Staff and atmosphere made the stay memorable. The majority of staff went out of there way to make me feel special.

An outstanding property that combines contemporary luxury with a relaxed beachfront atmosphere. I particularly loved the sophisticated design, immaculate rooms, beautiful surroundings, and the exceptional level of service. The entire team was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and professional, making every moment of the stay feel effortless and special. Special thanks to Ahmed Samir, Catherine, and Ibrahim Zahra for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism, which made my stay even more memorable.

There was very little to dislike about the property. One area that could be improved is the noise level around the rooms. At times, conversations between staff members were quite loud, which could be noticeable and slightly disturbing, especially during quiet hours. I would recommend maintaining a quieter and more discreet atmosphere around the guest rooms to ensure an even more relaxing experience.

I was impressed by the elegant and contemporary design of the resort, its beautiful beachfront location, and the peaceful yet sophisticated atmosphere. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Most importantly, the entire team was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail, making the experience truly special and memorable.

More than just a hotel — it was a truly special experience that made our first trip to Egypt even more memorable. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing, multiple choices, different menues. We loved the aesthetic, the soft lighting, the atmosphere, and especially the playlist — the cherry on top! Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This was the 1st time in an all inclusive hotel. The ecperience was amazing. I didn't even leave the hotel as there is so many things to do and so many places to eat and chill. All the staff were amazing and service was excellent. We didn't want to leave but will come back to this hotel again definitely.

Krásný moderní hotel, krásné čisté moře, přístup do Sidbadu jsme si moc užili. Jídlo nejlepší co jsem kdy na hotelech ochutnala, vše teplé, čerstvé a neskutečně chutné. Čisté pokoje, každý den doplněný minibar. Spot s kopečkovou zmrzlinou. Mexická restaurace za mě nejlepší s nejlepším personálem. Mohla bych psát do nekonečna jak moc jsem byla spokojená. Určitě přijedu znovu.

Jediné mínus tak podlaha v bazénu už se loupala , ale tím že moře bylo hluboké až až, tak jsem neměla do bazénu ani potřebu chodit.

Loved the activities, would love to have more pilates and aquagym. Place is awesome, food is great . Staff wonderful egyptians. Love the rooftop but would like to have more authentic show with Egyptian maybe like a wedding, bringing a bride .

The massage is bad , and too expensive. Should not be france price. The asian restaurant i didn’t like the food.

The stuff were amazing welcoming esp Mina at the front desk he was very good,mustafa at the coffee corner,hossam and hanan.all the crew honestly were perfect made my stay better and easier.also the people level was amazing and elegant.defentily a go to place over and over.food quality and variety expectional.best coffe in egypt.

The idea f echo system with no Ac was not so good for me it killed alot of my mood esp while eating atleast add ac at the main restaurant and at lobby atleast.the Ac is just the draw back if you cant handle hot weather think again.other than that ig was perfect

L’emplacement proche de l’aéroport, le service qui était de très bonne qualité, le centre de plongée dans l’établissement, le petit déjeuner vraiment fourni et le choix des repas entre les restaurants de spécialité et le buffet principal. La propreté générale.

We had a wonderful stay at Serry Beach Resort. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the beach is stunning with crystal-clear water. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hurghada. We can't wait to come back!

Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and every team member made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The rooms were modern, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food, the entertainment and activities were fun and well organized, and the sandy beach was absolutely beautiful. The all-inclusive experience was excellent, and we truly enjoyed every moment.

It is the best restort that I have ever visited…stuff is so kind and ready to help. Also, it is impacable clean which is really important to me.

The property had nice beaches and some facilities like the gym was maintained well.

Some parts of the property were poorly maintained, and the staff were arrogant and very disrespectful. My stay was extremely stressful — it didn’t even feel like a vacation because there were constant arguments and meetings with management over unresolved issues. To be honest, I have had a very difficult and unpleasant stay from the moment I stepped foot into this hotel. I have been constantly arguing with employees, treated very unfairly, and the service in this resort is the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel or resort in Egypt. The constant stress has made both my mother and me very sad and disappointed, turning what should have been a vacation into more of a debate. I do not understand how a place with such high reviews can deliver such poor quality of service. From the beginning, staff interactions have been unhelpful and at times outright disrespectful. Instead of feeling welcomed, I have felt ignored and dismissed, which is unacceptable for a resort that claims to provide hospitality and comfort. The facilities themselves are poorly maintained, and requests for assistance or clarification are met with indifference. This lack of professionalism has created an environment where guests feel more like a burden than valued customers. The emotional toll of this experience has been significant. A vacation is meant to provide rest, joy, and memorable moments, yet this stay has been filled with stress, frustration, and disappointment. My mother and I have been left feeling unwelcome and mistreated, which is not only disheartening but also damaging to the reputation of this establishment. Guests deserve respect, fairness, and quality service, and unfortunately, none of these have been present during my stay

Everything was perfect. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff were very decent, professional, and always helpful, which made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The cleanness of the property and the staff are truly amazing especially Hossam, Catherina, and El Bibo And the restaurant are amazing and also the vibes of the place.

