The Location is amazing. Its architecture is cozy yet spacious and close to the beach. But the best thing of all is the customer service! Everyone is cheerful and helpful. Mr. Wael, the reception manager was extremely supportive and accommodating from the start till the last minute.

The resort has a fantastic atmosphere, and you can feel the positive energy the moment you step into the reception- especially when greeted by Mr. Wael and Ms. Ashrakat. Their welcoming smiles truly set the perfect mood for the vacation. The hotel is outstanding in terms of the accommodation, the aqua park, and the excellent services provided at the beach and the pools. The restaurant is exceptional, offering a delicious and wide variety of food. Furthermore, their animation team is beyond wonderful, delivering a different, fun, and entertaining show every single night. Truly, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in recent years, and it will definitely be my top choice whenever I plan another trip to this area.

Özellikle gün boyunca hem çocuklar hem de yetişkinler için düzenlenen aktiviteler çok daha iyi ve çeşitliydi. Çocuklarımız çok güzel vakit geçirdi, bu da bizim tatilimizi daha keyifli hale getirdi. Yemek çeşitliliği de her gün oldukça iyiydi ve farklı seçenekler sunuluyordu. Ancak otelin en güzel taraflarından biri kesinlikle çalışanları. Tüm ekip son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Başta Sayın Wael olmak üzere, restoran ekibine ilgileri ve güzel hizmetleri için özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. A wonderful hotel with a beautiful sandy beach. The food tastes great, and there is a clear focus on quality. The animation team is very active and entertaining. This hotel has become our favorite hotel in Hurghada. Whenever we come to Hurghada, we don’t even consider staying anywhere else. No geral gostamos muito do Hotel. Grande mas sempre tranquilo na piscina e praia. A praia do hotel é ótima. Quartos simples mas confortáveis. A comida era muito boa e tinha variedade. Funcionários simpáticos e muito prestativos. Os rececionista são muito prestáveis e sempre de sorriso no rosto. Tivemos um upgrade de quarto para vista mar, o que foi ótimo e agradecemos o miminho. Não temos nada de relevante apontar. Recomendamos e voltaríamos.

Aqui ficam umas criticas construtivas e que podem ajudar a melhorar.... Os sumos sem gás não são nada bons, têm um sabor estranho. Aconselho a repensarem e melhorarem neste aspeto. Os folhados do pequeno almoço, apesar da variedade, eram muito secos, a massa folhada era seca ....não gostei. Os lanches poderiam ser melhorados.

We had a very enjoyable stay at SUNRISE Alma Bay Resort. The best thing about the resort is the overall feeling of comfort and genuine hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of by everyone. A special thank you to Mr. Wael, the Front Office Manager, and Ashraqat, and all the reception team for their professionalism and warm hospitality. I would also like to thank Salah and Ramadan from the Beach Bar, Islam from the Lobby Bar, and Abdelrahman from the restaurant. They were all very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was good and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. Some dishes could have been better, but overall the variety and quality were good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping was well maintained. The beach is beautiful, sandy, and very enjoyable. However, the tide can be an issue, especially later in the day. I would recommend going to the beach early, preferably before around 1 PM, to enjoy the sea at its best. The pool was excellent—clean, large, and spacious, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the day. Overall, what really made our stay special was the comfortable atmosphere and the warm welcome from the entire team. You genuinely feel that the staff care about making your stay enjoyable. Thank you to the whole SUNRISE Alma Bay team for a wonderful stay. We would definitely consider coming back again.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to add more sun loungers around the pool, as they can be limited during busy periods.

Hotel Review I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the entire experience was excellent. All the staff members were extremely respectful, friendly, helpful, and professional. They were always willing to assist and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. He is very skilled at finding solutions to any problem and has a great ability to satisfy all parties with his calm and professional approach. One area that could be improved is the hygiene of the dishes and glasses. They should be cleaned and checked more carefully to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness and hygiene for guests.

Everything was exceptional starting with a call from Mr. Wael the reception manager one day before arrival to confirm our booking & ask about our arrival time. Staff is very friendly & always smiling. All hotel facilities, the aqua area, the swimming pool & the beach are perfect. It is our first time here but definitely we will come back again.

