Дуже сподобався готель, хороше планування та чудова атмосфера. Дуже приємний та ввічливий персонал. Особлива подяка Вікторії з України, яка допомогла нам зробити відпочинок найкращим. Ми отримали раннє заселення, кімнати поряд з батьками, а також багато інших бонусів. Також вдячна готелю за привітання з Днем Народження, листівки, торти та подарунки. Окреме дякую прибиральницям за неймовірний торт з рушників та квітів. У ресторані дуже хороша сомельє, яка пригощала нас неймовірними грецькими винами. А також вдячні менеджеру Васілеусу, який завжди дзвонив та запитував чи все добре. В цілому дуже хороші враження про готель, відпочинок був чудовим.

We loved the beach, the pools, sunsets at the beach were amazing every single day, really good cocktails, coffee and location close by the city. Our room was literally sea front this was fabulous!

Food in the dining room was ok. Breakfasts was better, dinner in main dining room wasn’t rich enough. There were good restaurants in the hotel but places are running fast and need to make reservations in advance.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful, spotless and very well maintained. The service was excellent, the staff were lovely, and the food was outstanding - especially the breakfast and restaurants. Great pools, drinks and overall atmosphere. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view and an infinity pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a small issue with the first room due to a broken AC and an unpleasant smell. It took some time to resolve, but after we asked to change rooms, we were moved to a fantastic upgraded room.

הסוג חדר שהזמנו היה מאכזב. חדר שמוגדר כחדר משפחה עם הפרדה ומיזוג אוויר אבל ברגע שסוגרים את הדלת הילדים ישנים בלי מזגן בכלל כי יש רק פתח מיזוג אחד שנמצא בחדר השני. היה חם קיצוני ופחדנו להשאיר את הילדים לישון ככה. ששאלנו בקבלה מה אפשר לעשות הצוות הציע להביא לנו מאוורר לחדר והסביר שכל החדרים מהסוג הזה מתוכננים ככה אז גם אין פתרון אחר. מבחינת מיקום החדר היה בסוף המלון ולהתנייד עם 2 ילדים קטנים היה קשה היינו צריכים לרדת כל פעם ב-2 מעליות שונות וללכת כמה דקות בשביל להגיע לחדר שמרוחק מהכל. אז קצת מבאס שזה מוגדר כחדר משפחתי המסדרונות מפחידים! לא יודעת איך לא ראיתי על זה שום ביקורת אבל ממש לא נעים ללכת במסדרון זה מרגיש כמו איזור תפעולי ולא כמו מסדרון בבית מלון. הרגשה לא נעימה במיוחד בחדרים שבקומה -1 ולשם לא נכנס שום אור טבעי. הייתה לנו בעיית ריח קשה בחדר שלא הצליחו לפתור ונאלצו להעביר אותנו חדר אחרי שסבלנו 2 ימים ברצף מריח נוראי של ביוב. אז לא הייתי ממליצה בכלל על סוג החדר הזה כי רצינו נוחות ובסוף קיבלנו את ההפך. אציין כי בחדר החדש ההרגשה הייתה הרבה יותר טובה וכן שיפרה לנו את השהות. אבל עדיין 3 לילות העברנו בסבל עם ילדים שישנים בלי מזגן מבודדים ורחוקים מכל מקום במלון ובנוסף 2 ימים עם ריח נוראי בחדר.

Doesn’t worth 800 euros the day. Food average at the main restaurant. They say they have 7 restaurants à la carte but good luck to find a slot. We have found only one possibility in 3 days. The beach is very disappointing, you have to walk a little bit on the right away from the hotel to find a decent beach with clear water. Making the line 30 min to get a crepe etc…

Ļoti svarīga ir arī restorānu pieredze un bufetes šāda līmeņa viesnīcā, bet diemžēl ēdiens bija nepārāk izcils un arī izvēle bija savāda, drīzāk skumja.

