Nous y avons séjourné pour une nuit comme notre vol partait très tôt le matin. Super grande chambre, propre, tranquille. Et on nous a recommandé un petit resto familial tout proche, c'était un pur délice. Nous sommes arrivés tard et partis tôt...mais allez-y les yeux fermés si vous êtes dans cette situation. À 4 minutes de l'aéroport!

It was hard to find the accommodation in the beginning. I used the address provided on the booking, perhaps a small guide on how to reach the accomodation from the airport would be recommended.

Host Dung ensured all aspects of my stay were trouble free. Nice rooms, plenty of restaurants nearby. Tours organised, transfers Exceptional value. I am a repeat guest and have never regretted it

The hotel is very clean and nice and safe and spacious and fresh and very quiet and one feels very good here. The room is very dark at night and there is no street noise and it only takes about five to ten minutes to get here from the airport. They serve a lovely and simple breakfast of eggs and toast and fruit and tea or coffee. If this matters to you, the shower water is perfect!! Great water flow, great pressure, great temperature variation! Eric, the owner took a lot of time with us to try and help us book a very nice tour. He is not pushy at all, just very kind and helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like, except that the taxi driver tried to trick us and charge us far more than he should have , so be careful with bad taxi drivers.

The accommodation is near the airport. The staff is very friendly.

The room looks exactly like the photo. Cool lighting and spacious room. The receptionist who served us was approachable. He does not speak English so he will communicate with you using google translate. Funny thing, he gave us a room on the second floor. When we entered, we were welcomed by a used room- used beds, rubbish in the bin, towels on the chair. He was apologetic and gave us a clean room on the 3rd floor. We asked his help to book a Grab transfer for us because our flight is 5am. From our hotel to the airport costs 75,000VND according to taxi meter but the hotel asked 150,000 VND from us. There are a few local little shops around selling drinks and crackers and one restaurant next to the hotel. We stayed just for 10 hours and it was comfortable. If you’re staying just for the night, I’d recommend this place. FYI, no lift.

Top hotel in Hanoi airport. The room very comfortable and super clean. The staff is extremely helpful, Very close and convenient to airport, just 5 minute drive from the airport, shuttle service is great. Awesome, I would recommend.

Very nice and clean hostel and the perfect spot when you arrive from the airport. The staff helps you with everything and also gives you so many recommendations regarding to vietnam. For me it was the perfect place to start my trip through the country!

No elevator but staff will care your luggage

I'm stayed there for one night transit at the airport.Room was clean and comfortable. The guy at the reservation spoke great English and was incredibly helpful. He organized group tour Ha Giang Loop. It was incredible with everything including setting up the bus to/from Ha Giang.Highly recommend

Highly recommended hotel for anyone who needs to be near the airport. Very friendly, attentive and very professional staff. They met us late without any problem and arranged transportation for us to the airport the next morning so we could arrive on time for our flight. Very clean rooms with really comfortable beds. Full breakfast with coffee, toast, egg and fruit. I recommend it without a doubt.

Short time stayed

Very clean, nice and helpful stuffs, very close to Airport that’s very convenient if you have an early flight because Hanoi morning traffic is not a joke. The stuff helped us exchange money, and called taxi for us. Very helpful.

There is no lift in the building. Climbing up and going down stairs with luggages is not very appealing. Breakfast was okay, we could eat it. They could do better.

Good spot for a night before or after flight - owner is very friendly and helpful and cheap airport transfers / breakfast is average

Casue they are not used to travelers that stay more than one day they threw away some clothes and medications. It is a good place but if you arestaying for more than one day ask them about the logistics

The room was unclean, the air was thick and smelled of mold/mould and mildew. We only stayed one night and had to wear our face masks while we slept because the smell was so awful. The floor was sticky and wet, and had small black dots along the corners and walls. here were long strings of dust hanging from the ceiling. Oh and no breakfast was provided, but it is listed as part of the stay.

Clean, quiet, safe, convenient, excellent value with a wonderful concierge who saw to it that I got my brekkie before my early flight. A+

They provided fresh towels, good Wi-Fi, and a nice simple breakfast.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the airport as we arrived late. The staff were very helpful in guiding our taxi driver, and welcoming us just after midnight. In the morning we were welcomed with coffee, and then a long conversation with advice about how to best plan and manage our stay in Vietnam. Transport for the day was arranged, and we planned our return stay as we will be coming back to this hotel at the end of our stay. They also accommodated our storage needs while travelling in the on our bicycles. A really great start to our holiday in Vietnam.

THERE IS A VILLAGE A TEN MINUTE WALK AWAY. i LOVED IT. AMAZING VIETNAMESE FOOD & COFFEE CAFE'S. STREET SHOPPING I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT & CHOOSE TO STAY RIGHT AROUND THE GUESTHOUSE 7 just vibe on the local feel.

The listing for this property was confusing/ misleading. it is listed both as a hotel as well as a hostel with a cheaper price. We chose the hotel option at a more expensive price so we would havr a nicer and cleaner stay. But when we arrived it was only hostel standard in terms of cleanliness and facilities. It was priced extremely highly for the room condition- we wouldn’t have minded so much if we were charged the hostel price. We paid much less than this for more beautiful, clean and comfortable other hotel stays on our trip.

Nice room, soft but firm bed, nice lighting options in the room. Staff really helpfull carried the lugggage to room 👍

No elevator (due to covid killing bussiness they havent been able to install one BUT there is a plan to do it sometime in the future)

You could hear people talking in Lobby, hallway, rooms The first room given to us smelled a bit like sewage, but the changed us to another room which was ok, but no ventilation. No place to eat, went to airport for dinner

Small hotel with clean accommodation. Free Breakfast was simple but filling. I would recommend for a nice affords stay near the airport. The receptionist was really nice, she showed me some nice local coffee spots

It's not in an exciting location, but for airport transfers (which is what we used it for) it's fine. There are some shops and restaurants within an easy walk

This hotel was excellent value for money. Saraha on reception gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at home despite the late hour. The owner organized sim cards for us and helped us exchange money which made for a very easy start to our holiday. The room was large with 2 huge beds. A simple but freshly cooked breakfast. Good air conditioning.

The bathroom had broken floor tiles and the water squirted up between them. The shower drain was not under the shower. They supplied plastic shoes to wear so it was not a big issue but a renovation of the bathroom would make for a much better experience. The delayed pick up from the airport was the biggest issue but this was more the drivers fault than the hotels.

There aren’t many food options in the area but the hotel have a limited menu.

My trip to Ha Giang was extraordinary. It was the trip of a lifetime. I did the 4-days, 3 nights trip with and easy rider and it was lovely. The easy rider made my trip very convenient and a nice perk of not having to drive yourself is getting the BEST pictures and videos. The home stays were a ton of fun and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this trip

+ I slept very well here - Mr Tommy took very good care of me. He even invited me to join his family for dinner, as they were eating when I arrived at the hotel at 8PM. The Western-style breakfast had eggs, toast, fruit and coffee. I was able to contact the hotel for the pickup service using the airport's wifi and Whatsapp (I didn't have a SIM card) so it only took a few minutes once I called
