Location and green trees with peaceful nature

Hospitality, cleanliness, staff behaviour, rooms.and it's decoration, location, recreation facilities, maintenance, quick response of staff.
Variety in choice of food, cost of food is too high, clearance of used dishes and plates which lie around for next 12 to 15 hrs at least or late till next day.
1.Beautiful property 2. Impeccable cleanliness 3. Admist lush greenery 4. Mini hill station vibes 5. Tasty food 6. Polite and courteous staff 7. Pottery and carrom 8. Gym and spa were decent of not too good 9. Star gazing
1. No live music in restaurant on weekdays. 2. No swimming pool ( major turn off) 3. No outdoor or indoor play area for kids. ( Not even balcony swings) 4. No activities no engage families. All resorts have at least something like pony rides or outdoor movie setup or music or animal farm.( Saying this after visiting multiple resorts) Basically, go there if you enjoy extremely quiet surroundings and greenery. It gets eerishly quiet!
for the charges of 5 star the spread could have been more lavish with better quality. However it was okay, and serving staff was very friendly & helpful. Quiet and Comfortable villa with Green surrounding. But not far from our Home in Gurgaon.
Swimig Pool is not There, so hardly any fun activity with Family

Secluded , remote yet close to the city
Not much
Best thing was the peaceful environment
Peaceful , nestled among a forest area .. eat , sleep and repeat. Pool, chess, table tennis, gym , pottery workshop , star gazing and more. There is a sunset point around 200 m from the hotel , Baba Mauji temple and Mangar lake a few kms from The hotel.
The property does not have pool
Very supportive and courteous staff, very nice location for the resort. Good spread in breakfast and dinner.

Excellent location in Aravalli hills
It was a good stay overall. The staff were very courteous and ensured that we had a comfortable stay even without our asking.

Location and views
Service bit slow, Food good but not excellent
The most horrible bicycle I have ever had. After 100 meter of ride it was already uncomfortable. Breaks are dead and no gear. Staff are lazy everyone is chilled out. 30 minutes to serve a tea but a gentle reminder because they do forgot it. It happened twice. Nice location, clean and comfortable however service way under class.
Beautiful surroundings and pleasant environment. Activities like pottery and star gazing are amazing.
Property is lovely but I was wondering why there is no lock for washrooms, this was main negative point. Room service like everyday cleaning, replace towel and replenishing tea/coffee should be a default. Also, portion size could be larger for dinner. This property is a bit far from the city which gives opportunity to stay in a serene location, however, a bit scary to travel in late evenings.
Quite place and nice location
Staff is not fully trained and things were very slow . They not doing extra effort. Gone there for anniversary left a note well before still . Rooms were ready one hour late .
Location and openness
Food and food spread
Location
Pathetic undertrained unprofessional rude unaccommodating horrible staff. Our kids had a separate room and made some calls to the front desk - which we admit wasn't correct on their part. But without informing us, or ever connecting with us regarding this issue, one staff member went up to the kids room at 11 pm and started screaming at them and threatened them. When we went to question him, he glared at our kids with an intimidating look. I will never go back to this pathetic property again. Not one person apologised! Horrible pathetic staff
everything except price (value for money)
price.
Lighting at the premises was well designed. It is in accordance to the nature.
There were frequent power cuts, though it was for max one min each. But it was not expected.
Worst 5 star property as compare to others ! Don’t follow others guidelines eg. rejected Booking.com or Agoda.com etc. Hotel follows its own pricing and guidelines.
The ambience and the food
Less staff at reception for Check in and check out. No cabs available
as we thought it did nit met our expections. staff could be more better with services and also some more activites to be added to the place.overall i very silent place to relax but can have a pool to relax etc
The stay was comfortable and the staff was fine.
The food was not up to the market ,there is variety but no taste . I feel the quality needs to be upgraded especially as there are so many restaurants in gurgaon .
Location and food
General upkeep of property Rooms Staff
The location and the route to the property is easy to access and well located! The rooms are huge and well designed. Overall property is decent and we enjoyed the activities like stargazing, also pottery looked fun but one wheel isn't enough for all the guests staying! Food is decent, not the best or the worst really.
The staff at the check in desk is quite rude and unprofessional. Think his name was Vipin (not the manager), the room was not ready when we reached one hour post check in time. Me who was a little unwell at the time and my pregnant friend were made to wait for an additional hour in the lobby and we didn't get a clear response from him regarding our when our room will be ready. I had to chase this guy down to get it done, eventually the MOD showed up and helped us check in quickly. The rooms are full of flies and the staff needs to clean it up properly before guests show up, we had to call someone to get rid of the flies infestation these guys are dealing with!
The location and the rooms are excellent. Rooms are so spacious, almost the size of a regular hotel suite.
The food can improved substantially. I feel it is quite overpriced but not upto the mark. Also, some of the staff, I would term them a little rough around the edges. Things like getting the porch lights turned on is a basic thing they should’ve taken care of. Also, overall better lighting would definitely help guests who like to take midnight strolls in this otherwise peaceful property.
Location
Not having a swimming pool
Room size, room facilities, toiletries in the room were good. Balconies in the room are good. Distance from delhi 👍 Pottery, chess, stargazing, spa, gym, pool table
Small property. Just 35 rooms. Hardly anything to do. No swimming pool. Winters Could be a better time to visit the property. Food is average.
Excellent service.
All was good.
It was a great place to relax and the staff was very helpful
The property should have a pool it is only missing a pool
Comfortable quiet excellent food
Lack of swimming pool
Staff Service and Courtesy
Spa not working. No instructor at GYM.
Breakfast was awsome.
There should be swimming pool or plunge room.

location was perfect and good ,nearby delhi ,peaceful

Location , service and comfort
Gym could have been better and swimming pool was not available
The food was amazing. The location is excellent and convenient. The staff is extraordinary. They go out of the way to look into all of your needs. Would definitely recommend to fellow travellers.
The property could very well have a pool.
Its serene
The location
Nothing. Everything was good
The Room Nos. from 102-108 have a panoramic view, whereas the other room nos. from 108-134 has construction on the other side of the rooms. So choose from room nos. 102-108 for a clear and unobstructed views. As we were only 3 families in the resort on the day of our stay, it is difficult to comment on the total feel when the same is fully occupied.
Rooms were good, staff was good.
No facilities as a five star property
The dinner experience and one at the bar were enjoyable
Breakfast was very ill-managed; the staff was inadequate and non-responsive. On day 1 occupancy was very low and therefore the place was better managed. Day 2 breakfast was very disappointing. Cold milk for the cereals was not available and was given on request. It was found to have curdled. The Uttapam batter had also turned stale and sour. These were simply unacceptable.
the view from our room
extremely avg food. Highly overpriced. we were travelling for our anniversary and checked in a couple of hrs late to spend more time we asked for a late checkout but were denied the request even though resort was empty. spa was not available as it shuts at 6. not deserving of a 5 star rating
staff offering solution again and again.
there were too many insects. the first room we got, had to be changed because a black reptile was present in the room. the second room we got had lights going out again and again. the ac went off again and again too. lastly what’s most sad is got skin infection after being in touch with the bed sheets. it is sick. worst property ever in terms of hygiene.
When one hears the name “Lalit Group of Hotels, there is a certain standard / expectation one has from such hotels. It was a thorough disappointment especially with the staff right from the time we checked-in and then checked out. I wouldn’t recommend stay here
