Me gustó mucho la vista de la habitación, se ve muy bien el Tianmen Mountain. También me gustó que el check-in y el check-out es muy flexible. Sobretodo te recogen y te llevan en el aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo mucho!

Nos gustó todo. El personal fue muy amable, atento y servicial, y te explican todo estupendamente desde el primer momento. Tanto el desayuno como la cena estaban riquísimos. Se nota que es un hotel familiar y que ponen muchísimo cariño en todo lo que hacen. Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable y totalmente recomendable y con unas vistas muy chulas.

Alles! Der Gastgeber konnte gut Englisch sprechen, was uns die Kommunikation natürlich un einiges vereinfachte. Er hat uns für alle 3 Tage eine Tour zusammengefasst und mit einer Leinwand Präsentation alle wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr präzise erklärt. Wir mussten nichts mehr überlegen - nur noch loswandern. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und der Ausblick einfach herrlich! Optional konnte man sich für das Abendessen anmelden, welches seine Mutter zubereitete, und es war seeeeeeehr köstlich (auch für europäische Magen ;) ) Wir hatten eine grossartige Zeit und würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank!

El trato del anfitrión fue de 10, él y su familia hicieron que la estancia de 5 días haya sido inolvidable. Muy amables y atentos. El desayuno era increible, super bueno todo, cada día diferente, chino europeizado, es decir que desayunabamos noodles, giozas, pero tambien cafe y algo dulce y fruta, no es un buffet, te lo preparan los padres del anfitrión y cada dia es diferente, pero en serio buenisimo. Ofrecen de pago cena, y cenamos varios dias y lo mismo, cada día superaba al anterior. Hasta mi hija que es un poco complicada con la comida china le encantó todo. La piscina es pequeña pero funcional y un gustazo cuando vuelves de excursión, y con vistas a la Tianmen mountain. La habicación super grande, muy chula. El anfitrión nos recogió y nos llevó de vuelta a la estación de tren, nos ayudó con las entradas del parque natural y cada día nos daba recomendaciones de cómo optimizar las excursiones, qué itinerario seguir, vamos, un lujo. Nos llevamos la estancia en este hotel en el corazón.

Está un poco en medio de la nada, es cierto que en 3 min tienes un didi en la puerta, y que por 1 euro estás en la ciudad, pero a veces daba pereza ir al hotel y pensar que luego había que volver a cenar a la ciudad o lo que fuera. (aunque por eso nos quedamos varias noches a cenar en el hotel y no pudo ser mejor opción).

This is a family run resort so you feel like at home. The views are great on the tianmen mountain. The owner is also a touristic guide (and speaks very good English) and knows the region like his pocket. He was extremely helpful to arrange for the tickets, rides, and explanation to visit the natural park, the glass bridge, the Tianmen mountain and Furong. Thanks to his advice we have avoided massive queues as we were travelling in August ! Strongly recommended if you look for a friendly and helpful place to stay there.

Buena ubicación, a menos de 10 minutos del teleférico y a 15 de la estación de tren. Habitación cómoda y funcional. Limpieza ejemplar. Pero lo mejor es el trato amable, servicial y educado de esta familia. Nos han hecho sentir como en casa.

El personal del alojamiento fue muy atento en todo momento, nos llevó en su coche particular tanto a la montaña de Tianmen como a la estación de tren de alta velocidad. La habitación tenía vistas privilegiadas hacia la Puerta del Cielo. Desayuno muy abundante.

Рядом нет ничего, поэтому если вы привыкли, выходя из отеля, сразу попадать в суету городской жизни с магазинами и кафе – это не ваш вариант, тут нужно ехать на такси, недалеко и недорого, если освоили DiDi – вообще не проблема (адреса для заказа такси вам сбросит хозяин сразу на китайском).

