I liked the location and the amenities and the facilities all was clean and well taken care off Also Culina restaurant was great!

I didn’t like how some of the staff members treated us they were not as welcoming as we were expecting or experienced before in citadel

Od pocetka boravka pa sve do kraja bili smo i vise nego zadovoljni.Kompletno osoblje je toliko profesionalno a povrh svega tako prijateljski nastrojeno da se bas osjecate kao da ste u vlastitom domu.Hrana je prilagodena turistima i izvrsna.Isto tako svaki dan su organizirane razlicite aktivnosti unutar resorta tako da nikad nije dosadno.Jos jedan put velike zahvale kompletnom osoblju.Nadamo se da cemo se opet vidjeti. ♡

Genel başlıklar halinde yorumlamak gerekirse; Temizlik ve Hijyen: Belki de en dikkat edilen konu. Çok başarılı Yiyecek ve içecekler: 3 farklı açık büfe restoranda muhakkak damak tarzınıza uygun seçenekler buluyorsunuz. Wifi: Otele gelmeden önce yorumlarda en çok eleştiriyi alan nokta idi. Ancak kendi deneyimime göre sahil, ortak alanlar ve odada hiç sıkıntı yaşamadım. Gayet hızlı internet erişimi mevcuttu.

Everything was perfect. Staff are very helpful and nice. They are making sure to have a very good time. They try to make you feel comfortable and that you are their special guest. Later I found out that this is a general attitude towards every guest they have.

Our recent stay at the Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort for our 17th anniversary was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the location and impeccable cleanliness of the entire resort were striking. Our room was incredibly luxurious, featuring stunning furniture, a beautiful view, and top-tier finishes. The full exclusive dining experience was fantastic, with exceptional meals at restaurants like Alfredo, culina and the Golden, as well as delightful snacks. What truly set this place apart, however, were the staff. They anticipated our needs before we even asked, and the continuous WhatsApp support made us feel cared for every day. A special thanks to Hadeer in the spa, Arafa the lifeguard, and Grace and Nicky from the activities team for adding so much joy to our trip. Every moment was worth the investment.

فندق راقي جدا وجميل وغرف كبيرة لمن يبحث عن الهدوء والراحه والخدمة السريعة والاهتمام وبه شاطئ رملي ناعم وتتوفر في نفس الفندق ميناء خاص فيه تنطلق منه رحلات بحرية منها زيارة الجزر وتجربة الغوص والسنوركل والسباحة ووجدت منهم التعامل الراقي جدا والاهتمام الشديد واخص بالشكر الجزيل للرسبشين الاستاذ علي وبالمطعم محمد رزق ومسؤول الغرف محمد جمال و إيهاب و ان شاءالله تكرر الزيارة واسكن هذا الفندق الراقي

Animasyon ekibi çok iyiydi. Birçok aktivite vardı. Mango mojit, tiramisu ve a le carte restorantları çok iyiydi

Staff was friendly, we arrived early (around 10:30 am) otel provides early check-in without any cost. Foods were great and tasty. Pool cleaned daily and it was super fresh all the time, beach has private place to rest and have sunbath, Garson comes often asks for your needs and drinks at beach. I suggest to ask for “don’t disturbe” flag if you don’t want the activities guys come over and ask you for “massage, boat tour, safari, etc.”.

Animation girls are select people by their nationality, if you are Russian or German they invite you all the activities, otherwise you need to ask for the join the activities such as pool foam party or karaoke. We asked for karaoke but they answer we have already set the list, it is ok but 2 people come to stage twice, I don’t think that’s fun or fair.

