The staff are always incredibly attentive, available, and willing to help. The food is delicious and varied. It’s such a pleasure to be able to enjoy both the beach bar and the new swimming pool. The rooms are as comfortable as ever, and I particularly love the outdoor bathrooms.

J’ai absolument tout aimé ! C’est un hôtel absolument fabuleux. Les chambres sont spacieuses, super propres (nettoyées tous les jours), confortables. Tout le personnel est adorable, à notre écoute et contribuent beaucoup au succès du séjour. Les restaurants sont très bons, très abordables je trouve pour le standing. La piscine et tous les espaces extérieurs sont parfaitement entretenus. Non seulement il y a des terrains de sport, mais en plus tout le matériel est prêté gratuitement, comme les kayaks et les paddles. J’ai tellement aimé que je prolonge mon séjour.

Le resort est vraiment très beau et parfaitement entretenu. La plage est ratissée en permanence, elle est très propre et le cadre est magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et confortables, avec une literie de qualité. La salle de bain extérieure est particulièrement agréable et la piscine est superbe. Le personnel est aux petits soins et contribue vraiment à rendre le séjour agréable. Le petit déjeuner, servi à l’assiette, est copieux et délicieux, et le cadre dans lequel il est servi est particulièrement plaisant. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un très beau resort, propre, confortable et particulièrement bien entretenu.

Le principal point qui pourrait être amélioré concerne la restauration. Si vous prenez vos déjeuners et vos dîners au resort pendant plusieurs jours, on fait assez rapidement le tour de la carte. Il serait vraiment appréciable de renouveler davantage le menu ou de proposer un ou deux plats du jour différents chaque jour afin d’apporter un peu plus de variété. Evitez de vous allonger sur le sable à cause des puces de sable qui sont voraces.

Une équipe exceptionnelle, attentionnée, qui cherche réellement à simplifier votre vie. Le lieu est superbe, serein, les chambres sont spacieuses. On s’y sent vraiment très bien !

Unfassbar ftrundliche Mitarbeiter. Tolle Lage in der Bucht mit schneeweißem Sand, der überall permanent gereinigt wurde. Auswahl beim Frühstück ausreichend, sehr gute Qualität. Zimmer sehr geräumig und ein Bad, das nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Toller großer Pool. Das Hotel liegt gleich am Bootsanleger, von dem das Hotel seine Gäste abholen lässt. Top Hotel, empfehlenswert.

Nos ha encantado absolutamente todo. El hotel es una maravilla, las instalaciones increíbles, el personal estupendo. La playa es inmejorable, y el personal la mantiene súper limpia a diario. Un gran hotel se nota por los detalles, y este tiene muchos: te proporcionan paraguas en la habitación, chanclas de playa, los accesorios del baño son de muy buena calidad, insecticida en la habitación para los mosquitos, en cada puerta cuencos con agua para limpiarte los pies, las camas balinesas de la playa muy cómodas, y siempre una persona atenta para darte cojines. El desayuno está riquísimo y es abundante (puedes repetir todo lo que quieras). La piscina es una maravilla. La ducha tiene muy buena presión y la temperatura que tu elijas, ambas cosas raras en el pais, y es un gustazo ducharte semi al aire libre. La cama es muy cómoda y el ambiente del hotel muy relax. En general TODO perfecto!

Los precios del restaurante son bastante elevados en comparación con el resto de la isla. La “happy hour” se podría ampliar, ya que es de 15:00 a 17:00. En España somos muy de cervecita antes de comer😊

This resort is absolutely incredible. It’s so peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. The staff are great and so attentive. They went to extra effort to make my mums birthday special. The food was amazing, delicious and presented beautifully. Honestly cannot wait to come back here. It’s the best resort on the island from what we saw!

We do travel a lot and I can assure this is a great resort. We loved everything during our stay: - communication - easy pick up and drop off at the pier - smiling and efficient staff (I forgot stg in the speedboat and they contacted the company. I got my belongings a few moment later) - excellent breakfast with Western and Khmer food (fresh, tasty...) - very clean in all the property (our rooms, sharing spaces, beach...) - mattresses are neither soft nor too hard - restaurant is good as well - arrangement possible to get a taxi boat and go to M'pey Bay - the outside bathroom with the vegetation is really nice - the pool is beautiful And icing on the cake, we were upgraded without asking when we arrived.

