I didn’t actually stay here as we were stuck in Halong Bay. My communication with Eric and the staff however was excellent, and in some cases better than received in 5 star hotels

Hotel was fine for one night's stay close to the airport.

Was not in a great location as right on the highway so traffic noise was loud and constant. Room also smelt very strongly of stale cigarette smoke.

Light near bed didn't work , arrived late & had messaged to let know, room was very hot aircond didn't work , pictures dont match at all. No mini bar, 3 bottles of water that were not in fridge, hot as. so not even a cold water to drink. No tea/coffee. No fruit, , no flowers , "suite" is old & tired , not like pictures at all. Didn't stay for breakfast. .

Mr Eric is amazing and has helped me out with lots of travel bookings after my original plans changed. He is always willing to talk on WhatsApp and booked something for me whilst I was in Dong Hoi, allowing me to pay the next time I was at his hotel.

Das Zimmer war schön groß und sauber. Wir bekamen alle wichtigen Informationen und konnten einen Teil unseres Gepäcks für zwei Wochen einlagern. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt wenn man am nächsten Morgen früh zum Flughafen muss.

Kein Restaurant in der Nähe wo man mit Karte bezahlen kann - bei Abflug am nächsten Morgen hat man ja nicht mehr viel Geld dabei. Wegen frühem Abflug kein Frühstück bekommen, obwohl es bezahlt war -- hier wäre ein Frühstückspaket sinnvoll,so wie es in anderen Hotels üblich ist. Wir hatten extra wegen der Gepäckeinlagerung angefragt - es gab aber keinen Hinweis auf die recht hohe Gebühr - bei booking.com anscheinend irgendwo angegeben, aber wir haben es nicht gefunden.

The owner Mr Eric is great, helped me organise a bus to Sapa at the last minute when mine was cancelled due to a breakdown. It was clear he was also waiting up for me to check me in too. I arrived at midnight. Great location near the airport.

The bathrooms aren't the cleanest and breakfast is very basic.

The location is near to airport with excellent pick up and send to airport arrange by the host, as we just had a short stay lay over at vietnam, the room is simple and clean, and the host provide satisfactory breakfast We will definitely come again here for our family trip next time

Only 6 minutes from the airport!! Very convenient if you have an early flight or arrived very late to the city. Hot showers and cold air conditioning. The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. A good amount of storage for a short stay.

The helpfulness of the staff working here exceeded my expectations. I arrived in the middle of the night and asked for a late checkout which they very kindly gave me. As a solo female traveller, their guidance and helpfulness in times of need made me feel so safe and I am so grateful for their kindness.

Convenient location for overnight stay close to the airport. Room was large and spacious and had a powerful fan. Bathroom was large and clean. Bed was comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The airport shuttle was fast and convenient, making travel stress-free. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport as we had an early departure. They organised a transfer for us which turned up on time and gave assistance with our luggage. The property is basic in design and facilities but for an overnight stay it suited us. Staff were friendly and assisted us with our luggage up the stairs as there is no lift. It is no frills but clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The price was very reasonable.

Towels were a bit thin, air conditioning a bit noisy and there was very limited options for grabbing a meal nearby. We tried 3 small restaurants , most were dirty and none of the staff spoke English so we recommend you eating somewhere else before you arrive at the hotel as the Hanoi Suites did not have a restaurant and the small cafe a few doors up was not good.

Really friendly and helpful staff, with a spacious and comfortable room. About 5-10 minutes drive to the airport, so really recommended if you're looking to stay near it!

Not many food options around in walking distance if you need dinner, just be aware. Breakfast doesn't have lots of options, but is basic and filling (eggs, toast, jam, fruit, and a drink).

Would not recommend to anyone! We had informed the hotel our flight arrival time and that we will be arriving the hotel between 2am and 3am to sleep a few hours before catching our next flight. When we arrived they informed us that the room is still occupied by another guest who is soon leaving for his flight. And after he will leave, they will be clean the room and we'll get it. And yes, this happened after waiting for 20 minutes. But it was 3am and we had booked and paid the room for the whole night. How is it that there was another guest in our room? Simply put, they had sold the same room twice for the same night. What a scam. When you arrive 13 hours after check-in time, the room should be immediately ready. No question. Cleanliness was not good either (it figures) and especially the bathroom with broken tiles and water squirting under them was disgusting. Breakfast pretty much worst we got in Vietnam. Not recommended. Just awful.

Our stay here was exactly what we wanted before our flight. We had a clean spacious room, a good hot shower, a great breakfast and a short drive to the airport. The gentlemen at the front desk were welcoming and helpful.

The rooms were damp, the bed damp and it was not a comfortable place to stay. The TV didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush properly. All of our belongings felt damp when we left. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after 1. The photos on booking.com are misleading. We chose this place because of the proximity to the airport but really wished we would have stayed in the city of Hanoi.

Best Hostel hanoi

We booked this super last minute from the airport because my wife got sick on our flight and couldn't make it into downtown Hanoi. The hotel was amazing for the price and had a very comfortable bed by American standards.

The English-speaking manager was very eager to please, which was very much appreciated. The whole hotel was spotless, the price unbeatable.

We flew from Ninh Binh earlier that day. The hotel staff set up a ride for us from the airport which was great. Arrived at the hotel which is also a hostel. The room was big with king size bed, a little sofa (which was comfy), bathroom was very clean. This hotel was nicer than the one we had stayed in earlier in the week in Hanoi. We asked for 2 extra pillow and blanket and they happily provided them. There is a restaurant about 2 doors down, but we did not eat there. Would definitely stay here again. The manager also spoke pretty good English.

The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was very comfortable! We got Wifi. The staff got up very early since we had an early morning flight and they arranged airport transportation for us (about $4).

They did not put towels for us in our bathroom so we had to go down to get them. We also had to go down to ask for the Wifi password. The bedsheets had a couple of faint stains.

We had an early morning flight, so we needed some place close to the airport. It’s very close and you get very good value for the price. The staff was also very friendly and helped us with deciding at what time should we wake up for the flight and even said we should try to get grab instead of a taxi because it’s cheaper but we have an issue with that he can arrange a driver for us. The room was nice and clean, everything you need for the night before the flight.

Our room was without a window, make sure if it important for you to check it states that when booking.

Within 15 minutes of calling from the airport, we were at the hotel. The team was very welcoming and carried our bags. Eric the manager was so accommodating. The bathroom floor got very wet when showering, could have had sheets on the bed, room was loud with street traffic. I understand we were a last minute booking so they did what they could to make us comfortable. Mr. Tommy was so nice!

No curtains on the bunks in mixed dorms Hairdryer couldn't be used in the bathroom only in the main room where people are sleeping Door key didn't work so staff rapped on the door to wake people up to let me in No free shuttle as per advert Overall, with having to pay for the shuttle, you can get cheaper and better dorm rooms in town ... you may as well just stay there and get up a bit earlier to go to the airport.

He took care of finding the right tour which includes airport pickup, transportation and accommodation. Very reliable and always there to answer any questions or inquiries!