Hotel familiar precioso con un personal maravilloso. Desayuno muy bueno. Habitaciones muy confortables y camas muy cómodas. Teníamos mucha ropa para lavar después de muchos días de viaje y nos lavaron todo a muy buen precio. Nos recogieron de la estación sin coste. Un sitio para repetir.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par toute la famille. C'est un excellent moyen de bénéficier d'un logement confortable tout en étant au contact de la population. Nous avons été pris en charge pour toutes nos visites et cela est très appréciable. Vous êtes conseillés et guidés, c'est un service de grande valeur. Merci également à la maman de notre hôte qui a lavé tous les jours notre linge. Un séjour très agréable au sein de cette famille locale.

The owner was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He picked us up from the airport and helped us plan our visit around Zhangjiajie. He also arranged discounted tickets for the Fox Fairy Show before we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. After our visit to Tianmen Mountain, we learned that he had become a father that very same day. Despite such an important personal event, he was still attentive and ensured everything went smoothly for us. Highly recommended.

Todo perfecto!!Es un hotel familiar y todos son muy amables😊.Isaac(el hijo que lo lleva)nos hizo todas las reservas (y con descuentos)del parque de Zhangjiajie y Puerta del Cielo.Tienen opción de cenar allí (muy buena la comida)ya que es un poco apartado de la ciudad.Vino a recogernos y también nos llevó de vuelta a la estación de tren de Zhangjiajie.Tambien nos llevó y recogió a la puerta de entrada al parque Zhangjiajie(pagando pero fue muy cómodo al no estar pendiente de llamar didi y si llegan).Se nos había cancelado el tren que teníamos para el día siguiente y nos hizo otra reserva de la app china.Recomendado 100% .Graciasss por todo Isaac 🤗!!!! Te esperamos a España también!!!

Que era un poco lejos de la ciudad,pero la verdad que en 3 días que estuvimos no nos dio tiempo tampoco de poder ir a la ciudad. Dos día visitamos el parque y una a la Puerta del Cielo.

The view from the Hotel is great, you can really see Tianmen mountain as depicted on the photos. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was included and everyone was really welcome, kind and professional towards us. The hotel owner provided a lot of guidance upon the attractions in Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Gate, helping us organize the best with the time we had. When leaving the Hotel, he called a cab to our next destination and was available online during our travel to the next accomodation for any needed support. Would definitely stay over again and recommend this hotel.

The view is magnificient, in front of Tianmen Cave Mountain. The owner and his familly are 5 stars! He advises how the best way to get around the park and tries to buy the tickets at the best price possible. The food ( dinner) is delicious made for your familly. We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They provided us with very useful information and recommendations for visiting local attractions, which made our trip even better. Everything was great, and we truly felt comfortable during our stay. Нас бесплатно встретили с вокзала, рассказали про все возможные варианты посещения национального парка и горы Тяньмэнь, составили подробный маршрут, купили для нас билеты со скидкой, дали карту, помогли выбрать билеты в Фуронг, кормили домашними завтраками и ягодами прямо с ветки :)) Была очень душевная семейная атмосфера, мы познакомились со всей семьей господина Ло. Сам господин Ло прекрасно говорил по-английски и помогал с любыми запросами. На заднем дворике была терраса с чудесным видом на гору Тяньмэнь, нам накрывали завтрак там. Сам номер очень чистый и приятный: две комнаты спальни и большая ванная с джакузи (отлично после дня в горах!). Положили все самое необходимое: щетки, шампуни, тапочки, полотенца, фен, чайник, чай. Каждый день пополняли питьевую воду. В одной из комнат было очень уютное место для чая с сервизом. На ресепшене всегда были бесплатные закуски, бесплатная вода в бутылках и чай. Очень рекомендуем всем это место и благодарим хозяев :))