Le cadre est magnifique. Le personnel est aux petits soins. L’ambiance est familiale et conviviale. Les restaurants sont top L’animation du soir à la terrasse Sunset est sympathique. L’accès direct à la plage est très appréciable.

Un peu d’attente au petit dej pour les boissons mais rien de méchant !

Una vacanza bellissima, davvero da sogno! ✨ Uno staff fantastico, sempre disponibile, gentile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza. I ristoranti all’interno del resort sono uno più buono dell’altro, con un’offerta davvero eccezionale. Un ringraziamento speciale a Dimitrios, Operations Manager, che è sempre stato pronto ad ascoltare e soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e speciale. E, per finire, qui abbiamo ammirato i tramonti più belli della nostra vita. 🌅 Un’esperienza indimenticabile che porteremo per sempre nel cuore. ❤️

Az ételek nagyon választékosak voltak. Többféle kenyér, péksütemények, zöldségek, gyümölcsök,meleg ételek. Szerintem mindenki talál ízlésének megfelelő ételt, személy szerint mindent meg sem tudtam kóstolni.A személyzet nagyon figyelmes,készséges.

A szobánkban a légkondicionáló nem hűtött eleget, egy elég meleg volt.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Stay at Grecotel Lux Me White Palace, Crete We stayed at the hotel for two days as a family of four – a couple with two children – and overall, we had a really excellent experience. Food & Kosher accommodations: We keep kosher, and the hotel made a genuine effort to accommodate our dietary needs. They prepared meals for us, mainly fish dishes, and were very attentive to the adjustments we requested. In terms of kosher-friendly fish options, the main choices available to us were salmon and sea bass. Another great feature is the hotel’s app, which allows you to order food directly to the different pools and bars. It makes everything extremely convenient, especially when travelling with children. The quality of the alcoholic beverages also appeared to be very good. In short – it is practically impossible to be hungry at this hotel 😊 For families with children: There is a pool at the hotel, and guests can also enjoy free access to a water park located at another hotel within the same group. It is about a 15-minute drive away. We recommend checking the shuttle schedule with the reception in advance, but this is definitely a great added value for families with children. The room: Our room was comfortable, spacious and pleasant. We stayed on the second floor and had a beautiful sea view, which was definitely a great bonus 👍 Service: This was probably the highlight of our stay. Every single member of staff we encountered had a very high level of service and hospitality. The overall feeling is that they genuinely care about the guests and will do their best to make you happy and comfortable. One gesture that really stood out to us was the hotel offering us a late check-out at no additional cost. What made it even more impressive was that the hotel contacted us proactively and offered it themselves. We truly appreciated this – it says a lot about their level of hospitality and attention to their guests.

I would also particularly like to mention the restaurant staff and the team serving the beach area: we met some genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful people who contributed positively to our experience. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience did not live up to what I would expect from a resort in this category, especially considering the price we paid: approximately €6,000 for six nights. First of all, the pool area felt significantly undersized for the number of guests, particularly when it came to the number of sunbeds available. In the morning, if you left your towel on a sunbed and went to have breakfast, there was a real possibility that by the time you returned, your towel would have been removed and someone else would already be occupying your place. I completely understand that a sunbed should not be reserved for hours without being used, but going to breakfast and returning to find that you no longer have a place is equally frustrating. At a resort of this level, I do not think guests should have to start every morning worrying about whether they will manage to find a sunbed by the pool. We had a similar impression at the beach: too few sunbeds, and the beach area itself felt rather modest compared with what I would expect from a hotel in this category. I expected a much more thoughtfully designed beach area with sufficient space and facilities for the resort’s guests. The biggest disappointment, however, was the room. We chose a higher-category room that was presented as having a private pool. In reality, the pool was shared with approximately four or five other rooms. To me, there is a very significant difference between a “private pool” and a pool shared with guests from several other rooms.

