Our stay in Drizzle Valley was good, very supportive and friendly care takers and owner.

Food was good affordable

In one room alone heater was not properly working

16 km from Munnar, no nearby restaurants or shops. Tiny swimming pool, it's ok for kids; food items are expensive. This location has no other options. We cannot expect the climate to be like Munnar

Hotel owner joy is very nice guy and he treats well. If people are willing to stay in greenish with peaceful environment, they can choose this cottage.

The place was Good! If you looking for an budget room it will.perfecty suits for you! Even the view it provide on the way was mesmerizing! Since we came on bike it's very easy for us to travel to this room!

Only issue we had was distance from main area! It's over 7km outer! Other wise everything was perfect! I definitely recommend you all

Ich war rundum zufrieden. Besonders der junge Koch hat ein hervorragendes indisches Frühstück und abends chicken curry gemacht. Unter mir wohnte leider zwei Tage lang ein Paar was sich lautstark ohne Ende unterhielt. Ansonsten war es sehr ruhig in einer tollen Regenwaldlandschaft mit Balkonaussicht.

Staff is worst hard but stay is amazing neet and clean

Our stay at Drizzle Valley Cottage was truly exceptional! I have never met such a wonderful host as Anoop. He is kind, warm-hearted, and an amazing cook ,every meal he prepared for us was absolutely delicious and made with care. The room was spotless, with 24-hour hot water and strong WiFi. The location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful nature, offering peace and relaxation. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful, and there is also the option for lunch and dinner, all prepared by Anoop himself , a truly special hospitality experience. It is highly recommended to have some kind of transportation, as the area can be in high demand. Unfortunately, we were a bit unlucky and couldn’t arrange it due to limited availability. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend it!

The rooms were really clean and the staff was just too good

The drive to this property was stunning! These best part was the host who made sure we were well taken care of. He also prepared delicious meals for us and always greeted us with a smile. We would be happy to stay here again!

Room images and real room are different....as we seen the room images we expected the real but the real room are different. And we are not comfortable with the rooms

We had a really great stay at Drizzle Valley Cottage. It is in a very quiet area, and the nearby villages are full of hidden gems like spice gardens and beautiful flower gardens. From the balcony you can see a lush green valley and hear birds singing – a perfect way to wake up. The breakfast was homemade and prepared based on our needs, at the time we asked for. The place was clean and comfortable, and the owners were very kind, flexible, and helpful. On the morning we left, they even drove us to the bus stop with our big bags, which we really appreciated. We truly recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful stay close to nature.

The stay experience was so good. More than the facilities provided, the people especially the person in charge were so friendly and helpful which made our stay feel homely. The food they provided at short notice was good quality at reasonable rate. Over-all the stay plus the hospitality stays upfront, and would definitely recommend for those who are seeking for a home like atmosphere and a place far from the noise of traffic.

The blanket they provided was not so useful as it had some faulty smell.

Overall okay. The rooms were neat and clean. Hotel restaurants have very limited options for food. There is no restaurant nearby. You have to drive 5-6 km to a restaurant. Friendly staff. 24 hours hot water was available in the bathroom.

L’hôte est très gentil et les chambres sont très propres. Il y a de l’eau chaude. Pour nous pas de soucis de bruits car nous y étions en saison creuse donc c’était très calme, cela fait du bien.

L’établissement est un peu loin de Munnar centre et nécessite de prendre un tuk tuk pour s’y rendre. Environ 300 à 350 roupies par course.

Lovely hosts, they helped us with transport and activities which took the stress away. Great value for money & great views from our room. We had a delicious tradition breakfast every day which set us up for a days exploring plus they cooked daal for us even after getting back late one day!

Camera posizione molto tranquilla, pulita e il gestore molto gentile e disponibile.

Un po' fuori dal centro, raggiungibile esclusivamente con auto o tuk tuk. In dotazione nella camera doppia c'era solo un asciugamano per due e mancava anche il lenzuolo. Si possono avere pagando un extra.

Single,elderly, male traveller. Visiting during my 3rd week of an 11 week tour of India. For peace and the outstanding attention provided by the hosts and their people, - not in any way intrusive or familiar, this was my best experience so far. A limited personal interest in agriculture or horticulture possibly influenced my choices and decision to lodge outside Munnar. Well done Drizzle Valley Cottage! Thank you.

Honestly couldn’t recommend a better homestay in Munnar. Ashik, the owners son was absolutely 10/10, any questions we fired at him, regarding booking activities or bus timetables or food he was prompt to respond and very helpful - he sorted everything for us! Joy, the owner was also so friendly and always around if we needed food, which was always nothing short of delicious! Prepared at very late notice so we never went hungry. Would definitely come again. Dinner time is also in a great communal area where we met several other travellers

The owner is very nice and helpful, though his English may be a bit limitted. The home cooked pure veg dinner was simple and excellent.

The staff was reachable and supportive. They were very helpful in guiding through the sites for better experience. The location was fabulous and was near to tea garden. I had a great experience at Drizzle Valley Cottage

Sauberkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit sowie die Hilfsbereitschaft 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Bus zwanzig Rupies bis Munnar, TukTuk 300. Ruhige Lage sehr nahe an Teeplantagen.

Die Lage ist zwar abseits vom Trubel, die Aussicht aber leider ziemlich zugewachsen. Da muss man schon 5 Minuten laufen. Die Preise für Abendessen sind teurer als im Restaurant, Man hört wirklich jedes Geräusch durch die Wände, zB schnarchen etc.
