Where do I even begin? I could write a long review however I would suggest reading the once’s before.

The place was exceptionally dirty, we had to request the sheets be changed 3 times, within the same night, as we kept on finding things on them.

Great stay at Grand Serela Hotel Bandung. Clean, comfy, and well-managed. Special thanks to Mr. Hendra for his friendly and excellent service!

Just finished the staycation at grand serela setiabudhi , and honestly... it's one of the best experiences! From the start of check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. The most effective, the service here is truly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to Nabila dara for always helping us whatever we need. From birthday cake to the little things that make the holidays more comfortable. The room is clean, smelly, and the view is great for healing. Thanks for the help, the breakfast is also good. Anyway, his vibes are suitable for family, couple, or just me-time. If you are still looking for a staycation place in Bandung

I went to the Serena Hotel for one night in May. The reservation was made by a friend. When you arrive the bell boy took my suitcases very helpful. The reception was good. But there we come to the room..... A big surprise the room was not at all what I expected for a **** Hotel. To begin the carpet many stains the first thing you see when you walk in the room. When I uncovered the bed I found hair with sheets not clean. Maybe they forgot to change the bed....or forgot to check.... So, I called the reception and the answer was there were no housekeeping and sheets for the moment. They never came do to the room. My experience with this hotel was not what I expected compared to the *** SIDJI Hotel in Pekalongan where I am staying for a few months where everything is perfectly clean.

The places are so good to stay , cozy , calming everything in here are so good , i think I found the right place to stay , the food and bed everything make me comfort in bandung , I hope I can back stay on grand serela setiabudi bandung , and one more thank you mrs Elvia

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Decent hotel and good standards. Came here for a business trips for 6 nights. The location is near to where i should go for 5 days. Also, i can go anywhere near ciumbeleuit and dago to go to nearby coffee shops or mall. The breakfasts are great, it is good to be here.

My partner and I enjoyed the moment both of us here. It is very beautiful and the atmosphere is also great. We are so enjoying the moment here, if you guys are hesitant to come here check out and read my review. The service is also very good, the food is all delicious and suits my taste

very unproper property to stay. won't consider this hotel at any cost for future visit to Bandung. there were many bugs on the bed! dusty bed, not even to mention dirty carpets, smelly rooms, dirty bathroom, ants, cockroach. i don't have any idea how they maintain their room.

The staff is great on this property, they are very helpful, and they have two great elevators. Thank you Rossa she's very helpful.

There are so many things that I don't like, if I wrote all of this no one will stay on this property. I stayed on this property for 4 nights. I do not have any option because all of the hotels in Bandung were full. Breakfast is very low for people who come from the outside there's no Western food on the breakfast. The room is not cleaned well, and the towel they provide us to it's dirty. And the room is not sound proof.

The hotel is quiet. Nothing special on my last visit actually, since I found some nightmares in the room, starting from I entered the room, then move to others.

The room, bathroom, and cleanliness. It's really poor and not affordable cost. Dirty carpet, no hot water, broken air conditioners. Mossy toilet. Need to be renovated in total.

The rooms are a bit dull, especially the floor carpets. The bed is not clean enough. When I was about to go to bed, it turned out that the sheets had oil stains and spots on the pillows. But the staff moved quickly to clean and change the sheets and pillows. Thank you The location of the hotel is in the middle of housing, so it is far enough to find food outside or mini market. Because nothing is within walking distance

1. The bathroom need to be clean because you can find stain on the floor or on the wall 2. The towel are dirty and old. I have to buy towel because I don't dare to use the towel on me. 3. The bedsheet also dirty and old. Our bedsheet got stain on it. I did complain about the stain but they didn't change. 4. Bedside lamp cannot be OFF. We have to cover with towel to deem the light.

Vila nya oke banget dan bener2 buat tempat sepi dan tenang yg jauh dr hiruk pikuk kota , dan pelayanannya oke bagus juga enak banget bawa keluarga besar karna kamar nya besar2 banget dan lengkap banget ada tv, dapur dan ruang tamu. Tapi akses jalan ke vila nya agak horor ya alias agak susah nu krna di map juga petunjuk jalan nya salah2 semua.. tp nanya2 sama org oke juga dan akhirnya bisa sampai dengan selamat. Pelayanannya cepet tanggap dan mereka semua stand by juga mau panggil malam hari juga mereka selalu on sih ada terus.. Dan ruangannya bersih bersih dan adem banget..