Место оставило самые приятные впечатления. Кровать была как дома, спали здесь отлично! Прямо из номера открывался вид на небесные врата! Это был приятный сюрприз) В номере не было запаха сигарет, что очень важно для меня. Завтраки тоже были вкусные и домашние. Завтракали прямо во дворе, погода была летняя. Кроме того холле в течении дня можно сварить себе чашку кофе, мы так скучали по кофе в Китае и были рады такой возможности! Нас забрали с остановки автобуса и увезли обратно на железнодорожный вокзал. Включённый трансфер это тоже удобно! Дом расположен вдали от всего, мы пользовались такси чтобы доехать до города и однажды даже доехали на автобусе номер 8 обратно до отеля. Недалеко несколько простых магазинов и кафе. Нам была по душе простая сельская атмосфера с малоэтажной застройкой, ведь мы сами так живём)

This homestay was an amazing place to stay to visit Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Park. The view was incredible from the communal areas and from one of the bedrooms we booked. The staff were so friendly and helped us getting to our destinations including to Furong the morning we left which was so much easier than getting the train. You can also book all your tickets through this homestay which is great.

És un negoci familiar. Ens han tractat molt bé. El menjar està boníssim, és cuina casolana. Les habitacions són espaioses i el llit és molt còmode. Té una terrassa amb una piscina petita des d'on es veu la porta del cel. Tenen servei gratuït de bugaderia i de recollida a l'aeroport , que ens va anar molt bé i també t'acompanyen a l'entrada per anar a visitar el Mont Tianmen. Són molt servicials. Sens dubte repetiria.

No és ben bé un inconvenient. Per moure't per allà necessites un Didi ja que està s 10 min.de l'aeroport i a 10 min. en cotxe al centre de la ciutat. Amb Didi és ideal.

Отель находится недалеко от ж/д вокзала и от аэропорта, поэтому слышен шум от самолетов и поездов.

Очень отзывчивый персонал, хороший завтрак и приятные номера. Хозяин отеля всегда готов помочь со всем, расскажет маршруты по национальному парку, забронирует билеты, посоветует ресторан. Мы жили там 3 дня и нам очень понравилось, тихо, спокойно, как у бабушки в деревне, рекомендую!

This is a great home stay ran by a lovely family. It was the perfect blend of a hotel and a homestay, breakfast was amazing and cooked fresh each day. We also really liked the very cute dog. Isaac was very helpful and helped pick us up from the train station and take us back there at the end of our stay. The laundry service was very helpful and efficient. Highly recommend a stay here!

It's a family-run hotel, which provides you the highest hospitality and personal attention. The owner speaks English very well, you may contact him by WeChat or WhatsApp if you need anything. Lots of assistance in planning site-seeing visits (explaining routes, giving tips, booking tickets, etc.) - every single advice worked very well. Hotel itself is relatively small, with amazing views of Tianmen Mountain, swimming pool, and relax area around. You may take tea or coffee at any time for free in the reception, with a paid option for bar drinks. Breakfast is included in the price and also is home-made. If you leave before it, you may ask to pack it. Room is well equipped and convenient to stay even for longer visits.

There was nothing to dislike. If you like nature and calm environment, you will appreciate this hotel. For active night life, take Didi and transfer to the city centre.

Mi madre y yo nos alojamos 3 días. El trato, tanto de Isaac como de su madre fue increíble. Nos vinieron a recoger al aeropuerto y nos ayudaron con las entradas e itinerario de los parques (sin su ayuda hubiese sido muy complicado). La madre de Isaac nos ofrecía fruta fresca de su huerto cuando volvíamos al hotel, y nos ayudó con nuestra colada. Un lugar 100% recomendable!! Y las vistas son de ensueño!

Está un poquito alejado de la ciudad, pero en Didi son 10min. Merece la pena por las vistan increíbles a Tianmen mountain!

