C'est juste un peu loin du centre, d'Hanoï, 1h en taxi selon le trafic, mais nous étions en partance et donc beaucoup plus près de l'aéroport donc pratique pour nous

We loved our stay at AMAYA Home. We chose it for a relaxing afternoon and evening ahead of an early flight back to the UK and we definitely made the right decision. The staff (in particular Dylan, Duke and Alex) were so friendly and helpful, the complex was just like the pictures and we were so thankful to have somewhere peaceful as opposed to the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The team also went out of their way to accommodate a birthday in our trip which made the stay especially memorable, and prepared a takeaway breakfast due to our early departure. A really nice touch. The massages were also a great way to end our holiday. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

The only minor thing to mention was that there weren’t enough available sunbeds around the pool to accommodate the four of us. Not the end of the world though!

Een mooi hotel in een prachtige groene tuin met groot zwembad. Rustig gelegen in de buurt van de luchthaven. Ideaal om vakantie in rust te beginnen of (zoals wij met onze kinderen) af te sluiten. Er is in de omgeving niet zo veel, je bent dus wel qua eten etc aan het hotel gebonden. Goed restaurant en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader!

A perfect little haven away from Hanoi! Just 15 minutes from the airport, AMAYA Home was the perfect place to unwind. Everything was truly wonderful, from the beautiful setting to the incredible staff. The attention to detail was exceptional, and every little touch made our stay feel extra special. Couldn’t recommend it enough! ❤️

Our first night in Vietnam, and I already think this will be the best stay of our whole trip. This hotel is a little paradise. Surrounded by beautiful tropical nature, it is incredibly peaceful, quiet, and private. It’s the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The service is absolutely outstanding. Everyone is so kind, attentive, and thoughtful, making every moment feel special. I honestly can’t find a single thing to complain about. I recommend this place 2,000%!

Amazing staff - went out of their way to help organise some unrelated bits of our trip and even checked in with our taxi driver while we were travelling to see if everything was OK; Very accommodating with the children; beautiful garden property; Best food we had on our trip as well.

The kids cut themselves on an underwater edge in the pool which is a bit sharp.

Prachtig aangelegd kleinschalig resort. Mooie tuin, ruime lichte kamer en mooie badkamer. Zwembad lekker fris en een super massage gehad (tegen een, voor Vietnamese begrippen, behoorlijke prijs).

De kussen waren wat hard, het bed was niet zo stevig en maakte geluid bij beweging, het ontbijtbuffet werd geschrapt vanwege weinig gasten. Daarvoor in de plaats prima à la carte ontbeten, doch, de vrijheid ontbreekt. Toen wij er zaten was een luidruchtig kinderkamp bezig naast de accomodatie, dat maakte het minder idyllisch. In de buurt niet heel veel te doen.

The staff were amazing. The receptionist Dylan was very helpful and friendly. The egg coffee class with the bar tender was great and he was welcoming and very knowledgeable. My mum had a massage with the therapist onsite and said it was the best she has ever had. It is a lovely resort and I will return again.

Excellent hotel! The staff was kind and available for everything we needed. The room was spaced and comfortable. The food, the pool and the spa facilities are great. The hotel is close to the airport so it is good for people arriving at night/want some relaxing stay out of the main area.

The massage was good, but considering the premium price, I expected that it will be better

We absolutely loved our stay here. Staff were incredibly helpful & friendly. The facilities were amazing. It’s close to the airport so we ended our stay here with 2 days to recharge after busy Hanoi. Spa treatment and Steam bath were wonderful and I loved the egg coffee workshop with Lucas. Alex was so friendly and Susanna & reception Manager all very welcoming. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I wish we could stay longer and we will definitely be back.

The wifi was very weak in my room. I had to sit at the balcony to surf the internet. The breakfast selection was kinda poor. Food refill was slow. Should provide a toaster for guests to heat up the bread themselves.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at AMAYA. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming, with a truly lovely family-like vibe that makes you feel at home from the very first moment. The staff is outstanding – professional, well-trained, fluent in English, and always kind and humble. Their approach creates a genuine sense of care and comfort. The entire environment is beautiful, inspiring, and full of positive energy. It’s the kind of place where you don’t just stay – you feel at home. I can honestly say I felt like part of a family during my time there. Highly recommended!