Finally we wish we would have stayed one more night but will come back, for sure.

Me encantó las instalaciones y la habitación cerca de la playa, el personal estuvo muy atento en todo momento. La piscina cerca de la playa es un lujo y además está siempre limpia y muy amplia. El baño abierto es un gusto es como estar fuera mientras disfrutas la ducha, lo malo es en época de monzones

Beautiful resort, staff were heaps friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very spacious beds are comfortable. Breakfast was next level and a great feed to start your day. We hired quad bikes which was a 5min walk along the beach. The locals are typical island people, we loved the chilled laid back vibe. Wished we could've stayed longer as there are so many hidden gems to explore on the island.

Our boat company actually dropped us off at the wrong pier. However, the hotel staff came to pick us up straight away and the ride to our hotel was super fun!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The highlight was the staff who were so kind and friendly and did everything to ensure we had a perfect stay. The room was large and felt luxurious, especially the outdoor bathroom and bath tub! The swimming pool is stunning and the beach is pristine, beautiful white sand. The breakfast had great choice and was really tasty including freshly baked pastries. All of the food we ate was delicious, and the cocktails are brilliant too.

We had a wonderful stay at Island Centre Point on Koh Rong Sanloem. The location is beautiful, with clear water, a peaceful atmosphere. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway away from the crowds, this is the perfect place. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The rooms were absolutely stunning, especially the ones on the hill side. The beach was really quiet and very well maintained, the beach workers worked non stop. The staff were amazing, so kind and attentive. The overall attention to detail was always spot on.

I think for the cost of the property, a gym would be great and also maybe a laundry service (for cleaning of clothes). But such a great experience overall, it was hard to leave.

Very comfortable and new spacious rooms. Nice furnished. Bed war very good. We liked very much the outside bathroom. Everything was well maintained. The breakfast and coffee was very good and tasty. Pool Lage Pool with new sun beds.

We missed a lash garden. There are not much tropical 🌴 plants around the bungalows. Also the concrete basketball field looks a bit random in this resort. There is no shade and less plants.

The location of this hotel is amazing. On the white powder sand beach with crystal clear water. The Hotel name doesn't exactly conjure up the image of paradise, which is deceiving because this is a little piece of heaven. A perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. The staff are fabulous and quick to deal with any requests. I had a beach room and simply stepped off the veranda onto the beach. Both bathroom and beach towels are provided and if you wish to lay by the pool, extra towels are on the sun loungers. All toiletries are provided, plus robes and slippers (flip flops) There are a few paddle boards & Kayaks for guests to use. No motorised sports to pollute the beautiful ocean.

The breakfast was a little limited and the language barrier meant I didn't always get the order I'd requested, when I asked for an adaption to a dish on the menu, but I don't speak Khmer, so the staff did really well to interpret my English. However all the food I had was lovely.

Main restaurant was a bit like a canteen, and the immediate area around the hotel has a lot of rubbish and plastic in the water and near the beach. It was expensive compared to better quality hotels in Siem Reap.

Everything in Samloem is marked up a bit but the markup on the beer in the minibar, which barely chilled the drinks, was a bit excessive considering the price of the stay.

Magnifique hôtel sur l’île de Koh Rong Sanloem. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour. Très bon petit déjeuner et repas. Piscine propre. Nous avions pris un chambre vue mer et une villa double, très belle chambre avec une salle de bain extérieure. On a aussi la possibilité de faire des activités nautiques et sports en libre accès gratuitement.

A very pleasant hotel. Quiet and away from noisy areas. Every room has a bathtub, comfortable for two people. There are lots of trees and greenery throughout the property. The European and Asian food is delicious. There is a large swimming pool. The staff constantly clean the beach area and all the garden zones. The rooms are cleaned every day.

Direkt am Sandstrand gelegen, der Abschnitt vom Hotel wird den ganzen Tag sauber gehalten. Gesamtes Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist außergewöhnlich gut, sowohl westliche als auch Khmer Küche wird angeboten.