Die Aussenanlage (Empfangsbereich, Pool, Strand usw.) ist wunderschön gestaltet und äusserst gepflegt – ein grosses Kompliment an das gesamte Team! Auch die verschiedenen Restaurants sind stilvoll eingerichtet und schaffen eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Pool hat die perfekte Temperatur und der Strand ist in nur einer Minute zu Fuss erreichbar. Das All-inclusive-Angebot ist ausgezeichnet. Zwischendurch kann man sich jederzeit ein Eis, Waffeln oder Crêpes holen, was besonders angenehm ist. Die Qualität des Essens im Buffetrestaurant hat uns ebenfalls überzeugt. Die Auswahl war gross und abwechslungsreich, sodass wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass es einige Gerichte wie beispielsweise Spaghetti Napoli täglich gab – ideal für wählerische Esser oder Kinder. Zudem wurden verschiedene griechische Spezialitäten wie Tzatziki oder Bougatsa angeboten, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Meine Mutter hatte Geburtstag und man hat für sie einen Kuchen, Blumen, Sekt un Ballons organisiert!!! Ganz ganz lieben Dank an das gesamte Team! Es war eine tolle Überraschung! Unser Zimmer war geräumig und bot einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Hotelpersonal war grösstenteils sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit (mit wenigen Ausnahmen). Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Unser Zimmer war leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man hat zwar gesehen, dass es irgendwann renoviert wurde, allerdings dürfte dies bereits einige Zeit zurückliegen. Insgesamt wirkte die Einrichtung daher nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäss. Auch die Zimmerreinigung hätte aus unserer Sicht sorgfältiger sein können. Im Badezimmer oder in der Dusche blieben gelegentlich Haare liegen und wurden nicht immer entfernt. Zudem wurde der Boden zwar feucht gewischt, jedoch nicht getrocknet, sodass er teilweise längere Zeit nass blieb. Am Hauptpool gibt es unserer Meinung nach zu wenige Liegen. Obwohl das Reservieren von Liegen ausdrücklich verboten ist, wurden viele bereits früh am Morgen mit Handtüchern belegt. Die Poolaufsicht kündigte zwar an, reservierte Liegen zu räumen, was teilweise auch umgesetzt wurde. Allerdings hatten wir den Eindruck, dass für einige Gäste Ausnahmen gemacht wurden. Wir beobachteten mehrfach, dass Liegen für bestimmte Gäste freigehalten wurden, obwohl diese über längere Zeit unbenutzt blieben. Ausserdem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass manche Gäste (nicht von den Kellnern, diese waren zu allen toll!) deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit vom Personal am Pool erhielten als andere. Diese wurden regelmässig gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei, während andere Gäste kaum beachtet wurden. Dieser unterschiedliche Umgang hinterliess bei uns leider keinen guten Eindruck, da wir uns eine gleichwertige Behandlung aller Gäste gewünscht hätten.

Awesome property, curated in every detail. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Several restaurants offer different cuisines and the ones we tried were delicious. The all inclusive package is a real one, with more than 150 wines and a wide selection of cocktails. The staff is attentive, proactive and extremely friendly and kind. We overall had a great experience

We weren’t provided enough information about the hotel features and services. We had to discover several things by ourselves. A note for ladies: bring your own hairdryer as the provided one is very slow

Les alentours peu agréables pour aller marcher par exemple. Quelques manques de communication : nos e-mails de demandes de renseignements sont restés sans réponse. Nous n’avons ainsi pas su pouvoir réserver les restaurants à l’avance. Nous avons dû nous contenter de ce qui restait.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, and the location was perfect. What made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. They genuinely cared about making our visit special and always went above and beyond to help with a smile. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay, and the team surprised us with thoughtful touches that made the day incredibly memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality meant so much to us. It was clear they wanted every guest to have a wonderful experience.

Excellent accommodation services, the cuisine was excellent, all the restaurants offered special dishes, we appreciated both the cleaning carried out by the cleaning staff and the external cleanliness. Clean pools, clean common areas, very elegant and clean restaurants. The food was diversified, the serving hours adapted accordingly, the quality drinks and the accommodation services very good.

