Lokasi sangat strategis di tengah kota, jadi sangat mudah utk explore berbagai tempat, kalau kami ke Bandung suka kulinerannya.. dr hotel banyak kuliner viral yg bisa dikunjungi, staf sangat ramah dan helpful.. kebersihan kamar ckp baik, sarapan lumayan enak dg pilihan yg variatif, kids friendly ada playground dan mini zoo... cucuku happy bgt

Saran saya karpet lorong kamar lebih sering divakum, pintu kmr mandi tidak bisa dikunci semoga segera diperbaiki... shower di kmr mandi menurut sy kurang kenceng

Everything is complete, from facilities for children to EV charging stations, very impressive. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to our needs.

We had to change rooms because the air conditioning in Room 582 was not cool enough. It was a central AC system that could not be controlled from inside the room. At the time, the airflow from the AC felt uncomfortable and gave us a headache. However, the staff responded promptly by moving us to a new room where the AC was cooler.

Location - it's in one way road so a bit hassle to go in and out but good start if you want to visit Lembang

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en proberen voor hoever mogelijk mee te denken. Het is een hotel voor lokale bevolking met andere standaarden, het voldoet niet aan de standaard die ik gewend ben vanuit mijn ervaring in de hospitality en mijn ervaring bij andere 4 sterren hotels in Java.

Na een lange reisdag vond ik bij aankomst zowel haren in bed als in de badkamer, het betroffen dezelfde soort haren en zullen van een vorige gast geweest, het bed was zodoende niet opnieuw opgemaakt enkel netjes gemaakt. Ze hebben vriendelijk mij een nieuwe kamer aangeboden met een vers opgemaakt bed maar heb na deze eerste schok zelf de hotelkamer gereinigd en de vloer nergens durven aanraken. Vanaf 07.00 rennen de schreeuwende kinderen al over de gang te bonken. Ontbijt was erg gericht op Aziatische gasten die veel in het hotel verbleven. Er is een westerse hoek echter tref je hier pasta voor ontbijt en maiskolven, zelfs voor een simpele cappucino moet er bijbetaald worden. Na het eerste ontbijt heb ik het voor het verdere verblijf overgeslagen. Het is een goed hotel voor locals met kinderen maar niet te adviseren aan westerlingen die hygiëne, comfort en een fijne nachtrust zoeken

Kamarnya bau, padahal saya sudah beberapa kali komplain minta tolong dipindah karena baunya memang bikin gak nyaman

It has all the facilities a hotel needs: restaurants, a laundromat, a shop, a swimming pool and a spa. Having a mini zoo and activities for children is a bonus I wasn't expecting

My stay at this hotel was too short. I wish I had more time in Bandung to make use of the full facilities at this hotel.

My kids liked the bed. We liked the location which quite strategic.

We didn’t like the pillow as too thick and too hard. So limited parking space as they parked our car quite far from the hotel and took sometimes for the staff to get our car back to the hotel when we needed it.

Recommended for Family with kids, facilities are great, has pool with warm water, mini zoo, kids spa, kids playground and kids activities with sand box and stuff. The gym is also well equiped. Quite spacious room too.

kids are happy feeding dianimal, playground and pool are so kids friendly.. will be back here to enjoy all the facilities

Upon getting room access card I entered my room to have an online meeting at afternoon time. I didn’t find towel floormat and suddenly the housekeeper knocked my door to give this mat. Second day, I asked for room clean up as I had a meeting outside hotel. Around 6pm, I came back to the room. I saw my room was cleaned up already. I then entered my bathroom. Unfortunately I didn’t find the towel. Crazy! I had to call hotel staff to deliver the bath towel. I think this was my first and last visit to this hotel.

A comfortable place to stay for family holiday. The location is perfect if you want to travel both to Lembang and the city center. There are various facilities for kids activities. What I also like is that it offers affordable laundry service.

Kids friendly, good taste of breakfast, affordable price, good welcome service, and recommended choice for familly. We will back for next trip.

All facilities provided are good and kids friendly. Location is great, near to many local legend restaurant. Mini zoo is my kid favorit, and restaurant area is very much interesting for kids.

