Exceptional Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my second visit to Titanic Royal, and I can honestly say that my experience was even better than I expected. My first visit was when the hotel had just opened, and I came back again five years later. What impressed me the most is that the hotel still feels brand new, just like it did on my first visit. Everything is beautifully maintained, clean, and in excellent condition. Throughout my entire stay, I was genuinely happy and comfortable. I didn’t meet a single staff member who wasn’t friendly, professional, and cooperative. Everyone was always ready to help and made me feel very welcome. A special thank you to Mr. Ali at the Reception for his professionalism, kindness, and continuous support. And a very special thanks to Mr. Youssef, the Restaurant Manager, for his exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and for always making sure everything was perfect. The food, service, facilities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were all excellent. Coming back after five years and finding the hotel as impressive and well maintained as it was when it first opened is something truly worth mentioning. Titanic Royal is definitely one of the hotels I would happily return to again and again. I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Titanic Royal, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. The entire staff was extremely friendly, respectful, and attentive. What I appreciated most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere — they genuinely make you feel like you are among family. One thing that really impressed me was the equal level of care and attention given to all guests, regardless of nationality. As Egyptian guests, we received exactly the same warm hospitality, respect, and attention as international guests. This made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. A very special thanks to Mr. Boulos, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. He took great care of us throughout our stay and always made sure that everything was perfect. What impressed me even more was seeing that he gives the same level of attention and care to every guest. His professionalism, kindness, and hospitality really made a difference. Totul a fost la cel mai înalt nivel. Un teritoriu compact amenajat cu mult gust pe placul atit adulților cit și copiilor. Personalul foarte primitor și amabil. Mincare gustoasă. Tot personalul vorbește și înțelege bine engleză . Am rămas satisfăcuți absolut de tot.

The facilities are excellent, especially the pools and beach, but the truly amazing staff made the experience unforgettable. We stayed at Titanic Royal for 3 nights and 4 days with our family and had a wonderful experience. Our children were very happy throughout the stay and enjoyed the pools, beach, and family-friendly atmosphere. The beach was calm and safe for children to swim, which was a big advantage for us. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices every day. The hotel location is very good and close to the town. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms, facilities, and overall cleanliness were also very good. We would like to thank all the staff for making our holiday enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to families with children.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Titanic Royal. We had an incredibly wonderful stay at Titanic Royal from the very first moment until the last. The hospitality and service here are truly next-level. ​Smooth Check-in & Room Upgrade ​We arrived before the official check-in time, yet they managed to get us into our room early. To our delightful surprise, we received a free upgrade from a Family Room to a Family Swim-up Room (Room 1061), which was absolutely beautiful. The high-end treatment started from the bellman to the reception, with special thanks to Mr. Omar and his manager, Mr. Mina Wagih. ​Cleanliness & Housekeeping ​The room was outstanding, and cleanliness was top-notch. The housekeeping staff responsible for our room was exceptionally meticulous; they didn’t miss a single detail, which we highly appreciated especially since we were traveling with children. ​Dining & Buffet ​The main restaurant offered a premium dining experience with great variety. While the seafood variety could be slightly improved, the beef and chicken dishes were always available, diverse, and delicious. The staff at the restaurant was amazing, always helpful and ensuring we had everything we needed. ​Facilities, Beach & Pools ​The beach and swimming pools are gorgeous and very well-maintained. Even though the hotel occupancy was quite high, the resort is so well-managed that it never felt crowded. There were always plenty of available sunbeds, and we never had to stand in long queues for anything. Assistance was always offered by the staff before we even had to ask. ​ ​Special Acknowledgments ​I would love to give a special shout-out to the incredible staff members who made our stay unforgettable: Mr. Boulos: For his continuous support and dedication to making our stay absolutely flawless. ​Mr. Mina Wagih: For his exceptional hospitality and for proactively ensuring we had everything we needed before we even asked. ​Mr.

Animation Team ​Because the hotel set such an incredibly high standard (over-expectation) for everything else, the animation team felt a bit less impactful by comparison. They aren't bad at all, but the rest of the hotel's premium services just outshined them. The seafood variety could be slightly improved.

The food was the same everyday only 1 day a week was there seafood and when u walk from the cinema screen to the beach side in between there was a really bad smell of wee

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Unser Urlaub als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (3 und 1 Jahr alt) war ein voller Erfolg! Das Essen war jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und lecker. Im Hauptrestaurant gab es tolle Themenabende, und auch die À-la-carte-Restaurants waren super. Wir fanden immer etwas, das uns allen geschmeckt hat. Nachdem wir den ersten Teil unseres Urlaubs in einem anderen, sehr weitläufigen Hotel verbracht hatten, war dieses Hotel für uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern die absolut beste Wahl. Die kompakte Bauweise ist ein enormer Vorteil: Spielplatz, Pools (mit zwei tollen Kinderbecken), Kids Club und Restaurants liegen alle nah beieinander. Dadurch entfielen die langen Wege über ein riesiges Gelände, was den Tagesablauf mit unseren Kleinen extrem angenehm und entspannt machte. Ein großes Lob an Boris, Mina, Amr und das gesamte Personal, die haben einen herausragenden Job gemacht, waren jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! Trotz Urlaub mit zwei kleinen Kindern konnte ich mich dank des tollen Services und der angenehmen Atmosphäre rundum erholen und unsere gemeinsame Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel Familien uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff were amazing and so helpful. We had ended up at this hotel as our flight was cancelled and we stuck in Egypt for another 6 days. We were staying at its sister hotel before. I’m so glad we ended up here. We loved it so much we are booking again for this year. Ali looked after us after the stress of the cancelled flight and he was incredible he couldn’t do enough for us and checked in on us to make sure we were okay daily. Honestly if you want a good hotel and brilliant staff this is the one to book. Thank you Ali for making our stay stress free.