Room is nice.. booked 2 rooms.. 1 room no fridge.. hair dryer not working properly.. there’s 2 lift but only 1 can be use.. staffs so friendly.. breakfast ok.. can be improved..

I plan a 4 days 3 nights trip to Bandung with my boyfriend. We had a free upgrade to the suite room and Nisa the customer service representative went through the trouble to facilitate us to the room. My birthday happens to coincide with my trip and I was greeted with a warm birthday wish by her in the morning of my birthday. She also asked for my anticipated time of return to the hotel as I was paying a visit to Kawah Putih that very day and I think little of her question. Upon returning to my hotel, Nisa and her colleagues greeted me with a delicious birthday cake and sang me a tune in my room. I certainly did not expect this service and I am glad I chose Grand Serela as my choice of accommodation for my very first trip to Bandung. Additionally, the hotel is within close proximity to the supermarket and not to be missed Rumah Mode factory outlet for their affordable brand name such as Gap and choices of bermudas for guys is limitless. Hotel is a bit old and carpets needs shampooing, breakfast variety cold be improved. But for the price we paid, I have zero complaints but many praises for the staff and the housekeeping of our room. Well done Grand Serela and also special thanks and mentioned to Nisa, we will return!

strong stench in the room. it was old run down and never maintained out-dated hotel. molds in the bathroom. carpets were dirty. Hairdryer ws working. The cold water lever in the shower was broken.

The bath tab is terrible n the wall is dirty. Towel are very old n the color turn grey. The room floor is carpet therefore smelly. The breakfast is simply but taste good. Staff are friendly n helpfull

The hotels staffs are very coutecious & helpful It was a pleasant stay Wifi doesn't work for some reason though Breakfast buffet service was a bit slow due to understaff

Room wash basin stopper jam, water cannot flow down. Maintenance staff came to fix for quite a while but another problem starts, cold water but only hot water came. Service staff was nice, suggest we change room. The weather not as cooling compare to my last trip in October.

The breakfast selection is limited , and the toiletries is very poor for four star rating hotel. Book a room at the building which the pool located, or you have to pass the dining room and using lift or stairs to reach the pool (approx 2/3 level). the location is good though.

Walking distance to Rumah Mode, near to Paris Van Java and Chimpalas. Very pleasant and cooperative staff.

Spacious room but need to improve on the cleanliness esp in the bathroom. No small towels for use. No shower caps for ladies. Hot water is unreliable. We stayed 5 nites and 2 nights with cold water for shower at 9pm and temperature 18 degrees! We were shivering! Breakfast was good bcos they try to varies their menu daily. Staffs are helpful, pleasant and warm hospitality is a plus despite the standard of the room for a 4 star hotel, that definitely needs to be upgraded .

We were warmly received at the airport by a staff named Taufan,very knowledgeable and polite. Hotel staffs were very nice,polite and friendly. Room was clean and bright. Room service menu was ok. Breakfast spread was the same for 4 days but had a variety. A small outdoor play area for the kids. Family friendly. Setback- NO Wi Fi in the rooms,only at the lobby.

Everything was okay. I meant, that's it. Okay. Not special. What bug me a bit was the quality of valet service. it was raining when we got there, and we gave our car keys for valet. later on when we were going out for dinner, we couldnt find anyone near parking area, non valet person, non doorguard, non. We just stand there and wait because we dont have any idea where did they put our car. happen until we glanced our car was on the basement and decided to run through little bit rain and get the car out by ourselves. rest is okay.

hotel location is ok, quite, easy access to center of bandung attraction sites. too bad, the room not clean enough, towels are too old and not renewed, carpets dusty....

It was a great stay with good breakfast! Staff are helpful. Very near to Rumah Mode & there's a supermarket nearby. However toiletries amenities can be improved. Free wifi in the room will be much appreciated.

Hotel was good in its location but there were no night activities around though. Room toiletries were lacking and breakfast variety was limited. However the staff service was good and friendly and room was big. If the hotel can provide free wifi in all rooms it would be good.

Its another hotel that takes care of a traveler needs and expectations for the money we pay. the service is excellent, location is good in a quiet environment. would recomend
