El horario de check in es muy tarde (15:00hrs) sin embargo me permitieron ingresar desde las 13 hrs pero me respondieron el mismo dia del arribo; espere respuesta a mi solicitud desde el dia de mi reserva [mas de 1 semana] ; por lo que no me entere del mensaje cuando ya estaba en la habitacion.

This space was very warm and inviting. Clean. Exceptionally helpful staff.

It is a little bit further from the main part of town than I had anticipated. But still quite walk-able. As I travel solo, I was not quite prepared to do the walk later in the evening.

This was a perfect introductory stay in Puerto Natales. The hosts were great and gave us lots of useful info and advice. The room had all the comforts we needed for our stay, was toasty warm and welcoming. Thank you for having us and hope to see you again!

Rustig, veel privacy en heel comfortabel. Op 5 minuten lopen van het busstation en 10 minuten van de supermarkt. Mijn bagage werd gebracht naar een andere locatie terwijl ik aan het hiken was. Super service.

Op de 1e dag lag er nog een jaar van iemand anders in de badkamer Maar kan gebeuren. Verder heel schoon. Uitzicht tijdens het koken op de bergen. In een kamer was de bank heel erg doorgezakt

The pillows were quite uncomfortable — they were too flat and lacked support, which affected my sleep. Parking can also be a problem. If many other guests are staying at the same time, the parking lot gets quite crowded and tight, making it difficult to maneuver. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak from the handheld shower head, which made showering quite frustrating. However, if you use the overhead (rainfall) shower, the pressure is much better and acceptable.

Departamento muy bien equipado, instalaciones lindas y todo funcional. La calefacción excelente que se agradece mucho por el frío que estaba haciendo. Tele smart grande para relajar a la noche después de pasear. Todo un 10. La ubicación es super cerca del centro y de la estación de omnibus.

Todo estaba genial,la cama es enorme,una ducha estupenda,la chica que nos atendió super amable y nos dió todas las facilidades,no puedo poner ninguna pega. Repetiría seguro.

Cecelia, the manager, was thorough with her briefing. This is necessary for English speakers as many instructions are in Spanish. The thermostat could regulate the heating just right. Jusfrut supermarket is close.

The door required a draft excluder.

Un canapé défoncé sur lequel il était pratiquement impossible de s’asseoir. Un équipement de cuisiné rudimentaire ( un seul couteau…). Isolation nulle entre les différents logements.

Good location about 15 minutes walk from the central square. Check-in was efficient and pleasant. The apartment itself was a one room space with basic kitchen facilities. The bed was comfortable. We checked out a day early because we decided to visit Punta Arenas and the owners kindly offered to accommodate us at their property there.

The stairwell and exterior areas of the building were dirty and dusty. The floor of the apartment was dirty and there were finger marks on doors and walls. The whole place needed a good clean. Granted, the standards in Puerto Natales do not seem high but the owners need to do better on maintenance and cleaning.

The location was perfect walking distance from everything we needed. It was a good space for an apartment for 2 people. There was fresh towels and linen so you did not need to bring your own. The reception staff were helpful before and during our stay, they responded immediately. The location is safe in puerta natales, just be sure not to open the doors.

The kitchen is not as well equipped as the description states, so you'd probably need to buy a lot in order to be able to use the facility. Everything worked well, the oven and cooker, it's more the utilities, something to keep in mind. Also if staying for a few days the room will get dirty so may need something to help clean up.

Had everything we needed for a quick one night stay. Easy parking. Allowed for an earlier check in which was appreciated.

The kitchen could use a bit more to better equip longer stays. For us, it worked perfectly.

Location very convinient to the bus station for torres del paine hike and near the city centre. It has everything basics you need. Car Park nearby.

The roads looked a bit dodgy but was safe.

Goede communicatie met de host, duidelijke instructies om binnen te komen. De handdoeken ontbraken, maar de host kwam snel langs om handdoeken te brengen. De volgende dagen gingen we hiken in Torres del Paine. We mochten de bagage achterlaten en deze werd naar ons volgende verblijf in Puerto Natales gebracht (helaas konden we geen twee nachten verblijven) - super fijn (tegen betaling, maar dat was de service waard!)

De locatie is ideaal dichtbij het busstation, maar de wijk is wat minder leuk dan het centrum van Puerto Natales. Voor ons geen probleem, want we wilden juist bij het busstation slapen

Modern Place with a cozy bed. It was clean and communication with host was good. You have everything you need for a short stay. Private parking is there as well.

The apartmentment is new, modern and clean. The bed is comfortable, shower is good except our rainshower head didn't work. The kitchen has room utensils and pots for an easy meal. Nice to have a coffee maker..location is good a short walk to the bus station and not far from downtown, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Check in was very easy. Wifi wasn't great but neither was our Claro mobile.

The only problem was the people above us occasionally wore shoes on the tile floors so we could hear every footstep. The worst was when they were up early in the morning and walked back an forth in their shoes. A sign saying 'leave your shoes at the door' would be nice.

Good and spacious room, good equipment (kitchen). Clean. Few parking spots on the property (but very problematic parking as it is single line so it is much easier to park on the street).

Check in was a bit problematic - despite time after agreed checkin time responses to the messages were delayed, and we arrived not knowing how and from whom we should get the keys. Staff informed us that they will send some more details via Whatsapp but we never received them.

Sehr geräumiges, sauberes und gemütliches Appartement. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang ins Zentrum entfernt, der Supermarkt ist gleich ums Eck.

Un lugar totalmente recomendable. Es impecable, se nota el buen gusto en la decoración. El ambiente es acogedor y moderno, ideal para descansar después de un día de aventura. La calefacción funciona de maravilla, algo esencial para las noches de la Patagonia. La cocina cuenta con todo lo suficiente para preparar comidas sencillas y sentirse como en casa. El lugar es tranquilo, lo que garantiza un descanso reparador. Si buscas un lugar limpio, bien equipado y cómodo para tu visita a Puerto Natales, este es el sitio.

Staff very nice, it’s warm when you get in, they make it easy if you go hike for a few days they keep your bags for free and they are in your room when your return. Quite modern.

Nothing- all was good

Great stay for a jumping point in Puerto Natales to go hiking in Torres del Paine. The place is very comfortable and roomy enough to prepare all that you need. The room has all the amenities you need for preparing food, etc. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. Location is decent, walking distance from the center. Not super close but not far. Convenient enough, about 10 mins walk. Very close to the bus station if you arrive late or are leaving early to Torres del Paine.

Not many options to eat around the apartment. But easy walk to the center.

Great location, short walk to the bus station and short walk into town. Cecilia was a great host, and very responsive.

A clean and comfortable place that we didn’t get to stay at long enough to really appreciate. Everything was as advertised and the communication from the host made it easy to find. Self checkin was flawless!

I wish it was a bit closer to the bus terminal. But, a 5 min walk isn’t really an issue.