Mr Wael is very welcoming and supportive from the check-in till the end , asking about all details, Varieties and quality of food is amazing and delicious ,especially the oriental night, beach is very safe for children, and rooms are wide and clean. El negocio que esta en la playa ( actividades ) ,el Sr. que atiende es un encajoso con los precios( cobro 90 dolares por 2 personas por realizar snorkel). Lo íbamos a reservar un miércoles en el hotel para el jueves, pero la persona que atendía no se presentó por enfermedad. Cobraron 50 dólares por 2 personas.

The staff were amazing, super helpful, friendly and welcoming. Everyone was so kind and gladly helping out. Mr Wael from the front desk was extending nice and polite. The stay was really exceptional because of the amazing vibes the staff offered. Life guards are highly present around the pools which gives reassuring feeling to parents with kids around the pool.

The speciality restaurants that required reservations were not up to expectations, actually not really needed given that the main restaurant’s food is really delicious

I want to write a review and share my experience with the hotel Sunrise Alma Bay – Hurghada We are a family of five: my wife and I, and our three children (ages 16, 11, and 5). We stayed for 8 nights, from July 21 to July 29. Since there are no family rooms available, we booked two adjoining rooms—one for me, my wife, and our 5‑year‑old daughter, and the other for our two sons. Price: We booked about a month in advance through Booking.com, and the total cost for both rooms for 8 nights was $2,200 USD. This included an all‑inclusive package (all meals, snacks, and soft drinks). First impressions – Staff: Every single staff member, without exception, is highly trained and provides top‑tier guest service with excellent manners, speed, and professionalism. special thanks to Moustafa, Mohamed and Ashrakat from front desk. Rooms: The rooms are very spacious, though a bit dated. They come equipped with a kettle, a new TV, tea and Nescafé supplies, and the bathroom has all the basic amenities you'd expect from any hotel. There are also room towels, a safe, and cups/glasses in the bathroom. Housekeeping comes everyday for cleaning, and we have used their laundry service too 3 times, as they had discounted price (full bag around €9) during our stay. Note: The bathroom is also a bit old, but the design is quite modern. Dining: There are three restaurants: the main, large restaurant where all meals are served, plus two specialty restaurants (Italian and Asian). Each has its own set operating hours. There is also a 24‑hour bar near the reception, but please note that any orders placed after midnight are not complimentary and will be billed separately. Food quality: In my opinion, the food is excellent. It's varied, and every evening there is a different grilled item (fish, meat, etc.) prepared in a dedicated section of the restaurant. Swimming pools: There is a very large main pool, divided internally by depth so that guests of all ages can use it comfortably.

Location is amazing. The beach I love it big time , could be one of the most transparent beaches I have ever visited. Staff is so friendly and helpful. However, Mr. Wael, head of staff is the one who made our trip unforgettable. He could make the impossible possible. He did everything possible to make our stay exceptional. Gala dinner was more than yummy with different amazing well cooked variety. The pool was good also with cold water 😅 and always clean. They took a very good care of the safety especially in the aqua games area with the kids. Many thanks to Mr. Abd El-Fattah for making our stay very comfortable, he was always available for any request, recommendation or any need. The stuff of the main restaurant was very helpful 👌, makes us feel royal. The animation team was good also, add a little fun 😁 to our stay.

The room needs a little bit more attention regarding its maintenance. One of the spot lights in front of the main mirror was not working. Both telephones in the room and the bathroom were not working however they came two times to fix them. The card door locks worked for one night only and we had to change it every night. The Italian restaurant was extremely bad: taste and variety of dishes. As well as the red wine, the taste was very poor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. The room were very spacious and clean. The resort had everything we needed and more, the staff were very friendly and accessible anytime.

I was very surprised by this hotel's high rating. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and definitely the best part of the stay. However, the rest of the hotel was disappointing. 🙁 The territory is large but poorly equipped, not enough sunbeds, most of which are old and worn out. The outdoor furniture near the lobby bar was also cracked and outdated. Animation team was not visible. The food was mostly cold and not tasty, food covers were broken and difficult to open. The desserts were good. The snack bar service ( Cheif) was extremely slow. The service at the aquapark bar was excellent. The reception staff were very polite and helpful, but that was not enough to improve the overall experience. In my opinion, this is the weakest Sunrise hotel I have stayed in.

Plajı asla derinleşmiyor ve sahili kum, dolayısıyla çocuk için çok uygun. Animasyon aktiviteleri keyifliydi. Köfte çok lezzetliydi. Genel olarak yemek sorundu ama.

