Lugar lindo, todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y tranquila

Nos encantó el lugar, la ubicación es excelente y muy tranquilo. La anfitriona muy atenta, recomiendo totalmente el lugar.

Muy acogedor y muy atentos a nuestros requerimientos y/o consultas.

Good value for money, ended up a fairly late booking and Puerto Natales is a bit more expensive than some other places in Chile. Was a good base for our time there

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del terminal rodoviario, lo cual fue excelente porque al otro día nos tocaba hacer base Torres. Bien equipado, con todas las comodidades. Otro punto muy positivo fue su dueña, que nos recibió muy bien y estuvo muy preocupada de que nosotros estuviéramos cómodos en nuestra estancia. Sin lugar a dudas, volveremos.

Solo que estaba muy caluroso en la noche y no sabíamos cómo bajarle a la calefacción.

La atención de Marisel. Su buena predisposición para atender nuestras necesidades. El departamento muy completo y confortable!

La propietaria estuvo atenta en todo momento para dar recomendaciones y soluciones a todas nuestras inquietudes, la verdad super recomendable y sin dudas volvería a reservar aqui.

El lugar está lindo completito dos habitaciones para pasarla muy bien y cómodos. La ubicación igual es muy buena , la ducha tremenda

Nada por decir porque no somos muy exigentes, pero a nosotros como familia nos encantó !! Ideal para pasar un lindo momento en familia

La ubicacion del departamento excelente, mas aun la dueña es muy atenta nos dio datos de restaurant, supermercado. Todo muy lindo y comodo.

Nice friendly host and apartment has everything needed to cook. The wifi was incredibly fast, the bed very comfortable, very spacious, lovely and warm. Very good value stay

Lovely property, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Perfect before the W trek. The host was very attentive and even stored our bags for us.

Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, had plenty of blankets and the shower was good and we liked having kitchen facilities and a dining table to make our breakfasts. Sofa and lounge chair were comfortable but had seen better days. Christmas decorations were a nice touch. Heating runs off a central thermostat so we had to ask for it to be turned on once when it got particularly cool and windy but for the main it was great. Hostess was very.welcoming and her son Rodrigo speaks perfect English should your Spanish not suffice. Any questions or requests were addressed very promptly. Location is a little away from the main downtown but it's just a short walk and you can avoid the hill if ypu go a certain way. It was very quiet at night.

Owner was very nice and his English was very good. And nobody bothered us.

Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Well isolated apartment, we were comfortably warm during our stay. The toys were a nice surprise and bonus for the kids. Small kitchen but certainly good enough to cook for a family of five. Safe parking space next to the house.

Everything was e e Ellen’s. Super clean and fresh smelling, cosy lounge / kitchen area with enough space. Nice and warm. Extremely reasonable price so would highly recommend.

Good location. Staff live close by, therefore, easy to get a hold of.

Our flight was delayed, and we therefore missed our rental car pickup and therefore didn't make it to our first night there. I messaged and called that this was the case in the hopes we wouldn't have to pay for that night, but they still charged us.

Nice apartment equipped with all you need and it's 10min walk from the center. Wifi is very good. If you travel with kids there is a playground right next to the apartment. Not a downside for us, but the walls were thin.