بعد زيارات مرات كتيررر للقندق بقي بيتنا خلاص و اشكر طبعا مستر علي ع حسن الاستقبال و غيرلنا الاوضه ف دقايق و دخلنا بدري و طبعا الاستف كله مايكل و ابوجاب الله و علي و احمد و رمضان رغم انه كان اجازه بس اخونا و الغايب الحاضر الشيف ناصر بذوقه و ادبه و كرمه كان اجازه و كان نفسنا نسلم عليه بجد كل حاجه ف الفندق مريحه نفسيا جداااا و اكيد مش اخر زياره ان شاء الله

All arrangements equals the value, you get what you paid for. for the Blu spa you can spent all your staying without the need to go to the town, they have nice activities and shows at night. They spoil you like a small kid, and it's very clean.

It's not about the resort location itself, it's about the town part called Almamsha Alsiahi where the hotel is spotted. Unfortunately, the almamsah is not qualified to be a tourist nice place. You can see its empty not active and dull. Despite the presence of different kinds of shops but there is no vibes like Marina. But for the Blu spa you can spent all your staying without the need to go to the town.

Exceptional service from Mr Nader Khalil at restaurant , he was so caring and he spoiled us , he helped my mom get a good spot since she is on a wheelchair really spoiled us .Mr Ali at front desk took really good care of us and made sure we got rooms close to each other He even gave us a free upgrade for our room

No ice cream except 2 hours from 7-9 pm I would rather have it all day or while we are hot outside on the beach

La plage est minuscule et délimitée...quand c'est marée basse et bien il ne reste pas beaucoup de plage On est les uns sur les autres sur la plage/ peu d'intimité On est dans 1 hotel adult only mais on est presque collé aux personnes de l'hôtel d'a côté et donc les enfants crient +++ La nourriture aux buffets n'est pas exceptionnelle Les logements sont collés aux piscines Le salon de coiffure est à éviter( j'allais y faire 1 brushing la veille de repartir et on m'a martyrisé mes cheveux et mon crâne!! Les doigts du coiffeur sentaient la cigarette!!! Horrible moment! La manageuse m'a obligée à répondre à un formulaire de satisfaction après mes soins et elle m'indiquait ce que je devais cocher!!!

Odalar ve otel temizdi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Otel yönetimi sürekli daha iyi bir deneyim için iletişim halindeydi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ve bir daha gelsek tercih edeceğimiz otellerden.

Mutfak olarak deniz ürünleri çeşitliliğini biraz az buldum. Meze çeşitliliğinin de biraz daha artması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Televizyonda 1 tane de olsa Türk kanalı görmek isterdim. Ya da Netflix Youtube olsa güzel olabilirdi.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall das freundliche sowie hilfsbereite/aufmerksame Personal, die wunderschöne Hotelanlage inklusive der stylischen und vor allem sauberen Pool-Landschaft, angenehme Bette sowie Zimmergröße, Sauberkeit am gesamten Areal top, wunderschöne Lobby, das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet, das Animationsteam hat auch gute Arbeit geleistet

J’ai vraiment apprécié les grands espaces, notamment aux piscines, les clients ne sont pas entassés les uns sur les autres, les piscines sont immenses avec peu de monde, ça a un effet très apaisant et relaxant.

Il n’y a vraiment rien à dire en mal sur l’hôtel, tout était au niveau de nos attentes

La pulizia, la cordialità e professionalità dello staff e la qualità del cibo. È possibile usufruire di servizi extra tramite partner nella struttura che permettono escursioni nelle isole vicine che sono paradisiache, snorkeling, escursioni nel deserto e molto altro a prezzi molto convenienti.

Il mare era limitato, la presenza di boe vicine alla riva non permetteva lunghe nuotate e l'animazione non era all'altezza della struttura perché poco coinvolgente e con orari ridotti.