Yiyecek imkanları çok kısıtlı her saat yiyecek yok. Kutu bira her şey dahile dahil değil (aynı şirketin diğer otellerinde dahildi) yiyecek konusunda sıkıntı yaşadık ama şef ismail çözdü. Wael ahmed de çok ilgilendi. Fiyat performans denebilir ama alışkın olduğumuz sunrise kalitesi yok. Bir de restoranlar sadece gündüz açık ve beache yakın restoran yok. Pool bardaki hizmet çok sınırlı. Hem saat hem içerik olarak.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. The hospitality and reception were flawless, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They were incredibly professional and handled everything smoothly and gracefully, making our stay truly comfortable and memorable."The rooms were spotless and clean . We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and the beach, and the food was excellent with great quality. We would love to visit this wonderful place again soon! Highly recommended. And the kids planet I discovered late but really our kids enjoyed it thanks for the animation team we really enjoyed all activities and parties day and night

Odamız son derece temizdi ve her gün özenle temizlendi. Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve misafir memnuniyetine gerçekten önem veriyor. Kendimizi her zaman çok iyi hissettik. Yemekler, tesis olanakları ve genel atmosfer beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Huzurlu, kaliteli ve keyifli bir tatil geçirmek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Hurghada’ya tekrar gelirsek hiç düşünmeden aynı oteli tercih ederiz. Her şey için teşekkürler! Türklerin özellikle tercih etmesini tavsiye ederim. 3. kez hurgada ya gittik ve en iyi konakladığım yerdi. Hemen hemen her otelde wifi sorunu yaşadık ama burda iskelede bile wifi çekmesi oldukça iyiydi.

I had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Alma Bay. The beach is absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear water and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was the excellent value for money. You truly get a high-quality holiday experience at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Sunrise Alma Bay to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with great service, excellent food, and a stunning beach. I would definitely love to come back!

Denizi ve sahili güzeldi odalara çok yakındı. Odalar büyüktü. Çalışanlar çok iyi ve cana yakındı. Yemek çeşitliliği iyiydi aç kalmadık. Havuzu kullanmadık kişisel hijyen tercihimiz için. Ekstra ücretli olacak şekilde masaj ve diving satın aldık. Masaj konusunda cidden iyiydiler. Diving instructor da çok iyiydi.

Yemek alanı temiz değildi pek bazen garip bi koku oluyordu masalar çok yapış yapıştı. Odanın tuvaleti çok eskiydi bir iki sefer bozuldu. Tatilin 3-4 günü bağırsak enfeksiyonu geçirdim çok tatsız bir durumdu Çeşme suyunu ağzımıza sürmedik bile ama sebzeler neyle yıkanıyordu bilmiyoruz. Haziran ayında mısıra gidilmez

- I reserved two Deluxe rooms sea view, When I arrived Mr. Wael told me that We have a free upgrade to 2 family suites which were great. - Seats on both Sea and Pool are always available all time. - Restaurant and food specially Breakfast were very good in all-inclusive stay. - Staff are very helpful everywhere. - Bars are awesome, they cover all places (Lobby, Pool, Aqua and beach). Our stay was Excellent.

My only point to improve is that all rooms and suites in upper floor don't have ELEVATOR which was frustrating specially for residents with kids stroller like me.

Warm Welcome: The hotel reception was incredibly professional and elegant. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. I truly appreciate the pre-arrival coordination that ensured our rooms were located on the ground floor and were close to each other. A big thank you to Mr. Abdel Fattah (Front Office Manager) and Mr. Mahmoud (Reception) for their excellent room arrangements. Dining Experience: The food and beverage offerings were excellent across all bars. The quality was consistent, especially at the Lobby Bar, which serves my favorite Turkish coffee. Special thanks to Mr. Islam (Restaurant Manager) and Mr. Haggagy (Italian Restaurant) for their warm welcome and for organizing a wonderful birthday celebration for us. Management & Service: I must commend Mr. Yasser, the General Manager, for his meticulous attention to every detail across the hotel, restaurants, and rooms. A special thank you to Mr. Wael at the reception for his dedicated care regarding every aspect of our stay. Housekeeping: Special thanks to Mr. Ziad and Mr. Hamed from the housekeeping team (1000s block) for their constant smiles and their genuine efforts to ensure our comfort throughout the stay.

There were no major issues at all. Any minor concerns, such as room air conditioning or key card issues, were addressed immediately and professionally by the reception team. The level of responsiveness and care was truly impressive.
