Rustige homestay met een fijn bed, airco in de kamer en een ruime, goede douche. We konden laat in de nacht inchecken. Het ontbijt was simpel, maar prima.

Geen opvallendheden. We waren op doorreis, dus zijn er maar een nacht gebleven.

Our home away from home. Always greeted with a smile. Always clean and quiet. Such a lovely place Small kitchen is appreciated.

Jammer dat we niet in de gerenoveerde kamer zaten . Dit houd in dat je badkamer en keuken oud zijn . Slaapkamer daar in tegen is goed onderhouden.

The place was peaceful and quiet, but still really close to the beach and everything you need. The breakfast was especially a highlight. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

The shower got a little clogged after a day of use, but it was just a small issue and didn’t affect our overall stay.

The breakfast was very good and room was simple but clean and comfortable, we would definitely go back again 😁

This little hotel is in a great location its clean, nice pool and rooms were huge.

Superbe logement. La piscine est vraiment super et les chambres très grandes avec une douche et une baignoire ainsi qu’une cuisine (mais en revanche rien pour cuisiner). Le petit déjeuner est aussi très bon. Il est aussi bien situé, proche de commerces et de la plage à 5 min à pied.

We loved Gunakaya so much we have booked to stay again. Friendly staff, great renovated large rooms. Bathroom and shower huge. Bed comfy and free breakfast included. We also hired bikes for a day from reception. Short walk to the beach and very close to massimos. Pool small but perfect for us.

Bed was sooooo comfortable. Room was modern and well decorated with attention to detail. Garden very green and flowery. Staff were great and at hand to help with any wish or want that was requested.

We only had one night. I wish I had booked more.

My biggest complaint about Guna Kaya Homestay is that it is becoming increasingly difficult to book because too many people are discovering this little gem! We stayed for 11 nights, which gave us plenty of time to appreciate just how well this place is run. The location is outstanding, with plenty of great food options within walking distance and a fantastic little laundry nearby that made it easy to keep on top of our washing during our stay. The staff are absolutely amazing. Alit and her team run a well-oiled machine and somehow seem to know the exact moment you've left your room. Every time we returned from a swim, a meal, or a day out exploring, our room had been magically cleaned and refreshed. The pool is beautiful and perfectly maintained, and the breakfast, while simple, is incredibly delicious. I still have no idea what they do to their scrambled eggs, but they are some of the best I've ever had. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay. The team happily accommodated every request, from charging our scooter to storing our luggage while we spent a few days in Nusa Lembongan. Overall, Guna Kaya Homestay continues to be one of our favourite places to stay in Bali. The exceptional staff, spotless rooms, beautiful pool, delicious breakfast and fantastic location make it an easy recommendation.

The only suggestion I would make relates more to some guests than the property itself. Guna Kaya is a family-friendly homestay with a beautiful pool, and part of its charm is seeing people actually enjoying their holiday. During our stay there were guests who seemed irritated by children swimming, laughing, splashing, and guests enjoying a beer by the pool. I also overheard comments at the property expressing frustration about families using the pool, and later noticed similar sentiments mentioned in another review. Personally, I thought this was exactly what a relaxed Bali holiday should look like. The pool is there to be used, not treated like a library. If your ideal holiday involves complete silence and everyone sitting perfectly still around the pool, you may be happier at an adults-only retreat. Perhaps a few additional loungers in the garden area would provide a quieter option for guests seeking peace and solitude, while allowing families and other holidaymakers to enjoy the facilities without feeling like they're breaking unwritten pool etiquette. After all, people swimming, kids laughing and adults having a Bintang around a pool in Bali is not a crime. 🍻🏊‍♀️🌴

Très spacieux et confortable quoiqu'un peu vieillissant. Noyé dans la verdure en plein coeur de la ville, c'est un réel atout. Le petit déjeuner aurait pu être plus varié. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

The stuff is very friendly, the room is spacious and very clean. A lot of space for storage all the clothes and surfing equipment. The bed is comfortable to sleep, and it very quiet and peaceful around. Location is wonderful: just 7 minutes on foot from the beach. Breakfast is basic, but tasty.

Unfortunately, the amenities are very basic. Be ready that there is no hair dryer and shower gel: only 1 small personal bottle of shampoo, 2 pieces of soap and 2 dental kits are provided. And no small towels, only 1 big towel per person. We stayed for 3 nights, and our towels were not changed for some reason.

This is a lovely place to stay. Lovely comfy beds and pillows, gorgeous garden setting and great shower. Close to main road but a little secluded. Great coffee cafes and food easy walking distance.

Weinig ruimte bij het zwembad en werd in beslag gehouden door de kamers die er omheen liggen.

Our second stay at Gunakaya. They have upgraded facilities, especially the shower. Amazing to have strong hot water. Everything about this place is done well.

Emplacement plutôt intéressant avec la plage à proximité, commerces et restaurants accessibles facilement à pied. Chambre très propre. Personnel d’accueil très agréable. Piscine sympa. Petit déjeuner pas fou mais correct.

Un peu léger sur les produits d’hygiène. Serviettes qui sentent mauvais. Personnel assez bruyant le matin. Manque d’insonorisation entre les chambres.

Sehr schön angelegter Garten und Pool Bereich, herzlicher Empfang , sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal . Zimmer waren groß, super bequemes Bett und große Dusche im Badezimmer. Es gab auch einen Kühlschrank. Wir konnten von dort bequem an den Strand laufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war mega. Habe hier mein bestes Nasi Goreng gegessen.

Great room, very big and spacious. Very clean. The gardens are beautiful, and the swimming pool was very pretty. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location is great, a short walk to the beach, and close to caffes and restaurants. We only stayed there one night as it was relatively close to the airport.

The swimming pool was mostly in the shade, but I know that's often preferred in Bali.

Peut être un petit déjeuner plus élaboré, mais sinon ok Attention pour 3 avec enfant, ils considèrent qun lit king size suffit :, un extrabed par terre coûte 200k par jour en supplément

Endroit au calme dans un petit jardin, piscine à l'abri des regards. Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable. A 8 minutes à pied de la plage et 3 minutes de l'axe où se trouvent warung et autres boutiques.

We had a lovely stay at this homestay. The place is clean and very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the beach! The staff were always incredibly helpful with anything we needed. We would love to come back.

Super Lage, Strand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr großes Zimmer mit Küche.

Staff super friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Had some noisy guests using the pool until 1145pm, so maybe ask for some distance from pool if you're a light sleeper. Also sweeping starts early some mornings- 530am- so if you're a light sleeper as for some distance from the front. Bonus is everything is very clean. Can hire bikes here which is super handy.

Breakfast was instant coffee and packet juice, just depends if that's your thing or not

L'espace de petit déjeuner n'était pas agréable et pas propre. L'installer dans le jardin, en extérieur, serait tellement mieux. Seul endroit où nous avons eu un petit déjeuner où tout est industriel même le jus. On a pris une chambre vue sur jardin et on avait en fait un mur, dommage.

Its functional. Kitchen was open air and a heat trap, so wasnt useable. Shower was lukewarm.

Alles was top, naar het ontbijt deed daar wat afbreuk aan: een ranja achtig sapje in plaats van fresh fruit Juice en heel.weinig fruit.

The property is very central; a short walk to the main street and about 300m to the beach area. There some really good dining options close by.

This property was compatible to other home stays costing around 500k per night. It seems to be somewhat overpriced