The beach a lot of seashells and smalls rocks other than that everything is amazing

Honestly, I can say that this is the best resort I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfectly organized and well maintained from start to finish. What impressed me the most was the exceptional hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff. They truly make you feel welcome and valued as a guest. A special thank you to Sous Chef 'Hamada Ebraheim' and his colleagues from the kitchen team. Never before during any of my travels have I been treated with such kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism by the kitchen staff. Their dedication and genuine care for the guests really made a difference. In addition, the hotel was extremely clean and hygienic. My room was cleaned perfectly every day, and the entire resort was maintained to a very high standard. I can recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable stay. I would be delighted to return in the future!

L’établissements est tout propre, les infrastructures sont magnifiques. Il y a beaucoup d’activités proposé inclu dans le all inclusive et pour finir la nourriture était excellente !! On a passé un super séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était magnifique : les chambres et les espaces communs étaient très propres et parfaitement entretenus. Le personnel a été très professionnel, accueillant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. La nourriture était variée et de bonne qualité, nous nous sommes régalés tout au long du séjour. Le kids club était également très bien. Nous n’avons rien à redire. Nous avons passé de très bons moments en famille et gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Merci à toute l’équipe !

J’ai aimé le personnel très accueillant, la propreté des lieux, la décoration et l’ensemble de l’hôtel était très beau et esthétique. La nourriture correct, les activités proposées étaient très interessantes.

J’ai passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cet hôtel et l’expérience a été globalement remarquable. La suite dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était magnifique : très spacieuse, parfaitement propre, moderne et avec une vue imprenable sur la piscine ainsi que sur la mer. Le confort était vraiment au rendez-vous durant tout le séjour. Le service housekeeping était irréprochable. Tout était constamment clean et bien entretenu, ce qui a énormément contribué à notre confort. Un grand merci également à notre butler Houssam, qui a été exceptionnel du début à la fin. Toujours disponible, professionnel et attentionné, il a fait en sorte que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le professionnalisme du guest service, qui nous envoyait des messages quotidiens pour s’assurer que tout allait bien. Ce souci du détail démontre un réel intérêt pour la satisfaction des clients. Les réservations des restaurants et les conseils concernant les activités de l’hôtel étaient parfaitement gérés et très faciles à organiser grâce à l’équipe. Tout le personnel était souriant, accueillant et agréable. La plage et la mer étaient également très propres. Même lorsque l’hôtel était complet, l’équipe faisait toujours l’effort de nous trouver des places confortables à la plage, ce qui est très appréciable. Une très belle expérience que je recommande vivement pour un séjour relaxant et luxueux à Hurghada.

quelques points pourraient être améliorés pour être davantage au niveau du standing de l’hôtel. La qualité de la nourriture dans les restaurants à la carte était assez moyenne comparée au niveau général de l’établissement. Le buffet du déjeuner et du dîner était correct, mais sans être exceptionnel. J’ai également trouvé les prix des extras proposés par l’hôtel excessivement élevés. Par exemple, un transfert vers le centre-ville était proposé à environ 50 €, alors qu’un trajet similaire via Uber coûtait moins de 10 €. Il en allait de même pour certaines excursions aquatiques proposées directement sur la plage de l’hôtel, nettement plus chères que celles disponibles à la marina ou ailleurs. Cela donne parfois une impression de prix exagérés pour les clients de l’hôtel. Malgré cela, l’expérience reste très positive grâce au confort, au service remarquable et à l’ambiance générale de l’établissement. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour relaxant et luxueux à Hurghada.

I liked the location and staff. The ambiance is absolutely amazing. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suit which was great. Hossam was friendly and helpful.

The pool temperature was too cold for us and I wouldn’t recommend the late breakfast as it’s nothing like the early one.

Très bel hôtel, propre et moderne. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’ambiance, les piscines et la plage. Le personnel était vraiment sympathique, accueillant et toujours souriant. Les chambres étaient confortables et la nourriture était bonne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.