Rooms worn out, feels more like hospital not 5* + hotel’s room, cheap furniture, the last night there was a huge cockroach in our room. Poor quality food in the main restaurant-almost no fish, lamb, no seasonal fruits - mostly oranges , grapefruits no strawberies, no watermelon, cheries etc what you can find in other hotels at this time of the year. Very very weak internet Not worth the money

The fact that We had to come back home!

* The hotel’s greatest strength is undoubtedly its spectacular location, surrounded by beautiful greenery, stunning pools, and breathtaking sea views. * One of the things we appreciated most was that the resort offers a peaceful and elegant atmosphere for families without relying on large water slides or a water park environment. Instead, it features spacious, beautifully designed pools that blend perfectly with the natural surroundings. * The Activity Pool was ideal for our children, providing plenty of fun and entertainment, while the Relaxing Pool offered a tranquil setting with stunning sea views. This balance allowed both parents and children to enjoy their vacation in their own way. * Another major highlight is the dining experience. The buffet restaurant, as well as the Greek and Asian restaurants, all offer magnificent sea views, making every meal a memorable experience. * The food quality was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently fresh, varied, and delicious. * The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel valued from the moment we arrived.

* The only area that could benefit from improvement is the rooms, which feel slightly dated compared to the rest of the resort. A modernization of the rooms would elevate the overall experience even further.

The resort is very elegant. Big enough to distribute people, but also everything is central and easy to reach. The staff very polite and professional. The restaurants had delicious food and service. The bars amazing cocktails.

The beach was ok but saw nicer ones in Rhodes

I like the scenery of the pool and the staff they were all friendly

I understand it’s all inclusive however I think there should be more accommodating to guests. For example, everything is essentially DIY, they don’t really do poolside or table service you kind of have to get up do it your literally… you have to get your own towels, go up to the bar and order food and drinks (no online ordering or pool side) which is a bit of a headache when you just want to relax as most of the bars require a bit of walking. Another thing I didn’t like was that there were no halal options or meat free substitutes for anything.. most dishes were pork heavy which obviously doesn’t work. When asked if they have veggie sausages they looked at me like I was speaking another language haha

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We especially loved the pool and beach areas, and the cleanliness of the outdoor spaces was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated having a choice of different restaurants. The food and drinks were great, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. There was a singer performing every evening at the White Terrace, which provided enjoyable entertainment. We also found the hotel to be very child-friendly, and we will most likely return in the future with our child. Another thing we appreciated was how quiet it was at night in the area where our room was located.

However, we didn’t like that restaurant reservations were made for us immediately upon arrival without first explaining the different dining options available. Luckily Giorgios one of the staff members at the restaurant recommended us to go to Agrecofarm, which is included in the all inclusive, and we did and it was absolutely amazing. Very beautiful experience. We also felt that the check-in process was a little too slow for our preference. We appreciated how friendly and chatty the staff were, but after a long journey to the hotel, we were tired and eager to get to our room. I would also recommend asking guests for feedback during check-out rather than the day before their departure, as guests are still enjoying their stay and may not yet have formed their final impressions.

מלון ברמה מאוד מאוד גבוהה, השהייה הייתה מאוד מהנה ונעימה, הצוות של המלון והשירות ברמה מאוד מאוד גבוהה וגם המסעדות של המלון אנחנו נסענו זוג בתחילת יוני והמזג אוויר היה פשוט מעולה, הבריכות של המלון מאוד מפנקות, יש חוף פרטי ועוד שפע של דברים, גם עם הגעתנו קיבלנו מגבת צוננת וקיבלו אותנו מאוד יפה יש לקחת בחשבון שזה בערך שעה משדה התעופה

המזגן בחדר לא היה מאוד מקרר, למי שמחפש חופשה שקטה ורומנטית יותר חשוב לדעת שהיו במלון לא מעט משפחות עם ילדים, הורגש בעיקר באזורי הבריכה, לא פגע משמעותית בהנאה שלנו אך בהחלט היה מורגש לאורך השהייה. בנוסף ציפינו לתמורה מעט גבוהה יותר ברמת החדר- מוצרי אירוח או פינוקים בסיסיים בחדר האמבטיה

Hotel byl krásný. Personál hotelu byl ochotný a vstřícný. Pokoj byl čistý s krásným výhledem na moře. Servis v restauracích a na barech byl velmi dobrý.

