El precio estaba en dolares en Booking $40 USD y me cobraron $40.000 CLP, el pago fue con tarjeta, claramente fue no estuvo bien el cambio. Ya era tarde, no discutí, directo a dormir. Supongo que era solucionable.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Cesar and his mum are really friendly. Location is great if you’re getting a bus from the station - it’s about a 10 minute walk. But it’s also really close by the town centre. Huge plus is that Alveoli Bakery is literally a minute away - great for a quick meal if you need one. There’s also a minimart a block away which is very well stocked. Cesar also offers an airport transfer which is flexible with your checkout time. A bit pricier than the big companies but worth it for the convenience!
The rooms are not completely blacked out from light and also not completely soundproof, so if you are a very light sleeper you might want to bring plugs/eye mask.

We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to have stayed there and interacted with our very kind and perfectly gracious hosts. (Muchas gracias, mama! :) ) Quiet, exquisitely clean and comfortable, everything we needed was available (even a battery for our hand-held luggage scale). Plenty of hot water in the shower, and a hot water maker, refrigerator, and dishes in the room for self-catering. Nice bed and bedding. Soft towels. Soaps. The location, for us, was perfect--near enough to the bus stations we needed and close enough to the shops and city sights of Puerto Natales that we were interested in visiting. We stayed the night before our "W Trek" and the also the night after that same backpacking adventure, with the hotel storing our suitcases for 5 nights while we were trekking in Torres del Paine. For us, it was just right--even a blessing for which we were grateful and will remember!
No problems for us. We absolutely would return!

It was a little noisy with other guests leaving or arriving and the lights in the common area were a bit bright coming through the window. But nothing earplugs and an eye mask couldn't fix.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Spotless room and bathroom. Had a hair dryer, wifi, hot water, and some coffee/tea in the room. There was also a microwave in the common area that we could use. The host and the elderly lady that received us were very kind and patient too. We were allowed to leave our bags here before our stay as we were planning to return only after our W trek. The place was a short 6min walk to the bus terminal.

The host has a hard time putting himself in the shoes of the customer. After an 12 hour trip there the last thing I want to do is discuss financial issues at 1 in the night on the phone who doesn't speak english and does not accommodate for my slow Spanish, over a thing that could easily be discussed in the morning.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Die Familile, die die Unterkunft betreibt, war unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit! Zimmer und Bad sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben vor und nach unserer Wanderung im Torres del Paine Nationalpark jeweils eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und konnten unser Gepäck währenddessen kostenlos in der Unterkunft lassen. Perfekte Lage, sowohl das Zentrum als auch der Busbahnhof sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war sehr gut und ich habe ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Hof gehabt. Warmwasser, Heizung alles hat gut funktioniert. Die Nähe zum Busterminal und auch zum Zentrum waren super. Gleich um die Ecke gab es einen tollen Bäcker, dort wurden auch Speisen und Getränke angeboten, die sehr gut schmeckten.
