L’emplacement est central tout en étant un peu à l’écart de la route principale. Nous avions une jolie chambre à l’étage avec un balcon et une grande baie vitrée qui permet de profiter de la vue magnifique depuis le très confortable lit. Les hôtes sont charmants et le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux !

It's a stunning view from the sweet little room. A really comfy bed, very clean room, and a nice little balcony to sit and take in the landscape. Very handy little fridge too. Senasuma is only a five minute walk to the heart of town (albeit up a very steep hill on the way back!), and short walks to the head of both the Nine Arches trail, and the Little Adam's Peak trail. They also do a delicious breaky! I'd come back again for sure.

Tutto perfetto. Camera pulitissima, letto comodo, con balcone e una bellissima vista. La signora è stata molto gentile. Ci ha anche organizzato il transfer per Trincomalee a buon prezzo. Grazie

É um homestay, mas independente da casa da família. O quarto era muito acolhedor e limpo. O casal muito simpático e disponível. A localização é ótima. Fica mesmo perto da rua principal de Ella, mas recolhida do barulho normal de uma cidade como Ella. O pequeno almoço é simples, mas muito bom.

Clean, basic room and bathroom, but stunning view - nice for a quick one night stay in Ella. Lovely breakfast with a delicious fresh fruits. Because it’s a home stay it’s worth communicating arrival and checkout date with the owners.

Loads of bugs in the room and weirdly in the bed despite mosquito net. I paid discounted price but the full cost seem to be very high taking that the accommodation is quite basic.

The best part where we stayed was that we had the most privacy. A incredible view. And the breakfast was perfect for us, never went without a empty stomach. We arrived very late and the hotel manager came immediatly after i called him. It was 2 am. So very big thank you, we will return back one day soon.

Spacious room with large comfortable bed and good sized bathroom although a little dated and tired. Lovely, helpful hosts. Great outdoor common area with lovely views out to the mountains. Nice breakfasts with fresh juice each morning. A 10 min walk into the main town.

Room very small, no wardrobe very difficult to keep clothes no place to keep luggage very difficult to walk, no air conditioning only fan provided , the fan automatically switch off every half hour, I book 2 days but I checked out 1 day, breakfast fine but the place served small tent not very cleaned, over all average

A stunning view of Ella rock from the balcony & of sun set/moon. Saw a giant tree squirrel which came onto the balcony. Breakfast delicious. Helpful family. Offer yoga, transportation & other services. Need a tuk tuk from the station if have luggage to to steep hill. Good to a short walk from the centre to avoid noise.

We had a very good stay here. A simple accommodation with everything you need. Amazing value for money. Great, plentiful breakfast - they served us something else every morning (we spent 3 nights here). We had egg hoppers, coconut roti, american and sri lankan pancakes, coconut rice… amazing fruit everyday. They were very helpful and organized transport and laundry for us. Great communication over WhatsApp. Location is good, just a few minutes up a steep hill from the main street. Good pillows. very spacious room, bathroom and balcony. I like the huge window in front of the bed.

Would not recommend this place for people with mobility issues. The bed sheet was too small for the bed. The bed was very squeaky on one side. No AC, only a fan.

Great homestay to experience a closer experience to Sri Lanka lifestyle! Although you're just minutes away from the city center, this is a very cute and quiet homestay. You will have to go up the hill from the main street to the homestay, but it only takes 5 mins. The staff was super friendly and always attentive to any request. Rooms were spacious and beds super comfy. Although the bathrooms were not the most fancy looking, we had warm water and it was well equiped. We also didn't have any smell. The best is definitely watching the sunrise from your bed. We also had breakfast here and it was very delicious local breakfast!

Bathrooms are not the fanciest (as shown in the pictures). But you have warm water and everything works great with no plumbing smell.

Great location even though you have to take about 100 m uphill path to reach this place from the main street. Super cosy rooms, spacious bathroom, big balcony with a nice view from there. Very good breakfast. Laundry service with reasonable price. Kind host. Everything was great there. Thank you!

L'hébergement se situe dans les hauteurs d'Ella et donc pas dans le centre ville très bruyant. Seulement à 1 minute à pied du centre et des restaurants. Très belle vue. Et le petit plus, nous avons fait laver notre linge qui est revenu tout propre et bien plié dès le lendemain. Un petit déjeuner très bon également.

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Man muss zwar den Berg hoch, was für uns aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Man ist aber direkt an der Hauptstraße und kann dort schlendern und sehr gut essen. Das Frühstück war recht flexibel und auch abwechslungsreich. Ansonsten war immer jemand da und uns wurde sogar für unsere Sonnenaufgangstour ein TukTuk organisiert.

Es war wirklich sehr sehr laut durch die ganzen TukTuks, man hat das Gefühl die fahren durch das Zimmer durch. Es war auch leicht feucht, das Problem hatten wir bis jetzt aber in jeder Unterkunft hier. Wir fanden den Wäscheservice mit 700 Rupees pro kg Wäsche recht teuer.

