Reviewed Nov 9, 2025The location was great. Close to Gateway Mall and easy to find. The place was in a nice quiet area. I also loved that they had ab aircpn fpr heat as it was a cold day when I was there. The host Magdalene was lovely as well. Oh...and the breakfast was nice.
The place looked nice at first however I was in room 1 and there cockraoches which I saw within 5 minutes of getting there and the had insect repellent because i think that they are aware of the problem. The walls in my room also need to be painted as they were a bit dirty.

The weather was a little cold, and the AC wasn't working on heat. Maybe it needs to be looked at. Other than that everything was excellent.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2025We flew down to Durban to attend a wedding. Imagine trying to check in....wedding outfits/bags in hand, and there's no one there. Place is completely empty, phone calls are going to voicemail. 20 mins later someone answers and says that no one is there to check us in at the moment. We had to go somewhere else to wait for a bit and then check in much later. Then we arrive at the room, and someone's toiletries are still in the bathroom. Which makes me question how well they even cleaned the place. Go for breakfast the next morning and the lady there tells me she has nothing prepared because she didn't have us on the list for breakfast. I show her that breakfast is included with my booking and then she starts making us breakfast

The property was good and all but the were minor things that can be improved….1. They need to check all the bins that they are empty before the new guest arrives…. one of my bins (toilet) was dirty from the previous guest and was told the is complimentary water in the fridge but they wasnt any. But overall enjoyed my stay it was peaceful and enjoyable and recommend it to people❤️✨

Reviewed May 2, 2025The staff is very friendly. I needed to check in earlier and my room was ready with no issues about the early check in. The breakfast is lovely. The views are fantastic and the pool is sparkling and clean.
Some of the stuff in the room needs a little maintenance. E.g. loose towel rail, loose door handle, loose toothbrush cup holder. Nothing that can't be fixed in one day. The wifi connects but is slow. Nothing that stops one from using it though.