Отличный отель как и его хозяева. Обстановка как дома. Встретили с ЖД, накормили, все рассказали, показали. Составили маршрут на 4 дня, все парки забронировали. Ну просто супер. Завтраки каждый день. Ужин платный. Виды из окна просто потрясающие. Особое внимание пёсику по кличке Чендер. Когда будите кушать, он будет вас гипнотизировать что бы вы ему дали вкусняшку)) Мы хозявым подарили шоколадки и конфеты привезенные из России. Они были в восторге. Когда выезжали, они нас довезли до ЖД а дали в дорогу пакет с едой, за что им отдельное огромное спасибо!! И еще одно отдельное спасибо хозяину отеля. Он дал таблетки от отравления моей жене. За пару часов она просто встала на ноги и мы поехали путешествовать дальше)) Недостатки напишу здесь, потому что это не недостатки, а так, дополнение)) Бронировали другой номер. Но ничего страшного. Зато вид бомбический из окна. До ближайшего магазина полтора километра. Но и это не проблема. Хозяин довёз на машине))

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a pochi minuti in macchina dalla Porta del Paradiso e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione è comodissima per visitare le principali attrazioni della zona e, allo stesso tempo, permette di godere di una vista meravigliosa direttamente dalla camera. Lo staff è stato semplicemente fantastico: gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi spiegazione o consiglio, sia sugli spostamenti che sulle visite da fare. Un’accoglienza che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. La colazione era abbondante e preparata sul momento, con prodotti freschi. Un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata. Le camere erano pulitissime, spaziose e molto confortevoli, con una splendida vista che rendeva il risveglio ancora più piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff anche per la loro grande disponibilità: avevamo commesso un errore nella prenotazione, ma nonostante questo si sono subito attivati per aiutarci e ci hanno comunque assegnato la camera, risolvendo tutto con professionalità e gentilezza. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare Zhangjiajie e la Porta del Paradiso, è stato un soggiorno che ricorderemo con piacere!

Комнаты большие, светлые, кровати удобные, виды из окна красивые, очень приятный и доброжелательный персонал, были на связи онлайн и помогали со всеми вопросами, какой маршрут в парке лучше выбрать, как заказать такси, это очень ценно и важно в путешествии. This hotel was the last of our trip and one of the best. This is a family business, and all the family is so welcoming! We haven’t seen a staff that kind and helpful, even if people here are very welcoming - this hotel is top level! In addition the price is very reasonable for the area and you get the best view of Tianmen mountain! It was so lovely to see the cave from our bedroom, as a last picture of our trip. Thank you very much

The best place I have stayed at China! It made me love China even more. I want to start off saying thank you very much for the host. I’ve never seen hosting like it before. The rooms were amazing, the view was spectacular and the cleanliness was on point. I cannot afford the facilities one bit. They then arrange the whole experience for you so you don’t have to worry about a thing. They have been here for many years so they are well clued up with the area and everything in the local surroundings. The food was spectacular many thanks to the chef. The ideal Chinese breakfast you were required before a long day of walking at the national park. This is a family run business and it’s full of love. On max experience and how much kindness at the hotel. This is the greatest family business and I wish them all the success in the world.

Great mountain view from the guest rooms, clean, comfortable beds, heated toilet seat and self flushing toilet. The owner/operator Issac was very hospitable and helpful. He thoughtfully helped our group plan our 7 day itinerary and bought tickets to all the attractions for us without service charge. Issac’s father is the chef and cooks up delicious dishes for the guests using fresh produce from their garden at a reasonable price. Issac’s mother is the housekeeper of this family business. She’s kind and attentive. She served us coffee and tea at the table. Despite the language barrier, we were touched by her caring presence. This 5 room home stay has to compete with many hotels in town. Their business model of serving their guests with sincerity and honesty is worth supporting.

Úžasný pobyt v rodinném prostředí. Čisté, prostorné pokoje. Personál byl moc milý a ve všem nám pomohl. Snídaně každý den jiná, a pokaždé sytá a chutná. Vyzkoušeli jsme i večeři, která byla opravdu výborná. Krásný výhled z pokoje. Z našeho pobytu jsme nadšení.

Blízko letiště a vlakového nádraží, pokud potřebujete na spaní absolutní klid, doporučuji špunty do uší.