Jediným velkým problémem našeho pobytu byly velmi hlučné vozíky pokojové služby, které jezdily po dlouhé chodbě již před osmou hodinou ráno. Vozíky na dlažbě dělaly velký hluk, který se po patře rozléhal a nedalo se spát. Jeli jsem si odpočinout, ale toto nám kazilo celkový dojem z hotelu. Bylo by vhodné i upozornit pokojské, aby na sebe na chodbách hlasitě nepovolávaly, alespoň hned po ránu.

Very expensive and the price paid did not reflect the level of service. For example the air conditioning was not working well in the room. We complained and the staff said no one else has complained. However multiple people had as we talked to other guests. The staff were therefore gaslighting us.

Perfect location

Staff members not very accommodating. The hotel is very family friendly however I got the impression that they do not pay much attention to couples or individuals. There is constant noise wherever you go and although there are adults only places these are also fulfilled with families of all age groups. All the restaurants were fully booked by our check in so we couldn’t visit them for dinner and had to leave the hotel although we payed for all inclusive. We escalated this and they told Us they would add us on the waiting list. No one had contacted us although some of the restaurants had unoccupied tables. The buffet was monotonous and there was no way one could eat the same menu for 3 days both lunch and dinner. We also tried the spa. Although I had told the therapist several times and also answered a health questionnaire beforehand about a health problem she had forgotten this twice and had to remind her during the session. The most enjoyable experience we had was having a wine tasting session with Charlie who was fantastic. I am very glad I had booked another hotel to enjoy the remaining of my holiday as this was not meeting my standards at all.

Top Service, schöne Lage, direkt am Meer! Die Spezialitäten Restaurants waren toll und haben fast alle überzeugt (bis auf das Tavernaki) Personal ist mehr als bemüht, freundlich, kompetent und echt professionell!

Naja, die Abendunterhaltung war ein wenig einfallslos! Weiters waren wir überrascht, das es beim LUXME white palace anscheinend um ein Kinderhotel handelt! Sehr viele Familien mit Kinder, da die Kinder bis zum 12. Lebensjahr nicht extra kosten! Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir uns wahrscheinlich für ein anderes Hotel entschieden!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Luxurious Stay at Grecotel LUXME White Palace We stayed in a sea-view room, and everything was simply perfect. The room was spotless, the service was exceptional, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sea every morning was an unforgettable experience. Food & Restaurants The resort has three à la carte restaurants: Italian, Asian, and Greek. They are open for dinner, while the Italian restaurant also opens for lunch, although the lunch menu is essentially the same as the pool menu. The Asian restaurant is an absolute must-try. It serves the best sushi I have ever had, and the entire experience felt like dining in a Michelin-star restaurant. The Greek and Italian restaurants were good, but not particularly memorable. I hope the hotel continues to improve these two restaurants, especially regarding taste and overall dining experience. As for the main restaurant, breakfast and lunch were outstanding. There is a chef from Italy whose name I unfortunately forgot. He makes the most incredible croissants I have ever tasted—honestly better than many I've had in Paris. At lunch, he also prepares pizza, and it was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten, even better than some famous pizzas in Naples. If anyone from the hotel reads this review, please pass on my compliments to him. Dinner offered a huge variety of options, and everything was of very high quality. Although this is an all-inclusive resort, it feels truly luxurious, and the value for money is excellent. Pools & Beach The resort has three pools: one directly in front of the beach and two additional pools located throughout the property. The beach is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Watching the sunrise and sunset there creates a feeling of complete calm and serenity. There are plenty of sunbeds available both at the pools and on the beach, so finding a comfortable spot is never a problem.

