Habitació gran i comfortable.

Esmorzar molt just.

Nothing

Everything. The aircon didn’t work, bed was like sleeping on concrete, tv didn’t work, mini bar not even cold

The location being close to the airport was a benefit.

We arranged for a morning taxi via the hotel’s (lovely) reception at 03:30. The subsequent receptionist then tried to reprimand us when we came down in the morning claiming the taxi was arranged for 03:00. Completely unnecessary. There were also opened, used bottles of water in the room’s fridge on arriving.

every thing

service

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. They also upgraded my room for half the price. Very cool rooms with a bathroom next to the bed and a window. It's top!

The location is really far away from Ha Noi, but close to airport.

Good sized rooms and staff

That people thought they could smoke in their room and out in the corridor ~ not the staff’s fault and they promptly stopped them and sprayed air freshener as it was coming into my room

Pas très loin aéroport et l,accueil

Nice staff, very helpful.

Far from city centre and airport

Great value for money, free upgrade

No food places near by

A little farther from the city center, but I chose it because I needed a place near the airport. The room was big, comfortable, and clean, and the service was very polite and helpful. When I arrived, they even offered to prepare a separate breakfast for me if needed. Although I left very early in the morning, the staff still remembered and kindly offered to quickly prepare a meal before I left for the airport. A very thoughtful and welcoming experience.

Personnel très sympas, chambre très propre

l’emplacement est pas du tout pratique

Cleanliness

Racist area

Personal. Ochotny, snazivy.

Snídaně. Polevka ze sacku a kafe 3v1

Personel bardzo pomocny miejsce warte uwagi

Wanna super lecz mogłaby by troszkę większa

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, spacious and quiet.

There wasn't much to do in the local area but it was nice to relax.

The property was very quiet and had an old luxury feeling to it. The old luxury charm was the reason I choose this place and glad I was able to experience it. You can check out my entire experience at Lake Hotel on my YouTube channel AdventuresintoLaLaLand Thanks ladies for making my stay here great.

This is not a strike against the hotel but it worth mentioning so other guest are not caught of guard. I really enjoyed staying here and thought it was great because it was near the airport. However because it’s tucked away from main roads it was very difficult getting a grab to take me to airport at 4am it took me trying at least 5 times before going downstairs for help and the young lady offered to call taxi but paying only with cash. So just be mindful of this if you have an early morning flight like I did. Again this does not take away from the hotel but worth knowing…

Clean

Isolated

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was close to the airport for a cheap one night stay.

The sheets were obviously not changed as we found head hair and body hair underneath the first layer of sheets and the pillows.

Lovely clean hotel room, staff were super sweet and price was incredible for what you got. Only stayed one night but would definitely return in future :)

Every thing was good

Location and breakfast options

The staff were very nice, especially towards my 3 year old daughter. They arranged for a taxi for me to the airport for the morning. The breakfast was simple but good. For the price, it's a great place to stay closer to the airport.

It wasn't close to much, for me I liked the small town vibe, but others might not.

The room is big and clean, the staff was fast respond whatever you asked for. They also have driver to pick or drop you from and to airport. The driver is polite and nice.

My room was near the kitchen, so i can hear when someone speak or maybe have a dinner at that time.

limpeza, tranquilo, o pequeno lago no lado

Rooms size, modern, clean, extremely friendly staff.

nothing

Good price, nice and polite staff.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful with our transportation to the airport the morning that we left. We made a special request for breakfast and we got exactly what we asked. We will definitely come back.

Chỗ nghỉ cuối làng gần nghĩa địa, nhân viên kỳ kèo chai nước tính 40k, ăn nói như kiểu bố đời không thân thiện, mình biết ý nên ko thèm nói gì

chỗ nghỉ bẩn, tệ, nhân viên ăn nói với khách như kiểu ban ơn

I loved the hotel and the staff, they are so friendly

The staff were amazing & so helpful

It’s kind of on its own. Bur there’s an atm and shop nearby

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They ordered food for us from local restaurants and brought it right to our room, then simply added it to our final bill which made everything very easy. The women at the front desk were especially friendly and welcoming. They even made us fresh ramen and eggs for breakfast each morning, which was delicious. We were traveling with four young kids (ages 4–10), and they were very accommodating and patient with our family. The room was comfortable and it was a relaxing place to stay near the airport.

we were pretty much happy with everything there.

The facility was good, clean and especially the staff were really nice.. It's a good choice for people who want to avoid the city a little bit. The hotel is very close to the local market and everything there is super affordable. The only downside is even though the hotel serves food but in the menu there's no price included. Highly recommend this place,

Personal muy agradable y atento.

Tenía algún mosquito y no estaba muy limpio.