Schon beim Betreten des Hotels spürt man diese besondere, unheimlich warme und familiäre Atmosphäre. Man ist hier nicht einfach nur ein Gast man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an wie zu Hause und absolut geborgen. Ein riesiges Dankeschön geht an das gesamte Team: Egal ob Kellner, Teamleiter oder Chefs wirklich ALLE sind überragend freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Es gab keinen einzigen Wunsch, der uns nicht von den Augen abgelesen und sofort erfüllt wurde. Dieser Service ist auf einem absoluten Spitzenniveau! We hebben echt een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Blu Spa! We waren met een groep vrienden en hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad. Last minute hadden we nog een extra single room bijgeboekt omdat er iemand extra met ons meeging. Bij het inchecken zijn we supergoed geholpen door Aly Essa. In plaats van ons op te splitsen over een double en single room, heeft hij ervoor gezorgd dat we een enorm ruime suite kregen waar we allemaal gezellig samen konden verblijven. De suite was zó groot dat er makkelijk 10 mensen in hadden gepast! Ook qua in- en uitchecken waren ze ontzettend flexibel. We mochten eerder inchecken en toen we aangaven dat onze transfer op de laatste dag pas om 16:00 uur kwam, mochten we zonder gedoe tot 16:00 uur in de kamer blijven in plaats van de normale check-out om 12:00 uur. Dat maakte onze laatste dag een stuk relaxter en laat echt zien hoe goed ze met hun gasten meedenken. Ook de rest van het personeel verdient absoluut een compliment. Iedereen was vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam en alles was van begin tot eind goed geregeld. Het resort zelf is ook top en we hebben er als vriendengroep echt een geweldige tijd gehad. Topservice, ontzettend gastvrij en absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar. 10/10! ⭐️

The hospitality of all the staff and the constant support to make sure everything is going perfect especially Mr Sayed Ibrahim. He is very professional and always eager to help and follow up frequently. Everything was very well organized and with top quality regarding different aspects from cleanliness and restaurants also the atmosphere is very calm which is very relaxing and comfortable. I would definitely come again in the future.

Une deuxième année consécutive et toujours aussi satisfait ! L’hôtel est magnifique, moderne et très propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et bien entretenues par le personnel. Gros coup de cœur pour le personnel, toujours souriant, disponible et attentionné. La qualité du service est vraiment l’un des grands points de l’établissement. La restauration offre beaucoup de choix. La plage privée, les différentes piscines sont agréable et laisse de la place pour tout le monde. Le concept adultes uniquement est également un plus pour ceux qui cherchent à se régénérer en énergies. 1 an après, la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. Nous recommandons cet hôtel ! On a regretté l’absence de certains membres du personnel qu’on avait vu l’année dernière ( le personnel est tellement bien qu’on le remarque ). Notre chambre n’avait pas la même belle vue que l’année dernière ( face restaurant Alfredo ). C’est un détail, probablement lié aux prix de la chambre. Sinon tout était très bien !

Otelde 7 gece konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Tatilimiz boyunca aldığımız hizmet, yemekler, temizlik ve çalışanların ilgisi beklentimizin üzerindeydi. 7 gece kalmamıza rağmen yemekler kesinlikle tekrara düşmedi. Kahvaltı, öğle ve akşam yemeklerinde oldukça geniş ve farklı seçeneklerden oluşan açık büfe vardı. Uluslararası mutfaktan pek çok alternatif bulunuyordu. Bunun yanında snack bar ve lobi bar sayesinde neredeyse günün her saatinde yiyecek ve içecek bulmak mümkün. Yemek konusunda uzun süre konaklayan misafirlerin bile sıkılmayacağını düşünüyorum. Havuzu otelin başından sonuna kadar uzanıyor ve suyun sıcaklığı keyifliydi. Ağustos ayında gitmemize rağmen beklediğimiz kadar bunaltıcı bir sıcaklık yaşamadık; Hurghada’nın rüzgarlı havası sayesinde hava oldukça rahat hissediliyordu. Odalar yeni, geniş ve temizdi. Klimamız çok iyi çalışıyordu. Housekeeping hizmetinden de çok memnun kaldık; odamız düzenli olarak temizlendi ve minibarımız sürekli yenilendi. Havuz kenarındaki şezlonglara dahi içecek servisi yapılması ayrıca çok hoş bir detaydı. Plaj konusunda ise Kızıldeniz’in klasik yapısı mevcut. Deniz uzun bir mesafe boyunca oldukça sığ, iskeleden girildiğinde ise bir anda çok derinleşiyor. Uçuşumuz gece olduğu için sabah 05.00 civarında otele ulaştık. Check-in saatini beklemek zorunda kalmadan, lobide misafir olarak ağırlanıp saat 09.30 civarında oda müsait olduğunda odamıza alındık. Bu bizim için gerçekten büyük bir jestti ve yolculuğun ardından çok iyi geldi. Animasyonlar da başarılıydı. Her akşam farklı animatörler ve farklı etkinlikler vardı. Gün içerisinde de çeşitli aktiviteler ve eğlenceler düzenleniyordu. Otelde kaldığımız süre boyunca kesinlikle sıkılmadık. Ayrıca oteldeki misafir profili de oldukça iyiydi; rahatsız edici veya problemli bir durumla karşılaşmadık. Ve en önemlisi, tüm çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Sürekli bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığı soruldu, herhangi bir talebimiz olduğunda hızlıca yardımcı olundu.