The buffet was very nice with lots of choice. A reasonable selection of all inclusive drinks, and nice beachfront location. The ‘farm dinner’ option was really great, as was the poolside service. The spa was also great, but very expensive (c. $140 for a 60 minute treatment)

1) we were initially put in the wrong room type, which after flagging we were told ‘there’s none of the type you booked available today’. I complained about this, and a room of the type we booked was magically found. Really not a great start. The room we were then given was ok, but felt distinctly ‘aged’. The balcony doors didn’t shut properly for example, the TV didn’t work, some of the lights didn’t work, and the telephone didn’t work. All small things in isolation of course, but not exactly the premium experience advertised. 2) the Aircon didn’t work. I asked about this, and was told it was set to a central temperature and all we could do was adjust the fan speed in the room. The temperature it was set to must have been about 21 or 22 degrees - far too hot to sleep. A fan was offered, which we accepted, but which never turned up. A lack of proper air conditioning in a 5 star resort is pretty unforgivable. 3) on arrival, we tried booking the à la carte options for the nights we were there. All were fully booked on the app, so we had to go to reception to try and book them. We ended up getting into all bar the Greek restaurant, but not until 2100/2130. I even asked before we arrived if we needed to book dinner in advance, but there was no way to do so. 4) whilst the pool and sun beds were great and the drinks service was also great, it did have a little bit of a ‘Costa del Sol’ feeling in so far as you had to be there early to ‘reserve’ a sunbed, which is definitely not a 5* experience. Understandably there weren’t enough around the main pool for everyone, as the hotel has a lot of people staying at any one time. 5) a LOT of young children, which in one sense is great if you have children as it’s a nice safe place to be with facilities, but just noting as the atmosphere is very much family oriented rather than ‘romantic couples’ 6) not a 5* resort in our opinion. A reasonable 4*.

The staff are all so attentive, very helpful and welcoming ensuring that guests are well catered for. They are especially welcoming to children. Particular thanks to Charlotte the sommelier who gave us excellent customer service from the wine library, she was very knowledgeable and passionate and her recommendations enhanced our dining experiences. The facilities are all high quality and clean, food across the hotel was consistently superb and the a la carte options are all great. The Agrecofarm is a must - and the fact it is included (besides a small Transport fee) makes the hotel a standout. Beds were also very comfortable and the Nesprsso machine and daily topped up mini bar was a nice touch.

Some of the rooms overlook busy and noisy road, which was problematic as the air conditioning is centrally governed (you cant control the temperature) but for us travelling with a small baby, the room temperature was still far too hot (baby monitor showing 26C) so we had to open the patio door which led to disruptive sleep because of the road and unwelcome mosquito bites as a result. We moved room eventually to one overlooking the activity pool (thanks to the hotel for facilitating) so the noise issue went away but the air conditioning remained a problem here too, having to open the door to keep the temperature reasonable.

Die alaCard Restaurant hatten keine Buchungskapazitäten. Wir waren 4 Tage dort und hatten keine Chance hier einen Tisch zu bekommen. Erst auf Nachfrage an der Reception war eine Buchung möglich. Das ist etwas schade in diesem Preissegment.

Mein Zimmer hatte zu wenig Steckdosen und im Bad hat es manchmal nach Abwasser gerochen.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die beiden Pools und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind traumhaft und laden bei schönem Wetter zum verweilen an. Das All-inclusive war wirklich grosszügig ausgelegt, mit regionalen Weinen, Drinks und Softdrinks inklusive. Es fehlte diesbezüglich wirklich an nichts und wir können dieses Hotel sicher weiterempfehlen.

