בריכה מקסימה!!! חוף פרטי ונגיש. החוף מושלם לשנורקלינג!!!

בשטח המלון בונים עוד מבנה, הרעש קצת הפריע לשהייה. אבל מלבד זה המקום מושלם!!!

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful property and the most friendly staff. Kien on reception was amazing. He helped us organise transport and tours. He was so attentive and always smiling. The other staff were great too. Its a little out of town but easy enough to organise a tuk tuk and there is a lovely cafe and restaurant up the road. The pool was so nice and the little beach was great for snorkeling and swimming with crystal clear water and turtles.

+ the whole garden, swimming pool, private beach + friendly staff + walking towards center gives the chance to talk with some locals and they are very friendly +pillows are comfortable

- no room service at all. Friendly staff but they don’t care about room service and they literally did nothing. NO cleaning. - water pressure: really really low. I mean almost nothing. For people with long hair, I can imagine this is a huge problem. - really simple small plastic dosis for gel, shampoo…. Come on, that’s called a resort? Again, pension style - bumpy road to access there: as a golden tip, use as a much as possible some moto taxi to bring you there. Again, tricycles really suck on that road. Hotel offers a tricycle but again, not recommended at all because of the road. With moto taxi is way more more comfortable and cheaper.

The access to the private Cove is an absolute Luxury that defines the place. That and the extremely curtious staff. They have excellent tie-ups for activities and transport and the hotel staff followup with the providers so things run smoothly. Order food from a nearby restaurant and have a beautiful meal in the garden under the trees watching the ocean. Great value for money

Small and friendly. Staff were always accommodating. It’s a little off the track and there’s no restaurant but breakfast and dinners were easy to order in.

Not a lot to dislike but my bathroom facilities were in need of some maintenance (water pressure was poor).

Super schöne und gepflegte Anlage an ruhiger Lage weg vom Massentourismus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch.

Die Dusche ist direkt neben der Toilette, allerdings ist das völlig normal für Asien und wenn man es kennt, ist es überhaupt nicht schlimm :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was a little out of town which we liked and we were able to hire a scooter to get about. Wonderful swimming pool.

The access road to the property is very bumpy for cars and scooters. Also the shower power could have been a bit stronger.

The staff were amazing and ensured your needs are always catered for. Exceptional service from every single member of staff. I proposed to my girlfriend and they done an amazing job of decorations, music, drinks and took pictures. I will definitely come back in the future.

We had a very pleasant stay in spacious rooms that more than met our needs. The pool area was great - it has a gradual depth that works for kids and adults. Most of all, the owner of the property and the hosting staff are exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful. Will come back again!

You need to take a bike into the city. There is only one restaurant close that does deliver but need to go to the city for most meal options.

Gelegen op een rustige locatie waar je vanaf het resort kan snorkelen. Wij hebben daar ook veel schildpadden kunnen zien. Ze verhuren ook brommers wat het makkelijk maakt om de buurt te verkennen. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Paradiesisch gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Frühstück wird am Pool serviert. Abendessen kann man vom Lieferservice bestellen. Es gibt aber auch in 10 Minuten Fußweg ein nettes Restaurant. Der Pool ist neu und sehr gepflegt. Der private Strand ist nett angelegt. Aber der von Natur aus sehr steinig. Wir konnten dort direkt die Schnorchel Tour buchen.

Very difficult to get to if you don’t have transport, quite far from town.

Very basic budget accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff.Location is good if you have a motorbike or a car but a bit far far from the centre and bit isolated which can be good if you are not looking to be exactly in the centre. Close to a "beach " where you can spot turtles or other animals:) great, powerful hair dryer in bathroom.

If you are looking to sleep on the sofa as another person, I wouldn't recommend it as it's very uncomfortable. Roosters are really very loud almost nonstop so if you are a light sleeper and you are not used to them it can be a problem but it's just normal in Phillipines;), watter pressure in shower is very weak and bathroom door were difficult to close. If you order food, it's taking too long to bring.