Geliştirilebilecek tek nokta olarak odalardaki televizyonlarda internet bağlantısının ve Netflix, YouTube gibi uygulamaların bulunmamasını söyleyebilirim. Özellikle akşamları odada vakit geçirmek isteyen misafirler için bu özelliklerin eklenmesi güzel bir geliştirme olurdu. Bunun dışında otelle ilgili herhangi bir problem yaşamadık.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la diversité et la qualité des restaurants, ainsi que l’équilibre entre les animations et les espaces plus calmes, qui permet à chacun de profiter du séjour à son rythme. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Nous avons vraiment apprécié chaque moment de notre séjour. La propreté de l’ensemble des installations est irréprochable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’attention et la gentillesse du personnel, toujours présent avec de petites attentions qui font vraiment la différence. Les buffets sont d’excellente qualité, avec une présentation très soignée et une belle variété de choix. Un remerciement tout particulier à Mahmoud Gouma, Khaled Elrso, Mahmoud Mohamed, Ahmed Kamal, Samwel Mores et Abdelrahmen pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Enfin, une mention spéciale à M. Sayed Ibrahim pour son grand professionnalisme, son attention constante et la qualité de son service. Une très belle expérience, rendue encore plus agréable grâce à toute l’équipe. Merci !

Deux points mériteraient une réelle amélioration. L’animation, tout d’abord, manque d’énergie, d’originalité et d’interaction avec les clients, avec des soirées qui se terminent beaucoup trop tôt. Le potentiel est pourtant énorme pour créer une véritable ambiance et des moments mémorables. Concernant les activités proposées directement au sein de l’hôtel (quad, bateau, cheval, spa, etc.), nous avons constaté à plusieurs reprises un décalage entre ce qui est présenté et la qualité réelle de l’expérience. C’est particulièrement dommage car, étant proposées par l’hôtel, elles inspirent naturellement confiance. Une meilleure sélection et un contrôle plus rigoureux des prestataires seraient vraiment nécessaires.

Tout était bien. Le confort et le all inclusive était confortable pour notre séjour. On est même allé au spa, chose que je ne fais pas régulièrement.

La salle de sport mériterait d’être mieux équipée mais reste bonne dans l ensemble.

Good, but food need to have more variety

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Personal ist sehr schnell, nett und zuvorkommend. Probieren auf Deutsch zu kommunizieren. Schöne und ruhige Anlage. Sehr sauber und gutes Essen. Hatten keine Beschwerden wegen dem Essen. Abholung am Flughafen hat nicht geklappt. Sie kamen jedoch auf uns zu um sich zu entschuldigen und schlugen vor den Rücktransfer als Entschädigung zu bezahlen. Mit Fehlern wird positiv umgegangen.