Die Rezeption war nicht gut organisiert. Die wenigen Anliegen die wir hatten, wurden nicht erledigt und wir mussten mehrfach nachfassen. Die Themenrestaurants waren fast alle geschlossen und für diejenigen die offen waren, wurde uns erst nach mehrmaligen bitten ein Termin zu kinderfreundlichen Zeiten offeriert. Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Familienzimmer erhalten. Das Zimmer welches wir erhielten wurde uns zwar mit Meersicht und als Upgrade gegeben, die Ausstattung in diesem war allerdings zusammengewürfelt und sehr abgewohnt… Dieses Zimmer entsprach sicherlich auch keinen südländischen 5 Sternen. Den angebotenen Ausflug zur Farm empfehlen wir nur Familien mit älteren Kindern. Dies wurde uns dann auf der Farm auch so mitgeteilt (Kleinkinder nicht erwünscht). Auch das Personal auf der Farm war sehr unfreundlich und schien kein Interesse an Familien zu haben. Dieser Ausflug war für uns sehr enttäuschen und die Taxifahrt je 20 Euro pro Weg hätten wir uns sparen können.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The food was superb — we made the most of the all-inclusive offering and were impressed by the quality and variety. A special thank you as well for accommodating our request for a late check-out, especially since it was still the start of the season. One of the highlights was definitely the heated pool, which made our April stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also helped arrange our visit to Agreco Farm (transport available for a fee), and we’re so grateful for their flexibility in allowing us to pay by card when we didn’t have cash. The experience at the farm was unforgettable — from the delicious Cretan cuisine to the breathtaking, picture-perfect views. We especially loved learning about traditional Cretan farming and olive production, and our little girl had a wonderful time seeing the animals. Guest services were excellent — being able to message them via WhatsApp made everything so convenient. Truly 5-star service. 👌 The airport transfer (also for a fee) was well organized, making our arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We only wish we could have stayed longer and would absolutely love to come back. 😊

The only downside was that not all à la carte restaurants were open during our stay, so dining options were a bit limited.

Notre 1er chambre était très humide , cela nous a tué nos habits pour la semaine , nous avons était changé de chambre et la 2 eme c’était mieux mais pas encore ça , il faudrait remédier à ce problème , pas de jeux enfants de type toboggan balançoire pour occuper les enfants …. C’est dommage ! Le kids club possède 2-3 petits jeux rien de plus

Nigdy nie miałem tak super obsługi jak w tym hotelu naprawdę gdybym mógł dałbym ocenę 11/10, bardzo się starają, nie ma innego traktowania Polaków czy Niemców, każdy gość czuje się równo. Czystość to kolejny plus naprawdę 10/10, w tym hotelu jest naprawdę czysto, widziałem nawet jak obsługa myła ściany. Szybko sprzątają, nie ma klejących stołów czy siedzeń naprawdę, nie widziałem tarzających się papierków czy innych śmieci, szklanki i naczynia czyste. Super wygodne leżaki czyste baseny. Na plus jedzenie nie było jakoś nie wiadomo jakiego wyboru ale codziennie było coś innego nie było monotonności, oczywiście były stałe rzeczy takie jak frytki, pizza czy spaghetti ale jeśli chodzi o mięsa czy ryby to codziennie było coś innego ale co najważniejsze było pysznie. Oczywiście muszę tu wspomnieć o restauracjach A La Carte, obsługa daje czadu jedzenie też przepyszne czułem się jak w luksusowej restauracji. Na plus że w każdym barze szło zamówić coś do jedzenia na leżak jak nie chciało się iść na stołówkę zjeść. Napoje, koktajle, drinki i wina przepyszne. Pierwszy raz spotkałem się z hotelem który ma taki wybór win i w dodatku jest to w cenie. Alkohole wszystkie międzynarodowe oryginalne i każdy drink robiony starannie. Kolejnym plusem jest wycieczka do farmy która współpracuje z hotelem oczywiście wliczona w cenę naprawdę każdemu polecam. Koncerty z muzyką na żywo bardzo super i na wysokim poziomie. Przede wszystkim widok, niezapomniane zachody słońca które zapamiętam do końca życia, mnóstwo miejsc w którym można zrobić przepiękne zdjęcia. Tak naprawdę gdzie się nie ustawisz tam będzie piękne zdjęcie ponieważ hotel jest piękny oraz cały widok wokół niego Pilnowanie czy nikt nie rezerwuje sobie miejsca, większość osób rozumiało to że nie można przyjść rano i zarezerwować sobie leżak ręcznikiem ale zawsze ktoś się znajdywał ale całe szczęście Pan tego pilnował i zabierał takie ręczniki.