We stayed 4 nights in a Twin Premier Room. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options, and our kids really enjoyed the mini zoo and playground (there’s a few playgrounds in the vicinity), it really is a great place for families. Our first room (in the separate building from reception/main building) was quite basic and could have been cleaner. Mid-stay, the hotel moved us “for maintenance” to a slighty larger room with a bathtub and coffee machine. The upgrade was appreciated, though cleanliness and noise (road-facing, thin walls) were still an issue. Overall, the facilities and breakfast stand out, but the rooms would benefit from better upkeep to truly match the 4-star rating.

The room is spacious enough and the bed is soooo comfortable 🙏😁. This hotel is really good for family with kids, since there are pools (kids & adults) and kids zoo too. Fully entertained. Most important thing is they have laundry cheap and independent access. Love it!! The staff is kind and responsive too during our visit.

This Grand Tjokro is much better than other Grand Tjokro. Bigger, Better Maintenance and More Warm. Meeting room and food were fine. I notice during weekend, they had kids activities and facilities. Good for family with children.

Nice place to stay with delicious food for breakfast. The room was neat and clean. Kind employee and always help the visitor.

In overall the service in the hotel is good. There is no similar hotel aroun here so i think you may choose this hotel while you travel to Bandung and have activities near cihampelas area.

They have one of the best rooms in bandung for family trip. Their breakfast menu variations was great! Taste was amazing. Good work!

Worst experience I've ever had staying in hotels. Had to cancel important meeting just because their staff miscommunicated and requested me to check out. Supervisor showed no remorse nor empathy, blaming me for misunderstanding, offered apology just to make me stop complaining. Requested me to check out but gave an inactive keycard, so had to go down and complain again after reaching my room at the 7th floor.

Its a bit unclean (found some small roaches) and sometimes the sink is clogged in the bathroom

Second time staying at Grand Tjokro Bandung, there is a special impression when staying here that makes you want to come back.. besides that the facilities are also very complete especially for those of us who already have children, children will feel at home because have many kids facilities. breakfast with the most menus I have ever encountered until Iftar I chose Grand Tjokro because of its many menus. recommended hotel. definitely come back

Kids friendly hotel, there is a mini zoo, a very diverse food menu. for the room itself is standard, quite spacious, with a view of the city of Bandung. amenities are quite complete. For those who bring vehicles, the parking area may be a bit difficult. Close to Ciwalk.

This hotel is a really good choice for families with kids like ourselves. The hotel has many facilities for children such as: petting zoo, kids spa, indoor and outdoor playground, kids swimming pool, kids cooking class, etc. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful

Parking space is limited. The valet service rather slow in response. The room door too thin. The wall between room also too thin. The chair in the room was broken. Had to ask for replacement. The real plus is the variety of breakfast. As for comfort, needs quiet a few improvement

Super comfy pillows and blackout curtains. Breakfast had a good selection of food

The bathroom was so old. There were stains and grime and rust color everywhere. It was so dark in the bathroom. The room was stuffy and the windows were blocked with paper. It was so odd and ruined our vacation mood. Very disappointed. We complained and was shown another room but it was in similar condition. Unusable. We were forced to pay extra and get the best room but still the bathroom wasn't up to par with the price we paid for. The AC in the bedroom didn't work properly and we sweated all night.

I do love everything about grand tjokro. It includes the location which have indo maret nearby. Their warm welcome and facilities.

The only i didnt preferred is the odour of the toilet. I think it came from the drainage system.

I had a great time here at the grand tjokro. Lovely service, amazing breakfast with variety choices of dish. The location is strategically close to my destination. It has a wonderful swimming pool as well and a perfect place to spend weekends with family members

(+): Clean room, lots of kids area & activities, various breakfast, kind & very welcoming staffs. (-): Parking lots are often full, must use valet (free for in-house guest). Superior room a bit small & no windows that can be opened. Overall, worth to stay here.

So happy for the experience here, my son uber happy with all the playground, camp in our room, the staff very very helpfull eventhoug the parking lot is quite limited but so far for all families with toddler and kids is super recommended to stay in here

The rooms are outdated, dirty carpets, bugs in the rooms, old bathroom with awkward toilet paper setting. The whole stay was a disappointment. Some of the front desk staff needs retraining. Breakfast is mediocre and not upto 4 star standard. Some of the petting zoo main attractions are not working due to renovations. Overall there are much better options in the same price range in bandung.