Wat kleinere kamer. Het ligt op een steile berg. Je moet flink naar boven hiken om er te komen. Niet veel taxis komen er ook.

Bardzo ładny pokój, wyglądał na świeżo odnowiony, taras z pięknym widokiem i można poprosić o śniadanie o której godzinie się chce, które było bardzo dobre. Rodzinna atmosfera. Ciężkie podejście pod obiekt, ale żeby mieć takie widoki warto.

The view was very nice and also the family is very kind. Breakfast was good and we have a good stay. Very close to the main town so you can walk. We had a nice stay here.

The bathroom is a little bit older and can be updated, also it smells not so good. But this you have a lot in Sri Lanka because of the wastewater.

It was not Deluxe. The room was small with no furniture, so we had to live out of our cases tucked under the bed The bedding had been washed but was badly stained It can be noisy at night

Molt còmode i a prop del centre

Unser Zimmer mit Bergblick war super schön, groß und recht neu renoviert. Es ist recht ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist das Zentrum fussläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Das Zimmer roch modrig/feucht. Es sind viele Personen angestellt und ein klarer Ansprechpartner hat für uns gefehlt bzw war nicht sichtbar.

Las habitaciones son bonitas y con unas vistas preciosas. El personal era muy amable. Las camas cómodas y baño muy amplio y limpio. El lugar es tranquilo y un poco apartado del bullicio de la calle principal.

El desayuno no nos gustó mucho.

Il manquait une prise d’un côté du lit.

Het ontbijt was zeer rijkelijk! De locatie was ook zeer goed op wandelafstand van het centrum en weg van het lawaai. De eigenaar en zijn familie waren heel vriendelijk.

Er is wel een steile helling, dus je bagage moet met de tuktuk van de eigenaar naar boven. Dit was snel geregeld zonder problemen. Geen airco, wel een ventilator.

La struttura è situata vicina al centro, ma è perfetta per godere di un po’ di tranquillità dal centro molto caotico. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, pronto nella risposta su whatsapp e ci ha anche accompagnato alla stazione con il loro tuk tuk ad un buon prezzo.

Non tutte le camere sono ristrutturate, la nostra era basica e vecchio stile, ma c’era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Forse le lenzuola potrebbero essere più pulite, ma capiamo che gli standard non siano quelli europei.

Camera accogliente e pulita.Non c'è aria condizionata ma viene lasciato un ventilatore a disposizione (non lo abbiamo usato perchè faceva freschetto).Posizione comoda per raggiungere i vari localini a piedi.Il proprietario è sempre disponibile e accogliente 😊

Aggiungerei qualcosa alla colazione (per chi ha intolleranze e /o allergie alimentari,sarebbe ottimo poter prevedere qualcosa di diverso anche con supplemento)

El alojamiento se encuentra cerca del centro de Ella. La habitación nos pareció bonita y acogedora. El baño era correcto. El personal era muy atento y estuvo disponible para ayudarnos en todo momento.

Creemos que por el precio, el desayuno podía ser más completo y la limpieza podría mejorar, ya que habían algunas manchas en la sábana y en una de las toallas que estaban en el suelo. La puerta de la entrada de la habitación costaba cerrar y abrir. También nos faltó un aire acondicionado.

Abbiamo pernottato in una camera con una vista meravigliosa su Ella. Il personale era sempre sorridente e disponibile immediatamente ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ci hanno preparato una colazione meravigliosa. La posizione è centrale al paese, ma lontano il giusto dalla strada principale. Salita impegnativa per arrivarci. La camera era pulita, il letto con zanzariera comodo e il bagno molto ampio.

Leuke homestay, simpele indeling, groot balkon. Vriendelijke gastvrouw/ heer. Lekker ontbijt. We maakte ook gebruik van de was service complimenten. Het verblijf is simpel maar precies was je nodig hebt. Prima locatie, dicht bij de strip van Ella.

Geen ac, wel een ventilator aanwezig. De nachten waren prima het koelde in de avond af. De homestay ligt op een berg, houdt er rekening mee dat dit best een steile klim naar boven is. Tot ong. 22.00 heb je wat last van muziek. Niet storend.

Dankzij Senasuma Homestay hebben wij een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Ella. De gastheer is erg vriendelijk en helpt je graag met vragen die je hebt. Hij heeft ons geholpen met het zoeken naar een leuke workshop in de buurt. Het ontbijt is erg lekker en de faciliteiten in de kamer en badkamer zijn goed en schoon. De toegangsweg tot de homestay is erg stijl. Wij reden met onze eigen tuktuk en het lukte ons niet deze de heuvel op te krijgen. De gastheer heeft ons hier heel fijn mee geholpen waardoor het alsnog geen probleem was. Het was een zeer geslaagd verblijf!