Close to the airport, but overpriced. Our room was not that clean with ants and small bugs - er also had the pleasure of 3 cockroaches. The pool not that clean, found a giant dead spider in there. The spa was too hot and with lots of dead bugs.

Beautiful unique building set in tropical looking surroundings. Relaxed atmosphere with helpful, friendly staff. Spa was small so you felt like it was a personal experience.

Near by events taking place which are very loud, at night and in the morning. Needed ear plugs.

Quiet peaceful location

We can’t rate this hotel highly enough - our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The property and facilities are fabulous, from the peaceful pool in a beautiful woodland setting, lots of seating around the grounds to enjoy, gorgeous indoor & outdoor restaurant space, and very comfortable, clean and well-appointed bedroom. It is a serene oasis that is the perfect getaway from busy Hanoi city less than an hour away. But what made our stay even more special was the absolutely terrific and thoughtful service from the staff. They accommodated a late check-out for us, served us a surprise dessert to celebrate our engagement, and Ms. Annie at the front desk arranged medicine from the local pharmacy to be bought and delivered on our behalf in a matter of hours, which was incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant staff were all so friendly and the food was excellent. We would like to deeply thank everyone at AMAYA for making our stay so memorable, it was a truly special experience.

חזרנו למלון הזה שוב כדי לטוס משדה התעופה של האנוי. המלון מרוחק מאוד ממרכז העיר אבל קרוב לשדה, באיזור כפרי , מלון בוטיק עם גן יפהיפה בדיוק כמו בתמונות. ארוחות טעימות וצוות אדיב, ותמיד אחד מהם לפחות דובר אנגלית מצויינת. תקשורת מצויינת בווטסאפ,. דאגו לכל מה שביקשנו ( הסעות, כביסות) במחירים סבירים, הספא קסום והבריכה כמו שבצילומים. בלילה בחוץ יש קולות טבע נהדרים. חדרים טובים, ונקיים ( גרנו בקומת הכניסה, מסתבר שיש להם חדרים גם בקומת חצי מרתף שפחות מתאימים לי, לתשומת לבכם) והכל מעוצב בטוב טעם.

Very nice stay, great breakfast, good kitchen overall. Was not cheap but we wanted to rest after a busy tour trough Vietnam, so here we did find the peace we were looking for.

un peu éloigné de tout, mais dans la nature et pas très loin de l'aéroport. Rien à faire autour de l'hôtel mis à part un palais qui était fermé (fête du Têt) quand nous y étions. Assez loin du centre de Hanoi.

Aan het begin en aan het einde van onze reis verbleven we met twee kinderen in Amaya Home. Het was een heel fijne plek om de reis rustig te beginnen en ook een vertrouwde afsluiting van onze vakantie. We verbleven in familiekamer 7 Moon (zie foto’s) en in familiekamer 1 Little Garden. Beide kamers zijn licht, ruim en prettig ingericht. Kamer 7 is wat groter en luxer, met twee toiletten en een bad. Kamer 1 ligt op de begane grond en is volledig gelijkvloers. Daar kun je, in tegenstelling tot kamer 7, de deur tussen de twee slaapkamers sluiten. De accommodatie ligt midden in het groen. Er is een redelijk groot zwembad en een spa met een heel heet bad. Op de menukaart is veel keuze: van spring rolls en een chicken poké bowl tot een burger met friet en spaghetti. Alles wat we gegeten hebben was erg lekker. De medewerkers zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, meedenkend en behulpzaam. Zo hebben ze ook twee pakketjes voor ons aangenomen die tijdens onze reis naar de accommodatie waren gestuurd. Bij de accommodatie kun je fietsen lenen. Daarmee hebben wij een uitstapje gemaakt naar het prachtige Thanh Chuong Viet Palace, wat absoluut de moeite waard is.

This place is absolutely perfect. We felt so well cared and at ease. The nordic style of the hotel feels super cosy. The room seems like a tree house with swimming pool view. No cars, no noise, only the birds. The spa is absolutely stunning it has everything for you to relax. The attention of the staff is excellent, especially Duke, we had a wonderfull time conversing with him. It was supposed to be the last night before our flight back home but it has been a real experience and total relax! Thanks again to everyone there!