Świętna lokalizacja, mała plażą ale super miejsce do snurkowania, można spotkać żółwie. Super basen, zdecydowanie ładniejszy niż na zdjęciach. Super śniadania. Bardzo pomocna obsługa.

This location feels like an oasis! Beautiful garden, very well maintained pool area, own private beach & the friendliest staff ever! We enjoyed our stay a lot! Don’t worry about not being totally located in the center of Moalboal. They offer scooters, TukTuk Rides and Taxis for a very reasonable price. Also they have a good assortment of tour offerings. A big shoutout to the young, male receptionist who anticipated every wish we had & had an answer to every question we asked!

המקום הוא מאוד פשוט. יש את המינימום ההכרחי. הבריכה נחמדה. ידענו את זה מראש לכן לא התאכזבנו.

לא הייתה ארוחת בוקר כביש גישה למלון - מזעזע. על מנת לצאת מהמלון צריכים לשכור קטנוע או להזמין מונית בכל פעם.. החדר בנוי משתי קומות כאשר הקומה העליונה היא חדר שינה. המדרגות מזעזעות מבחינת הגובה שלהם.

Direct access to the beach, sunbeds, rental sup-boards and kayaks, and very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast near the pool. Stayed in other nicer hotel in Moalboal as well - but that did not had beach access! Here you have it, can swim and snorkel or just take sun. But hotel itself is not a luxury experience. Passable. Bit worn out and needs more love from the owner.

This is definitely not 4*. 3* is a maksimum. :) - Family room air con was directly blowing to the bed and needed to be turned off at night. - Door to the bathroom is made of metal and is shut only with hard slamming. - Water pressure is very poor - Location bit far ... but tuktuk 150 pesos to the restaurants street and 250-300 back at night was allright.

A empatia dos colaboradores é notório e é a imagem de marca do povo Filipino. O quarto era grande, limpo e arrumado. O frigorífico no quarto deu imenso jeito para guardar águas frescas. O Aluguer de mota foi barato e fácil de adquirir na receção pois já se encontrava no local.

Bardzo zadbany pensjonat oraz ogród, który otacza basen. Zaskoczył nas przestronny pokój, który oferowal dodatkowo lodówkę oraz wode do picia w baniaku. Hotel ma prywatną plażę, gdzie można wypoczywać bez tlumu ludzi oraz basen przy, którym można zrelaksować się na dostępnych leżakach. Spędziłem w La Concepcion Cove Garden Resort kilka dni i z pełnym przekonaniem mogę stwierdzić, że był to jeden z najlepszych noclegów podczas mojej podróży przez Filipiny. Przyjeżdżając tutaj, nie spodziewałem się, że to miejsce aż tak mnie zachwyci – do tego stopnia, że w zasadzie nie chcieliśmy stamtąd wyjeżdżać. Ośrodek ma niesamowity klimat. Lokalizacja jest fenomenalna: zaledwie kilkanaście metrów od pokoju ma się niemal pustą plażę, na której codziennie spotykaliśmy żółwie. Do tego świetny basen i doskonała logistyka – to idealna baza, z której łatwo było się wydostać w każde ciekawe miejsce w okolicy. Bardzo doceniliśmy też rekomendację pobliskiej restauracji, która okazała się strzałem w dziesiątkę. Jednak to, co najcenniejsze, to ludzie. Personel zawsze stawał na wysokości zadania – codziennie uśmiechnięci, niezwykle mili i pomocni. W zasadzie każda rzecz, którą organizowaliśmy na miejscu, opierała się na ich trafnych rekomendacjach i wsparciu.

Velký čistý bazén, rychlá a příjemná obsluha, pěkné šnorchlování přímo u resortu, fantastické snídaně. V resortu nám vždy domluvili super cenu taxi a tricyklu.