Our stay was excellent. The establishment is run by a couple and their son. They were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Their son helped us organise our days in the different parks of Zhangjiajie. The mother's breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We truly felt taken care of and highly recommend this place.

La limpieza de la habitación por lejos fue la mejor de toda nuestra estancia en varias ciudades de China. El dueño del hotel junto a su madre y padre fueron muy cálidos y siempre estuvieron atentos a cubrir todas nuestras necesidades. La amabilidad y la disposición se destaca al máximo.

Todo perfecto. Las instalaciones están muy bien y muy limpias, siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte y su explicaciones sobre los diferentes puntos turísticos son de gran utilidad. A destacar la vista desde el jardín y el desayuno.

The people who run the place are super nice always keen to help. They pick up us to the train station and drop off to Tianmen mountain. They explain us all attractions around the city. We had diner once and it was delicious!!! Free breakfast that’s delicious as well. Counting the days to stay here again ☺️

The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they even picked us up from the airport at 9:30 p.m. The tips they gave us for visiting Zhangjiajie National Park and Tianmen Mountain were super helpful for planning our route, and we could easily book all the tickets directly through the accommodation. The breakfast was delicious and authentically local. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the house dog was just adorable! Our room was modern, the beds were very comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the greenery — such a lovely sight to wake up to every morning. We felt completely at home and would definitely stay here again every single time!

Alojamiento muy agradable, bonito y bien cuidado. Sin duda lo mejor fue el personal, muy atento tanto personalmente como vía mensajes, ayudado en todo momento. Servicio de traslado incluido. En especial, la señora encargada en ese momento de la recepción, con un trato excepcional y gran amabilidad. Sin duda lo recomendaría 100%

La cortesia e la disponibilità di tutta la famiglia. Lo chef (il babbo) cucina benissimo! La mamma e la zia che ti fanno sentire a casa. Mentre il figlio, che credo sia il gestore, è così disponibile da averci spiegato tutto per la montagna tianmen e il National Park.

Esserci rimasto una sola notte e sfortunato con il tempo .

L’hotel è a conduzione familiare e lo si nota per la premura che i proprietari hanno nei confronti degli ospiti, a partire dal prelievo gratuito da aeroporto/stazione. Il proprietario ci ha dato consigli e indicazioni sulla visita ai parchi nazionali, e su richiesta ti accompagna in auto all’ingresso dei parchi, per una modica cifra (spesso più conveniente anche del Didi). La colazione tradizionale inclusa nella nostra prenotazione è stata preparata in casa dalla proprietaria e comprendeva ravioli al vapore, uova, fetta di pane burro e marmellata. Favolosa! Inoltre, se chiesto con un po’ di anticipo, i proprietari cucinano anche la cena, sempre in stile tradizionale cinese. Noi l’abbiamo provata 2 sere su 3 e devo dire che batte molti dei ristoranti della zona. Nota di merito anche per aver esaudito la mia richiesta di lavare i vestiti sporchi, non è un servizio che fanno normalmente, ma la signora si è gentilmente offerta di fare il nostro bucato. Se dovete andare a Zhangjiajie, questo posto è sicuramente consigliato!!

The Home stay is what it is. You are welcomed into the family home and it was so a great experience. The room was so spacious and has everything you need. We ate at the property and the food was amazing. Even the family dog was so cute

La cuisine de l'hôtel servie pour le dîner, très bonne ! Très serviables et très sympathiques.

On peut entendre les voisins de chambre ronfler 🙂 et un peu le train et l'avion par moment.

Super lieu pour dormir avant d’aller visiter Tianmen Mountain et Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Notre hôte a été au petit soin, il est venu nous chercher gratuitement à l’aéroport et propose également de déposer gratuitement au téléphérique de Tianmen Mountain. Nous avons la chance de nous réveiller avec la porte du paradis face à nous, et un petit déjeuner local vraiment très bon. Vous pouvez payer auprès de l’hôte votre entrée pour le parc national ainsi que certains trajets pour le visiter. Je recommande.