Our stay at Amaya Home was amazing. From the moment we arrived, every of their team members were making us feel right at home. Their were incredibly attentive. The room was modern and clean and offered all listed amenities. The restaurant was good, we especially liked their desserts. The spa was the main reason we booked this place and it was great. They offer an outside pool as well as a separate house that facilitates a very large jacuzzi, a rest area and a steam & finnish sauna. Additionally to that complimentary spa, they offer an outside variety of massages which are priced at around 950,000 VND and a laundry service which is priced at 50,000 VND/kg or 75,000VND/kg for express laundry. Overall, we can only recommend this hotel! Thank you for having us.

Very green area, beautiful rooms decorated with wood and natural materials. Birds singing, water sound, very relaxing. They have really nice restaurant, but the food is not Vietnamese cuisine, still very tasty and affordable price.

We stayed at Amaya Home for one night while waiting for our Da Nang flight the next day. The property was comfortable and provided everything we needed for a relaxing layover. The lodge was clean and peaceful, with a cozy atmosphere perfect for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant offered nice meal options. It’s a convenient and pleasant place to recharge before continuing your journey.

Wel jammer dat de andere gasten in hun kamer gingen eten en toen hadden wij een private diner 😋 Ook was het personeel niet heel snel (ondanks dat ze wel mega gastvrij en behulpzaam zijn) ook wel eens goed voor de ontspanning

De receptioniste is niet klantvriendelijk. Afspraken maken met haar is een zeer onaangename aangelegenheid. Verder is het hotelletje prima. Alhoewel hun omschrijving vlakbij de luchthaven ook niet helemaal klopt. De verplaatsing was langer dan ik had verwacht.

An sich schöne Unterkunft und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben wohlfühlcharakter.

Leider ist der Jacuzzi unter Wartung und nicht nutzbar. Desweiteren hatten wir Kakerlaken im Bad und Bettwanzen in beiden Betten. Das Personal hat sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt und aufgrund unserer frühzeitigen Abreise eine Nacht erstattet.

Stunning property the room was spacious clean comfy bed great shower and bathroom. The view from the balcony. Breakfast had very good home made choices with local produce. Restaurant food was of good quality so a little more costly. The pool was large and clean ,with great facilities sauna spa etc. The gardens were pristine and peaceful to wall round and totally relax. The staff are the most pleasant professional helpful happy hardworking people you could wish to meet and helped make our stay so memorable. Thanks to all.

So please see google review where I will try to upload them there. -Water in shower and sink both pulsate and shoot water back and forth (video) changing from hot to cold temperature on its own (my partner burned themselves) -Bathroom started to smell of sewerage from the shower drain. Needed the windows open at all times in bathroom to rid smell. -Shower windows directly look into another guests room and balcony (photo) other guests could easily watch us shower. -No sealed bottles of complimentary water -Expensive overpriced poor tasting western food (overcooked dry duck, bland chicken, small steak, basic) -House keeping is not done at all. No daily cleaning or fresh linen. Only by request which I have never had to do at any other hotel. -Bath on balcony of king room was very dirty. Had to clean it ourselves 2 times before use. It only fills 3 inch’s of the way till hot water runs out (photo) Cannot be used as a bath since you can only sit in a few inch’s of water. Useless bath unless you want a completely cold bath, then you might as well go in the green pool. -Buffet breakfast is very small. There was ants on the baked goods (video) every day I would pick off ants from my muffin or croissant. -Internet connection really bad and never worked (video) -Aircon makes constant loud sounds even on lowest setting (video) -stained towels -Used/dirty sandals, not newly sealed like other hotels -Dirty bathroom mat -Uncomfortable beds, hard and squeaky -Lumpy and hard pillows -Half user toilet paper roll, not fresh one upon arrival

A gorgeous location, rustic vibes, so clean, and tucked away into nature

Clean, green, sufficient facilities, cozy atmostphere. We really enjoyed the hot bathtub at the spa + the pool right there that we could do hot/cold therapy anytime. The restaurant served a good menu both dinner and breakfast. We also appreciate the cake from the house for our 24th anniversary. So sweet and heartfelt!

The hotel had a fantastic atmosphere, feeling very much like a mountain lodge! Unfortunately, due to the rain, we weren't able to enjoy a proper walk around the beautiful garden. The meals at the restaurant were superb!

​The in-room safe was out of order, the shower pressure was weak, and the air conditioner was very noisy. The garden surrounded by greenery was lovely, but I was a little scared of the bees flying around.