First of all, the staff were friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived until we left; everything about the hotel—its cleanliness, delicious food, and clean pool—was excellent. We would recommend it to everyone. The staff’s friendliness and attentiveness were constant throughout our stay. We were very pleased and thank you for everything.

A fantastic stay from start to finish. Everything was very well organised and we actually experienced nothing negative. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. They regularly asked if everything was okay and if there was anything they could do for us. You could really feel that they care about their guests and do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The food was also extensive and varied, with three different restaurants offering plenty of choice. Another big plus is the four different swimming pools. There was always enough space, and you could choose exactly what you felt like: a quiet atmosphere to fully relax, or a pool with a bit more entertainment and music. What stood out most for us was the combination of great service, friendliness and attention to guests. From arrival to departure, we felt very welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would without a doubt choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with excellent housekeeping throughout our stay. The food quality was consistently good, with a nice variety of options available throughout the resort. We particularly enjoyed the restaurants and lounges, and the service was always attentive and professional. What truly made this stay special, however, was the staff. Every member of the team we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Sayed Ibrahim and the Reception team for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially as we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. The hotel created a wonderful atmosphere for special occasions and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The facilities were excellent, the pools were beautiful, the beach area was relaxing, and the overall adults-only environment provided a peaceful and enjoyable holiday experience. The cleanliness throughout the entire resort was exceptional. Whether in the room, restaurants, beach areas, or common spaces, everything was maintained to a very high standard. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I have had, and I would gladly return in the future.

Trata-se de um Resort com excelentes infraestruturas: os quartos são amplos, modernos e confortáveis; o Resort tem uma decoração contemporânea agradável e bonita, sem pesar, as áreas exteriores sao amplas, desafogadas e muito bem cuidadas. Possui 3 restaurantes, todos eles com muita variedade e qualidade. O lobby é extremamente acolhedor e tem sempre serviço de bebidas, pastelaria e padaria. Durante o dia, após o almoço, são servidos snacks variados e bebidas em todos os locais do Resort: piscina, praia, lobby e esplanada. O Resort é composto por várias piscinas muito agradáveis principalmente para como eu fiquei num quarto com acesso direto à piscina, assim como a praia com esteiras, gaurda sol, serviço de bar e saídas de mergulho desde a própria praia do Resort. Há todos os dias atividades e à noite animação. O Staff é extremamente cuidadoso, simpático e disponível para ajudar. Um aspeto que é digno de destaque é a limpeza: o staff está sempre a cuidar dos espaços, sempre tudo organizado com muito brio, no que toca a limpeza é de ressaltar o bom gosto do aroma que percorre toda a receção. Gostaria de fazer referência ao Senhor Sayed Abrahim, pelo seu cuidado, prestabilidade e gentileza desde o dia em que chegámos: teve sempre o cuidado de querer saber se estava tudo a correr bem e foi de uma generosidade impar: pedimos um late ckeck out que foi desde logo aceite, permitindo ainda que usufruissemos das instalações do Resort muito para além do check out, dado o nosso regresso tardio ao Cairo. Para quem procura um Resort para descansar com qualidade este é um lugar excelente para tal.

Ich war inzwischen bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel, dieses Mal zum ersten Mal gemeinsam mit meinem Partner. Er war genauso begeistert wie ich es bei jedem meiner bisherigen Aufenthalte war. Die gesamte Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt und sauber. Man merkt, dass selbst auf die kleinsten Details großer Wert gelegt wird. Das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich rundum willkommen, denn einem wird sprichwörtlich jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir an Nader aussprechen. Er hat uns vom ersten Moment an herzlich und äußerst gastfreundlich empfangen. Seine Gastfreundschaft und sein professionelles Auftreten haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Er hat unsere Wünsche sofort erkannt und sich mit großer Aufmerksamkeit um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns jedes Mal gefreut, wenn er da war, denn mit seiner positiven Art und seiner freundlichen Ausstrahlung hat er eine besonders angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen. Auch Mahmoud am Strand war stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Unsere Getränke wurden immer schnell serviert, sodass wir unseren Tag entspannt genießen konnten. Ein weiteres großes Lob geht an Sayed aus dem Culina Restaurant. Seine orientalischen Süßspeisen waren die besten, die wir während unseres Aufenthalts genießen durften – einfach hervorragend! Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

