The room where we slept it was not fine the floor we are not use it,an the shower when we bath all the water flows to the bed room under the bed ,but we did tell them so that they can fix the tiles,but beside that it's a nice place to relax cause it very quite

It was so refreshing, felt like a holiday home. The breakfast was also so nice and perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pecan Bush Lodge! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful — definitely a 10/10 for their service. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and we really appreciated having a restaurant on-site. It was so convenient for the days when we didn’t feel like preparing our own food or going out. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very satisfying. The lodge itself is beautiful and has four lovely swimming pools, which was a great bonus. And best of all — the Jacuzzi! 🥰 It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would definitely recommend Pecan Bush Lodge. We would happily visit again! ❤️

The only thing we would have preferred was for the room to be cleaned daily. We really appreciated receiving clean towels, but having the room serviced each day would have made our stay even more comfortable. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 😊

Cleanliness of unit and restaurant

Tha Spa was under renovation and I was not informed , was put up in a room where furniture was all pushed aside no but no spa ambience at all was at 10h00 in the morning 8 degrees outside no heater , curtains couldn't even close people passing by can see threw windows, went extra for champagne option no glasses not even chair to sit on and enjoy your champagne after a massage, very very disappointing I call the manager by phone and want to blame the two lady's, ,which give give a wonderfull massage

The bed linen wasn't changed 😒,it was dirty.There were no shower soap or gel and caps iyooh... I asked in the morning if we can have any the cleaning ladies said it's usually like that,I asked if bed linen can be changed as it was literally dirty during housekeeping,the cleaning ladies said no only when when one has booked more days 🙄...The breakfast menu needs to be changed honestly and be appetizing.....

The linen was not changed. We had to use the same set of towels for the rest of our stay, which was really not nice. Cutlery was not changed or washed.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent—well prepared, clean, fresh, and delicious. We really enjoyed both meals.

Room was small. Didn't meet expectation. We had to fetch water from the toilet to fill in the kettle. No broom or mop to wipe on the floor. Water was everywhere i started running the shower.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the tranquil area, views, beach sand and oh... the breakfast was the beeest! A huge gratitude to Justice, Mike and the other guys. Everyone was lovely 😍 We'll definitely book again for the entire family.

A suggestion rather: water from the shower gets everywhere, maybe work on that...

The room, the venue was very clean. Massage was perfect but the equipment/ blankets were not nice at all (only at the massage room) but my bed room was amazing..nice and clean

The place is very beautiful and the breakfast.

There was no bath soap, they didn't took out the dustbin when they clean, water were coming out from the shower to the room once u bath the room become wet. They only gave us 1 toilet paper and never put another one when they clean.

The location is peaceful and perfect for a bush getaway, breakfast was fresh and plentiful staff welcoming.

I loved the food, the atmosphere, the staff and the shower definitely 😊. The staff is always happy to help, Freeman and Mike is always smilling and willing to assist. Makes us feel like family returning home after a long break

The only thing that was not to great is the bed. Hard and uncomfortable to sleep on

My only critique is that for self catering rooms, its grossly underfurnished. No sink to wash dishes, no braai utensils in the room, no stove/2plate. We were able to request everything we needed from the reception but its not ideal.

The breakfast was amazing, i think the lodge should have more signs with reflectors as we almost got lost even though we have entered the main gate and considering having lights somewhere in the middle because it is a distance from the main gate to the lodge.

I love that the staff was attentive to our needs, ensuring that the room was warm when we returned to it after being out all day.

We booked a jacuzzi and it wasn’t clean, the water looked dirty and had a bit of smell so we didn’t really enjoy our session.

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The room was clean.

The walls are very "thin", so you can hear the other guests in the other rooms. The wall pluggs "light up" when it is on, so you have this red lights on in the night. Also the outside lights shine through the curtains and blinds. So basically the room is all "lit up" when it should actually be dark in order to sleep. But other than that, everything was great.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. There are lovely pools and gardens with nice views of the mountains and is situated centrally to many attractions in the area near the Cradle of Mankind. The buffet breakfast was very nice.

Due to natural spring water coming down from the mountain after a rain, some of the grass areas gets soaked and some pathways have running water on them, making it a bit difficult to walk along. Perhaps some clear brick or cement walkways could be added that make it easier to waljk trough the gardens.

Listen, your service. It is world class. From the person greeting us at the parking lot. The receptionist upgrading us without us asking. The staff getting up early and packing us breakfast and gave us silverware cutlery because we had to leave early. Enough breakfast to last a whole day. Then Justice our waiter asking us the next day at breakfast where we were because he didn't see us. Everyone was so friendly! Thank you for a wonderful experience

The rooms need reception need block out curtains - the lights from outside are so bright at night our room was basically like daylight. A lot of areas are under construction or need maintenance.

The breakfast was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly. Mr Frieman welcomed us warmly Justice and the lady who was serving at the restaurant were amazing.

We wanted a peaceful place to rest but the noise was overwhelming. We opted to stay in a tent but every morning without fail we would be woken up by staff conversating loudly. Guests also play their music so loud. The noise regulation was terrible. It’s a beautiful place and I will definitely go back but the noise levels take away so much of the experience.

The Breakfast was amazing. The food in general was really really good. Big portions, fresh and great value for money. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The facilities were great. Lots of Pools and areas to chill and rest. We had a great stay.

The rooms are great but one of the rooms didn't smell so great (it had a mouldy/wet smell which was not so pleasant. It was very noisy at night with people walking around and talking loudly even once the music was off.

The Lodge is in the perfect place, the staff was exceptional. Everything is exactly as seen on the website.

The shower is dreadful. The place really needs an upgrade & there is a serious water problem running down the property so you have to go around to get to the restaurant. The dinner menu is dreadful!

The jacuzzi we enjoyed and the rooms very clean and warm no too much noise restrictions wow the pools more especially the one next to the beach very beautiful the staff was very excellent very friendly and helpful

I think among those pools one must be a heated for us to swim at night in winter or on rainy days or in cloudy weather but the place is super good