Niestety nie ma chyba hoteli idealnych znalazło się parę mankamentów niektóre znaczące bardziej inne mniej. Po pierwsze mega duży minus chyba największy że popularne napoje takie jak coca cola, sprite itd są z automatu niestety… Jeśli się płaci takie pieniądze za hotel to fajnie by było dostać cole chociaż z butelki plastikowej, chociaż jak dla mnie jak jest mega wysoki poziom tego hotelu to powinny być ze szklanych butelek, nawet w niektórych hotelach w Egipcie dostawałem tak colę. Kolejny minus brak na śniadaniu sokowirówki lub osoby która się tym zajmuje. Są owoce które są dobre można nawet je z miksować czy coś fajnie pasuje to do śniadania. W wielu hotelach jest to opcja płatna, w Meksyku miałem to w cenie i dużo osób z tego korzystało. To akurat taki drobiazg ale jednak. Kolejny ogromny minus to animatorzy. Ja się interesowałem to wiedziałem że jest aplikacja i tam był rozpisany rozkład dnia co się dzieje dzisiaj. Jak szedłem na siatkówkę to były może 3 osoby a uważam że wielu by chciało też pograć tylko nie wiedziało o tym ponieważ animatorzy nie zachęcają. Nie muszą wołać na cały głos czy coś ale nwm 15 minut przed poniformować gości że takie coś się dzieje i zachęcić, gdybym nie miał aplikacji to bym nie wiedział o Ping pongu siatkówce czy innych rzeczach. Plaża jak dla mnie bardziej do zadbania to jest jedyne miejsce w hotelu w którym może być lepiej, na plaży czułem się jak w tanim hotelu. Mały minus ale brakowało mi takich bardziej egzotycznych owoców jak mango, marakuja albo awokado były takie najbardziej tradycyjne a szkoda. To są właśnie powody dlaczego nie dałem temu hotelowi 10/10 tylko 9/10 tak jak pisałem to nie są jakieś duże mankamenty ale jednak są. Mam nadzieję że to się poprawi.

The hotel is very clean and pretty ( nice decor etc) The bed was very comfy and nice to have a selection of pillow options. The house keeping staff were amazing and always super friendly.

Guests reserved beds by main pool with towels every morning. The staff at arrival said this wasn’t possible but we saw it happen every morning. To order a drink by the pool you had to call the staff over. They didn’t seem very customer oriented. We had to pay additional money to heat the pool on our room. The pool wasn’t in the sun so was freezing, and the price of this room was already very expensive so seemed ridiculous to pay the additional fee. I think it should be made clear when booking the hotel that although there are multiple restaurants, you cannot attend the a la carte restaurants more than once a week. The quality of the none a la carte restaurant’s ( the Italian) wasn’t great.

Food didn’t really change from day to day - at other restaurants, there is a daily theme station. À la carte restaurants were very hard to reserve - always seem to be fully booked.

Wunderschöne grosse Anlage. Privater Strand. Grosser Pool. Parkplatz vorhanden. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Verschiedene Restaurants. Wirklich alles „all-inclusive“. Glace & Crepesstand. Zimmer mit Swim-Up. Liegestühle am Strand und Pool vorhanden. Fussläufig kleiner Laden. Fürs Städtchen mit Bus oder Auto einen Besuch wert.

The hotel was incredible, the staff were fantastic and location amazing on the beach.

Every member of staff made us feel welcome and were genuinely and sincerely interested in making sure we were happy. They accommodated every request - of which there were a few as we had a baby with us. The space available is brilliant and despite being full, it never felt too busy

Le all inclusive proposé est juste incroyable. Le personnel est véritablement aux petits soins. L'hôtel propose tous les services.
