The rooms did not look fresh. Some spots were still dirty and not cleaned properly. There were ants on the table when we first came. Need more lights in the bathroom as it seemed to be very dim compare to hotels i we have been to.

my son 5 years old look taller than his age,for the first 3days having breakfast didnt ask for pay but on last day the staff said i need to pay for my son half price for the breakfast...after having a small arguement,when i said my son still not reach 6years old then want to show the proof then he said sorry for misjudged...case close

Noise - you should improve windows soundproofing because all noise could be heard from outside. Leaking from the ceiling during breakfast should be fixed as well as to clean the synthetic chairs in the restoran.

Fridge not cold, no carpet on floor, toilet hole for poop too small, staff forget register free parking (car number was given), one room both card can't open door after a day (2 night stay), need to re-register by receptionist

The hotel is close to nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms are big and clean. Room service is excellent and the staff were amazing

Clean & covenient

Property not maintained properly . My tap at sink , mirror in bathroom - has been worn out and needs attention . Curtains in room is worn too( has holes in it ) and needs to be changed . It’s a bit of a let down especially if this is supposed to be an Ascott managed hotel as we have stayed in many Ascott chains around the world and this does not live up to the name . Breakfast was very substandard too with staff service being very poor . It was not worth paying the extra $ to include breakfast .

Sengaja staycation ke harris. My favorite spot is pool at 17th floor i think? Sunset view from pool was good and beautiful like ms leni with her smile so sweet.. Her so helpful me for give the bath towel at pool.. Thanks ♡♡♡

J'ai eu froid dans la chambre, par deux fois j'ai demandé de mettre la climatisation à une température plus élevée, rien n'y fit, elle est restée à 20.5 degrés alors que le technicien l'avait mis à 25 puis à 30, je suppose qu'elle est bloquée par l'établissement, dans ce cas il est préférable de le spécifier. De ce fait, j'ai arrêté toute climatisation qui faisait même de la condensation aux vitres, le froid à l'intérieur et le chaud de l'extérieur....

La chambre très confortable, le petit déjeuner, la piscine

Le café est moyen et pas très chaud, j'ai demandé du lait chaud, on m'a dit qu'il n'y en avait pas, il suffirait d'installer un micro ondes

The Indonesian option at breakfast was great. The staffs were very welcoming as well. Rooms were very comfortable too.

The parking lot space was limited and combined with the amount of vehicles from the apartment behind, hence need to be more cautious when parking.

Rooms are spacious and nice staff! Excellent clean rooms!

Area hotelnya luas dan lokasinya sangat strategis, jadi tidak sulit mencari transportasi di sekitar hotel. The facilities at HARRIS Hotel are also quite complete there is a gym and a swimming pool available. The food is good and enjoyable as well 👍🏻 If you are looking for recommendations for a nearby coffee place, you can ask one of the staff named Leni. Staff hotel sangat luarbiasa, saat check out saya info ke reception bahwa anak saya berulang tahun, lalu mereka memberikan souvenir utk anak saya.

Poor treatment from the staff, a room with no working air conditioning (replaced with difficulty), unclean furniture, and the bed and pillows were extremely dirty.

Everything. Thin pillows, stained towels, water pressure low, Fridge not cold, safe box non existence. Very dark room like haunted house. We called for assistance due to short circuit but nobody came. Promise will come within 30mins , but no show and we slept through the night feeling hot and stuffy. WARNING, BOOK ONLY IF YOU ARE ON A VERY TIGHT BUDGET.

I enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff are friendly.

The floor is so cold. I think they can use rugs & carpets for the cold floor. And, at midnight, it was so noisy. We could easily hear a loud sound from a higher level. I could not sleep because of the noise.

We stayed at this 4-star hotel with other families from July 29 to August 4, 2025. Unfortunately, it often felt more like an outdated 3-star—or even 2-star—property. Although the room was spacious, the bathroom was relatively small, the towels were worn, and we encountered small cockroaches in the toilet. While housekeeping came daily, they overlooked simple details, such as cleaning used coffee cups. Some drinking glasses were not adequately cleaned, and we noticed insects on some breakfast dishes. The breakfast offered various options but was heavily focused on Indonesian cuisine, providing minimal choices for Middle Eastern guests. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a crowded area, far from major tourist attractions. On a positive note, the gym and the children’s playground were highlights of our stay. Overall, the experience did not meet our 4-star expectations.

Amazing staff, comfy beds, and tasty breakfast. Will definitely book again on my next trip! Clean, modern, and in the heart of the city. Excellent value for the price. Loved it