Příjezdová cesta k rezortu je v dezolátním stavu s velkými výmoly. Rozbité posezení v zahradě, plesnivé slunečníky rozbité dveře u koupelny, slabý proud vody na umytí. Resort nemá restauraci a ostatní resorty tohoto typu nabízejí komplexní restaurační služby.

Rien, c’est un peu plus loin que le centre mais cela fait qu’on y est tranquille donc c’était un plus pour nous.

Eine absolute Herzensunterkunft! Wir sind schon sehr viel auf den Philippinen gereist – und das war mit Abstand eine der saubersten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Alles war extrem gepflegt, liebevoll gestaltet und das gesamte Resort ist einfach wunderschön, super süß aufgebaut und unglaublich gemütlich. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Egal ob Roller mieten, Tipps für die Umgebung oder andere Anliegen – uns wurde bei allem sofort geholfen. Leider hatten wir eine Lebensmittelvergiftung (nicht durch das Hotel, sondern durch ein Restaurant in der Stadt) und wollten eigentlich weiterreisen. Das Team hat uns aber sofort ein zusätzliches Zimmer organisiert, damit wir bleiben konnten. Den ganzen Tag wurde sich um uns gekümmert: Sie haben immer wieder nach uns geschaut, uns Wasser gebracht, uns Medikamente besorgt und uns sogar zweimal etwas gekocht. So viel Fürsorge, Menschlichkeit und Herzlichkeit erlebt man wirklich selten. Wir sind unendlich dankbar für diese Gastfreundschaft und Wärme. Diese Unterkunft ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern vor allem voller großartiger Menschen. Absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 💛

It was an amazing location in front of a beach where you can snorkel. A short scooter ride away from the busy town. Very nice people working there.

This was our last stay on our two month trip and it was the longest. We stayed here for a week just to wind down and relax before going home and it was perfect. I am so glad we stayed off the Beaton path away from the crowds. The best part was the pool and the private beach area! It’s an excellent place to snorkel. We saw a crazy amount of sea turtles it was amazing :) the staff was wonderful and so so friendly. We wanted a fridge in our room so they brought one and we were very thankful for that!

There was a stench in our room and noticed that the pipe entering from the sink was oversized, allowing sewage smell into the room. They just need to seal that hole and the smell wouldn’t be there.. I don’t know if it’s like that in all rooms but it was in ours unfortunately

Beliggenheden, specielt fordi der ikke var restaurant på stedet og vi var tvunget til at tage tricycle til alting. Stranden var ikke bade-egnet.

Salle de bain un peu juste au niveau des équipements et du standing, hôtel un peu isolé des bars et restaurants mais possibles de rejoindre facilement les points d’attraction en tuktuk.

Bardzo ładny, czysty i zadbany obiekt. W każdej chwili można było liczyć na wsparcie osób zarządzających resortem. Wielkie podziękowania za obsługę dla Pana z recepcji, któremu nie znikał uśmiech z twarzy :)

Очень уютный отель, собственная бухта, даже когда ветренно - волны нету, комфортно плавать. Видели больших черепах, морских звезд, морскую змею.

Нету минибара( холодильника), в стандартном номере по крайней мере. Иногда сильно кусал планктон в море, лучше одевать гидромайку

Przepiękny obiekt, wszystko dobrze utrzymane , czysto , personel bardzo miły, bardzo pomocny, pomógł z załatwieniu wycieczek, zamówienia jedzenie czy zamówienia tuktuka lub taxi .

Dla mnie był to plus może dla innych minus . Cenię sobie spokój. Obiekt jest trochę na uboczu tzn. 1,5 od centrum . Zamówienia tuktuka nie jest problemem(15zl). Może to komuś przeszkadzać dla mnie było na plus

We stayed in two rooms and the second room was much nicer and much more modern. The pool area is really beautiful and the staff are super helpful - would definitely recommend but only if you can ride a motorbike as the location is far from the cafes and bars