Instalaciones como nuevas, muy organizado todo y con decoración de muy buen gusto y calidad. Todo el personal muy amable y la habitación y su vista era increíble. Incluso el camino para ir a la habitación era hermoso y relajante. Nos gustó muchísimo y volveríamos sin duda.

No es propiamente del alojamiento pero esperaba un poco más lindo el mar y la playa en este sector. En la tarde la marea baja muchísimo.

La piscine et le sun deck tout récents sont très agréables et spacieux, avec une magnifique vue plage de sable blanc / vue mer. La chambre double juste derrière le restaurant n’avait pas la vue mer (c’était prévu) mais était grande et très confortable. La salle de bain en extérieur est vraiment classe. Tout a l’air tout neuf, en très bon état. Literie très confortable également. Le personnel est adorable, très disponible. Nous avons aussi testé le restaurant le soir que nous avons aimé également. Le « happy hour » est un petit plus très sympa. L’hôtel propose le transfert de vos valises (et de vous-même) depuis/vers le bateau/deck par lequel vous arrivez, ce qui est super quand vous arrivez comme nous aux heures très chaudes.

La qualité des chambres, des servcies, la piscine, la proximité de la plage La restauration était aussi de bonne qualité (petit déjeuner et repas du midi et soir)

tout est très bien, simplement, nous étions dans les chambres 50 et 52 côté colline, c'est un peu loin de la plage et en haut d'escaliers assez raides. Ca ne change rien au confort général et à la qualité des prestations mais les chambres côté plage permettent de mieux profiter de la proximité avec la plage

Les prix du restaurant étaient nettement plus élevés que la moyenne locale, sans que la différence de qualité ou quantité le justifie.

C'est la troisième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. Confortable, calme, personnel très professionnel et emplacement exceptionnel.

Very close to the pier and the rooms are only a few steps walk to the beach.

This place was truly exceptional. The staff are without exception, truly fantastic. We have stayed in hotels 4-5 times more expensive than this without better service ( and often not as good). Special mention to Sreymom who was a fabulous waitress at breakfast. We stayed in beach front room: large, stylish, big comfortable bed and enormous bathroom open to the sky. Room cleaning fantastic and seemed to happen without our noticing. It was New Year and the hotel invited us to join the staff playing traditional games on the beach- so much fun. The next night a party for the staff - which is great to see the management looking after them. We had two massages as they were some of the best we had, and by that point had already had 8 on this trip. It was quiet, peaceful- so pool and beach very relaxing- apparently much busier Dec/Jan but there are lots of cabanas on the beautiful beach. Breakfast à la carte and very professional and delicious. Wholly recommend.

Nothing. But if you are coming from Koh Rong to Riem - the boat will drop you at a pier - which isn’t Riem on the map. They will refuse to take you any further- and rightly so - because the map/ google is wrong.

Loved the 25m pool. Cabanas on beach. Use of kayaks and paddle boards. Walked down the beach for bbq fish. Spacious. Attentive staff if sometimes a little green.

just be aware if you get a room with jungle view, there are mozzies, so we didn’t get to sit in outside space.

We stayed as a family. 2 adults & 1 child (7 years old) Staff: Absolutely amazing. 10/10. Room: -Hillside room was so spacious! I didn't realize they would set up a kids bed for our daughter. What a pleasant surprise. -The soaking tub deserves it's own 5 stars. Its the reason we booked hillside. The tub is absolutely massive. It rained the first night we were there and that was just a divine experience to sit and soak in hot water while the rain poured outside. 🔴 There are about 60 steps uphill. Not too taxing for able-bodied individuals, but if you have mobility or heart issues I would consider that. The hillside rooms are absolutely worth it though if it's not an issue for you. Amenities: Absolutely everything you'd need for toiletries! The drying rack on the balcony is wonderful, a lot of hotels do not provide this. Special note: Cleaning service was spectacular. -At night the staff brought a beautiful lantern to the front door to light the entry way. We used it on the balcony as well. A very nice touch. Honestly, everything was really mindful and detailed oriented. Whichever person and/or team was in charge of this, full compliments. Food: We ate a lot here, I did enjoy the food! Some could be improved, but these were my favorites: >French toast was INCREDIBLE >Special seabass soup salaw was so flavorful >The coconut creme brulee was ridiculously delicious. It's the biggest creme brulee I have ever had and it is perfect! We came back a second time to the restaurant specifically just to have the coconut creme brulee again. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend the salmon bagel gravlax and french toast Hot latte was excellent. The iced coffees and smoothies/juices we had were all great. The lime and mint smoothie was particularly delicious. I did specify to make everything less sweet if its a drink with sugar added.