I had an amazing stay at Pickalbatros Blu Spa and truly enjoyed every moment there. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well organized, and the activities were really enjoyable. A very special thanks to Mr. Sayed, the Reception Manager. He is extremely respectful, professional, helpful, and always pays great attention to his work and to the guests. He really makes sure that everyone is happy and comfortable during their stay. The food was delicious with a great variety. Special thanks to Chef Mohamed and Chef Nasser for the wonderful food and their great effort. Overall, everything was excellent — the service, cleanliness, food, activities, and the friendly staff. Мені сподобалося абсолютно все! Персонал дуже привітний, уважний і професійний. У готелі всюди чисто, територія доглянута, кухня на найвищому рівні — великий вибір страв і все дуже смачно. Загалом сервіс і атмосфера відповідають рівню п’ятизіркового готелю. Я залишилася дуже задоволена своїм перебуванням.

Є лише один момент, який мене розчарував. У номері не було зубної щітки та зубної пасти, а також праски. На мою думку, для готелю такого рівня ці речі повинні бути в кожному номері. Особливо неприємна ситуація була з праскою. Коли я попросила її принести, мені сказали, що це займе приблизно 30 хвилин. У результаті я чекала на праску близько двох годин. Для п’ятизіркового готелю, на мою думку, це занадто довго.

I liked it so much the pools was very good and they have sandy beach very beautiful one too but the sun was too much as I went in july it was honeymoon so there we wae have a complimentary spa the food was excellent and at the dinner they have three restaurants I liked the seafood one for dinner and they have pastry section i really liked it too

The food was terrible. Not just disappointing,genuinely bad. Almost no variety, especially at lunch, very limited fruit, and a poor selection of desserts. And apparently even dessert is a luxury here: if you want some, you have to walk all the way to the lobby because the restaurants don’t even have them. The drinks situation is ridiculous, especially for anyone who doesn’t drink alcohol. The mocktails were completely tasteless and served warm in 38°C heat. Even Red Bull wasn’t available. The coffee was absolutely disgusting. We complained, and what did the hotel do? Absolutely nothing. No improvement, no alternative, no gesture, no compensation. Apparently guest satisfaction is not part of their “Ultra” package. And the minibar? Coca-Cola, Sprite and water. That’s it. Nothing else. On the first day, they put two apples and an orange in the room as a “fruit platter,” and that was the end of it. For the rest of the week: nothing. Then, to make this vacation even more memorable, I got food poisoning and spent the last TWO DAYS of my holiday in bed. I only ate at the hotel. I obviously cannot prove where it came from, but the timing and circumstances made the experience even more unacceptable. Imagine paying €2,200 for a week-long holiday and spending the final two days sick in your room. The gym is a joke. There is barely any equipment, and some of what they do have is broken and unusable. If you care about fitness, don’t expect to get a proper workout here. And the spa prices are absolutely absurd. At those prices, you would think you were booking a luxury spa in Switzerland, not Egypt. Completely disconnected from the quality of what is actually being offered. Entertainment? Almost nonexistent. The shows were extremely mediocre and lasted less than an hour. This was AUGUST — peak holiday season — and the evenings were incredibly boring. There was simply not enough entertainment or anything interesting to do.

Oh my gosh... this hotel has my heart ❤️... the all inclusive option was the best part of my trip. The food was amazing it was a hit back to back, well spiced, lots of options and ever delicious 😋 All I can say is Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