Food-wise, one thing we really did not like at all was the "mango sticky rice" inspired dish. I do think just regular mango sticky rice would be perfect. The beef stick dish was okay, but I do think the seasoning was toned down a lot. I was missing that charred beef, the bright lemongrass flavor, and the spicy shredded mango or papaya salad. I appreciate the creative twists on the Khmer food, but I think the beef sticks and mango sticky rice should be original recipe 🙏

This was the best beach resort on Koh Rong Sanloem.... it was the only one that had cabana beds on the beach (Saracen Bay) IMO. Again as with all our stays (9 hotels) the staff were fantastic and made our stay. The room and facilities also were far better than anything we witnessed as we explored the island. Breakfast was A La Carte and very tasty. Pool was just in front of the restaurant and again spotless. We had the best 4 nights in N0 19 beach room with access direct onto the beach. Amazing shower &free standing bath. If you are coming try to get the Eden Pier as it is 2 minutes from the hotel - staff help you with your luggage & return tickets. Thank you for an amazing time x

Le bar près de la plage était quasi vide et le barman pas vraiment sympa. J'avais commandé un cocktail pendant le Happy Hour (2 pour 1) et ai du demander pour le 2eme cocktail. Le barman a réagi 'énervé'.

Очень приветливый персонал!! Очень красивый отель, классные комнаты. В любое время вас могут отвезти на гору к комнате, в комнате есть ванна на балконе, пейзажи с него красивые.

L’hôtel est vraiment très beau, à quelque mètre de la plage. Pour avoir fait plusieurs plage en excursion celle-ci est la plus belle et de loin ! Le personnel est au petit soin, vous pouvez louer des kayak, paddle, set de plongé… Les chambres sont spacieuses et très belles (mention spéciale pour la salle de bain en plein air) Il est très bien situé pour manger, en marchant 5min sur la plage vous accédez à pleins de petits restaurants locaux pour manger un délicieux bbq avec les poissons pêchés le jour même (ou autre plat), bonne ambiance et large choix. En ce qui concerne les autres plages connus comme Lazy Beach (je ne vous la conseille pas) ou Sunset Beach, vous pouvez marcher mais c’est très loin !! Je vois conseille de prendre un taxi scooter sur la plage (dans les restaurant ils font tout) pour vous emmener et venir vous rechercher (autour des 20$) .

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas un buffet à volonté 😥 en revanche vous pouvez commander à volonté pas mal de plats à la carte. Il aurait été appréciable d’avoir une salle de sport sinon tout était super !

Tutto perfetto, in linea con qualsiasi resort occidentale. Camere pulitissime, silenziose e dotate di tutto l'occorrente, inclusi gli asciugamani e ciabatte per la spiaggia. Servizi al top, tra cui il pick up dal molo, lettini sulla spiaggia, kayak e SUP disponibili per gli ospiti e ristorante in cui mangiare. A parte qualche passeggiata sulla spiaggia nei 3 giorni di permanenza non ci siamo spostati dal resort, che ha davvero tutto quello che serve per trascorrere qualche giorno nel piu completo relax. Il cibo al ristorante e' buono ma ha prezzi alti rispetto alla media locale. Tuttavia e' possibile per chi vuole spostarsi per i pasti nelle strutture vicine che offrono una varieta' di cibi e prezzi per tutti i gusti e le tasche. Durante la nostra permanenza il mare era stupendo e non abbiamo sentito il bisogno di visitare altre spiagge. In generale lo consiglio al 100%, ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo.

Excellent, personnel agréable et au petit soin, le petit déjeuner est délicieux, la plage est splendide et bien aménagée (pas de déchets) équipement de qualité, activités gratuites (kayak, paddle, basket, volley), propreté et service de chambre très bien, l’emplacement sur l’île est super (proche du port et de la sunset beach)

Le rapport quantité prix du restaurant (les midis et le soir) mais vous pouvez aller dans le restaurant turc à côté qui est délicieux
